Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Currently, the loan is limited in the currency of the loan, and the time to determine the amount of the loan available is long, so the time to process the loan is long.
In order to solve the technical problem of long loan processing time, the following technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention can be adopted.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of a method for processing a loan, in which the actual available quota of the loan is updated in real time and the loan result is fed back in time in response to a loan request according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, the actual usable limit of the loan is known based on the identification of the loan, and the identification of the loan is sent by the client through a loan request.
In an embodiment of the invention, the loan may be a portfolio mortgage loan. Differentiation is identified for each loan. The client knows the actual available amount of the loan by sending a loan request.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented in application software. The application software is specifically applied to a mobile terminal or a computer terminal.
The customer sends a loan request through the application software. Then, after receiving a loan request sent by a client through the application software, the actual available limit of the loan is further known based on the identification of the loan. As one example, the actual available amount of the loan is updated in real time.
The actual amount of credit available for the loan is a measure of the currency the loan may currently use. For the same loan, the customer may make multiple payments, but the total payment needs to be less than the credit line of the loan. It will be appreciated that the actual amount of credit available for the loan is a value that varies with the client's spending.
The credit line refers to a stock management index of a short-term credit service approved by a commercial bank for a client, and can be generally divided into a single credit line for loan, a line for borrowing enterprises and a line for group borrowing enterprises. As long as the credit balance does not exceed the corresponding business variety index, no matter what the accumulated issued amount and the issuing times are, the business banking department can quickly provide short-term credit for the client, namely, the enterprise can conveniently and circularly use the short-term credit fund of the bank, thereby meeting the requirements of the client on the rapidness and convenience of financial service.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating the process of knowing the actual available amount of the loan based on the identification of the loan, wherein the guarantee mode is credit guarantee, according to the embodiment of the invention. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s201, if the guarantee mode of the loan mark is credit guarantee, the actual usable limit of the credit guarantee is used as the credit granting limit of the loan.
The manner in which the loan is secured may be known based on the identification of the loan. As an example, the loan is secured in a database, which may be queried based on the identification of the loan.
The credit guarantee does not relate to a security, and the actual usable limit of the credit guarantee may be the granted limit of the loan. As an example, the actual amount of credit guarantee available is 500 RMB, and the credit line of the loan is 500 RMB.
S202, determining the actual usable limit of the loan based on the credit limit of the loan.
The credit line of the loan is the maximum value of the actual available line of the loan. When the historical use limit of the loan is zero, the actual use limit of the loan is the credit limit of the loan. The historical use limit of the loan is the sum of the existing use limits of the loan.
In one embodiment of the invention, the actual amount of use of the loan is determined based on the amount of credit granted to the loan and the historical amount of use of the loan. Specifically, the actual amount of use of the loan is equal to the difference between the amount of credit of the loan and the historical amount of use of the loan.
In one embodiment of the invention, the amount of credit of the loan and the actual amount of credit of the loan are both displayed on the output page in order to notify the customer in a timely manner.
As an example, if a client sends a loan request through application software of a mobile terminal, the credit line of the loan and the actual usable line of the loan may be seen on the output page of the mobile terminal.
As another example, if a client sends a loan request through the application software on the computer side, the credit line of the loan and the actual available line of the loan may be seen on the output page of the computer side.
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, for credit guarantees, the actual amount of use may be determined based on the amount of credit granted.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is another flow diagram illustrating the process of knowing the actual available amount of a loan based on the identification of the loan, in a guarantee manner of a pledge, according to an embodiment of the invention. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s301, if the guarantee mode of the loan mark is quality guarantee, the quality evaluation value of the quality guarantee is used as the credit granting amount of the loan.
Pledge is a way to secure debts, i.e., a debtor may use a mobile or legitimate rights voucher with his own right as a mobile to a creditor, or a third party may use a mobile or legitimate rights voucher with his own right as a mobile to a creditor to provide a guarantee to the debtor.
If the guarantee mode of the loan identifier is a pledge, the value of the pledge is used as the credit line of the loan.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of using a value of a pledge as a credit line of a loan according to an embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes the following steps:
s401, the guarantee mode of the loan identification is quality guarantee, the guarantee information is uploaded to the server, and the guarantee evaluation value is received.
The guarantee mode of the loan identification is quality guarantee, a preset component is called when a security is newly added, and security information is uploaded to a server so as to add security information in a database and receive security evaluation value and security serial number.
S402, the quality evaluation value of the quality guarantee is used as the credit granting amount of the loan.
The security number fed back by the database is saved in the loan. The loan number is associated with the loan, and the value of the pledge is used as the credit line of the loan.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the escort information needs to be changed, the changed escort information can be uploaded to the server and the changed escort evaluation value can be received. And further updating the security information.
In the embodiment of fig. 4, for a pledge, a collateral valuation is received from the server, which in turn learns the credit line.
S302, determining the actual usable limit of the loan based on the credit limit of the loan.
The credit line of the loan is the maximum value of the actual available line of the loan. When the historical use limit of the loan is zero, the actual use limit of the loan is the credit limit of the loan. The historical use limit of the loan is the sum of the use limit of the loan.
3, the guarantee mode is a quality guarantee, and the value of the security is used as the authorized amount, and then the actual usable amount is determined.
It will be appreciated that the actual amount of credit, whether credit or pledge, may be updated in real time to meet the real-time processing requirements for the loan. Of course, the real-time available quota may also be updated according to a preset period, such as: the preset period is equal to 24 hours.
S102, receiving a payment request of a client, wherein the payment request comprises currency and payment amount.
The payment is the actual loan placement for the customer. A customer's request for a purchase may be received by the application software. As an example, the application software is application software of a mobile terminal, and a customer's request for payment may be received through the mobile terminal. As another example, the application software is computer-side application software, and the request for supporting may be received by a client through the computer side.
The currency and the payment amount are included in the request for payment. Wherein, the currency belongs to the processing currency corresponding to the loan identifier.
S103, converting the payment amount into the amount of the credit and the currency according to the real-time exchange rate and the currency, and judging whether the amount of the credit and the currency meets the loan condition or not according to the actual available credit of the loan.
The exchange rate has larger fluctuation along with the time, and the payment amount can be converted into the amount of the money according to the real-time exchange rate and the money type, so as to judge whether the amount of the money type accords with the loan condition.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of converting a payment amount into a money amount according to an embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes the following steps:
s501, inquiring the real-time exchange rate according to the currency to obtain the exchange rate of the currency and the amount and the currency.
If the currency type in the request is different from the money amount type, the real-time exchange rate is inquired by the currency type to obtain the exchange rate of the currency type and the money amount type. The money type is the money type corresponding to the actual available money.
In one embodiment of the invention, because the exchange rate is updated in real time, exchange rate conversion is required during the loan phase. To improve conversion accuracy, the real-time exchange rate may be updated before the real-time exchange rate is queried by currency.
As an example, the update period of the real-time exchange rate is 24 hours, i.e. the exchange rate is updated once every 24 hours.
S502, converting the payment amount into the amount of the money type according to the exchange rate of the money type and the money type.
The product of the sum of money and exchange rate, i.e. the sum of money and currency, wherein the exchange rate is the exchange rate between the currency and the sum of money.
In the embodiment of FIG. 5, the amount of credit in the credit request may be converted to a monetary amount.
Whether the amount of the money is in line with the loan condition or not is judged, and the following two conditions are provided:
the first condition is as follows:
if the actual available amount of the loan is larger than or equal to the amount of the amount currency, the amount currency conforms to the loan condition.
When the actual available amount of the loan is larger than or equal to the amount of the amount currency, the loan can meet the demand of the client, namely, the amount currency conforms to the loan condition.
Case two:
if the actual available amount of the loan is less than the amount of money, the amount of money does not accord with the loan condition.
When the actual available amount of the loan is less than the amount of money, the loan cannot meet the customer's request for payment, namely, the amount of money does not meet the loan condition.
S104, feeding back a payment result to the client according to the judgment result of the amount of the money.
After the judgment result of the amount of money is obtained, the payment result can be fed back to the client. As an example, if the credit amount of the amount currency is judged to be in accordance with the loan condition, the successful payment is fed back to the client; if the judgment result of the amount of money is that the loan condition is not met, the successful payment is fed back to the client.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the supporting result may also be fed back to the client through a preset manner. Namely, according to the judgment result of the amount of the money amount, the payment result is fed back to the client in a preset mode, and the preset mode comprises one or more of the following modes: phone, text message, social media information, and application message. The social media information refers to information received by the client in the social media. An application message is a message that a client receives in application software. Such as: a message received in an application software of a mobile terminal.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the actual use amount may also be set to zero for the client's request for cancellation of the loan amount. That is, in response to the loan amount cancellation request, the actual usable amount is set to zero. Wherein the request for cancellation of the credit line may be received through the application software.
In the above embodiment, the actual available amount of the loan is known based on the identification of the loan, which is sent by the client through the loan request; receiving a payment request of a client, wherein the payment request comprises currency and payment amount; converting the payment amount into the amount of money of the amount and the currency according to the real-time exchange rate and the currency, and judging whether the amount of the amount and the currency meets the loan condition or not according to the actual available amount of the loan; and feeding back a payment result to the client according to the judgment result of the amount of the money amount. In the process of processing the loan, the money type of the loan is not limited, and the available credit of the loan can be determined in time, thereby shortening the time for processing the loan.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention is that aiming at the current development characteristics when the credit business of the new generation is rapidly developed, a new characteristic mode of the property combination pledge loan is provided, and the invention mainly has the following characteristics:
multi-currency loan payment for a portfolio mortgage. At present, the rules that the payment must be consistent with the principal promised currency in the ' new generation ' personal loan system are modified, and the ' payment is not limited by the supported currency, and the payment of multiple currencies are supported.
The system supports cyclic support for the property group pledge loan in the 'new generation' loan system. And the overrun check of the multi-currency payment is realized, and the check comprises the real-time update of the loan process.
