Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for checking the effectiveness of external organization rating, and relates to the technical field of computers. The specific implementation mode of the method comprises the following steps: acquiring external rating data and internal service data; acquiring a supervision rule and a target supervision rating index; extracting result data of the target supervision rating index from the external rating data; calculating a correlation coefficient of a rating result according to the weight of the target supervision rating index and result data of the target supervision rating index, wherein the weight of the target supervision rating index is preset; and generating a checking result of the effectiveness of the external rating data according to the correlation coefficient. The embodiment assists the supervision department to quickly and accurately judge the effectiveness of the external rating result, greatly reduces the time spent by the supervision personnel in searching and evaluating, achieves more objective evaluation, and reduces the probability of checking errors.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a method and a device for checking the effectiveness of external institution rating.
Background
The current supervision of local financial institutions does not have mature conditions for fully implementing internal supervision and rating, and supervision departments allow the local financial institutions to use external rating results to replace daily supervision and rating. The traditional validation of the external rating result has few technical implementations, and mainly takes rating report analysis and evaluation as the main. Since human evaluation is easily disturbed by more subjective factors, a method for checking the validity of external rating results by human rating report analysis has not been fully approved.
The existing checking mode can only judge the rating effectiveness through business logic, but cannot establish scientific association between external rating and supervision rating. The authenticity of the rating data cannot be checked, and the invalid check result caused by data errors cannot be avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for checking validity of external organization rating, which can utilize big data to solve validity checking of external rating result in local financial institution supervision. According to the embodiment of the invention, the association and weight relation between the supervision rating and the external rating result is established, and the relevance between the external rating result and the supervision rating is identified by combining the policy basis of rating, the index system of rating and the index and score influence of external rating from the intelligent matching angle according to the supervision data and the external rating information, so that the effectiveness of the external rating is inferred.

One embodiment of the above invention has the following advantages or benefits: because the technical means of establishing the relevance between the external rating and the internal rating is adopted, the method helps a supervision department to quickly and accurately judge the effectiveness of the external rating result, greatly reduces the time spent by the supervision personnel in searching and evaluating, achieves more objective evaluation, and reduces the probability of checking errors.

Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a method for checking the effectiveness of an external agency rating according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for checking the effectiveness of an external agency rating includes steps S101, S102, S103, S104, and S105.
Step S101: and acquiring external rating data and internal business data.

Step S104: and calculating a correlation coefficient of a rating result according to the weight of the target supervision rating index and result data of the target supervision rating index, wherein the weight of the target supervision rating index is preset.
In one embodiment, the weight of each supervision rating index is preset, and the weight can be set through a configuration file or through user input. Wherein the weight of each regulatory rating indicator may be different for different regulatory objects.
In one example, for example, if the administrative object is a counter business, then the transaction running indicator may be weighted high, the financial subsidy indicator may be weighted low, and no listing record indicator is used; the monitoring object is the internal financial management business of the local financial institution, so the financial subsidy index can be set as high weight, the transaction flow is also set as high weight, and the listing and filing index is adopted and set as low weight.

The monitoring data reading module 202 is specifically configured to obtain business data of the local financial institution in the current period and business data of the monitored object.

A supervision rating weighting module 207, configured to obtain a weighting of the target supervision rating indicator, where the weighting of the target supervision rating indicator is different for different supervision objects.

judging whether the external rating data is adopted as a supervision rating result and feeding back the supervision rating result to a supervision department and a supervision object;
and the supervision object reports the external rating data.
It should be noted that the modules of the above devices are only exemplary representations of the implementation of the virtual device functions, and do not limit the embodiments of the present invention. Fig. 3 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 300 to which the method of validity checking for external agency ratings or the apparatus of validity checking for external agency ratings of embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 3, the system architecture 300 may include terminal devices 301, 302, 303, a network 304, and a server 305. The terminal devices 301, 302, 303 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 305 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (for example only) providing support for external rating verification applications browsed by users using the terminal devices 301, 302, 303. The background management server can analyze and process the received data such as the query request and feed back the processing result to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that the method for checking the effectiveness of the external agency rating provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 305, and accordingly, a device for checking the effectiveness of the external agency rating is generally disposed in the server 305.

Referring now to FIG. 4, a block diagram of a computer system 400 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the invention is shown. The terminal device shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the computer system 400 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)401 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)402 or a program loaded from a storage section 408 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 403. In the RAM 403, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 400 are also stored. The CPU 401, ROM 402, and RAM 403 are connected to each other via a bus 404. An input/output (I/O) interface 405 is also connected to bus 404.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 405: an input section 406 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 407 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 408 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 409 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 409 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 410 is also connected to the I/O interface 405 as needed. A removable medium 411 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 410 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 408 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 409, and/or installed from the removable medium 411. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.

Wherein the external rating data comprises data relating to one or more of at least:
supervisory objects, supervisory object types, external rating results, external rating indicators, indicator scores.
The internal business data comprises the business data of the local financial institution in the current period and the business data of the supervision object.
Wherein the regulatory rules include existing regulatory requirements and policy interpretations.
Wherein the target regulatory rating indicator comprises one or more of at least:
trade contract, trade flow, administrative penalty, on-site inspection, financial subsidy, and listing and filing information.
Wherein the target regulatory rating indicator is weighted differently for different regulatory objects.
After generating the checking result of the external rating data validity according to the correlation coefficient, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the external rating data is adopted as a supervision rating result and feeding back the supervision rating result to a supervision department and a supervision object;
and the supervision object reports the external rating data.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the relevance between the external rating and the internal rating model can be quickly established by using the supervision data. The method and the device for effectively checking the external organization rating can assist a supervision department to quickly and accurately judge the effectiveness of the external rating result, greatly reduce the time spent by the supervision personnel in searching and evaluating, make the evaluation more objective and reduce the probability of checking errors.

Claims (16)
1. A method of verifying the effectiveness of ratings from external agencies, comprising:
acquiring external rating data and internal service data;
acquiring a supervision rule and a target supervision rating index;
extracting result data of the target supervision rating index from the external rating data;
calculating a correlation coefficient of a rating result according to the weight of the target supervision rating index and result data of the target supervision rating index, wherein the weight of the target supervision rating index is preset;
and generating a checking result of the effectiveness of the external rating data according to the correlation coefficient.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the external rating data comprises data relating to one or more of at least:
supervisory objects, supervisory object types, external rating results, external rating indicators, indicator scores.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the internal business data comprises business data of local financial institutions operating at present and business data of administrative objects.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the regulatory rules include existing regulatory requirements and policy interpretations.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the target regulatory rating indicator comprises one or more of at least:
trade contract, trade flow, administrative penalty, on-site inspection, financial subsidy, and listing and filing information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the target regulatory rating indicator is weighted differently for different regulatory objects.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after generating the result of checking the external rating data validity according to the correlation coefficient:
judging whether the external rating data is adopted as a supervision rating result and feeding back the supervision rating result to a supervision department and a supervision object;
and the supervision object reports the external rating data.
8. An apparatus for verifying the effectiveness of ratings of external agencies, comprising
The external rating information reading module is used for acquiring external rating data;
the supervision data reading module is used for acquiring internal service data;
the rating policy reading module is used for acquiring the supervision rules;
the supervision rating index extraction module is used for determining a target supervision rating index and extracting result data of the target supervision rating index from the external rating data;
a rating result correlation coefficient generating module, configured to calculate a correlation coefficient of a rating result according to the weight of the target supervision rating index and result data of the target supervision rating index, where the weight of the target supervision rating index is preset;
and the rating validity evaluation module is used for generating a checking result of the external rating data validity according to the correlation coefficient.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that the external rating information reading module is particularly adapted to obtain data related to at least one or more of the following:
supervisory objects, supervisory object types, external rating results, external rating indicators, indicator scores.
10. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the administration data reading module is specifically configured to obtain business data of a local financial institution that is currently running and business data of an administration object.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the regulatory rules include existing regulatory requirements and policy interpretations.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the regulatory rating indicator extraction module is specifically configured to determine result data for at least one or more of:
trade contract, trade flow, administrative penalty, on-site inspection, financial subsidy, and listing and filing information.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
and the supervision rating weight module is used for acquiring the weight of the target supervision rating index, wherein the weight of the target supervision rating index is different for different supervision objects.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the rating validity evaluation module is further configured to:
judging whether the external rating data is adopted as a supervision rating result and feeding back the supervision rating result to a supervision department and a supervision object;
and the supervision object reports the external rating data.
15. An electronic device for checking the effectiveness of ratings of external agencies, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
16. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
