Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a commodity or system that includes the element.
In addition, the sequence of steps in each method embodiment described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
The task distribution method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be executed by an electronic device, and the electronic device can be a terminal device such as a PC (personal computer), a notebook computer, a smart phone and the like, and can also be a server. The server may be a physical server including an independent host, or may also be a virtual server carried by a host cluster, or may also be a cloud server. In particular, the task distribution method can be realized by a processor in the electronic equipment running some instant messaging application installed in the electronic equipment.
In summary, the core idea of the task distribution method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is: the management personnel of a company, a department or a store can distribute tasks to an instant messaging group consisting of a plurality of working personnel in an instant messaging mode, so that the working personnel in the instant messaging group snatch the tasks and execute the tasks. In the whole task processing flow, managers and workers can complete the related management of tasks on line through the instant messaging application program.
Before describing the execution process of the task distribution method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a description will be given of a concept involved in this document. Hereinafter, the first instant messaging application corresponding to the first user and the second instant messaging application corresponding to the second user are understood as follows: the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application do not refer to two different instant messaging applications, but to the same instant messaging application. Only, after the instant messaging application is installed in the terminal device of the first user and the instant messaging application is logged in by the user name of the first user, the instant messaging application is used by the first user, and therefore the instant messaging application is called as a first instant messaging application corresponding to the first user. Similarly, when the instant messaging application program is installed in the terminal device of the second user and the user name of the second user logs in the instant messaging application program, the instant messaging application program is used by the second user, and therefore the instant messaging application program is called as a second instant messaging application program corresponding to the second user.
The following describes the execution process of the task distribution method with reference to the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a task distribution method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
101. and displaying the task information in a communication interface of the instant communication group according to the task sending operation triggered by the first user with the task sending authority to the instant communication group.
102. Responding to task obtaining operation of a second user in the instant messaging group on the task information, and if the second user is determined to obtain the task information successfully, establishing a corresponding relation between the second user and the task information.
In this embodiment, a scene of a restaurant store is taken as an example for explanation, and in practical applications, the first user may be a manager of the restaurant store, such as a store manager. The first user may trigger a group creation operation in the first instant messaging application to create an instant messaging group containing all staff members of the restaurant store, although the first user is also contained within the instant messaging group. It is to be understood that the creator of the instant communication group is not limited to the first user, but may be other users.
In fact, when the instant messaging group is created, identity information reflecting the role of each user can be set for each user in the instant messaging group. For example, in the restaurant store scene, the roles of store master, waiter, cook, cashier, etc. may be set.
After the instant communication group is created, if a task needs to be distributed subsequently, the task can be distributed in the instant communication group. Specifically, when a certain task needs to be distributed, the first user may operate the first instant messaging application program to trigger a task sending operation for the instant messaging group, and when it is determined that the first user has the right to send the task to the instant messaging group, task information created by the first user may be displayed in a communication interface (also referred to as a chat interface) of the instant messaging group.
As described above, when an instant messaging group is created, each user in the instant messaging group may be associated with identity information, and thus, whether the first user has the right to send a task to the instant messaging group may be determined according to the identity information of the first user. Specifically, when the identity information of the first user indicates that the first user is in a preset role, for example, a manager such as a store manager, it is determined that the first user has a right to send a task to the instant messaging group.
In practical applications, the first instant messaging application program may include a task generation interface, and the task information may be created by the first user through the task generation interface.
It should be noted that, in the address book of the first instant messaging application of the first user, there are often a plurality of instant messaging groups, and in an alternative embodiment, it may be specified that only a specific type of instant messaging group supports the task distribution function. Based on this, when creating the instant communication group, the type of the instant communication group may also be set, for example, the types may include a friend group, a family group, a work group, and the like. Alternatively, it may be provided that only the work group supports the task distribution function. In practical application, the task distribution function supported by the work group can be realized by the following modes: the operation items related to the task distribution function are validated (i.e., displayed) in the communication interface of the instant communication group corresponding to this type of work group.
Optionally, displaying task information in a communication interface of the instant messaging group according to a task sending operation triggered by the first user with the task sending permission to the instant messaging group, where the task information may be implemented as:
acquiring task information according to task sending operation triggered by a first user;
and according to the selection of the first user on the instant communication group, if the first user is determined to have the permission to send the task to the instant communication group, displaying a communication interface corresponding to the instant communication group, and displaying task information in the communication interface.
At this time, the task information is not generated after entering the instant communication group.
An implementation of a task distribution process is illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the first user selects the instant messaging group to enter the communication interface 201 of the instant messaging group, an operation entry 202 is displayed in the communication interface 201, and when the first user clicks the operation entry 202, an operation list 203 pops up. A plurality of operation items for the first user may be included in the operation item list 203, where one or more operation items related to the task distribution function, such as the task 204 illustrated in fig. 2, are included in the plurality of operation items. Of course, alternatively, as described above, when the type of the instant messaging group is a workgroup, the operation items related to the task distribution function, such as the sending task 204, are displayed in the operation item list 203.
Upon selection of the task 204 by the first user, a task generation interface 205 may be displayed. The first user may enter task information in the task generation interface 205. Optionally, the task generating interface 205 may include a task setting area 206 and a button for triggering sending of a task: and sending 207. Therefore, the task information to be issued can be obtained according to the input of the first user in the task setting area 206, and after the first user clicks the sending 207, the generated task information can be displayed in the communication interface 201.
It should be noted that the communication interface 201 is located in the first instant messaging application of the first user, but the communication interface corresponding to the instant messaging group includes not only the communication interface 201 in the first instant messaging application of the first user, but also other users (called second users) in the instant messaging group include the communication interface corresponding to the instant messaging group in the corresponding second instant messaging application, and the task information is also displayed in the communication interface, so that the first user and the second user can see the same task information on their respective terminal screens.
In practical application, the task information may include task content and configuration information, where the configuration information may include at least one of the following information: execution time, reward information, required number of task performers, and task performer identity information.
Wherein the task content indicates what the task needs to be performed. For example, a web page link may be shared, an application may be used to accomplish a certain event, and so on.
Optionally, the task performer identity information includes at least one of the following information: specific task performers and task performers meeting identity requirements. Wherein, the specific task performer refers to that the first user designates a certain specific user or a plurality of specific users in the instant messaging group to perform the currently generated task; the task executor meeting the identity requirement means that the first user can appoint a user with a certain role in the instant messaging group to acquire the currently generated task. By setting the identity of the task performer, the effect of directionally sending the task to a specific user can be achieved.
Optionally, the reward information may be automatically determined according to the execution time and the task content. Of course, the bonus information may also be manually set by the first user. Corresponding reward information is automatically determined according to the execution time and the task content, and in brief, different rewards can be set for different task contents in different time periods.
The execution time may be to execute the task in a specific time period or specific time periods. In fact, it may also be configured to periodically distribute a certain task, and in this case, the execution time may also be a result of setting a time for periodically executing a certain task content, such as 9:00-10:00 per day.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 3, the task setting area 206 may include the following setting items: task content 2061, execution time 2062, reward information 2063, required number of task performers 2064, and task performer identity information 2065. For example, as shown in fig. 3, assume that the task content 2061 set by the first user is: cleaning the baby chair; the execution time 2062 is: 9:00-10: 00; the reward information 2063 is: 3 min; the required task performer population 2064 is: 2 persons; the task performer identity information 2065 is: and (4) a waiter.
Task information to be published may be generated based on the content input by the first user in the task setting area 206, and the generated task information may be displayed in the communication interface 201. In practice, the display style of the task information in the communication interface 201 may be preset. For example, as shown in fig. 3, a card 208 corresponding to the task information may be generated and displayed in the communication interface 201. When the task information includes various configuration information as exemplified above, the task content and all or part of the configuration information may be directly displayed on the card 208. Illustrated in fig. 2 is the display of mission content, reward information on a card 208. Optionally, the card 208 may also display thereon card type identifiers such as: a task package to indicate that the card is for a distribution task.
The display style of the task information in the communication interface is not limited to the above examples. For example, the task information may be top-displayed in the communication interface until the task information is completely retrieved (that is, if the task information needs to be set by 3 people, when 3 users obtain the task information, the top-display of the task information may be cancelled). For another example, the task information may also be displayed in a floating manner in the communication interface, that is, the task information is displayed in a floating window on the communication interface until the task information is completely retrieved.
Alternatively, the instant messaging application may implement the rendering of the cards described above based on the Weex framework. Because in practical applications, for example, the first user may run a corresponding first instant messaging application on different terminal devices (e.g., in a mobile phone and a PC), based on the Weex framework, the rendering result of the card may be synchronized on different terminal devices, that is, the above-mentioned communication interface 201 displayed on the mobile phone is consistent with the communication interface 201 displayed on the PC.
Through the process, the task information created by the first user is displayed in the communication interface of the instant messaging group, so that each user in the instant messaging group can see the task information, and each user in the instant messaging group can trigger the task information to be acquired so as to acquire the task information.
Even if each user in the instant messaging group triggers a task get operation for the task information, all users triggering a task get operation for the task information may not be able to successfully get the task information because the number of task performers required for the task information is limited.
It can be understood that, assuming that the number of required task performers is set to be 2 in the configuration information of the task, and assuming that the identity of the task performer is not restricted, it can be determined that two users who trigger the task obtaining operation first successfully obtain the task information according to the time sequence of the task obtaining operation triggered by each user in the instant messaging group.
Of course, if the identity information of the task performer is set, when a user in the immediate communication group triggers a task obtaining operation on the task information, the triggering time of the task obtaining operation needs to be considered, and whether the user has the right to snatch the task information needs to be determined according to the identity information of the task performer in the configuration information.
And establishing a corresponding relation between the second user and the task information on the assumption that the second user in the instant messaging group successfully acquires the task information, wherein the corresponding relation indicates that the second user successfully acquires the task information.
An implementation of a task preemption process is illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 4.
With reference to the examples in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in fig. 4, it is assumed that a user a and a user B in the instant messaging group sequentially trigger task obtaining operations on the task information — the card 208 displayed in the communication interface 201, and it is assumed that both users successfully obtain the task information, and it is assumed that the number of task performers corresponding to the task information is 2. Then, on one hand, the corresponding relationships between the user a and the user B and the task information are respectively established, on the other hand, in order to avoid triggering an invalid task obtaining operation on the task information by other users in the subsequent instant messaging group, when the number of users who successfully obtain the task information has reached the requirement of the number of task performers, the display style of the task information may be updated, and at this time, the display style indicates that the task information has been robbed up, and the display style is, for example, as shown in fig. 4: corresponding to initially highlighting the card 208 on the communication interface 201, at this point, a dark masking layer may be rendered on the card 208.
Finally, it is worth explaining that each step involved in the above process may be implemented by directly performing end-to-end interaction between a first instant messaging application program corresponding to a first user and a second instant messaging application program corresponding to a second user, and of course, may also be implemented by a client-server interaction manner. In brief summary, the end-to-end interaction refers to: the first instant messaging application program displays task information generated by operating the first instant messaging application program in a first communication interface of the first instant messaging application program based on task sending operation executed by a first user, and sends the task information to a second instant messaging application program to be synchronously displayed in a second communication interface of the second instant messaging application program, wherein the first communication interface and the second communication interface correspond to the same instant messaging group. In addition, the task obtaining operation triggered by the second user in the second communication interface is informed to the first instant messaging application program by the second instant messaging application program, so that the first instant messaging application program processes the obtaining operation of the second user and updates the display style of the task information in the first communication interface and the second communication interface.
In conclusion, intelligent distribution and management of tasks can be realized through the instant messaging application program.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of another task distribution method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following steps:
501. and responding to the selection operation of the first user on the instant communication group, and determining whether the first user has the authority of sending the task to the instant communication group according to the identity information of the first user.
502. If the first user has the permission to send the task to the instant messaging group, displaying a first communication interface corresponding to the instant messaging group in a first instant messaging application program corresponding to the first user, and displaying a first group of operation items corresponding to the task sending permission in the first communication interface.
503. And acquiring task information according to the operation of the first group of operation items by the first user.
504. And displaying task information in a first communication interface and a second communication interface, wherein the second communication interface is a communication interface corresponding to the instant communication group in a second instant communication application program corresponding to a second user, and the second user is any user except the first user in the instant communication group.
505. And responding to task obtaining operation of the second user on the task information in the second communication interface, and if the second user is determined to successfully obtain the task information, establishing a corresponding relation between the second user and the task information.
The execution subject of each step may be a first instant messaging application corresponding to the first user.
For ease of understanding, the implementation of the present embodiment is exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 6.
In fig. 6, a first user selects an instant messaging group in an address book of a first instant messaging application, so that a first communication interface 601 corresponding to the instant messaging group is displayed. And determining whether the first user has the authority of sending the task to the instant messaging group according to the identity information of the first user based on the selection operation of the first user on the instant messaging group. For example, if the identity information of the first user indicates that the first user is a manager of the instant messaging group or has other set role identities, it may be determined that the first user has the right to send a task to the instant messaging group. At this time, a first group of operation items corresponding to the task sending authority are displayed in the first communication interface. The first user can operate the first group of operation items to realize the distribution and management of tasks.
Optionally, the first group of operation items may include a first operation item for triggering task sending, a second operation item for triggering generation of a task template, a third operation item for viewing task statistics information of users in the instant messaging group, and a fourth operation item for managing tasks.
In fig. 6, the first operation item is represented as: sending a task 602; the second operation item is represented as: template management 603; the third operation item is represented as: performance management 604; the fourth operation item is expressed as: and task management 605.
In an optional embodiment, when the first user selects to send the task 602, a task generating interface may be displayed, and further, task information input by the first user through the task generating interface may be acquired. Wherein, optionally, the composition of the task generation interface can be seen in fig. 3.
In another alternative embodiment, when the first user selects to send a task 602, a task generation interface 606, as illustrated in FIG. 6, may be displayed. Task templates corresponding to different task contents are included in the task generation interface 606, such as the task templates illustrated in fig. 6 corresponding to two task contents, namely "wash baby seat" and "sort grocery room", respectively: 6061 and 6062. Optionally, each task template may include, in addition to the task content, reward information corresponding to the task content, such as a score. By setting the task template, the task distribution efficiency can be improved under the condition that the same task content needs to be repeatedly executed at different time.
When the task generating interface 606 includes a target task template corresponding to a task that the first user wants to distribute, the first user performs parameter configuration on the target task template. For example, in fig. 6, assuming that the target task template selected by the first user is 6062, the parameter configuration performed by the first user on the target task template may be: the required number of people is 2, namely the number of people of the required task performers is 2, and the time for performing the task is as follows: 9:00-10:00. Accordingly, corresponding task information, such as a task card 607 including the task content and the configuration information illustrated in fig. 6, is acquired according to the task content corresponding to the target task template and the configuration information of the first user, and the task card 607 is displayed in the first communication interface 601 and the second communication interface 608. Up to this point, the first communication interface 601 and the second communication interface 608 may be considered to be different only in that the first group of operation items exists in the first communication interface 601, and the first group of operation items does not exist in the second communication interface 608. The second communication interface 608 is a communication interface corresponding to the instant messaging group in the second instant messaging application program of the second user in the instant messaging group, that is, a communication interface displayed on a screen of the terminal device of the second user.
The use of the operation items template management 603, performance management 604 and task management 605 present in the first communication interface 601 will be exemplified in the subsequent embodiments. First, a process of preempting task information corresponding to the task card 607 by a second user after the task card 607 is displayed in the first communication interface 601 and the second communication interface 608 is described.
The process of the second user preempting the task information is illustrated in connection with fig. 7.
As shown in fig. 7, in the second communication interface 608, the task card 607 is displayed in a first display style, such as a highlight display, and a typeface of "click to task" is displayed on the task card 607, indicating that there is task information waiting for a task to be snatched. Similarly, in the first communication interface 601, the task card 607 is also displayed in the first display style.
The second user triggers a task acquisition operation for corresponding task information by clicking the task card 607. The second instant messaging application program can send a notification message containing the identity of the second user and the time for triggering the task obtaining operation to the first instant messaging application program, and the first instant messaging application program can determine whether the second user has the right to snatch the task information according to the identity and the configuration information corresponding to the task information. For example, if a user with a certain specific identity is set in the configuration information to be able to acquire the task information, and if the identity of the second user does not meet the requirement, it is determined that the second user does not have the acquisition right, and it is determined that the second user has the acquisition right in the contrary. And after the second user is determined to have the grabbing authority, determining whether the second user successfully acquires the task information according to the grabbing time of the second user and the number of task executors configured with the task information.
When it is determined that the second user successfully acquires the task information, the display style of the task information may be updated in the second communication interface 608 and a first prompt message 609 may be output, where the first prompt message is used to prompt the second user to successfully acquire the task information. As shown in FIG. 7, assume that the task card 607 is updated from the first display style to the second display style: the task card 607 is displayed in a dark state, and a number matching graphic and a word of "click to task" are displayed on the task card 607 and updated to a word of "already snatched" to indicate that the second user successfully acquired the task information. The first prompting message may be presented in the form of a card, and may include contents such as: the score of the successfully acquired task information, the execution time, and words such as "you get the task of sorting groceries successfully".
In contrast, when it is determined that the second user has not successfully acquired the task information, the display style of the task information is updated in the second communication interface 608 and a second prompt message 610 for prompting that the second user has not successfully acquired the task information is output. As shown in FIG. 7, assume that the task card 607 is updated from the first display style to the third display style: the task card 607 is grayed out and the word "click to preempt the task" is updated to the word "preempted" to indicate that the second user has not successfully acquired the task information. The second prompting message may be presented in the form of a card, and may include contents such as: the word "don't rob, please continue to add oil".
It should be noted that, as described above, assuming that the number of task performers configured on the task card 607 is 2, after two users in the immediate communication group have caught the task information corresponding to the task card 607, the task card 607 is displayed in the third display style in both the first communication interface 601 and the second communication interface 608.
If the second user successfully acquires the task information, for the first instant messaging application program, the corresponding relation between the second user and the task information needs to be recorded, and for the second user, the second user needs to execute the task content required to be executed in the task information.
It should be noted that, at this time, the recorded correspondence between the second user and the task information only indicates that the second user successfully acquires the task, and in practical application, successful acquisition of the task by the second user only indicates that the second user can execute the task, but does not mean that the second user will complete the task. Therefore, strictly speaking, after the second user successfully acquires the task information, the corresponding relationship among the second user, the task information and the task execution state is established, and at this time, the task execution state is an unexecuted state. After the second user completes the task, a notification can be sent to the first instant messaging application program through the second instant messaging application program, at this time, the corresponding relation is updated to the corresponding relation among the second user, the task information and the state to be checked, the state to be checked means that the first user needs to check the task execution condition of the second user, if the checking is passed, the corresponding relation is updated to the corresponding relation among the second user, the task information and the completion state, and the completion state means that the first user confirms that the second user has completed the task.
Based on this, in an optional embodiment, as mentioned above, when the first user creates the task information, the first user may set corresponding reward information for the task information, where the reward information may be a coupon, a score, a bonus, and the like. Under the condition that the task information corresponds to the reward information, when the corresponding relation is updated to the corresponding relation among the second user, the task information and the completion state, the reward information is provided for the second user, for example, a red packet and a coupon corresponding to the reward value are sent to the second instant messaging application program of the second user through the first instant messaging application program, and for example, the score is accumulated to the second user.
For supporting the monitoring of the task execution status of the second user and the management of the task information successfully acquired by the second user, as shown in fig. 8, the second communication interface 608 may include a second set of operation items, where the second set of operation items are used for querying respective task details of the users in the instant messaging group.
The second set of operation items differs from the first set of operation items in that: the first group of operation items only appear in the communication interface of the user capable of sending the task, and the second group of operation items only appear in the communication interface of the user capable of executing the task.
Optionally, the second group of operation items may include a sixth operation item for querying successfully acquired task information, and a seventh operation item for querying a reward condition. In fig. 8, the sixth operation item is represented as: my tasks 801; the seventh operation item is represented as: my performance 802.
In an optional embodiment, in response to the selection of the sixth operation item my task 801 by the second user, a task list which has been successfully acquired by the second user is displayed, and each task information in the task list is associated with a task execution state. Optionally, each piece of task information successfully acquired by the second user may be organized in the task list according to a set time unit, for example, in a time unit of day shown in fig. 8: tasks that the second user successfully acquired yesterday include: the execution states corresponding to the two tasks are assumed to be a finished state; tasks that the second user successfully acquires today include: and the execution states corresponding to the task c and the task d are assumed to be an unexecuted state and a to-be-audited state respectively.
In practical application, different representation styles of the task execution state may be preset, in fig. 8, a control with a "de-lead mark" type represents an unexecuted state, a control with a "to-be-checked" type represents a to-be-checked state, and a control with a "+ N" type represents a completed state, where N represents that the score corresponding to the task information is N.
Based on this, it is assumed that the task information that the current second user has just successfully acquired is task c illustrated in fig. 8, so that when task c is added to the task list, the state of task c is set to be the non-execution state: associate a go-to-get control. When the second user finishes the task c, the second user triggers the task finishing operation by clicking the 'get-back-score' control, and the state of the task c is updated to be in a state to be audited: and associating the control to be checked, and simultaneously sending a notification message to the first instant messaging application program by the second instant messaging application program so as to notify the first user of the task completion condition of the second user. Optionally, in order to facilitate the first user to check the task completion of the second user, the notification message may include data content reflecting the task completion of the second user, so that the first user can serve as a check basis. The data content may be, for example, a picture representing the completion of a task. For example, if the task content is a sorted grocery room, the data content may be a picture obtained by photographing the sorted grocery room; assuming that the task content is a forwarding web page link, the data content may be a screenshot of a forwarding interface.
After the first user receives the notification message through the first instant messaging application program, the task completion condition of the second user is checked, if the checking is passed, the first instant messaging application program can trigger the notification that the checking is passed to the second instant messaging application program, and therefore the second instant messaging application program updates the state of the task c to be a completion state: the upper "+ 3" typeface is associated.
In practical applications, the second user may also want to view rewards brought by tasks completed by the second user within a period of time, and based on this, in an optional embodiment, in response to the selection of the seventh operation item my performance 802 by the second user, reward information corresponding to the task information that the second user has successfully acquired is displayed. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, two dimensions may be provided to count the reward information obtained by the second user, one of which may be referred to as: reward details; the other can be called as: reward the ranking. In the statistical dimension of the reward details, reward information corresponding to each task information that the second user has completed, such as task a, task b, task c, and task d illustrated in fig. 8 and their respective scores, may be displayed. In the statistical dimension of reward ranking, a ranking of the reward cumulative total corresponding to all task information that the second user has completed within a set time range and the reward cumulative total of the second user within the instant messaging group may be displayed, for example, the total score of the second user is 28, and the ranking is a third name as illustrated in fig. 8.
The operation flow of the second user who successfully acquires the task information is described above.
As described above, the first communication interface 601 may include the operations of template management 603, performance management 604, and task management 605, in addition to the operation of sending the task 602. The following describes an exemplary process of managing the task by the first user through these operation items with reference to fig. 9.
As shown in fig. 9, in an alternative embodiment, when the first user selects the operation item of the template management 603, a task template generation interface 901 may be displayed. The task template may be generated based on an operation of the first user in the task template generation interface 901. Optionally, as shown in fig. 9, two tabs may be included in the task template generation interface 901: creating task templates and template management. It may be set that when the task template generation interface 901 is displayed, the tab for creating the task template is selected by default, and then a plurality of contents, such as the task contents and the task scores illustrated in fig. 9, required to be set for creating the task template are displayed in the task template generation interface 901 at this time. When the first user selects the template to manage the tab, the task template generation interface 901 displays the created task templates, such as task template 1 and task template 2 illustrated in fig. 9, and at this time, the first user may modify the created task templates.
As shown in fig. 9, in an alternative embodiment, when the first user selects the performance management 604 operation item, a performance management interface 902 may be displayed, and task statistics of users within the instant messaging group may be displayed in the performance management interface 902 in a set order. As shown in fig. 9, the ranking of each user in the instant messaging group and the score sum of the task corresponding to each user may be displayed, where the basis of the ranking is the score sum of the tasks that each user has completed. Optionally, the total task score of the instant messaging group in a certain time range can also be displayed. Of course, it is understood that the task statistics include, but are not limited to, a total task score, such as the number of tasks completed by each user, and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, when the first user selects task management 605, which is an operation item, a task management interface 903 may be displayed. Details of the task information generated within the instant communication group may be displayed in the task management interface 903. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, two operation items may be included in the task management interface 903: task detail and task review, wherein the task detail can be used for inquiring the completed task details in the instant messaging group; task review this action item can be used to review task completion. As shown in fig. 9, it may be set that when the task management interface 903 is displayed, the task detail is selected by default, and at this time, the completed task details in the instant messaging group are displayed in the task management interface 903, for example, information of each completed task and an executor corresponding to each task information are displayed. When the first user selects the task to review the operation item (the fifth operation item), a review list is displayed, and information of each task waiting for review by the first user, such as a task c and a task d, is displayed in the review list. Each piece of task information to be audited may be associated with a control for the first user to trigger an audit operation, such as the score giving control illustrated in fig. 9. Assuming that the score configured by the first user when creating the task c is 3 points, in the auditing stage, the first user operates the score giving control to determine the final given score, for example, the final given score corresponding to the task c is 2 points. Based on the auditing operation of the first user on the task c, the first instant messaging application program can finally establish the corresponding relationship between the task c, the auditing result (namely the score is 2) and the second user.
It should be noted that, as described in the foregoing description of the embodiment shown in fig. 8 for the update process of the execution state of the task information successfully acquired by the second user, in response to a task completion operation triggered by the second user on the task information successfully acquired in the second instant messaging application (assume to be task c illustrated in fig. 9), the first instant messaging application adds the task information, that is, task c, to an audit list (that is, the task information is placed in a state to be audited), and associates with the task c a control for the first user to trigger an audit operation.
In addition, after a second user in the instant messaging group successfully acquires certain task information, for example, for the user a, if the user a cannot complete a corresponding task, the user a may forward the task information to another user B in the instant messaging group, and after the instant messaging application program of the user a detects a forwarding operation of the user a on the task information, the instant messaging application program of the user a may notify the forwarding operation to the instant messaging application program of the first user, so that the instant messaging application program of the first user updates the snatching person corresponding to the task information.
In summary, by the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, on-line task distribution and management can be realized based on the instant messaging application program, and the task distribution efficiency is improved.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of another task distribution method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 10, the method may include the following steps:
1001. and responding to the selection operation of the user on the instant communication group, and determining whether the user has the authority of sending the task to the instant communication group according to the identity information of the user.
1002. And if the user has the authority of sending the task to the instant communication group, displaying the operation item group corresponding to the authority in the communication interface corresponding to the instant communication group.
1003. And generating task information according to the operation of the user on the operation item group.
1004. And displaying the task information in the communication interface.
Different from the other embodiments described above, in the present embodiment, only the process of sending out the task by the user is limited, because in some practical scenarios, the user in the instant messaging group is not necessarily required to obtain the task through a preemptive action, for example, in some practical scenarios, the task information is mainly issued in the instant messaging group to notify the user in the instant messaging group that a certain task needs to be executed, such as cleaning up, participating in a certain meeting, and the like.
The above-described operation item group may correspond to the first group of operation items in the foregoing embodiments. In this embodiment, optionally, the operation item group may be visible only to a user who triggers task sending. The fact that the operation item group is only visible to the user who triggers the task sending means that the operation item group is only displayed in the communication interface corresponding to the instant messaging group in the instant messaging application program of the user, and the operation item group is not displayed in the communication interface corresponding to the instant messaging group in the instant messaging application programs of other users in the instant messaging group. In this embodiment, optionally, in the task issuing scenario with notification features of the above example, the operation item group may include the aforementioned task issuing 602, template management 603, and task management 605.
Relevant contents which are not described in the embodiment can be referred to relevant descriptions in other embodiments in the foregoing.
Fig. 11 is a flowchart of another task distribution method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 11, the method may include the following steps:
1101. and displaying task information in a communication interface of the communication group according to task sending operation triggered by the first user with the task sending authority to the communication group.
1102. And responding to task acquisition operation of a second user in the communication group on the task information, and if the second user is determined to successfully acquire the task information, establishing a corresponding relation between the second user and the task information.
The present embodiment is different from the other embodiments described above in that the communication group in the present embodiment is not limited to a group created in the instant messaging application, and may also be a video communication group, for example, a group between a plurality of users performing video communication.
Relevant contents which are not described in the embodiment can be referred to relevant descriptions in other embodiments in the foregoing.
The following briefly explains the use process of the task distribution method provided by the embodiment of the present invention in several practical application scenarios.
The first scenario is as follows: and (4) a commodity release scene.
In a commodity publishing scenario, it is assumed that a certain company (or called a merchant) needs to publish a certain commodity on a certain e-commerce platform, and the commodity requested to be published by the e-commerce platform needs to include basic information (such as color, model, size, etc.) of the commodity, sales information, pictures or videos, detailed description of the commodity, and other contents. Assuming that an instant messaging group including all the staff members in the company has been created, in order to complete the task of issuing the product, a manager (e.g., a responsible person for the work of issuing the product) may create the task of issuing the product in the manner described in the foregoing embodiment, where the task content (regarded as a plurality of subtasks) may include a plurality of task contents corresponding to the various product information that needs to be provided: basic information, sales information, pictures or videos, and detailed description of the goods, i.e., informing employees of the need to edit the goods information. In addition, each task content can be configured with information of the required number of people and other configuration information. Certainly, in order to facilitate the staff to know which commodity the commodity needs to be published currently and on which webpage the commodity needs to be published, the commodity publishing task may further include a commodity identification and a webpage link for publishing the commodity. After the employees with different identities (responsibility roles) see the commodity publishing task in the instant messaging group, whether to take the commodity publishing task is automatically determined according to whether the task content is matched with the identities of the employees. Taking the task content of the shot picture as an example, assuming that two photographers are in the instant messaging group and only 1 person is needed to execute the task content of the shot picture, if the task is triggered by the two photographers who issue the task to the commodity, the task acquisition operation can be determined according to the time sequence of the respective trigger operations. If a certain photographer obtains a task, the commodity can be shot, and finally the shot picture can be added to the webpage to complete the task.
One task information disclosed in the commodity publishing scene can include a plurality of task contents, each task content can correspond to corresponding configuration information, the task information is published in the instant communication group for a plurality of users to draw tasks according to self conditions, and the method and the device can be also suitable for other scenes. For example, a finishing company divides finishing tasks into different task contents: the task content related to the tile worker and the task content related to the carpenter can be divided into the task information in the instant messaging group comprising a plurality of carpenters and the tile worker, and the corresponding task content can be respectively issued in the instant messaging group consisting of a plurality of carpenters and the instant messaging group consisting of a plurality of tile workers.
The second scenario is as follows: a factory scenario.
In the case of an off-line plant that produces artifacts, there are a number of employees in the plant that can create the artifacts, assuming the plant receives an order and needs to produce a certain number of artifacts in a short amount of time. The plant manager may publish a task message in the instant messaging group including the employees, where the task message describes how many artifacts need to be created for how long, and how many prizes, etc., may be obtained if the task is completed. The employees can capture the task after seeing the task information, after the employees capturing the task finish the task within the specified time, any auditing notice can be triggered to the manager through the related interface of the instant communication group, so that the manager can audit the task completion condition of the employees, if the completion condition meets the requirement, the manager can update the execution state of the task to be the completed state, and the bonus is triggered to be sent to the employees.
The third scenario is as follows: a health club scenario.
Suppose a gym organizes an activity: if the member user goes to the gym for 21 days, a coupon is obtained. The gym staff may create an instant messaging group containing member users and publish the activity information (the activity may also be considered a task and may therefore be referred to as task information) within the instant messaging group. Each member user decides whether to participate in the activity according to own intention, if a certain member user participates in the activity, a pickup operation can be triggered on the activity information in the instant communication group, for example, the activity information is associated with a plurality of options, wherein the options comprise a participation option, and if the member user clicks the option, the member user indicates that the member user is willing to participate in the activity. Based on this, it is possible to record which member users are participating in the activity. The instant messaging application may then be linked with a registration application (the application providing this function, referred to as the registration application), which may require a membership card swipe to complete registration when a member user arrives at the gym to exercise, to obtain registration information for each member user participating in the activity within 21 consecutive days, and if a member user has registration information for 21 consecutive days, the instant messaging application automatically sends the reward information, i.e., a coupon, to that member user.
The above description only exemplifies the execution of the activity distribution scheme in a few application scenarios, and in fact, the scheme may be applied in application scenarios such as campus, parent and child, public welfare, and the like.
