Abstract
The invention provides a multifunctional intelligent meter box management terminal which comprises a meter box, a guide rail fixedly connected with the meter box and a module assembly in sliding connection with the guide rail. The module assembly is formed by combining a plurality of modules and comprises a power supply module, a main control module, a local communication module and a plurality of user side acquisition modules which are sequentially connected; the modules of the module component are detachably connected. The power module is used for supplying power to the meter box management terminal, and a backup power supply is arranged on the power module. The main control module comprises a main control chip, a voltage acquisition unit, a current acquisition unit, an environment temperature and humidity acquisition unit, a box door state acquisition unit, a Bluetooth and/or RS485 interface, and an NB-IoT and/or 4G communication unit. Fig. 1 to 4 are schematic diagrams illustrating a structure and a circuit connection of a multifunctional smart meter box management terminal module assembly according to the present invention.
Example 1: the multifunctional intelligent meter box management terminal comprises a meter box, a guide rail fixedly connected with the meter box and a module assembly slidably connected with the guide rail.
The module assembly is formed by combining a plurality of modules and comprises a power supply module, a main control module, a local communication module and a plurality of user side acquisition modules which are sequentially connected; the modules of the module component are detachably connected.
The power module is three-phase four-wire or single-phase power supply and is used for supplying power to the meter box management terminal, and a backup power source is arranged on the power module. The power module is the essential module at smart meter case management terminal, provides sufficient power for whole management terminal, considers according to functional requirement and cost, selects suitable power supply mode. The backup power supply can enable the management terminal to analyze the fault when the meter box has power failure, accurately position a fault point and report related information, and convenience is brought to rapid maintenance of a power grid. After having a power failure, the backup power supply can continue to supply power to the management terminal, so that the management terminal can continue to monitor the meter box, such as monitoring the state of the door of the meter box, and authorizing the opening action of the meter box and the like.
The main control module comprises a main control chip, a voltage acquisition unit, a current acquisition unit, an environment temperature and humidity acquisition unit, a box door state acquisition unit, an electronic lock control unit, a real-time alarm unit, an interface unit and a communication unit, wherein the interface unit comprises a Bluetooth interface and/or an RS485 interface, and the communication unit comprises an NB-IoT communication unit and/or a 4G communication unit. The electronic lock control unit is used for performing partition authorization management on the meter box; and the real-time alarm unit is used for sending an alarm signal to the remote master station when judging that the meter box is illegally opened after acquiring the state of the box door. The master control module is also one of necessary modules of the management terminal, an industrial-grade low-power-consumption control chip is adopted as a master control chip, the communication and monitoring functions are integrated, and data of an electric energy meter base meter and a molded case circuit breaker in the meter box can be read through Bluetooth or RS485 interface communication; the NB-IoT or 4G communication unit can perform data interaction with a remote master station, and can perform remote or local authorization unpacking, partition unpacking management and abnormal condition alarm through a mobile phone and the master station.
The local communication module is in communication connection with the main control module, is a necessary module of the management terminal and comprises a carrier communication unit, a micropower wireless communication unit, a carrier and micropower dual-channel communication unit, and the local communication module is used for carrying out data interaction with an intelligent router or a concentrator.
The user side acquisition module is one of necessary modules of the management terminal and comprises a user side miniature circuit breaker state acquisition unit, a user side incoming line temperature acquisition unit, a leakage current acquisition unit and a leakage voltage acquisition unit. The user side acquisition module is in communication connection with the main control module and is used for acquiring data such as the state of the miniature circuit breaker at the user side, incoming line temperature, leakage current, voltage and the like at the user side and providing data support for power utilization safety and power failure fault analysis at the user side; and reasonably configuring according to the number of the electric energy meter base meters in the meter box.
All modules of the module assembly are connected through a weak current bus, and meanwhile, the power supply module, the main control module and the local communication module are connected through a strong current bus. And two adjacent side walls of each module and other modules of the module assembly are respectively provided with an incoming line terminal and an outgoing line terminal. And two side walls of the power supply module, the main control module and the local communication module are respectively provided with a strong current incoming line terminal, a strong current outgoing line terminal, a weak current incoming line terminal and a weak current outgoing line terminal. The user side acquisition module is only provided with a weak current incoming terminal and a weak current outgoing terminal. The modules are connected with each other through incoming terminals and outgoing terminals or strong current buses and weak current buses.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of circuit connection when the three-phase four-wire power supply of the management terminal of the smart meter box of the embodiment is used. The management terminal monitors the line state of the incoming line side of the user meter box by sampling the voltage and the current of the incoming line side of the user meter box. The line state of the incoming line of the user side is monitored by sampling the voltage, the residual current and the temperature of a cable at the outgoing end of the electric energy meter base meter, namely the incoming line of the user side, so that the safety of power utilization of a user is ensured. The safety of the service environment of the management terminal is ensured by monitoring the ambient temperature and the state of the box door, the box door state monitoring is carried out by opening the box, whether abnormal box opening is carried out or not can be monitored, if abnormal box opening is carried out, alarm can be carried out, and the use safety of the meter box is improved. The electronic lock, namely the electronic lock control unit, can realize the partitioned authorized unpacking management of the meter box.
Example 2: the multifunctional intelligent meter box management terminal of the embodiment is basically consistent with the structure of the multifunctional intelligent meter box management terminal of the embodiment 1, and different from the multifunctional intelligent meter box management terminal, the multifunctional intelligent meter box management terminal further comprises a positioning module, and the positioning module adopts a GPS or a Beidou positioning system and is used for providing position information for the management terminal.
Each module of the module assembly includes upper and lower terminal connections, indicator lights, and the like.
The current transformer in front of the user electric energy meter base meter adopts an external open type current transformer, the meter box can be installed without power failure, wiring is simple and convenient, intelligent transformation can be carried out on the existing common meter box, and the intelligent meter box can be integrated into the intelligent meter box management terminal.
According to the invention, through research and application of a metering device and key technologies of a next-generation smart meter box, a Beidou positioning technology is combined, configuration of smart equipment is widely modified, a smart meter box management terminal meeting requirements of a smart grid is researched and developed, state information collection and monitoring of various equipment at the end of a low-voltage distribution network are realized, remote monitoring of a molded case circuit breaker, an electric energy meter base meter, a miniature circuit breaker, power utilization safety, line loss, temperature and humidity in a box, a three-phase power utilization load curve and operation states of various equipment is realized, visual display of various monitoring information in the meter box is realized, and intelligent management functions of low-voltage user end power utilization safety, distribution network power utilization fault research and judgment, fault positioning, information collection, man-machine interaction and the like.
The management terminal is installed in a guide rail type, and is provided with three-phase voltage/current sampling, in-box environment temperature and humidity measurement, meter box opening monitoring, user side miniature circuit breaker switch state monitoring, user side leakage monitoring, user side voltage loss monitoring and user side cable temperature measurement, a Bluetooth and RS485 interface is provided, the management terminal can be communicated with a meter box incoming line side molded case circuit breaker and an in-box base meter, various equipment operation states are monitored in real time, electricity consumption information is collected for analysis, information such as line loss analysis, three-phase imbalance and load curve is provided, relevant data are uploaded to an intelligent gateway or a concentrator through a local communication module until the data in a remote master station are visualized and intelligentized; related data can also be directly uploaded to the master station through NB-IoT or 4G; through the control function of the electronic lock, the watch box can be subjected to partition authorization management, and functions of illegal unpacking, real-time alarming and the like can be identified. The power meter box fault detection system is provided with a backup power supply, so that the terminal analyzes faults when the power meter box is powered off, accurately positions fault points and reports related information, and convenience is brought to rapid maintenance of a power grid. And after power failure, the meter box opening event can be continuously monitored, and actions such as box opening and the like are authorized.
The management terminal adopts module combination design, is spliced and installed, does not need to change parameters and programs when increasing or decreasing the function modules, is easy to expand, adapts to different requirements, and has strong compatibility. The system is compatible with the existing centralized meter reading system for the user electricity consumption, and can completely replace the functions of an I/II type collector in the centralized meter reading system for the user electricity consumption. Under the condition that the current centralized meter reading system for user electricity utilization is not influenced, the intelligent transformation of the meter box can be completed with low cost.
