As described in the background art, in order to solve the above problem that the government information resource directory in the prior art cannot provide accurate guidance for the user, embodiments of the present application provide a method, a device, a computer-readable storage medium, and a processor for processing government information resources.
According to an embodiment of the application, a method for processing government affair information resources is provided.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a processing method of a government affairs information resource according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101, constructing a process block chain, wherein the process block chain comprises a plurality of sharing relations of processes and resource catalogs;
step S102, a service block chain is constructed, the service block chain comprises a plurality of service items, and the processes correspond to the service items one by one.
Specifically, when the house loan procedure is bought, the flow block chain comprises a bank, a civil government office, a tax bureau and a house administration, and the flows on the flow block chain are arranged in a fixed sequence, and a person handling the house loan procedure can clearly know what procedure to handle first and what procedure to handle later under the guidance of the flow block chain.
Specifically, the sharing relationship of the resource directory refers to a sharing relationship of information between the processes, for example, information sharing between a civil bureau and a tax bureau, information sharing between a tax bureau and a house authority, and information sharing between a civil bureau and a house authority.
Specifically, the business items on the business block chain correspond to the flow of the flow block chain, and for example, what business a person handling a house loan procedure needs to handle at a bank, what business needs to be handled at a civil bureau, what business needs to be handled at a tax bureau, and what business needs to be handled at a house administration can be obtained from the business items of the business block chain.
According to the scheme, by establishing a double-chain structure of government affair information resources, a process block chain and a service block chain, due to the fact that the process block chain comprises a sharing relation of a plurality of processes and resource catalogs, and the service block chain comprises a plurality of service items, when a user handles related services, an accurate guiding effect can be formed on the user, the information credibility is high, and the information is fully disclosed.

In an embodiment of the application, the service block chain further includes a resource directory, information items, authority management and a shared log, wherein the resource directory is a group of information which is described by metadata of government affair information resources according to a specification and is sequenced and encoded according to a certain classification method, so as to describe characteristics of each government affair information resource, and facilitate retrieval, positioning and acquisition of the government affair information resource; the information item is a detailed description of the structured information resource and comprises an information item name and a data type; the authority management means that a user can access and only can access authorized resources according to a safety rule or a safety strategy set by a system, and the number of the resources is small; the shared log refers to a process uplink log, a service uplink shared log and the like. The resource catalog, the information items, the service items, the authority management and the shared log are all linked up through the block chain technology, and the historical information can be traced, trusted and accurately positioned by combining the block chain of the flow.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: and constructing credibility rules of data sharing. The credibility rule of data sharing is constructed by locking the sharing relation and the uplink process of the entrusted local gate relative to the resource directory, and the problems of random circulation of the resource directory and business items and disordered business cooperation are solved.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: and supervising the business items running on the chain. The problems of closed loop of department service, directory data and service data, disjointed ending application and data, out-of-control technology and management and the like are established.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: and applying block chain cryptography, getting through data sharing authority management, and realizing data sharing among multiple departments.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: standardizing the business process and sharing the switching system. The intelligent contract of the block chain realizes the supervision of the resource catalogue and the data, and controls the business process and the normalization of the shared exchange system.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: and updating the flow block chain and the service block chain. Namely, the flow block chain and the service block chain are updated in real time according to the actual business handling requirements and information update, so as to realize accurate guidance for the user to handle related business.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: the non-tampering of the resource catalog, data, authority and log is realized by using the non-tampering of the block chain.
It should be noted that the processing device for government affair information resources in the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the processing method for government affair information resources provided in the embodiment of the present application. The following describes a processing apparatus for government affair information resources according to an embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a processing device of government affairs information resources according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus includes:
a first building unit 10, configured to build a process block chain, where the process block chain includes a sharing relationship between multiple processes and a resource directory;
the second constructing unit 20 is configured to construct a service block chain, where the service block chain includes a plurality of service items, and the processes correspond to the service items one to one.

In an embodiment of the application, the apparatus further includes a third constructing unit, configured to construct credibility rules for data sharing. In an embodiment of the application, the device further comprises a call-through unit, wherein the call-through unit is used for applying block chain cryptography, calling through data sharing authority management, and realizing data sharing among multiple departments.
In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes a normalization unit, where the normalization unit is used to normalize the service flow and the shared switching architecture. The intelligent contract of the block chain realizes the supervision of the resource catalogue and the data, and controls the business process and the normalization of the shared exchange system.
In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes an updating unit, where the updating unit is configured to update the flow block chain and the service block chain. Namely, the flow block chain and the service block chain are updated in real time according to the actual business handling requirements and information update, so as to realize accurate guidance for the user to handle related business.
The processing device of the government affair information resource comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first construction unit, the second construction unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to one or more than one, and the kernel can accurately guide the user to handle related services by adjusting kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
The embodiment of the invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, which comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device where the computer-readable storage medium is located is controlled to execute the processing method of the government affair information resource.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the processing method of the government affair information resource is executed when the program runs.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the program, at least the following steps are realized:

The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program of initializing at least the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:

2) The processing apparatus of the government affair information resource of this application, through establishing the double-chain structure about government affair information resource, flow block chain and business block chain, because including the sharing relation of a plurality of processes and resource catalogue on the flow block chain, include a plurality of business matters on the business block chain, when the user handles relevant business, can form accurate guide effect to the user, and the credibility of information is higher, and the information is public fully.
