Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a method for checking the effectiveness of an external agency rating according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for checking the effectiveness of an external agency rating includes steps S101, S102, S103, S104, and S105.
Step S101: and acquiring external rating data and internal business data.
Where external rating data and internal business data for a certain supervisory object are obtained, respectively. In one embodiment, obtaining external rating data from a supervisory object includes, for example: supervisory objects (identification of supervisory object), supervisory object type, external rating results, external rating index, index score, etc. In one embodiment, obtaining the supervisory object refers to obtaining an identification of the supervisory object from external rating data. The administrative object may be a local financial institution (e.g., a bank) or one or more business units of the local financial institution.
Acquiring internal business data refers to acquiring data inside a supervised object for comparison with external data. For example, in the case where the administrative object is an entire local financial institution, the internal business data includes all the business data of the financial institution. For another example, when the object of supervision is a business unit inside the local financial institution, such as a loan business unit, the internal business data includes business data of the local operation of the entire local financial institution and business data of loan business
Step S102: and acquiring a supervision rule and a target supervision rating index.
In this step, a supervision rule and a supervision rating index are acquired. Regulatory rules include, for example, regulatory requirements and policy interpretations, etc. The policy and requirements of the line can be included, and the supervision requirements and normal interpretation of any other superior mechanism can also be included.
In which an index item of the target regulatory rating index is determined instead of the result value. The indicators include, for example, trade contracts, trade lines, administrative penalties, field inspections, financial subsidies, listing records information, and the like. According to actual needs, the checking can only spot check some indexes, the target supervision rating index can be all the index items, and one or more indexes can be selected from all the index items for checking.
Step S103: extracting result data of the one or more regulatory rating indicators from the external rating data.
As described in step S102, it is determined in step S102 which index items need to be checked, and in this step, result data corresponding to the index items is acquired.
For example, step S102 determines that the checking index item is a trade contract and an administrative penalty; then in step S103, only the result data of the trade contract and the administrative penalty need to be extracted from the external rating data. For another example, if step S102 determines that all the index items are to be checked, step S103 needs to extract all the index items from the external rating data.
Step S104: and calculating a correlation coefficient of a rating result according to the weight of the target supervision rating index and result data of the target supervision rating index, wherein the weight of the target supervision rating index is preset.
In one embodiment, the weight of each supervision rating index is preset, and the weight can be set through a configuration file or through user input. Wherein the weight of each regulatory rating indicator may be different for different regulatory objects.
In one example, for example, if the administrative object is a counter business, then the transaction running indicator may be weighted high, the financial subsidy indicator may be weighted low, and no listing record indicator is used; the monitoring object is the internal financial management business of the local financial institution, so the financial subsidy index can be set as high weight, the transaction flow is also set as high weight, and the listing and filing index is adopted and set as low weight.
In this step, a correlation coefficient of the rating result is calculated according to the weight of the target supervision rating index and the result data of the target supervision rating index.
For example, the product of the result of the supervised rating measure and the weight, as the correlation coefficient. Or any other effective algorithm to calculate the correlation coefficient.
In one embodiment, the association coefficient may be obtained by calculating an internal score according to the internal traffic data in combination with the index weight, calculating an external score according to the external rating result in combination with the index weight, and comparing the internal score and the external score, respectively.
Step S105: and generating a checking result of the effectiveness of the external rating data according to the correlation coefficient.
In the step, a checking result of the external rating validity is generated according to the correlation coefficient, and whether the external rating data is adopted as a supervision rating result is judged and fed back to a supervision department and a supervision object. For example, the result of the verification exceeds a certain threshold score, i.e. can be adopted; if below the threshold score, no adoption is made. And the supervision object reports the external rating data.
