The system sends the clearing result and the payment amount to the issuer who issues the securities, so that the issuer feeds back the money corresponding to the payment amount and inputs the money into the account associated with the securities, thereby completing the payment of the securities of the bulk commodities.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, after the system acquires the stock bill, whether the stock bill is associated with securities or not is determined, so that the trade settlement of the stock bill or the delivery of the securities corresponding to the stock bill is reasonably carried out according to the determination result.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the transaction settlement delivering method for bulk goods according to the present invention, and after the step S10 according to the first or second embodiment, the method further includes:
step S110, obtaining a first digital fingerprint of a seller, a first identity of the seller, a second digital fingerprint of a buyer and a second identity of the buyer according to the transaction contract;
step S120, extracting a first verification digital fingerprint associated with the first identity and a second verification digital fingerprint associated with the second identity from the block link points;
step S130, when the first digital fingerprint is the same as the first verification digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint is the same as the second verification digital fingerprint, executing the step of determining the transaction amount, the seller and the buyer of the bulk commodity according to the transaction information, wherein the first digital fingerprint is the same as the first verification digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint is the same as the second verification digital fingerprint, and determining that the transaction of the bulk commodity is valid.
In this embodiment, the trading contract has a fingerprint of the seller and the trader. The seller and the counterparty may be characterized by identities, such that the system may obtain from the transaction contract a first digital fingerprint of the seller, a first identity of the seller, a second digital fingerprint of the purchaser, and a second identity of the purchaser. The blockchain node stores a first verification digital fingerprint related to the first identity and a second verification digital fingerprint related to the second identity. The system extracts a first verification digital fingerprint associated with the first identity and a second verification digital fingerprint associated with the second identity from the block link points, determines whether the first digital fingerprint is consistent with the first verification numerical fingerprint, and determines whether the second digital fingerprint is consistent with the second verification fingerprint. If the first digital fingerprint is the same as the first verification fingerprint, it is determined that the seller on the transaction contract is authentic and not false. If the second digital fingerprint is the same as the second verified digital fingerprint, it is determined that the purchaser on the transaction contract is authentic and not false. If the first digital fingerprint is the same as the first verified digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint is the same as the second verified digital fingerprint, the transaction of the block of merchandise is determined to be valid, and the system can perform steps S20-S40.
Further, before the system acquires the first digital fingerprint, a third terminal associated with the warehouse slip is acquired, and the third terminal can be regarded as a terminal associated with an organization storing the bulk commodities. The system can generate inquiry information whether the warehouse bill is valid according to the warehouse bill and send the inquiry information to the third terminal, so that the third terminal is inquired whether the warehouse bill is real and valid. If the warehouse bill is valid, the third terminal feeds back confirmation information based on the inquiry information, and the system executes the steps S110 to S130.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the system obtains the first digital fingerprint of the seller, the first identity of the seller, the second digital fingerprint of the buyer, and the second identity of the buyer from the transaction contract, and obtains the first verification digital fingerprint associated with the first identity and the second verification digital fingerprint associated with the second identity from the blockchain node, and if the first digital fingerprint is the same as the first verification digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint is the same as the second verification digital fingerprint, it is determined that the transaction contract is valid, thereby avoiding false transactions of bulk commodities.
In an embodiment, before step S10, the method further includes:
c1, acquiring a sale label of a large commodity and a purchase label corresponding to each user;
c2, taking the user who purchases the label matched with the selling label as the target user;
and C3, generating push information according to the commodity information of the bulk commodity, and sending the push information to a fourth terminal associated with each target user.
In this embodiment, the system obtains a sale tag of a large quantity of merchandise and a purchase tag corresponding to each user. The sale tag may be a sale request set by the user for the bulk product, for example, if the minimum sale price of the bulk product is 50000 yuan, and the transaction location is market a, the sale tag is: trade > 5w, market A. The purchase tag corresponding to the user may also be a purchase request of the user, for example, the purchase request is to purchase a bulk product for more than 2000 yuan, and if the transaction location is in market B, the purchase tag is: trades in > 2K, B.
The system may target users corresponding to purchase tags matching the sale tags. Specifically, the system determines each selling factor of the selling labels and a purchasing factor of the purchasing labels, so that the similarity between the selling labels and the purchasing labels is determined according to the purchasing factors and the selling factors, and then the users corresponding to the purchasing labels with the similarity larger than the preset similarity are used as target users. The purchase tag greater than the preset similarity is matched with the sale tag. Assuming that the sales tag has four sales factors and the purchase tag has 3 purchase factors matching the 3 sales factors of the sales tag, the similarity is 75%, i.e., 3/4 ═ 0.75. Matching the sales factor to the purchase factor means that the purchase factor is included in the sales factor, e.g., the purchase factor is > 5000 and the sales factor is > 2000.
After the target user is determined, the system generates push information based on commodity information of the bulk commodities and sends the push information to a fourth terminal associated with the target user. The commodity information may be understood as the kind, price, selling requirement, selling label, etc. of a large commodity.
The invention also provides a transaction settlement delivery system for bulk goods, which comprises a memory, a processor and a delivery program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the delivery program is executed by the processor to realize the steps of the transaction settlement delivery method for bulk goods according to the above embodiment.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a delivery program, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the transaction settlement delivery method for bulk goods according to the above embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A transaction settlement delivery method for a bulk commodity is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a transaction request of a bulk commodity sent by a first terminal is received, acquiring a warehouse receipt, transaction information and a transaction contract of the bulk commodity according to the transaction request;
when the transaction of the bulk commodity is determined to be effective according to the transaction contract, determining the transaction amount, the seller and the buyer of the bulk commodity according to the transaction information;
generating a money making request according to the transaction information, the transaction amount, a preset account and a link of a payment server, and sending the money making request to a second terminal associated with the purchaser;
and when receiving the money corresponding to the transaction amount input by the payment server, inputting the money into the account of the seller, and associating the warehouse slip with the account of the purchaser so as to finish the transaction settlement of the bulk commodity.
2. The method for transaction settlement delivery of a bulk good according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the manifest, the transaction information, and the transaction contract for the bulk good according to the transaction request further comprises:
determining whether the manifest is associated with a security;
and when the stock list is not related to the securities and the trading effectiveness of the bulk commodity is determined according to the trading contract, executing the step of acquiring the stock list, the trading information and the trading contract of the bulk commodity according to the trading request.
3. The method for transaction settlement delivery of a bulk good of claim 2, wherein the step of determining whether the manifest is associated with a security is further followed by;
when the stock is related to the securities, acquiring a clearing result corresponding to the stock;
determining the account and the payment amount associated with the securities according to the clearing result;
sending the clearing result and the amount of the remittance to a issuer who issues the securities;
and receiving the money corresponding to the delivery amount fed back by the issuing party, and driving the money into an account associated with the securities to complete delivery and receipt of the bulk commodity securities.
4. The method for transaction settlement delivery of a bulk good according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the manifest, the transaction information and the transaction contract for the bulk good according to the transaction request further comprises:
obtaining a first digital fingerprint of a seller, a first identity of the seller, a second digital fingerprint of a buyer and a second identity of the buyer according to the transaction contract;
extracting a first verification digital fingerprint associated with the first identity and a second verification digital fingerprint associated with the second identity from the block chain nodes;
and when the first digital fingerprint is the same as the first verification digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint is the same as the second verification numerical fingerprint, executing the step of determining the transaction amount, the seller and the buyer of the bulk commodity according to the transaction information, wherein the first digital fingerprint is the same as the first verification digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint is the same as the second verification numerical fingerprint, and judging that the transaction of the bulk commodity is effective.
5. The method for transaction settlement delivery of a bulk good of claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining a first digital fingerprint of a seller, a first identity of the seller, a second digital fingerprint of a buyer, and a second identity of the buyer in accordance with the transaction contract is preceded by the steps of:
acquiring a third terminal related to the warehouse slip, and generating inquiry information whether the warehouse slip is valid according to the warehouse slip;
sending the inquiry information to the third terminal;
and when receiving confirmation information fed back by the third terminal based on the inquiry information, executing the step of acquiring the first digital fingerprint of the seller, the first identity identification of the seller, the second digital fingerprint of the buyer and the second identity identification of the buyer according to the transaction contract.

The method for transaction settlement delivery of a bulk commodity according to claim 1, wherein before the step of acquiring the purchase order, the transaction information and the transaction contract of the bulk commodity according to the transaction request when receiving the transaction request of the bulk commodity sent by the first terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring selling labels of bulk commodities and purchasing labels corresponding to various users;
taking a user who purchases a tag matched with the selling tag as a target user;
and generating push information according to the commodity information of the bulk commodity, and sending the push information to a fourth terminal associated with each target user.
7. The transaction settlement delivery method for bulk goods according to claim 6, wherein the step of targeting the user of the purchase tag matching the sale tag as the target user comprises:
determining respective sales factors for the sales tags and purchase factors for the purchase tags;
determining the similarity between the selling label and the purchasing label according to the purchasing factor and the selling factor;
and taking the user corresponding to the purchase label with the similarity larger than the preset similarity as a target user.
8. The method for transaction settlement delivery of a bulk good according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the step of associating the purchase order with the account of the purchaser is followed by the further step of:
and sending prompt information of the completion of the bulk commodity transaction to the first terminal and the second terminal.
9. A transaction settlement delivery system for a bulk good, comprising a memory, a processor, and a control program stored in the memory and operable on the processor, the control program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the transaction settlement delivery method for a bulk good according to any one of claims 1-8.
10. A readable storage medium storing a control program, the control program when executed by a processor performing the steps of the method for transaction settlement delivery of a commodity according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
