Prohibiting entry into a contract-signing link if the facial feature data of the second personally-signed user indicates that the second personally-signed user is not a living subject or the facial feature data does not match the facial feature data of the target user's facial image; in addition to prohibiting entering the link of contract signing, the embodiment may also mark the contract signing for illegal behavior to indicate that there is illegal behavior in the contract signing, and the embodiment does not limit the marking form of the illegal behavior mark.
The surface signing user comprises an enterprise legal person representative and a personal client, the type of the surface signing user depends on whether the loan object is an enterprise or a personal client, if the loan object is an enterprise, the surface signing user is an enterprise legal person representative, and if the loan object is a personal client, the surface signing user is a personal client. Therefore, for the fact that the face-signed user is an enterprise legal representative, whether the face-signed user is the enterprise legal representative needs to be verified, and if the face-signed user is not the enterprise legal representative, sending a face image acquisition request carrying identity document information of a second face-signed user to the server is forbidden, so that the contract signing link cannot be entered or is forbidden.
The verification of whether the enterprise legal representative is available can be assisted by a server of a business department, for example, a legal information acquisition request carrying identity document information of a second face signing user is sent to the server of the business department, the server of the business department extracts the identity document information of the second face signing user from the legal information acquisition request, and searches for legal information matched with the identity document information of the second face signing user, if the legal information and the identity document information of the second face signing user point to the same user, the second face signing user is the enterprise legal representative, the server of the business department can return an indication that the identity type verification is passed, otherwise, the indication that the identity type verification is failed is returned; certainly, the server of the industrial and commercial department can return the reserved legal person information, and the electronic equipment judges whether the reserved legal person information is represented by an enterprise legal person or not.

Referring to fig. 3, it shows an alternative flow of another data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, which may include the following steps:

The electronic equipment is the electronic equipment which can be in the identity checking link and the contract signing link, for example, a mobile credit system is installed in the electronic equipment, the mobile credit system comprises the service functions of bank approval, identity checking, contract signing, loan issuance and the like, and one loan issuance is completed through the mobile credit system, so that the electronic equipment can be in the identity checking link and the contract signing link.
The location information of the electronic device is used to indicate the current geographical location of the electronic device, and is obtained by, but not limited to, a Positioning technology, such as a Global Positioning System (GPS).
302: and comparing the position information with the reserved position information of the first signing user and the position information of the website where the bank personnel participating in contract signing are located respectively.
In this embodiment, the first signing user is a user who opens an account in a bank and establishes basic customer information, where the basic customer information includes, but is not limited to, reserved location information (such as resident address information), handwritten signature handwriting and/or a stamp, the reserved location information is used to determine an address in a contract signing process, and the handwritten signature handwriting and/or the stamp is used as reserved signature information to verify signature information obtained in the contract signing process. The position information of the network site where the banking personnel participating in contract signing is the address information of the work network site of the banking personnel participating in contract signing, and the position information of the network site where the banking personnel participating in contract signing is an optional parameter for address determination. The address determination process is as follows:
if the position information of the electronic equipment is matched with the reserved position information of the first signing user, determining that the address signed by the contract is valid, and not needing to obtain the position information of a website where the bank personnel participating in the contract is located; if the position information of the electronic equipment is not matched with the reserved position information of the first face signing user, acquiring the position information of a website where the bank personnel participating in contract signing are located, comparing the position information with the position information of the website where the bank personnel participating in contract signing are located, and if the position information and the position information are matched, determining that the address signed by the contract is valid, and verifying the validity of the address signed by the contract through the electronic fence technology.
303: and if the position information is matched with the reserved position information, or the position information is not matched with the reserved position information but is matched with the position information of the website where the bank personnel are located, indicating to enter an identity checking link.
And if the position information is not matched with the reserved position information and is matched with the position information of the network site where the bank personnel are located, the user is forbidden to enter an identity checking link, and the contract signing can be further stopped. In the step of identity verification, the electronic device may perform identity verification in an automatic identity verification manner in the data processing method shown in fig. 2; or may be checked manually by bank personnel participating in the contract.

The data processing method comprises the steps of obtaining position information of the electronic equipment, comparing the position information with reserved position information of a first signing user and position information of a website where a bank worker participating in contract signing is located respectively, and indicating to enter an identity checking link if the position information is matched with the reserved position information or the position information is not matched with the reserved position information but is matched with the position information of the website where the bank worker is located, so that the validity of the address signed in the contract is checked through an electronic fence technology before entering the identity checking link.
For the data processing method, no matter the identity checking link or the contract signing link, the data processing method disables the album access authority in the electronic equipment, for example, if the electronic equipment detects that the electronic equipment runs a process related to the identity checking or the contract signing, the album access authority in the electronic equipment is disabled to prohibit the electronic equipment from being accessed to the album, so as to prevent the image data, the identity certificate image data and the like from being modified and forged, and improve the safety.
Referring to fig. 4, an alternative flow of another data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, which may include the following steps:
401: when the electronic equipment is in a contract signing link, image data at least containing the face of a first face signing user is obtained, and video data in the contract signing process is obtained.
That is to say, in the contract signing link of the electronic device, not only the image data at least containing the face of the first signing user but also the video data in the contract signing process are obtained, so that the identity of the first signing user can be verified, and the 'double recording' operation of recording and video in the contract signing process can be carried out, so as to ensure that more contents in the contract signing process are kept, and the contract signing process is embodied.
In this embodiment, in the contract signing link of the electronic device, the album access right in the electronic device is disabled to adopt the image data and the video data obtained in the contract signing process, so that even if the image data and the video data are stored in the electronic device, the user cannot randomly modify the image data and the video data in the album due to the disabled album access right, and falsification of the image data and the video data is avoided.
402: and sending a face image acquisition request to the server, wherein the face image acquisition request carries the identity document information of the first face-signing user.
403: and receiving user face image data which is sent by the server and matched with the identity document information of the first face-signed user.
404: if the facial feature data of the first facial signature user's face extracted from the image data matches the facial feature data of the user's facial image data, signature information of the first facial signature user is extracted from the image data.
405: and if the signature information of the first signing user is matched with the reserved signature information, generating a signing job log according to the first signing user information, the identity document information, the position information of the first signing user, the plurality of image data and the video data.
The first face-to-face user information is client information in the contract signing process, and for example, the first face-to-face user information comprises the name of the first face-to-face user. Identity document information is related to an identity document of the first face-signing user, including, for example, identity document information: name, ID card number, validity period of ID card. In this embodiment, the identity document information and the location information of the first countersign user may be verified in a verification manner in the data processing method, and if the verification fails, generation of the countersign work log is prohibited.
In addition to generating the face-to-face job log from the above information, the face-to-face job log can be generated in association with a date, which may be a time of contract sign-on. The way of generating the face-to-face work log is, but not limited to: and combining the first face-signing user information, the identity document information, the position information of the first face-signing user, a plurality of image data and video data, even date into a document.
406: and converting the surface label working log into a target file with a preset format, wherein the content in the target file with the preset format is forbidden to be modified. The points to be explained here are: the preset format of the target file in which the content is prohibited from being modified represents that: the content in the target file is prohibited from being deleted, altered, etc., but notes may be added to the target file, such as which parts of the content are important for checking the content, which parts of the content may be problematic, etc. The preset format may be a format for improving the security of the target file, for example, one expression of the preset format is: PDF format.
407: and uploading the target file with the preset format. Besides uploading the target file in the preset format, the embodiment may also upload the image data, the video data, the identity document image data, and the like. Since the uploaded image data may be image data of the same image, the image data of a good-quality image can be determined by analysis and uploaded during the uploading process, and the good-quality image may be an image with high definition.
In the process of uploading target files, image data, video data, identity document image data and the like in a preset format, adding watermarks to the uploaded content to protect the uploaded content through the watermarks, so as to improve the security of the content, wherein the added watermarks can be elements involved in the contract signing process, such as but not limited to: the identity information of the bank personnel, the contract signing position information, the date information and the like in the contract signing process. The electronic device may automatically upload the watermarked content, such as to at least one of a credit management system and an archive system. The watermark can play a certain warning role to warn that the content added with the watermark is possibly subjected to privacy prohibition of external transmission, and even if the content is transmitted externally, personnel who reveal the content can be traced according to the watermark, so that the personnel can pay more attention to strengthening the confidentiality of the content.
In addition, the data processing method may further include: and generating an identifier of the target file in a preset format, wherein the identifier is associated with the target file so as to access the target file through the identifier. If the identification of the target file with the preset format is the graphic code of the target file, if the scanning operation aiming at the graphic code is monitored, the storage space of the target file with the graphic code associated can be automatically jumped to, so that the target file can be checked.
One usage scenario of the graphic code is as follows: in the process of printing the paper contract corresponding to the target document, the graphic code of the target document is printed on the paper contract, for example, the cover of the paper contract, so that a user can check the target document by scanning the graphic code. The association between the target document and the paper contract can be established through but not limited to contract identification, the contract identification can be contract number, different contracts can be distinguished through the contract number, the target document can also be provided with the contract number, therefore, when the paper contract with the contract number is printed, the target document can be found through the contract number, and then the graphic code of the target document is printed on the cover of the paper contract, so that the manual establishment of the association between the paper contract and the target document is omitted.
Another usage scenario of the graphic code is as follows: and scanning the graphic code in the credit management system to automatically jump to the target file pointed by the graphic code, and realizing access and viewing of the target file in the credit management system. The viewing may be through the APP of the mobile credit system other than in the credit management system, which is not limited in this embodiment.
According to the data processing method, the face-signing working log is generated according to the first face-signing user information, the identity document information, the position information of the first face-signing user, the plurality of image data and the video data, the face-signing working log is converted into the target file in the preset format, the content in the target file in the preset format is forbidden to be modified, and the safety of the target file is improved. And uploading the target file in the preset format so as to facilitate the access and the viewing of the target file.
While, for purposes of simplicity of explanation, the foregoing method embodiments have been described as a series of acts or combination of acts, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of acts or acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently with other steps in accordance with the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
Corresponding to the foregoing method embodiment, an embodiment of the present application further provides a data processing apparatus, an optional structure of which is shown in fig. 5, and may include: an obtaining unit 10, a sending unit 20, a receiving unit 30, and an extracting unit 40.
The obtaining unit 10 is configured to obtain image data at least including a face of a first signing user in a process that the electronic device is in a contract signing link, and obtain a plurality of image data at least including the face of the first signing user in the contract signing link, so as to continuously monitor the contract signing process in the contract signing link, thereby restoring the contract signing process through the plurality of image data, and implementing automatic monitoring on the contract signing process.
In this embodiment, please refer to the above method embodiment for the acquisition and description of the image data, which is not described herein again.
The sending unit 20 is configured to send a facial image acquisition request to the server, where the facial image acquisition request carries identity document information of the first countersign user.
The identity document information of the first signing user may be manually input into the electronic device by a user of the electronic device, such as a banking party, who delegates to participate in the present signing, or the image data obtained by the obtaining unit 10 may further include an identity document of the first signing user, and the identity document information of the first signing user is extracted from the image data, where the identity document information of the first signing user includes, but is not limited to, a name, an identity card number, and an identity card validity period, and is encapsulated in the face image obtaining request, and the face image obtaining request carrying the identity document information of the first signing user is sent to the server.
The server may be a server of the public security department, in which a network identity verification system of the public security department operates, the network identity verification system being configured to provide user facial image data retained by the public security department, for example, user facial image data on an identity document during handling of the identity document by the public security department, please refer to the above method embodiment for detailed description.
And the receiving unit 30 is used for receiving the user face image data which is sent by the server and matched with the identity document information of the first face-signing user.
An extracting unit 40 for extracting signature information of the first sign-on user from the image data if the facial feature data of the first sign-on user's face extracted from the image data matches the facial feature data of the user's face image data. In the present embodiment, the process of extracting facial feature data from image data and user face image data is: the image data and the face area in the user face image data are identified, and the face feature data is extracted from the face area, and the specific process is not described in the embodiment.
If the facial feature data of the first face-signed user's face extracted from the image data matches the facial feature data of the user's facial image data, it indicates that the identity of the first face-signed user is authentic and consistent with the information reserved by the public security department, in which case, it is instructed to extract the signature information of the first face-signed user from the image data. Extracting signature information of the first face-signed user from the image data comprises: the signature area is identified from the image data, and signature information of the first signing user is extracted from the signature area.
The sending unit 20 is further configured to upload a plurality of image data if the signature information of the first signing user matches the reserved signature information. The reserved signature information is signature information which is reserved in advance by the first side signature user before signing the contract, for example, the signature information which is reserved by the first side signature user in the bank account opening process, and the reserved signature information can be at least one of handwritten signature handwriting and a seal used by the first side signature user.
If the signature information of the first signing user is matched with the reserved signature information, the first signing user is the party signing the contract at this time, the possibility of imposition is prevented, and therefore under the condition that the signature information of the first signing user is matched with the reserved signature information, a plurality of image data are uploaded.
In this embodiment, the obtaining unit 10 obtains the video data in the contract signing process when the electronic device is in the contract signing link, so as to obtain the image data and the video data in the contract signing process, so that the identity of the first side signing user can be verified, and meanwhile, the "double recording" operation of recording and video in the contract signing process can be performed, so as to ensure that more contents in the contract signing process are retained, and the contract signing process of this time is embodied; the data processing device provided by the corresponding embodiment further comprises: the generating unit is used for generating a face-signing working log according to the first face-signing user information, the identity document information, the position information of the first face-signing user, the plurality of image data and the video data; converting the surface label working log into a target file with a preset format, wherein the content in the target file with the preset format is forbidden to be modified; and the sending unit 20 is configured to upload the target file in the preset format.
In the process of uploading target files, image data, video data, identity document image data and the like in preset formats, watermarks are added to the uploaded contents so as to protect the uploaded contents through the watermarks, and the security of the contents is improved.
In addition, the generating unit is further configured to generate an identifier of the target file in a preset format, where there is an association between the identifier and the target file, so as to access the target file through the identifier. The identification of the target file with the preset format is the graphic code of the target file, and if the scanning operation aiming at the graphic code is monitored, the storage space of the target file with the graphic code associated can be automatically jumped to, so that the target file can be checked.
The data processing device obtains image data at least containing the face of a first face-signed user in the process of the electronic equipment in the contract signing link, and obtains a plurality of image data at least containing the face of the first face-signed user in the contract signing link; the method comprises the steps of sending a face image acquisition request to a server, wherein the face image acquisition request carries identity document information of a first face-signing user, and receiving user face image data which are sent by the server and matched with the identity document information of the first face-signing user. If the facial feature data of the first facial sign user extracted from the image data matches the facial feature data of the user's facial image data, extracting signature information of the first facial sign user from the image data; if the signature information of the first signing user is matched with the reserved signature information, a plurality of image data are uploaded, the identity and the signature information of the first signing user are automatically monitored in the process of a contract signing link, so that the identity authenticity and the consistency of the signature information of the first signing user are guaranteed, the possibility of joint cheating is reduced, and the safety is improved. Under the condition that the identity of the first signing user is real and the signing information is consistent, a plurality of image data at least containing the face of the first signing user, which are obtained in the contract signing link, are uploaded, so that the process of the contract signing link is rechecked through the plurality of image data, and the possibility of joint fraud is further reduced. The image data can be completed by the aid of one user, the number of personnel in the link of signing a contract with a bank party is reduced, and waste of human resources is reduced.
Referring to fig. 6, an alternative structure of another data processing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, which may further include: an indication unit 50.
The obtaining unit 10 is further configured to, when the electronic device is in an identity verification link, obtain identity document image data of a second countersign user, extract identity document information of the second countersign user from the identity document image data, and obtain facial image data of the second countersign user, and extract facial feature data from the facial image data of the second countersign user.
The second face-sign user's identity document information includes but is not limited to name, identification card number, ID card validity period to only point to a user through name, identification card number, ID card validity period etc. wherein the identity document image data includes: the image data of the front side of the identity document and the image data of the back side of the identity document can also be the image data of other documents, such as drivers' licenses, passports and other documents.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the image data of the identity document, the watermark is added to the image data of the identity document to protect the image data of the identity document through the watermark, so as to improve the security of the image data of the identity document.
The process of the obtaining unit 10 extracting the facial feature data from the face image data of the second countersign user is: identifying a face area in the face image data of the second facial label user, extracting facial feature data from the face area, for example, obtaining the facial feature data through technologies such as face identification and face feature extraction, and the specific process is not described in this embodiment.
The sending unit 20 is further configured to send a facial image acquisition request carrying the identity document information of the second countersigning user to the server.
And the receiving unit 30 is also used for receiving the target user face image data sent by the server, wherein the target user face image data is sent by the server under the condition that the server determines that the identity document information of the second countersigning user is really effective.
An indicating unit 50 for indicating the electronic apparatus to enter a contract-making process if the facial feature data of the second personally-signed user indicates that the second personally-signed user is a living object and the facial feature data matches the facial feature data of the facial image of the target user.
Wherein the determination of the second countersigned user as the live object is to prevent illegal persons from being impersonated by a flat picture, and the matching of the facial feature data with the facial feature data of the facial image of the target user is to verify whether the second countersigned user is the same user as the user in the identity document information, so as to determine the authenticity, validity and consistency of the identity of the second countersigned user through live detection and facial feature data matching.

And the indicating unit 50 is further configured to indicate to enter an identity checking link if the location information matches the reserved location information, or if the location information does not match the reserved location information but matches the location information of the website where the bank staff is located, so as to verify the validity of the address signed by the contract through an electronic fence technology before entering the identity checking link.
For the data processing device, no matter the identity checking link or the contract signing link, the control unit in the data processing device disables the album access authority in the electronic equipment, for example, if the electronic equipment detects that the electronic equipment runs a process related to the identity checking or the contract signing, the album access authority in the electronic equipment is disabled, so that the access to the album in the electronic equipment is disabled, the image data, the identity certificate image data and the like are prevented from being modified and forged, and the safety is improved.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, including: the system comprises at least one processor, at least one memory connected with the processor and a bus. The processor and the memory are communicated with each other through the bus. The processor is used for calling the program instructions in the memory so as to execute the data processing method.
The embodiment of the application also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium is stored with a program, and the program realizes the data processing method when being executed by the processor.

the method comprises the steps that image data at least containing a face of a first face-signed user are obtained in the process that electronic equipment is in a contract signing link, and a plurality of image data at least containing the face of the first face-signed user are obtained in the contract signing link;
sending a face image acquisition request to a server, wherein the face image acquisition request carries the identity document information of the first face-signing user;
receiving user face image data which is sent by the server and matched with the identity document information of the first face-signing user;
if the facial feature data of the first face-signed user extracted from the image data matches the facial feature data of the user's facial image data, extracting signature information of the first face-signed user from the image data;
and if the signature information of the first signing user is matched with the reserved signature information, uploading the plurality of image data.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the electronic equipment is in an identity checking link, obtaining identity document image data of a second countersigning user, and extracting identity document information of the second countersigning user from the identity document image data;
obtaining facial image data of a second facial label user, and extracting facial feature data from the facial image data of the second facial label user;
sending a face image acquisition request carrying identity document information of a second countersign user to the server;
receiving target user face image data sent by the server, wherein the target user face image data is sent by the server under the condition that the server determines that the identity document information of a second countersign user is true and valid;
and if the facial feature data of the second facial signature user indicates that the second facial signature user is a living object and the facial feature data is matched with the facial feature data of the facial image of the target user, indicating that the electronic equipment enters the contract signing link.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining position information of the electronic equipment;
comparing the position information with the reserved position information of the first signing user and the position information of the website where the bank personnel participating in contract signing are located respectively;
and if the position information is matched with the reserved position information, or the position information is not matched with the reserved position information but is matched with the position information of the network point where the bank personnel are located, indicating to enter an identity checking link.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising: the access rights to the album in the electronic device are disabled.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the electronic equipment is in a contract signing link, acquiring video data in the contract signing process;
the uploading the plurality of image data comprises:
generating a face-signing working log according to the information of a first face-signing user, the information of the identity document, the position information of the first face-signing user, a plurality of image data and video data;
converting the surface label working log into a target file with a preset format, wherein the content in the target file with the preset format is forbidden to be modified;
and uploading the target file with the preset format.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and generating an identifier of the target file in the preset format, wherein the identifier is associated with the target file so as to access the target file through the identifier.
7. A data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring image data at least containing the face of a first face-signed user in the process that the electronic equipment is in a contract signing link, and acquiring a plurality of image data at least containing the face of the first face-signed user in the contract signing link;
the sending unit is used for sending a facial image acquisition request to a server, wherein the facial image acquisition request carries the identity document information of the first face-signing user;
the receiving unit is used for receiving user face image data which is sent by the server and matched with the identity document information of the first face-signed user;
an extracting unit configured to extract signature information of a first face-signed user from the image data if the facial feature data of the first face-signed user extracted from the image data matches the facial feature data of the user face image data;
the sending unit is further configured to upload the plurality of image data if the signature information of the first signing user matches the reserved signature information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising: an indicating unit;
the obtaining unit is further configured to, when the electronic device is in an identity verification link, obtain identity document image data of a second countersign user, extract identity document information of the second countersign user from the identity document image data, obtain facial image data of the second countersign user, and extract facial feature data from the facial image data of the second countersign user;
the sending unit is also used for sending a face image acquisition request carrying the identity document information of a second countersign user to the server;
the receiving unit is further used for receiving the target user face image data sent by the server, wherein the target user face image data is sent by the server under the condition that the identity document information of the second countersign user is determined to be true and valid;
the indicating unit is used for indicating the electronic equipment to enter the contract signing link if the facial feature data of the second facial signing user indicates that the second facial signing user is a living object and the facial feature data is matched with the facial feature data of the target user facial image;
or
The obtaining unit is further configured to obtain location information of the electronic device, and compare the location information with reserved location information of a first signing user and location information of a website where a bank worker participating in contract signing is located; the indicating unit is further configured to indicate to enter an identity checking link if the location information matches the reserved location information, or if the location information does not match the reserved location information but matches the location information of the branch where the banking staff is located.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor;
at least one memory, bus connected with the processor;
the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus;
the processor is arranged to call program instructions in the memory to perform the data processing method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored thereon a program which, when executed by a processor, implements a data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
