The method comprises a network first planning step and a network continuous planning step; the network first planning step is used for finding out a target network type of an area where a user is located according to the network utilization preference information of the user, and enabling the CPE equipment to be networked according to the target network type; and the network continuous planning step is used for regularly acquiring the internet surfing behavior information of the user in the process of continuously using the network by the user, and analyzing and judging whether the current network type is the optimal network type according to the internet surfing behavior information and the network using preference information. The invention can enable the CPE equipment to select the optimal operator network, realize that the application of the user can run under the optimal network, and can not influence the work of the user when the network is switched.

Background
Cpe (customer Premise equipment), which is a customer premises equipment, is a mobile signal access device that receives a mobile signal, i.e., a 4G or 5G signal, converts it into a WiFi signal, and forwards the WiFi signal. The CPE equipment can support a large number of mobile terminals which can surf the internet at the same time. At present, CPE equipment can be widely applied to wireless network access in rural areas, towns, hospitals, units, factories, cells and the like, and the cost for laying a wire network can be saved. The common CPE equipment works on the principle that a 4G or 5G SIM card is inserted, and then a WiFi network is provided for equipment connection. The CPE device is usually fixed in place, and after the CPE device is placed, a user can perform networking by selecting a corresponding operator network. However, the location of the CPE device and the operator network corresponding to the application of the connection end are not necessarily optimal, and if the network is not good, the user also needs to switch the network of the CPE device to find the network with the optimal signal.
