step 3, the user as the sender logs in to the logistics company management system of the selected logistics company by using the mobile terminal of the user, and fills in the electronic face sheet information about the sent object in the logistics company management system;
the electronic face sheet information comprises sender information, sender article information and receiver information; the sender information comprises a sender name, a sender contact mobile phone number and a sender address, the sender article information comprises a name of an article to be sent and the weight or volume of the article to be sent, and the receiver information comprises a receiver name, a receiver contact mobile phone number and a receiver address;
step 4, the sender selects an electronic version background image from a background image material library provided by a logistics company management system by utilizing a mobile terminal;
step 5, the logistics company management system stores the electronic face sheet information and the electronic version background image in the same mail file, and the logistics company management system extracts the sender information, the mail article information and the receiver information in the electronic face sheet information;
step 6, the logistics company management system sends the electronic version background image selected by the sender, the sender information, the mail article information and the receiver information in the extracted electronic face sheet to a logistics information inquiry center;
step 7, the logistics information inquiry center divides the electronic version background image into a first-level embedded area, a second-level embedded area and a third-level embedded area which are adjacent, and generates a first-level two-dimensional code, a second-level two-dimensional code and a third-level two-dimensional code corresponding to the sender information, the sender article information and the receiver information respectively according to the sender information, the sender article information and the receiver information in the extracted electronic face sheet; wherein:
a first overlapping area is arranged between the secondary embedded region and the primary embedded region, and a second overlapping area is arranged between the secondary embedded region and the tertiary embedded region;
the first-level two-dimensional code, the second-level two-dimensional code and the third-level two-dimensional code are embedded with equipment identification numbers of mobile terminals serving as users of senders, and the mobile terminals of the senders are allowed to scan and acquire information in each level of two-dimensional codes;
step 8, the logistics information query center embeds the first-level two-dimensional code into a non-first overlapping area of the first-level embedded area, embeds the second-level two-dimensional code into an area formed by the second-level embedded area and the second overlapping area, embeds the third-level two-dimensional code into a non-second overlapping area of the third-level embedded area, and forms an electronic version background image after embedded and sealed;
step 9, the logistics information inquiry center sends the embedded electronic version background image to the logistics company management system, and then the logistics company management system sends the embedded electronic version background image to a sender logistics website which receives the mail sending business;
the scanning terminals belonging to all logistics network points of the logistics company management system are provided with image information extraction programs for extracting all levels of two-dimensional codes in the embedded electronic version background image and two-dimensional code information extraction programs only limited to extracting the sender contact mobile phone number and the sender address in the primary two-dimensional code, the object names in the secondary two-dimensional code and the receiver contact mobile phone number and the receiver address in the tertiary two-dimensional code;
step 10, after receiving an article to be sent brought by a sender and checking the article, a management terminal of the sender logistics website acquires an express bill number corresponding to the article to be sent from a logistics company management system, prints out an electronic version background image which is a paper version background picture and is sent by the express bill number and the logistics company management system to be embedded, and attaches the paper version background picture to an outer wrapping layer of the article to be sent;
step 11, the management terminal of the sender logistics network point sends the express bill number on the printed paper background picture to the logistics information inquiry center, and the sender logistics network point utilizes the scanning terminal to extract the receiving address of the paper background picture on the outer wrapping layer of the article to be sent, and arranges the corresponding logistics vehicle to be responsible for transportation to the receiving logistics network point corresponding to the receiving address according to the receiving address;
step 12, the receiving party logistics network point utilizes the scanning terminal to extract the contact mobile phone number of the receiver of the paper version background picture on the outer wrapping layer of the received to-be-sent article, and the sender is arranged to send the to-be-sent article to the receiving address;
step 13, the receiving party logistics network sends the sending result of the to-be-sent article to the logistics company management system to which the receiving party logistics network belongs, and the logistics company management system openly invokes the logistics information inquiry authority to the logistics information inquiry center; the logistics information inquiry authority comprises an inquiry sending and receiving information authority and a logistics state information authority for inquiring the state of the article to be sent corresponding to the sending and receiving information;
step 14, the logistics information inquiry center generates a mail receiving information inquiry code for inquiring the mail receiving information of a sender and a receiver corresponding to the article to be sent, and sends the mail receiving information inquiry code to the contact mobile phone number of the sender and the contact mobile phone number of the receiver respectively;
and step 15, the sender or the receiver uses the sender information inquiry code received by the mobile terminal to inquire the sender information and the logistics state information of the to-be-sent article at the logistics information inquiry center.
2. The method for obtaining information of a logistic mailing and receiving device based on a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the step 10 comprises:
the management terminal of the receiving party logistics network point sends the express bill number on the paper background picture to a logistics company management system;
the logistics company management system randomly generates a first extraction code, and then sends the first extraction code to a management terminal of a receiving logistics website and a receiver contact mobile phone number corresponding to the to-be-delivered bill number respectively; wherein the first extraction code is a 6-bit character formed by a number and a letter;
the receiving party logistics network point provides the first extraction code corresponding to the express number for a dispatcher who dispatches the article corresponding to the express number;
and when the dispatcher judges that the first extraction code provided by the receiver is consistent with the extraction code corresponding to the acquired express number, the dispatcher delivers the current article to be sent to the current receiver.
3. The method for obtaining logistic mail receiving information based on mobile terminal according to claim 2, further comprising, before the dispatcher delivers the current article to be sent to the recipient:
the dispatcher sends a request for secondarily confirming the identity of the receiver to the logistics company management system by utilizing the carried scanning terminal;
after receiving the request for secondarily confirming the identity of the addressee, the logistic company management system sends information for requesting the sender to independently edit the confirmation key to the contact mobile phone number of the sender corresponding to the to-be-delivered bill number; the sender independently edits the confirmation key into an arrangement formed by 6 numbers;
the sender sends the independently edited confirmation key to the receiver to contact the mobile phone number and the logistics company management system respectively;
the logistics company management system sends the received confirmation password to the corresponding dispatcher;
when the dispatcher confirms again that the confirmation key presented by the current addressee is consistent with the confirmation key sent by the logistics company management system, the dispatcher delivers the current article to be sent to the current addressee.
4. The method for acquiring logistic mail receiving information based on mobile terminal according to claim 3, wherein the confirmation key autonomously edited by the sender has a valid time limit which is autonomously set by the sender and is transmitted to the logistic company management system by the sender using his own mobile terminal.
5. The method for obtaining information of logistic mail receiving based on mobile terminal according to claim 4, wherein the validity time limit is 24 hours after the sender's mobile terminal sends a confirmation key to the logistic company management system.
