In the case of implementing the functions of the integrated modules in the form of hardware, the embodiment of the present invention provides another possible structural schematic diagram of the determining apparatus in the above embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, a determining means 40 is provided for determining the terminal to which the software is to be upgraded, for example for performing the determining method shown in fig. 2. The determining means 40 comprises a processor 401, a memory 402 and a bus 403. The processor 401 and the memory 402 may be connected by a bus 403.
The processor 401 is a control center of the communication apparatus, and may be a single processor or a collective term for a plurality of processing elements. For example, the processor 401 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general-purpose processors, or the like. Wherein a general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like.
For one embodiment, processor 401 may include one or more CPUs, such as CPU 0 and CPU 1 shown in FIG. 8.
The memory 402 may be, but is not limited to, a read-only memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that may store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that may store information and instructions, an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), a magnetic disk storage medium or other magnetic storage device, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
As a possible implementation, the memory 402 may be present separately from the processor 401, and the memory 402 may be connected to the processor 401 via a bus 403 for storing instructions or program code. The processor 401, when calling and executing instructions or program code stored in the memory 402, is able to implement the determination method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
In another possible implementation, the memory 402 may also be integrated with the processor 401.
The bus 403 may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (enhanced Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 8, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
It is to be noted that the structure shown in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the determining means 40. The determination means 40 may comprise more or less components than those shown in fig. 8, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components than those shown.
As an example, in connection with fig. 8, the functions implemented by the acquisition unit 111 and the determination unit 112 in the determination device are the same as the functions of the processor 401 in fig. 8.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, the determining apparatus 40 provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a communication interface 404.
A communication interface 404 for connecting with other devices through a communication network. The communication network may be an ethernet network, a radio access network, a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), etc. The communication interface 404 may include a receiving unit for receiving data, and a transmitting unit for transmitting data.
In one design, in the determination device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the communication interface may be further integrated in the processor.
Fig. 9 shows another hardware configuration of the determination apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the determination device 50 may include a processor 501 and a communication interface 502. The processor 501 is coupled to a communication interface 502.
The functions of the processor 501 may refer to the description of the processor 501 above. The processor 501 also has a memory function, and the function of the memory 502 can be referred to.
The communication interface 502 is used to provide data to the processor 501. The communication interface 502 may be an internal interface of the communication device, or may be an external interface (corresponding to the communication interface 503) of the communication device.
It is noted that the structure shown in fig. 9 does not constitute a limitation of the determination means 50, and that the determination means 50 may comprise more or less components than those shown in fig. 9, or a combination of some components, or a different arrangement of components, in addition to those shown in fig. 9.
Through the above description of the embodiments, it is clear for a person skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, only the division of the above functional units is illustrated. In practical applications, the above function allocation can be performed by different functional units according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional units to perform all or part of the above described functions. For the specific working processes of the system, the apparatus and the unit described above, reference may be made to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and details are not described here again.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where instructions are stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when the instructions are executed by a computer, the computer executes each step in the method flow shown in the above method embodiment.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer program product comprising instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the determination method of the above-described method embodiments.
The computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination thereof. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, and a hard disk. Random Access Memory (RAM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), registers, a hard disk, an optical fiber, a portable Compact disk Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any other form of computer-readable storage medium, in any suitable combination, or as appropriate in the art. An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). In embodiments of the invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Since the determining apparatus, the computer-readable storage medium, and the computer program product in the embodiments of the present invention may be applied to the method described above, for technical effects that can be obtained by the method, reference may also be made to the method embodiments described above, and details of the embodiments of the present invention are not repeated herein.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention are intended to be covered by the scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A method for determining a terminal, comprising:
acquiring target signaling data; the target signaling data comprises signaling data interacted with core network equipment by a base station in a preset area within a preset time length;
determining temporary identifications of a plurality of first terminals according to the target signaling data; the plurality of first terminals are terminals in the preset area; the temporary identifier of one first terminal is used for identifying the first terminal to perform data interaction with the core network equipment through the base station;
determining terminal capabilities which are not supported by software of the plurality of first terminals from the target signaling data according to the temporary identifications of the plurality of first terminals;
determining a plurality of second terminals which do not support the preset terminal capability from the plurality of first terminals according to the terminal capability which is not supported by the software of the plurality of first terminals; the preset terminal capability is any one terminal capability in the terminal capabilities which are not supported by the software of the plurality of first terminals;
determining a fixed identifier of each second terminal from the mapping relation between the temporary identifier of the terminal and the fixed identifier according to the temporary identifier of each second terminal in the plurality of second terminals; the fixed identification of one second terminal is used for uniquely identifying the one second terminal;
determining the terminal type of each second terminal in the plurality of second terminals according to the fixed identifier of each second terminal;
determining a plurality of third terminals from the plurality of second terminals according to the terminal type of each second terminal in the plurality of second terminals; the plurality of third terminals belong to the same terminal type, and the ratio of the number of the plurality of third terminals to the number of the plurality of second terminals is greater than or equal to a first threshold;
and under the condition that the hardware of the terminal under the terminal type to which the plurality of third terminals belong supports the preset terminal capability, determining the plurality of third terminals as the terminals of the software to be upgraded.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the temporary identities of the plurality of first terminals according to the target signaling data comprises:
acquiring a first identifier, a second identifier and a third identifier from a first signaling; the first signaling is any one of the target signaling data, the first identifier includes an identifier configured by a base station for a terminal, the second identifier includes an identifier configured by the core network device for the terminal, and the third identifier is an identifier of the core network device;
and generating a temporary identifier of the first terminal according to the first identifier, the second identifier and the third identifier.
3. The method for determining the terminal according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
determining the terminal types of the plurality of third terminals;
and determining whether the hardware of the terminal under the terminal type to which the plurality of third terminals belong supports the preset terminal capability or not according to the terminal type to which the plurality of third terminals belong and the mapping relation between the terminal type and the terminal capability supported by the hardware of the terminal.
4. A determination device is characterized by comprising an acquisition unit and a determination unit;
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring target signaling data; the target signaling data comprises signaling data interacted with core network equipment by a base station in a preset area within a preset time length;
the determining unit is configured to determine temporary identifiers of a plurality of first terminals according to the target signaling data; the plurality of first terminals are terminals in the preset area; the temporary identifier of one first terminal is used for identifying the first terminal to perform data interaction with the core network equipment through the base station;
the determining unit is further configured to determine, from the target signaling data, terminal capabilities that are not supported by software of the plurality of first terminals according to the temporary identifications of the plurality of first terminals;
the determining unit is further configured to determine, according to the terminal capabilities that are not supported by the software of the plurality of first terminals and are obtained through determination, a plurality of second terminals that do not support preset terminal capabilities from the plurality of first terminals; the preset terminal capability is any one terminal capability in the terminal capabilities which are not supported by the software of the plurality of first terminals;
the determining unit is further configured to determine, according to the temporary identifier of each of the plurality of second terminals, the fixed identifier of each of the second terminals from a mapping relationship between the temporary identifier of the terminal and the fixed identifier;
the determining unit is further configured to determine, according to the fixed identifier of each second terminal, a terminal type of each second terminal in the plurality of second terminals;
the determining unit is further configured to determine a plurality of third terminals from the plurality of second terminals according to the terminal type of each of the plurality of second terminals; the plurality of third terminals belong to the same terminal type, and the ratio of the number of the plurality of third terminals to the number of the plurality of second terminals is greater than or equal to a first threshold;
the determining unit is further configured to determine that the plurality of third terminals are terminals of software to be upgraded, when it is determined that the hardware of the terminal under the terminal type to which the plurality of third terminals belong supports the preset terminal capability.
5. The determination apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the determination unit is further configured to:
acquiring a first identifier, a second identifier and a third identifier from a first signaling; the first signaling is any one of the target signaling data, the first identifier includes an identifier configured by a base station for a terminal, the second identifier includes an identifier configured by the core network device for the terminal, and the third identifier is an identifier of the core network device;
and generating a temporary identifier of the first terminal according to the first identifier, the second identifier and the third identifier.
6. The determination apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the determination unit is further configured to:
determining the terminal types of the plurality of third terminals;
and determining whether the hardware of the terminal under the terminal type to which the plurality of third terminals belong supports the preset terminal capability or not according to the determined terminal type to which the plurality of third terminals belong and the mapping relation between the terminal type and the terminal capability supported by the hardware of the terminal.
7. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of determining of a terminal of any of claims 1-3.
8. A determination apparatus, comprising: a processor and a memory; wherein the memory is configured to store one or more programs, the one or more programs including computer-executable instructions, which when executed by the determining apparatus, are executed by the processor to cause the determining apparatus to perform the determining method of the terminal of any of claims 1-3.
