The abnormal list is set in the embodiment, so that the user without the operation authority can be prevented from creating the intelligent contract, and the operation management of the intelligent contract is safer.
It can be understood that, after the terminal collects votes of each node in the federation chain on the target proposal, and counts the number of the votes, if the number of the votes does not meet the self-consensus rule preset in the federation chain, the signature of the proposal initiator in the target proposal is added to a preset abnormal list. In this embodiment, when the terminal does not pass the voting, the terminal adds the signature of the proposal initiator in the target proposal to the preset exception list, so that the exception list can be updated, and the intelligent contract creation management is stricter.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an embodiment of intelligent contract state adjustment in the intelligent contract operation management method provided in the embodiment of the present application.

In this embodiment, a terminal receives a contract state adjustment request, where the contract state adjustment request may be an intelligent contract freezing request and/or an intelligent contract unfreezing request, the terminal obtains a target proposal associated with the contract state adjustment request, and the terminal broadcasts the target proposal to all nodes in a federation chain, so that each node in the federation chain votes for the target proposal.
The terminal receives the votes of all nodes in the alliance chain, extracts the effective votes of the members of the contract council corresponding to the target proposal in the votes, and counts the number of the effective votes; if the number of effective votes does not accord with the preset voting permission rule in the target proposal, the terminal does not adjust the state of the intelligent contract; and if the number of the effective votes accords with a preset voting output rule in the target proposal, the terminal freezes or unfreezes the intelligent contract according to the contract state code in the target proposal.
In this embodiment, the terminal performs intelligent contract state adjustment when the number of effective votes corresponds to the vote permission rule, so that the operation management of the intelligent contract is more flexible.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the intelligent contract operation management device, as shown in fig. 6.
In order to better implement the intelligent contract operation management method in the embodiment of the present application, on the basis of the intelligent contract operation management method, an embodiment of the present application further provides an intelligent contract operation management device, where the intelligent contract operation management device includes:
a proposal obtaining module 601, configured to receive a contract updating request, and obtain a target proposal associated with the contract updating request;

and if the number of votes accords with a self-consensus rule preset in the alliance chain, establishing an intelligent contract according to the target proposal.
In some embodiments of the present application, the creating an intelligent contract according to the target proposal if the number of votes matches a self-consensus rule preset in the federation chain in the intelligent contract operation management apparatus includes:
if the number of votes accords with a self-consensus rule preset in the alliance chain, extracting a voting permission rule, a contract source code and a contract affair party member address list in the target proposal;
deploying the voting permission rule and the contract source code to a contract storage area and generating an intelligent contract address;
and saving the contract reason affair member address list to the contract storage area, associating the contract reason affair member address list with the intelligent contract address, adding the proposal initiator signature, and finishing intelligent contract creation.
In some embodiments of the present application, the intelligent contract operation management apparatus includes:
extracting a proposal initiator signature in the target proposal, and judging whether a preset abnormal list contains the proposal initiator signature;
if the preset abnormal list contains the signature of the proposal initiator, outputting prompt information of the target proposal abnormality;
if the preset abnormal list does not contain the proposal initiator signature, the step of broadcasting the target proposal to all nodes in a alliance chain is executed so that each node in the alliance chain votes for the target proposal;

and if the number of votes does not accord with the self-consensus rule preset in the alliance chain, adding the proposal initiator signature in the target proposal to a preset abnormal list.
In some embodiments of the present application, the vote counting module 603 includes:
receiving votes of all nodes in the alliance chain, acquiring voter labels corresponding to the votes, and judging whether the voters corresponding to the voter labels are contractual council members corresponding to the target proposal or not;
if the voter corresponding to the voter label is not a member of the contractual affairs meeting, taking the vote as an invalid vote, and deleting the invalid vote;
and if the voter corresponding to the voter label is a member of the contractual council, taking the vote as a valid vote, and counting the number of the valid votes.

The intelligent contract operation management device in the embodiment of the application receives a contract updating request and acquires a target proposal related to the contract updating request; broadcasting the target proposal to all nodes of a alliance chain so that each node in the alliance chain votes for the target proposal; receiving votes of all nodes in the alliance chain, extracting effective votes of the members of the contractual council corresponding to the target proposal in the votes, and counting the number of the effective votes; and if the number of the effective votes accords with the vote permission rule corresponding to the target proposal, updating the intelligent contract according to the target contract code in the target proposal. The contract council members and the voting permission rules corresponding to the target proposal are preset in the embodiment of the application, the number of effective votes corresponding to the contract council members is counted, the intelligent contract is updated when the number of the effective votes accords with the voting permission rules, and after the associated target proposal is updated by the intelligent contract, all members of a alliance chain are not required to vote, and whether the intelligent contract is updated or not is determined according to the voting permission rules corresponding to the target proposal, so that the intelligent and reasonable operation management is more flexible and reasonable.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent contract operation management device, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the intelligent contract operation management device provided in the embodiment of the present application.
The intelligent contract operation management device integrates any one of the intelligent contract operation management devices provided by the embodiment of the invention, and comprises:
one or more processors;
a memory; and
one or more application programs, wherein the one or more application programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to perform the steps of the intelligent contract operation management method described in any of the above embodiments of the intelligent contract operation management method.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the intelligent contract operation management apparatus may include components such as a processor 701 of one or more processing cores, memory 702 of one or more computer storage media, a power supply 703, and an input unit 704. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the intelligent contract operation management apparatus configuration shown in fig. 7 does not constitute a limitation of the intelligent contract operation management apparatus, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the processor 701 is a control center of the intelligent contract operation management apparatus, connects the respective parts of the entire intelligent contract operation management apparatus with various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions and processing data of the intelligent contract operation management apparatus by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 702 and calling data stored in the memory 702, thereby performing overall monitoring of the intelligent contract operation management apparatus. Optionally, processor 701 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 701 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 701.
The memory 702 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 701 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 702. The memory 702 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the intelligent contract operation management apparatus, and the like. Further, the memory 702 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 702 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 701 with access to the memory 702.
The intelligent contract operation management device further comprises a power supply 703 for supplying power to each component, and preferably, the power supply 703 can be logically connected with the processor 701 through a power management system, so that functions of charging, discharging, power consumption management and the like can be managed through the power management system. The power supply 703 may also include any component including one or more of a dc or ac power source, a recharging system, a power failure detection circuit, a power converter or inverter, a power status indicator, and the like.
The intelligent contract operation management apparatus may further include an input unit 704, and the input unit 704 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.
Although not shown, the intelligent contract operation management device may further include a display unit and the like, which will not be described in detail herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 701 in the intelligent contract operation management device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 702 according to the following instructions, and the processor 701 runs the application program stored in the memory 702, thereby implementing various functions as follows:
receiving a contract updating request, and acquiring a target proposal associated with the contract updating request;
broadcasting the target proposal to all nodes of a alliance chain so that each node in the alliance chain votes for the target proposal;
receiving votes of all nodes in the alliance chain, extracting effective votes of the members of the contractual council corresponding to the target proposal in the votes, and counting the number of the effective votes;
and if the number of the effective votes accords with the vote permission rule corresponding to the target proposal, updating the intelligent contract according to the target contract code in the target proposal.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions or by associated hardware controlled by the instructions, which may be stored in a computer storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer storage medium, which may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like. Stored thereon, is a computer program that is loaded by a processor to perform the steps of any of the intelligent contract operation management methods provided by the embodiments of the present invention. For example, the computer program may be loaded by a processor to perform the steps of:
receiving a contract updating request, and acquiring a target proposal associated with the contract updating request;
broadcasting the target proposal to all nodes of a alliance chain so that each node in the alliance chain votes for the target proposal;
receiving votes of all nodes in the alliance chain, extracting effective votes of the members of the contractual council corresponding to the target proposal in the votes, and counting the number of the effective votes;
and if the number of the effective votes accords with the vote permission rule corresponding to the target proposal, updating the intelligent contract according to the target contract code in the target proposal.

receiving votes of all nodes in the alliance chain, extracting effective votes of the members of the contractual council corresponding to the target proposal in the votes, and counting the number of the effective votes;
and if the number of the effective votes accords with the vote permission rule corresponding to the target proposal, updating the intelligent contract according to the target contract code in the target proposal.
2. The intelligent contract operation management method according to claim 1, wherein before receiving a contract update request and obtaining a target proposal associated with the contract update request, the method comprises:
receiving a contract creation request, and organizing an intelligent contract creation target proposal, wherein the target proposal comprises a voting permission rule, a contract source code, a contract management affair member address list and a proposal initiator signature;
broadcasting the target proposal to all nodes in a federation chain so that each node in the federation chain votes for the target proposal;
collecting votes of all nodes in the alliance chain on the target proposal, and counting the number of the votes;
and if the number of votes accords with a self-consensus rule preset in the alliance chain, establishing an intelligent contract according to the target proposal.
3. The intelligent contract operation management method according to claim 2, wherein if the number of votes matches a self-consensus rule preset in the federation chain, creating an intelligent contract according to the target proposal comprises:
if the number of votes accords with a self-consensus rule preset in the alliance chain, extracting a voting permission rule, a contract source code and a contract affair party member address list in the target proposal;
deploying the voting permission rule and the contract source code to a contract storage area and generating an intelligent contract address;
and saving the contract reason affair member address list to the contract storage area, associating the contract reason affair member address list with the intelligent contract address, adding the proposal initiator signature, and finishing intelligent contract creation.
4. The intelligent contract operation management method according to claim 2, wherein after receiving a contract creation request and organizing an intelligent contract creation target proposal, the method comprises:
extracting a proposal initiator signature in the target proposal, and judging whether a preset abnormal list contains the proposal initiator signature;
if the preset abnormal list contains the signature of the proposal initiator, outputting prompt information of the target proposal abnormality;
if the preset abnormal list does not contain the proposal initiator signature, the step of broadcasting the target proposal to all nodes in a alliance chain is executed so that each node in the alliance chain votes for the target proposal;
after collecting votes of each node in the alliance chain on the target proposal and counting the number of the votes, the method comprises the following steps:
and if the number of votes does not accord with the self-consensus rule preset in the alliance chain, adding the proposal initiator signature in the target proposal to a preset abnormal list.
5. The intelligent contract operation management method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving votes of nodes in the federation chain, extracting valid votes of the target proposal corresponding to contract counseling members in the votes, and counting the number of the valid votes comprises:
receiving votes of all nodes in the alliance chain, acquiring voter labels corresponding to the votes, and judging whether the voters corresponding to the voter labels are contractual council members corresponding to the target proposal or not;
if the voter corresponding to the voter label is not a member of the contractual affairs meeting, taking the vote as an invalid vote, and deleting the invalid vote;
and if the voter corresponding to the voter label is a member of the contractual council, taking the vote as a valid vote, and counting the number of the valid votes.
6. The intelligent contract operation management method according to claim 1, wherein if the number of the valid votes meets a vote casting rule corresponding to the target proposal, performing intelligent contract update according to a target contract code in the target proposal includes:

and if the number of the effective votes accords with the vote permission rule corresponding to the target proposal, carrying out intelligent contract freezing or unfreezing according to a contract state code in the target proposal.
