Step S240: and if the terminal equipment of the login user is allowed to control the conference, the electronic equipment forwards the desktop control stream corresponding to the login user to the conference sharing desktop, and sends the conference sharing desktop and the multimedia data stream corresponding to the conference sharing desktop to the terminal equipment of the login user.
The embodiment of step S240 described above is, for example: the method comprises the steps that electronic equipment receives a conference control request sent by terminal equipment of a login user, and sends a confirmation message for allowing the terminal equipment to control a conference to terminal equipment of an administrator, so that the terminal equipment of the administrator returns selection information corresponding to the confirmation message; then judging whether the selection information allows the terminal equipment to control the conference or not, if so, forwarding the desktop control flow corresponding to the login user to a conference sharing desktop by the electronic equipment, and sending the conference sharing desktop and the multimedia data flow corresponding to the conference sharing desktop to the terminal equipment of the login user; if not, sending prompt information to the terminal equipment sending the conference control request to prompt that the terminal equipment is not allowed to control the conference.
It can be understood that, because the login user does not have a private cloud desktop, in the process of forwarding the desktop control flow corresponding to the login user to the conference sharing desktop, the conference sharing desktop corresponding to the login user can be set in a customized manner, specifically for example: firstly, taking a private cloud desktop of a default administrator as a conference sharing desktop corresponding to a login user; secondly, taking the currently used private cloud desktop as a conference sharing desktop corresponding to the login user; thirdly, taking the private cloud desktop of the selected information administrator corresponding to the sending confirmation message as a conference sharing desktop corresponding to the login user; and fourthly, a newly built private cloud desktop is used as a conference sharing desktop corresponding to the login user, and after the conference is finished, the newly built private cloud desktop can be immediately recovered, and can also be automatically recovered after the retention time length is set according to the retention time length.
In the implementation process, when the terminal equipment of the login user is allowed to control the conference, the desktop control flow corresponding to the login user is forwarded to the conference sharing desktop, so that the difficulty that a desktop sharer cannot transfer the desktop control right to a participant without a private cloud desktop is overcome, and the requirement that different participants obtain the shared desktop control right according to needs is met.
Optionally, in the process of controlling the conference by the user, the conference file may also be opened and displayed from the cloud file system, and this embodiment may include:
step S250: the electronic equipment receives a file sent by any one of the plurality of terminal equipment and stores the file in a cloud file system.
The embodiment of the step S250 is, for example: the electronic equipment receives a File sent by any one of the plurality of terminal equipment, and stores the File in cloud File systems such as a Google File System (GFS), a Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), mooseFS and GridFS.
Step S260: if the desktop control flow has a file reading request, the electronic device reads a file corresponding to a file identifier carried by the file reading request in the cloud file system, and displays the file on the conference sharing desktop.
The embodiment of the step S260 is, for example: judging whether a file reading request is detected from the desktop control flow; if not, continuously detecting whether a file reading request occurs; if so, the electronic equipment reads the file corresponding to the file identification carried by the file reading request in the cloud file system, and displays the file on the conference sharing desktop. In the implementation process, the file corresponding to the file identifier carried in the file reading request is read in the cloud file system, and the file is displayed on the conference sharing desktop, so that the security of conference materials is ensured.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of a cloud desktop conference sharing device according to an embodiment of the present application; the embodiment of the present application provides a cloud desktop conference sharing device 300, including:
and the control flow receiving module 310 is configured to receive desktop control flows sent by multiple terminal devices.
The control flow forwarding module 320 is configured to forward the desktop control flow sent by each terminal device of the multiple terminal devices to the private cloud desktop corresponding to each terminal device, where the desktop control flow is used to control the private cloud desktop.
The cloud desktop determining module 330 is configured to determine a cloud desktop participating in desktop sharing from private cloud desktops corresponding to multiple terminal devices.
And the cloud desktop combination module 340 is configured to combine desktop images corresponding to the cloud desktops participating in desktop sharing to obtain a conference sharing desktop.
And a data stream synthesizing module 350, configured to synthesize the multimedia data streams corresponding to the cloud desktops participating in desktop sharing, and obtain multimedia data streams corresponding to the conference sharing desktops.
A data stream sending module 360, configured to send the conference sharing desktop and the multimedia data stream corresponding to the conference sharing desktop to each terminal device in the multiple terminal devices.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the cloud desktop conference sharing apparatus further includes:
and the control request receiving module is used for receiving a conference control request sent by any terminal equipment in the plurality of terminal equipment.
And the conference desktop control module is used for forwarding the desktop control flow sent by the terminal equipment to the conference sharing desktop if the terminal equipment sending the conference control request is allowed to control the conference.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the cloud desktop conference sharing apparatus further includes:
the conference request receiving module is used for receiving a conference control request sent by terminal equipment of a login user, wherein the login user is a user without a private cloud desktop.
And the desktop media sending module is used for forwarding the desktop control stream corresponding to the login user to the conference sharing desktop if the terminal equipment of the login user is allowed to control the conference, and sending the conference sharing desktop and the multimedia data stream corresponding to the conference sharing desktop to the terminal equipment of the login user.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the cloud desktop conference sharing apparatus may further include:
and the file receiving and storing module is used for receiving a file sent by any one of the plurality of terminal devices and storing the file into the cloud file system.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the cloud desktop conference sharing apparatus may further include:
and the file reading and displaying module is used for reading a file corresponding to the file identifier carried by the file reading request in the cloud file system and displaying the file on the conference sharing desktop if the desktop control stream has the file reading request.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the cloud desktop conference sharing apparatus may further include:
and the sharing request receiving module is used for receiving a sharing request sent by any terminal equipment in the plurality of terminal equipments, wherein the sharing request comprises the terminal identification of the terminal equipment.
And the desktop sharing configuration module is used for configuring the private cloud desktop corresponding to the terminal identifier as a cloud desktop participating in desktop sharing.
It should be understood that the apparatus corresponds to the above-mentioned cloud desktop conference sharing method embodiment, and is capable of performing the steps related to the above-mentioned method embodiment, and the specific functions of the apparatus may be referred to the above description, and in order to avoid repetition, the detailed description is appropriately omitted here. The device includes at least one software function that can be stored in memory in the form of software or firmware (firmware) or solidified in the Operating System (OS) of the device.
Please refer to fig. 4 for a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. An electronic device 400 provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: a processor 410 and a memory 420, the memory 420 storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor 410, the machine-readable instructions when executed by the processor 410 performing the method as above.
The present embodiment also provides a storage medium 430, where the storage medium 430 stores a computer program, and the computer program is executed by the processor 410 to perform the above method.
The storage medium 430 may be implemented by any type of volatile or nonvolatile storage device or combination thereof, such as a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic Memory, a flash Memory, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, and for example, the flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. Claims (9)

1. A cloud desktop conference sharing method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving desktop control flows sent by a plurality of terminal devices;
forwarding the desktop control flow sent by each terminal device in the plurality of terminal devices to a private cloud desktop corresponding to each terminal device, wherein the desktop control flow is used for controlling the private cloud desktop;
determining a cloud desktop participating in desktop sharing from private cloud desktops corresponding to the plurality of terminal devices;
combining desktop images corresponding to the cloud desktops participating in desktop sharing to obtain a conference sharing desktop;
synthesizing multimedia data streams corresponding to the cloud desktops participating in desktop sharing to obtain multimedia data streams corresponding to the conference sharing desktops;
sending the conference sharing desktop and a multimedia data stream corresponding to the conference sharing desktop to each terminal device in the plurality of terminal devices;
the server receives a file sent by any one of the plurality of terminal devices and stores the file into a cloud file system; and if the desktop control flow has a file reading request, the server reads a file corresponding to a file identifier carried by the file reading request in the cloud file system, and displays the file on the conference sharing desktop.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a conference control request sent by any one of the plurality of terminal devices;
and if the terminal equipment sending the conference control request is allowed to control the conference, forwarding the desktop control flow sent by the terminal equipment to the conference sharing desktop.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a conference control request sent by terminal equipment of a login user, wherein the login user is a user without a private cloud desktop;
and if the terminal equipment of the login user is allowed to control the conference, forwarding the desktop control flow corresponding to the login user to the conference sharing desktop, and sending the conference sharing desktop and the multimedia data flow corresponding to the conference sharing desktop to the terminal equipment of the login user.
4. The method of claim 1, after the obtaining the conference sharing desktop, further comprising:
and if the desktop control flow has a file reading request, reading a file corresponding to a file identifier carried by the file reading request in the cloud file system, and displaying the file on the conference sharing desktop.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a sharing request sent by any one of the plurality of terminal devices, wherein the sharing request comprises a terminal identifier of the terminal device;
and configuring the private cloud desktop corresponding to the terminal identification as the cloud desktop participating in desktop sharing.
6. The cloud desktop conference sharing device is applied to a server and comprises the following components:
the control flow receiving module is used for receiving desktop control flows sent by a plurality of terminal devices;
the control flow forwarding module is used for forwarding the desktop control flow sent by each terminal device in the plurality of terminal devices to a private cloud desktop corresponding to each terminal device, and the desktop control flow is used for controlling the private cloud desktop;
the cloud desktop determining module is used for determining a cloud desktop participating in desktop sharing from private cloud desktops corresponding to the plurality of terminal devices;
the cloud desktop combination module is used for combining desktop images corresponding to the cloud desktops participating in desktop sharing to obtain a conference sharing desktop;
the data stream synthesis module is used for synthesizing the multimedia data streams corresponding to the cloud desktops participating in desktop sharing to obtain the multimedia data streams corresponding to the conference sharing desktops;
a data stream sending module, configured to send the conference sharing desktop and a multimedia data stream corresponding to the conference sharing desktop to each terminal device in the plurality of terminal devices;
the server receives a file sent by any one of the plurality of terminal devices and stores the file into a cloud file system; and if the desktop control flow has a file reading request, the server reads a file corresponding to a file identifier carried by the file reading request in the cloud file system, and displays the file on the conference sharing desktop.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a control request receiving module, configured to receive a conference control request sent by any terminal device of the multiple terminal devices;
and the conference desktop control module is used for forwarding the desktop control flow sent by the terminal equipment to the conference sharing desktop if the terminal equipment sending the conference control request is allowed to control the conference.
8. An electronic device, comprising: a processor and a memory, the memory storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the machine-readable instructions, when executed by the processor, performing the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
9. A storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
