Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of signs, in particular to a light-emitting structure of a sign.
Background
Signage is an important indicator for businesses and products. For example, a sign is provided on an automobile or the like to display the brand of the automobile.
However, the existing signs are generally incapable of emitting light, displaying at night, and meeting the needs of people.
To this end, a sign capable of emitting light has been invented. As shown in fig. 1-3, the prior art illuminated sign includes an outer cover 1, an inner lens 2, a Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA)3, a housing 4, and a heat sink 5. Wherein, the housing 1 is provided with a logo area 6, for example, a logo "BYD". A plurality of LEDs 7 are provided on the printed circuit board assembly 3. Typically, the plurality of LEDs 7 will be interspersed throughout the printed circuit board assembly 3. Wherein, the plurality of LEDs 7 emit light and then are diffused by the inner lens 2, and then the light effect is displayed by the outer cover 1.
However, the conventional luminescent sign employs LED light sources, and the number of LED light sources is large, and the LED light sources are distributed over the printed circuit board assembly. This makes the circuit design relatively complex on the one hand and relatively costly on the other hand. Meanwhile, the LED light source generates heat more severely, and therefore, a heat sink needs to be equipped. This results in a luminous sign which is relatively thick and heavy and is not easy to mount.
In view of the above technical drawbacks of the prior art, there is a need to develop a new type of luminous sign.
