FIG. 1 is a flow diagram illustrating a method of highway vehicle payment in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, the high-speed charging method may include the following steps:
102, a payment system receives a license plate number uploaded by a user through a terminal, and correspondingly stores the license plate number and a payment account number of the user.
And 104, when the vehicle drives into the entrance of the expressway, the expressway management system identifies the license plate number of the driven vehicle and correspondingly stores the identified license plate number and the identification of the entrance.
And 106, when the vehicle drives away from the exit of the expressway, the expressway management system identifies the license plate number of the driven vehicle and acquires the identifier of the exit.
And 108, the highway management system searches the corresponding entrance identification according to the license plate number of the driven-away vehicle, and determines the high-speed cost according to the entrance identification and the exit identification.
And step 110, the expressway management system sends the license plate number and the high-speed fee to a payment system.
And 112, the payment system searches a corresponding payment account according to the license plate number and finishes payment according to the high-speed fee and the searched payment account.
The payment system notifies the highway management system after payment is complete, step 114.
In this step, the highway management system may control the shift lever to be raised to let the vehicle drive off after receiving the payment completion notification.
The above description shows that the highway management system can send the license plate number and the high-speed fee to the payment system, the payment system completes payment of the high-speed fee based on the payment account corresponding to the license plate number, the user does not need to queue for payment, and the high-speed passing efficiency is greatly improved.
The implementation process of the present specification is described below through three aspects of the binding of the license plate number and the payment account, the registration of the highway management system, and the collection of the high-speed fee.
Binding of license plate number and payment account
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a binding process between a license plate number and a payment account according to an exemplary embodiment of the present specification.
Referring to fig. 2, the binding of the license plate number and the payment account number may include the following steps:
step 202, the user uploads the license plate number to a payment system through the terminal.
In this embodiment, a user may upload a license plate number through a client, which is loaded on a terminal and may interact with a payment system, where the client logs in based on a payment account of the user.
For example, a user may trigger the uploading of a license plate number by clicking a corresponding button presented in a client page. Certainly, in practical application, an authorization application may also be sent to the user first, and after the user authorizes the application, the license plate number is triggered to be uploaded, which is not limited in this specification.
And step 204, the payment system correspondingly stores the license plate number and the payment account number of the user.
In this embodiment, the payment system may store a correspondence between a license plate number uploaded by a user and a payment account thereof in a high-speed withholding list, so as to distinguish license plate numbers uploaded by the user in other service scenarios such as violation inquiry.
At step 206, the payment system returns a save success message to the user.
Registration of highway management system
In this embodiment, the highway management system may be registered in the payment system in advance before using the high-speed fee deduction agency service.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a registration process of a highway management system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 3, the registration process of the highway management system may include the following steps:
the highway management system sends a registration request to the payment system, step 302.
In this embodiment, the highway management system can register with the payment system and send the registration information to the payment system. The registration information may include: the high-speed station name, the collection account number, etc., which are not limited in this specification.
At step 304, the payment system stores the registration information for the highway management system.
Step 306, the payment system returns a registration success message to the highway management system.
In this embodiment, after receiving the registration request sent by the highway management system, the payment system may generate a unique service ID for the highway management system and return the service ID to the highway management system. The subsequent highway management system can carry the service ID when interacting with the payment system to identify the identity of the highway management system.
Of course, in practical application, the payment system may not generate the service ID, and the highway management system may subsequently interact with the payment system using other information such as a name used in registration, which is not limited in this specification.
Third, high speed fee collection
FIG. 4 is a flow chart illustrating another method of highway vehicle payment in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 4, the method for paying for vehicles on a highway according to the present embodiment may include the following steps:
at step 402, a vehicle enters a highway entrance.
In step 404, the highway management system identifies the license plate number of the incoming vehicle.
In this embodiment, when a user drives into the entrance of the highway, the highway management system may take a picture of the head of the vehicle through the camera, and then recognize the license plate number of the vehicle through the picture. The related art can be referred to for processing and implementation of this part, and details of this embodiment are not repeated here.
In this embodiment, the highway management system may further store the license plate number and the identifier of the entrance correspondingly.
At step 406, the highway management system sends an entry record for the incoming vehicle to the payment system.
Based on the foregoing step 404, after identifying the license plate number of the incoming vehicle, the highway management system may send the entry record of the incoming vehicle to the payment system. Wherein the entry record may include: the information such as the license plate number, the time of entry, and the entrance identifier is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Step 408, the payment system saves the entry record as a valid entry record.
In this embodiment, the payment system may save the entry record sent by the highway management system as a valid entry record for subsequent use.
In this embodiment, after receiving the entry record, the payment system may also return a message of successful reception to the highway management system.
At step 410, the vehicle is driven off the exit of the highway.
In step 412, the highway management system identifies the license plate number of the vehicle that is leaving.
In this embodiment, when the vehicle is driving away from the highway, the highway management system may further photograph the vehicle and then recognize the license plate number.
In this embodiment, the highway management system may also obtain the identification of the exit.
And step 414, the highway management system finds out the corresponding entrance identifier according to the license plate number of the driven vehicle, and determines the high-speed cost according to the entrance identifier and the exit identifier.
Based on the foregoing step 412, the highway management system can search the entrance identifier when the vehicle enters the highway according to the license plate number of the vehicle leaving the highway, and then determine the high-speed fee that the user needs to pay according to the exit identifier and the entrance identifier.
In another example, combining the practical situation of the highway in our country, the highway in different places may belong to different high-speed owners, such as: the highway in Jiangsu province is governed by Jiangsu province, and the highway in Anhui province is governed by Anhui province. Different highway management systems may be deployed by different highway owners, and message intercommunication may not be realized among the highway management systems, which may cause a problem that an exit station cannot find out at which entrance a vehicle enters a high speed according to a license plate number, and further cannot calculate a high speed fee.
For this problem, if the highway management system at the exit highway station does not find the corresponding entry information when the vehicle leaves, for example: and the entrance identifier and the like can send an entrance record inquiry request carrying the license plate number to the payment system, the payment system searches effective entrance records according to the license plate number, and can return the searched effective entrance records to the highway management system of the exit high-speed station so as to calculate the high-speed fee.
Step 416, the highway management system sends the license plate number and the high-speed fee to a payment system.
And 418, the payment system searches the corresponding payment account according to the license plate number and finishes payment according to the high-speed fee and the searched payment account.
In this embodiment, the payment system may search a payment account corresponding to the license plate number in the high-speed withholding list, and complete payment based on the searched payment account, for example, deduct a high-speed fee from the payment account to pay a collection account of the highway management system. The payment system may also return relevant payment information to the user after payment is complete, such as: and returning related payment information to the client logged in based on the payment account, and the like. The related payment information may include: the high-speed fee, the license plate number, the entrance of the highway, the exit of the highway, etc., which are not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the highway management system may send its collection account number, license plate number, and high-speed fee to the payment system together. When the highway management system does not send the collection account number when requesting payment, the payment system may also search the collection account number from the registration information when the highway management system registers, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In another example, if the corresponding payment account is not found according to the license plate number, the payment system may notify the highway management system that the corresponding payment account is not found, and the relevant staff on the highway may let the user pay the high-speed fee online, for example: the vehicle can be released after the high-speed fee is successfully paid by cash or swiping a card.
In step 420, the payment system returns a payment complete message to the highway management system after the payment is complete.
In step 422, the highway management system releases the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the highway management system can control the lever to be raised to let the vehicle drive off.
In another example, before the payment system performs the payment operation, it may be determined whether a valid entry record corresponding to the license plate number sent by the highway management system is stored. If the corresponding valid entry record is found, the payment operation can be executed, and the valid entry record is marked as invalid after the payment is finished; if the corresponding valid entry record is not found, it can be determined that the payment request of the highway management system has a security risk, and in order to ensure the property security of the user, the payment operation may not be executed, for example, the payment account corresponding to the license plate number is not found, and a message that the security risk exists is returned to the highway management system, so that the highway related staff can let the user pay the highway fee online.
The payment system performs a payment operation when it is determined that there is a valid entry record of the departing vehicle, which can improve the security of highway payments.
Based on the implementation scheme that the payment system stores the valid entry record of the entry vehicle, the payment system can push a vehicle entry notification to a payment account bound to a license plate number corresponding to the valid entry record after storing the valid entry record, for example, the payment system instructs a client logged in based on the payment account to output a prompt message and the like, and the prompt message can be carried: license plate number, highway entrance, highway exit, driving time and other information.
In another example, since the entry records sent by the highway management system include entry records of vehicles with uploaded license plate numbers and entry records of vehicles without uploaded license plate numbers, the payment system can clear the stored valid entry records according to a predetermined policy.
For example, the payment system may mark a valid entry record as invalid when its vehicle entry length reaches a predetermined length. Specifically, the time period for a user to pass on a highway after driving at a high speed does not usually exceed a predetermined time period, such as: the payment system may periodically detect whether the entry duration of the saved valid entry record reaches the predetermined duration, and if the entry duration reaches the predetermined duration, the vehicle may be considered to have driven off the highway, and the corresponding valid entry record may be marked as invalid. Wherein the entry duration is typically the duration between the current time and the entry time.
For another example, after receiving the offline payment success notification sent by the highway management system, the payment system may mark the valid entry record corresponding to the license plate number carried by the offline payment success notification as invalid. Specifically, after the vehicle is driven off the line and the high-speed fee is successfully paid, for example: after the high-speed fee is successfully paid through cash or a bank card, the highway management system can send an offline payment success notice carrying the license plate number to the payment system. The payment system can further mark the valid entry record corresponding to the license plate number as invalid.
Of course, in practical applications, the payment system may also use other strategies to mark the valid entry record as invalid to implement the clearing of the valid entry record, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, in another example, the highway management system may further identify and match other information of the entering vehicle and the leaving vehicle to determine whether the vehicle is suspected of stealing the license plate during the driving process on the highway, and if the suspicion of stealing and taking a picture does not exist, the highway management system may determine the high-speed fee. Wherein the other information may include: vehicle type information, vehicle body color, vehicle size, etc.
For example, when a vehicle with the license plate number of Zhe A12345 enters the entrance of the highway, the highway management system recognizes that the vehicle is a red large truck, and when the vehicle with the license plate number of Zhe A12345 leaves the exit of the highway, the highway management system recognizes that the vehicle is a black sedan, so that the two vehicles are very likely to steal and exchange license plates in the highway, and further, the staff can be prompted to check the license plates.
The method is characterized in that the method comprises the steps that other information of vehicles which can be identified by a highway management system in China is sent to a payment system to be stored by combining the actual condition of a highway in China, and when an exit and an entrance of the highway where the vehicles leave do not belong to the same owner, the exit highway management system can send an inquiry request to the payment system so as to inquire the information of the vehicles entering the highway according to the number of license plates and further confirm the suspicion of stealing the license plates.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the payment system can store the relevant information of the vehicles for the highway management system so as to be inquired by other highway management systems, so that information sharing among different highway management systems is realized.
In correspondence with the aforementioned embodiment of the method for payment of highway vehicles shown in fig. 1, the present description also provides an embodiment of a device for payment of highway vehicles.
