Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In the embodiment of the invention, a personal basic account is created for one user, and a plurality of personal associated accounts associated with the personal basic account are also created for the user, and because the plurality of accounts of the user have an association relationship, and account conversion rules can be created in advance for various accounts of the user, the maintenance efficiency of the plurality of accounts of the user is realized.
Further, in this embodiment of the present invention, the individual primary accounts may include an individual primary cash account and an individual primary subsidy account, the account amount of the individual primary account is the sum of the amount of the individual primary cash account and the individual primary subsidy account, and each individual associated account includes an individual associated cash account and an individual associated subsidy account; the account amount for each individual associated account is the sum of the amounts of the individual associated cash account and the individual associated subsidy account.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the multiple personal associated accounts may specifically be in the following three forms:
in a first form: the plurality of personal associated accounts may be a plurality of personal area accounts, each personal area account corresponds to an area, for example, a beijing area, a shanghai area, a guangdong area, and the like, and accordingly, a consumption amount consumed for one personal area account may be referred to as an area consumption amount, a personal associated cash account is a personal area cash account, and a personal associated subsidy account is a personal area subsidy account;
in a second form: the plurality of personal associated accounts may be a plurality of personal merchant accounts, each of which corresponds to one merchant, for example, merchant 1, merchant 2, and merchant 3, and accordingly, a consumption amount of a consumption occurring with respect to one of the personal merchant accounts may be referred to as a merchant consumption amount, the personal associated cash account is a personal merchant cash account, and the personal associated subsidized account is a personal merchant subsidized account;
in a third form: as with the account maintenance system shown in fig. 1, the plurality of personal associated accounts may include a plurality of personal area accounts and a plurality of personal merchant accounts, i.e., including the first form and the second form described above.
The individual basic account and the individual associated accounts of a user form an account chain system of the user.
As shown in fig. 1, the account maintenance system may include an account converter, a rule transitioner, and a clearing handler, wherein:
the account converter can be used for creating various accounts of the user and associating the created various accounts;
the rule filter can be used for determining whether to allow consumption according to a corresponding consumption rule when a user applies for consumption aiming at one individual associated account, wherein the consumption rule can be related to quota, discount, limit and the like, and can be specifically set based on the requirement of practical application;
the clearing processor can be used for determining the consumption amount of the current consumption amount of the personal associated account according to the clearing rule corresponding to the personal associated account when the user consumes the personal associated account, updating the account amounts of other accounts according to the account conversion rule among various accounts, and accordingly realizing synchronous updating of the amount of the account consumed for one time.
In order to implement the above maintenance mechanism for accounts, an embodiment of the present invention provides an associated account maintenance method, where a personal basic account is created for a user, and a plurality of personal associated accounts associated with the personal basic account are also created for the user, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
and step 21, when the user consumes aiming at one individual associated account, acquiring the consumption amount aiming at the individual associated account.
And 22, deducting the consumption amount from the personal associated account to obtain an updated account amount of the personal associated account.
And step 23, updating the account amount of the personal basic account according to the first account conversion rule between the personal basic account and the personal associated account based on the consumption amount.
And 24, updating account amounts of other individual associated accounts of the user according to a second account conversion rule among different individual associated accounts based on the consumption amount.
There is no strict sequence between step 23 and step 24.
By adopting the method for maintaining the associated accounts shown in fig. 2, when the consumption of one individual management account occurs, the account amounts of various accounts of the user can be correspondingly updated without the participation of the user, and the user does not need to perform individual operation on each account, so that the maintenance efficiency of a plurality of accounts of one user is improved.
In one embodiment of the invention, each individual associated account may include an individual associated cash account and an individual associated subsidy account, the account amount of each individual associated account being the sum of the amounts of the individual associated cash account and the individual associated subsidy account;
correspondingly, the preferentially deducting the expense amount from the personal associated subsidy account, that is, deducting the expense amount from the personal associated account in the step 22, may specifically include:
deducting the expenditure amount from the personal-associated subsidy account when the amount in the personal-associated subsidy account of the personal-associated account is not less than the expenditure amount;
and when the amount in the personal associated subsidy account of the personal associated account is less than the consumption amount, deducting the residual amount to be deducted from the personal associated cash account of the personal associated account after the total amount of the personal associated subsidy account is deducted. Wherein the remaining outstanding amount is the difference between the consumption amount and the amount of the individual associated subsidy account.
The following describes in detail the associated account maintenance method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, referring to various specific forms of the personal associated account, and referring to the processes of consumption, recharging, creation, and the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, there is provided an associated account maintenance method, where a personal basic account is created for a user, and a plurality of personal associated accounts associated with the personal basic account are also created for the user, and the plurality of personal associated accounts are in the first form, that is, the plurality of personal associated accounts are a plurality of personal area accounts, the method includes the following steps:
step 301, a user applies for consumption against a personal area account.
For example, a user applies for consumption using a personal Beijing account in the Beijing area.
Step 302, the zone spending amount for the personal zone account is obtained.
In this step, it may be determined whether to allow consumption according to the consumption rule corresponding to the personal area account, and when the consumption is allowed, the area consumption amount for the personal area account is determined according to the clearing rule corresponding to the personal area account.
The consumption rules and the clearing rules can be flexibly set based on the requirements of practical application, and are not described in detail herein by way of example.
Step 303, determining whether the amount of money in the personal area subsidy account of the personal area account where the consumption occurs is not less than the area consumption amount, if not, executing step 304, and if so, executing step 305.
Step 304, deduct the area spending amount from the individual area subsidy account of the individual area account where the spending occurred.
Step 305, after deducting the total amount of the personal area subsidy account, deducting the remaining amount to be deducted from the personal area cash account of the personal area account.
Step 306, determine if the amount in the personal primary subsidy account of the personal primary account is not less than the regional spend amount, if not, go to step 307, if so, go to step 308.
Step 307, deduct the regional spend amount from the individual base subsidy account.
And step 308, after the whole amount of the personal basic subsidy account is deducted, deducting the residual amount to be deducted from the personal basic cash account.
Step 309, for each other personal area account of the user, determining whether the amount in the personal area subsidy account of the personal area account is not less than the area consumption amount, if not, executing step 310, and if so, executing step 311.
At step 310, the regional cost amount is deducted from the personal region subsidy account.
In step 311, after the total amount of the personal area subsidy account is deducted, the remaining amount to be deducted is deducted from the personal area cash account of the personal area account.
There is no strict sequence between step 306-step 308 and step 309-step 311.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided an associated account maintenance method, where a personal basic account is created for a user, and a plurality of personal associated accounts associated with the personal basic account are also created for the user, where the plurality of personal associated accounts are in the second form, that is, the plurality of personal associated accounts are a plurality of personal merchant accounts, the method includes the following steps:
step 401, a user applies for consumption against an individual merchant account.
For example, a user applies for a purchase at merchant 1 using the individual merchant account corresponding to merchant 1.
Step 402, obtain a merchant spending amount for the individual merchant account.
Step 403, determining whether the amount of money in the individual merchant subsidy account of the individual merchant account where the consumption occurs is not less than the merchant consumption amount, if not, executing step 404, and if so, executing step 405.
In the embodiment of the invention, the amount in the subsidy account of the individual merchant can be that the merchant subsidies the user, each merchant only issues the amount in the subsidy account of the individual merchant aiming at each user of the merchant, and the amount in the subsidy account of the individual merchant can only be used for consumption of the merchant.
Step 404, deduct the merchant consumption amount from the individual merchant subsidy account of the individual merchant account where the consumption occurred.
Step 405, after deducting the total amount of the subsidy account of the individual merchant, deducting the remaining amount to be deducted from the cash account of the individual merchant of the account of the individual merchant.
Step 406, when the amount of money in the individual merchant subsidy account of the individual merchant account where the consumption occurs is not less than the merchant consumption amount, the consumption occurs only by the amount of money in the individual merchant subsidy account, which is enough to be paid, so that the consumption can be considered not to occur for other accounts, and at this time, the account amount of the individual basic account can be kept unchanged, and the account amounts of other individual merchant accounts can be kept unchanged.
Step 407, when the amount of money in the individual merchant subsidy account of the individual merchant account where the consumption occurs is smaller than the merchant consumption amount, based on the above step 405, it can be known that the total amount of money is preferentially deducted from the individual merchant subsidy account, and the remaining amount to be deducted is deducted from the individual merchant cash account, so for other accounts, it is only necessary to update the account based on the remaining amount to be deducted.
In this step, the difference between the consumption amount of the merchant and the amount of the individual merchant subsidy account is calculated, and the result is used as the cash consumption amount of the merchant.
Step 408, determining whether the amount in the individual basic subsidy account of the individual basic account is not less than the cash consumption amount of the merchant, if not, executing step 409, and if so, executing step 410.
Step 409 deducts the merchant cash spending amount from the individual primary subsidized account and leaves the account amount for each of the other individual merchant accounts for the user unchanged.
And step 410, after the whole amount of the personal basic subsidy account is deducted, deducting the residual amount to be deducted from the personal basic cash account.
In step 411, for each of the other individual merchant accounts of the user, the remaining amount to be deducted from the individual primary cash account is deducted from the individual merchant cash account of the individual merchant account.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a method for maintaining an associated account is further provided, where a personal basic account is created for a user, a plurality of personal associated accounts associated with the personal basic account are created for the user, and the plurality of personal associated accounts are in the third form, that is, the plurality of personal associated accounts include a plurality of personal area accounts and a plurality of personal merchant accounts, at this time, the user may consume for one personal area account, and the consumption amount is an area consumption amount, or may consume for one personal merchant account, and the consumption amount is a merchant consumption amount, which is described in detail below.
In the first case: the user has consumed against one personal area account.
When a user consumes an account in a personal area, the process flow shown in fig. 3 may be included, and in addition, as shown in fig. 5, the following steps may be included:
step 501, aiming at each individual merchant account of the user, determining whether the amount of the individual regional subsidy account of the individual regional account which is consumed is not less than the regional consumption amount, if not, executing step 502, and if so, executing step 503.
Step 502, keep the account amount of the individual merchant account unchanged.
Step 503, calculating the difference value of the sum of the regional consumption minus the sum of the personal regional subsidy account which is consumed, and taking the difference value as the regional cash consumption sum.
Step 504, deduct the local cash consumption amount from the individual merchant cash account of the individual merchant account.
In the second case: the user consumes against one individual merchant account.
When the user consumes an individual merchant account, the process flow shown in fig. 4 may be included, and in addition, the following steps may be included:
in step 406, when the amount of money in the individual merchant subsidy account of the individual merchant account where the consumption occurs is not less than the merchant consumption amount, the account amount of each individual area account of the user may be kept unchanged;
as shown in fig. 6, the method may further include the following steps:
step 601, aiming at each personal area account of the user, determining whether the amount in the personal area subsidy account of the personal area account is not less than the cash consumption amount of the merchant, if not, executing step 602, and if so, executing step 603.
Step 602, deduct the merchant cash consumption amount from the personal area subsidy account.
Step 603, after the total amount of the personal area subsidy account is deducted, deducting the remaining amount to be deducted from the personal area cash account of the personal area account.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a process of recharging each account of the user is further provided, as shown in fig. 7, including:
step 71, when charging in the personal basic account, obtaining the basic charging amount.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the personal basic account may include a personal basic subsidy account and a personal basic cash account, and correspondingly, the recharging performed may include a cash recharging and a basic subsidy recharging.
And 72, adding the basic recharge amount in the personal basic account to obtain the updated account amount of the personal basic account.
Specifically, when the cash is recharged, the basic recharge amount is added in the personal basic cash account of the personal basic account;
when a basic subsidy recharge is performed, a basic recharge amount is added to the personal basic subsidy account of the personal basic account.
And 73, updating the account amount of each personal associated account according to the first account conversion rule between the personal basic account and the personal associated account based on the basic recharge amount.
In this step, when the cash is recharged, for each individual associated account of the user, adding a basic recharge amount in the individual associated cash account of the individual associated account;
when the basic subsidy is recharged, aiming at each individual associated account of the user, adding the basic recharge amount in the individual associated subsidy account of the individual associated account, or keeping the account amount of the individual associated account unchanged.
For example, when the personal associated account is a personal area account, for each personal area account of the user, adding a basic recharge amount in the personal area subsidy account of the personal area account;
as another example, when the personal associated account is a personal merchant account, the account amount of each of the user's personal merchant accounts is maintained.
And step 74, when merchant subsidy recharging is carried out in the individual merchant subsidy account of one individual merchant account, acquiring the merchant subsidy recharging amount.
Step 75, adding the merchant subsidy recharge amount to the individual merchant subsidy account of the individual merchant account to obtain the updated account amount of the individual merchant account.
Step 76, the account amounts of the individual primary accounts, the individual personal area accounts, and each of the other individual merchant accounts are maintained.
There is no strict sequence between the above steps 71-73 and 74-76.
In an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a process how to associate a new personal associated account of a user with other users of the user after creating the new personal associated account, that is, how to set an account amount of the new personal associated account, as shown in fig. 8, including:
step 81, after a new personal associated account is created for the user, the account amount of the personal basic account is acquired.
In the embodiment of the invention, the individual basic account can comprise an individual basic cash account and an individual basic subsidy account.
And step 82, setting the account amount of the new personal associated account according to the first account conversion rule between the personal basic account and the personal associated account based on the account amount of the personal basic account.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the personal-associated account may include a personal-associated cash account and a personal-associated subsidy account.
Correspondingly, setting the amount of the personal associated cash account of the new personal associated account as the amount of the personal basic cash account of the personal basic account;
setting the amount of the personal associated subsidized account of the new personal associated account as the amount of the personal base subsidized account of the personal base account, or setting the amount of the personal associated subsidized account of the new personal associated account as the initial amount corresponding to the new personal associated account.
For example, when the new personal-related account is a new personal area account, setting the amount of money of the personal area subsidized account of the new personal area account as the amount of money of the personal basic subsidized account of the personal basic account;
for another example, when the new personal associated account is a new personal merchant account, the amount of the personal merchant subsidy account of the new personal merchant account is set as the initial amount corresponding to the new personal merchant account. The initial amount may be determined by each merchant, and may be 0 or another fixed amount.
The following describes, by taking a canteen consumption management system as an example, the associated account maintenance method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the schematic diagram of maintaining an account based on the canteen consumption management system includes two areas, which are beijing and guangdong, respectively, two merchants, which are merchant 1 and merchant 2, respectively, and an account of a user includes: a personal primary account, a personal Guangdong account, a personal Beijing account, a personal Merchant 1 account, and a personal Merchant 2 account.
Assuming that the user consumes 30 dollars in the Guangdong region, the account amount for each account is changed as follows:
deducting 30 yuan from the individual Guangdong account of the user, preferably deducting from the individual Guangdong subsidy account, and if the deduction is not enough, deducting the residual withholding amount from the individual Guangdong cash account;
based on 30 yuan consumed by the user in the Guangdong area, 30 yuan is deducted from the personal basic account of the user, and is preferentially deducted from the personal basic subsidy account, if the deduction is insufficient, the residual withholding amount is deducted from the personal basic cash account;
if the residual withholding amount is deducted from the personal basic cash account, the change of the amount of the personal basic cash account is represented, and the residual withholding amount is deducted from the personal merchant 1 cash account of the personal merchant 1 account and the personal merchant 2 cash account of the personal merchant 2 account;
based on that the user consumes 30 yuan in Guangdong region, 30 yuan is deducted from the personal Beijing account of the user, the deduction is preferentially deducted from the personal Beijing subsidy account, and if the deduction is not enough, the residual withholding amount is deducted from the personal Beijing cash account.
Assuming that the user consumes 20 dollars at merchant 1, the account amount for each account is changed as follows:
deducting 20 yuan from the account of the individual merchant 1 of the user, preferably deducting from the subsidy account of the individual merchant 1 of the user, and if enough deducting is available, then no longer updating the account amount of the individual basic account, the individual Guangdong account, the individual Beijing account and the individual merchant 2 account;
if the deduction is not enough, after the whole amount of the subsidy account of the individual merchant 1 of the user is deducted, the remaining amount to be deducted is deducted from the cash account of the individual merchant 1, and the remaining amount to be deducted can be called the cash consumption amount of the merchant;
deducting the cash consumption amount of the merchant from the personal basic account of the user based on the cash consumption amount of the merchant, preferably deducting from the personal basic subsidy account, if the cash consumption amount is not enough to be deducted, deducting the residual withholding amount from the personal basic cash account, and deducting the residual withholding amount deducted from the personal basic cash account from the personal merchant 2 cash account of the personal merchant 2 account;
if the amount of the individual basic subsidized account is enough to deduct the cash consumption amount of the merchant, keeping the account amount of the individual merchant 2 account unchanged;
for the individual Guangdong account and the individual Beijing account, if the amount in the subsidy account is not less than the cash consumption amount of the merchant, the cash consumption amount of the merchant is deducted from the subsidy account, and if the amount is less than the cash consumption amount, the remaining amount to be deducted is deducted from the cash account after the total amount of the subsidy account is deducted.
Accordingly, based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an associated account maintenance apparatus, which creates an individual basic account for a user and also creates a plurality of individual associated accounts associated with the individual basic account for the user, as shown in fig. 10-1, and the apparatus includes:
a consumption amount obtaining module 101, configured to obtain a consumption amount for one personal associated account when the user consumes for the personal associated account;
a first amount updating module 102, configured to deduct the consumption amount from the personal associated account to obtain an updated account amount of the personal associated account;
the second amount updating module 103 is used for updating the account amount of the personal basic account according to the first account conversion rule between the personal basic account and the personal associated account based on the consumption amount;
and a third amount updating module 104, configured to update account amounts of other individual associated accounts of the user according to a second account conversion rule between different individual associated accounts based on the consumption amount.
