As shown in fig. 5, when a user finds any after-market problem and an experience optimization suggestion for vehicle functions during a vehicle using process, the user can wake up an intelligent voice assistant in the vehicle through an intelligent voice system configured in the vehicle-mounted device (for example, a multimedia information entertainment system configured with an intelligent voice engine), that is, the intelligent voice assistant in the intelligent voice system of the vehicle-mounted device can perform intelligent voice communication with the user through a vehicle-mounted voice microphone and a vehicle-mounted speaker, that is, the vehicle-mounted device can receive a feedback information input instruction of the user and receive target feedback information input by the user.

After receiving the target feedback information, the first server may evaluate the target feedback information, generate a corresponding processing policy, and then send the processing policy and/or execution progress information of the processing policy to the vehicle-mounted device, where the vehicle-mounted device may output the processing information to a user, or send the processing information to a preset client.
For example, in the process of using the car, a user finds that the navigation display function in the multimedia information entertainment system configured by the car-mounted device is only plane display and does not have 3D map display, the user needs to remind a producer of the car-mounted device to optimize the function, and the user can wake up an intelligent voice assistant of the multimedia information entertainment system, for example, the user can say: "you are good, small A (i.e. intelligent voice assistant), navigation software only has plane 2D display, no 3D map display, please submit to the host factory for optimization".
The intelligent voice assistant configured in the vehicle-mounted device can output: meanwhile, the vehicle-mounted device can send the target feedback information input by the user to the second server, the second server can send the target feedback information to the target information processing device corresponding to the feedback type to which the target feedback information belongs after processing the target feedback information, and the target information processing device can generate a processing strategy corresponding to the target feedback information and send the processing strategy to the vehicle-mounted device.
The vehicle-mounted device may obtain and output the updated processing policy execution progress information when receiving the prompt for updating the execution progress information sent by the first server, or the vehicle-mounted device may also actively query and obtain the execution progress information of the processing policy based on a preset execution entering query cycle, and then output the information to the user, for example, when the user starts the vehicle the next day, the intelligent voice assistant may actively report the received processing policy: "the host, you are good, the problem host factory that you feed back has confirmed, predict the development cycle three months, ask you to endure waiting, will upgrade you after the development test is finished, thank you for advice".

It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the radio frequency unit 801 may be used for receiving and sending signals during a message sending and receiving process or a call process, and specifically, receives downlink data from a base station and then processes the received downlink data to the processor 810; in addition, the uplink data is transmitted to the base station. The audio output unit 803 may convert audio data received by the radio frequency unit 801 or the network module 802 or stored in the memory 809 into an audio signal and output as sound. Also, the audio output unit 803 may also provide audio output related to a specific function performed by the electronic apparatus 800 (e.g., a call signal reception sound, a message reception sound, etc.). The audio output unit 803 includes a speaker, a buzzer, a receiver, and the like.
The input unit 804 is used for receiving an audio or video signal. The input Unit 804 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 8041 and a microphone 8042, and the Graphics processor 8041 processes image data of a still picture or video obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The processed image frames may be displayed on the display unit 806. The image frames processed by the graphics processor 8041 may be stored in the memory 809 (or other storage medium) or transmitted via the radio frequency unit 801 or the network module 802. The microphone 8042 can receive sound, and can process such sound into audio data. The processed audio data may be converted into a format output transmittable to a mobile communication base station via the radio frequency unit 801 in case of a phone call mode.
The electronic device 800 also includes at least one sensor 805, such as light sensors, motion sensors, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor includes an ambient light sensor that can adjust the brightness of the display panel 8061 according to the brightness of ambient light and a proximity sensor that can turn off the display panel 8061 and/or the backlight when the electronic device 800 is moved to the ear. The display unit 806 is used to display information input by the user or information provided to the user. The Display unit 806 may include a Display panel 8061, and the Display panel 8061 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like.
The user input unit 807 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the electronic apparatus. Specifically, the user input unit 807 includes a touch panel 8071 and other input devices 8072. The touch panel 8071, also referred to as a touch screen, may collect touch operations by a user on or near the touch panel 8071 (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch panel 8071 using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or accessory). The touch panel 8071 may include two portions of a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 810, receives a command from the processor 810, and executes the command. In addition, the touch panel 8071 can be implemented by various types such as a resistive type, a capacitive type, an infrared ray, and a surface acoustic wave. In addition to the touch panel 8071, the user input unit 807 can include other input devices 8072. In particular, other input devices 8072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described in detail herein.
Further, the touch panel 8071 can be overlaid on the display panel 8061, and when the touch panel 8071 detects a touch operation on or near the touch panel 8071, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 810 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 810 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 8061 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 8, the touch panel 8071 and the display panel 8061 are two independent components to implement the input and output functions of the electronic device, in some embodiments, the touch panel 8071 and the display panel 8061 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the electronic device, and the implementation is not limited herein.
The interface unit 808 is an interface for connecting an external device to the electronic apparatus 800. For example, the external device may include a wired or wireless headset port, an external power supply (or battery charger) port, a wired or wireless data port, a memory card port, a port for connecting a device having an identification module, an audio input/output (I/O) port, a video I/O port, an earphone port, and the like. The interface unit 808 may be used to receive input (e.g., data information, power, etc.) from external devices and transmit the received input to one or more elements within the electronic device 800 or may be used to transmit data between the electronic device 800 and external devices.
The memory 809 may be used to store software programs as well as various data. The memory 809 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. Further, the memory 809 can include high speed random access memory, and can also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The processor 810 is a control center of the electronic device, connects various parts of the whole electronic device by using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the electronic device and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 809 and calling data stored in the memory 809, thereby monitoring the whole electronic device. Processor 810 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 810 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 810.
The electronic device 800 may also include a power supply 811 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, and preferably, the power supply 811 may be logically coupled to the processor 810 via a power management system to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption management functions via the power management system.

As defined herein, computer readable media does not include transitory computer readable media (transient media) such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.

Claims (10)

1. A data processing method is characterized by being applied to vehicle-mounted equipment, and comprises the following steps:
under the condition that a feedback information input instruction of a user is received, target feedback information aiming at the use condition of the vehicle-mounted equipment and input by the user is obtained, wherein the target feedback information comprises voice information input by the user and acquired by a voice information acquisition module of the vehicle-mounted equipment;
sending the target feedback information to a first server so that the first server generates a corresponding processing strategy for the target feedback information;
receiving processing information aiming at the target feedback information sent by the first server, and outputting the processing information, wherein the processing information comprises the processing strategy and/or execution progress information of the processing strategy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the target feedback information to a first server comprises:
converting the target feedback information into text information based on a preset voice data processing algorithm;
and determining a feedback type to which the content of the text information belongs based on a preset information type determination method, and sending the text information to the first server corresponding to the determined feedback type.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the target feedback information to a server comprises:
and sending the target feedback information to a second server so that the second server determines a feedback type to which the target feedback information belongs based on a preset information type determination method, and sending the target feedback information to the first server corresponding to the determined feedback type.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein outputting the processing information comprises:
and outputting the updated processing strategy execution progress information when receiving the prompt of updating the execution progress information.
5. A data processing method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving target feedback information sent by vehicle-mounted equipment, wherein the target feedback information is feedback information of a user for the use condition of the vehicle-mounted equipment and received by the vehicle-mounted equipment, and the target feedback information comprises voice information input by the user and acquired by a voice information acquisition module of the vehicle-mounted equipment;
generating a processing strategy corresponding to the target feedback information;
and executing the processing strategy, and sending processing information aiming at the target feedback information to the vehicle-mounted equipment so as to enable the vehicle-mounted equipment to output the processing information to a user, wherein the processing information comprises the processing strategy and/or execution progress information of the processing strategy.
6. A data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring target feedback information aiming at the service condition of the vehicle-mounted equipment, which is input by a user, under the condition that a feedback information input instruction of the user is received, wherein the target feedback information comprises voice information input by the user and acquired by the voice information acquisition module of the vehicle-mounted equipment;
the information sending module is used for sending the target feedback information to a first server so that the first server generates a corresponding processing strategy for the target feedback information;
an information receiving module, configured to receive processing information for the target feedback information sent by the first server, and output the processing information, where the processing information includes the processing policy and/or execution progress information of the processing policy.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the information sending module is configured to:
converting the target feedback information into text information based on a preset voice data processing algorithm;
and determining a feedback type to which the content of the text information belongs based on a preset information type determination method, and sending the text information to the first server corresponding to the determined feedback type to which the content of the text information belongs.
8. A data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the information receiving module is used for receiving target feedback information sent by vehicle-mounted equipment, wherein the target feedback information is feedback information of a user aiming at the service condition of the vehicle-mounted equipment and received by the vehicle-mounted equipment, and the target feedback information comprises voice information input by the user and collected by a voice information collecting module of the vehicle-mounted equipment;
the strategy generating module is used for generating a processing strategy corresponding to the target feedback information;
and the information sending module is used for executing the processing strategy and sending the processing information aiming at the target feedback information to the vehicle-mounted equipment so as to enable the vehicle-mounted equipment to output the processing information to a user, wherein the processing information comprises the processing strategy and/or the execution progress information of the processing strategy.
9. An electronic device, comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the data processing method according to any one of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
