Claims (10)

1. A blockchain-based multi-party joint development system, the system comprising:
the mechanism is configured to execute a registration step and send a registration application to the management and control platform;
the management and control platform is configured to broadcast the registration application to each block chain node of the management and control platform after receiving the registration application;
the block chain node is configured to perform consensus on the registration application and feed back the consensus result to the mechanism;
the management and control platform is further configured to allocate an identity to the organization if the registration application passes, and trigger an intelligent contract to call a key generator to generate and distribute a key for the identity;
the mechanism further configured to open a data acquisition end and access the data acquisition end into a blockchain;
the data acquisition end is configured to collect data generated in the research and development experiment process in real time according to an intelligent contract;
the mechanism is further configured to encrypt the data by the secret key according to an intelligent contract and upload the encrypted data to the management and control platform, and after the research and development experiment is finished, sign and encrypt the research and development experiment result data and upload the signed and encrypted data to the management and control platform.

The system of claim 1, wherein the organization is further configured to perform an initiate project step or a participate project step, wherein the organization is a project initiator if the organization performs the initiate project step and the organization is a project participant if the organization performs the participate project step.
3. The system according to claim 2, wherein the project initiator is configured to perform the project initiating step, decompose the project initiated by the project initiator into a plurality of sub-projects and issue the sub-projects to the governing platform;
the project participant is configured to execute a participation project step, and a participation application for joining the sub project is proposed to the project initiator in the control platform;
the project initiator is further configured to review the participation application, determine rights and interests of the project initiator and the project participants and sign an electronic contract after the participation application passes the review, and issue the research and development requirements of the sub-projects to the project participants.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the project participant is further configured to encrypt and store the development experiment sub-data of the sub-project to the blockchain, and send a decryption key corresponding to the encrypted sub-data to the project initiator.

The system according to claim 3, wherein the management and control platform is further configured to monitor the process of executing the sub-project by the project participants all the time, and record contribution values of the project participants for guaranteeing the rights and interests of the project participants.

The system of claim 1, wherein the facility is further configured to perform a project transfer step or a project accepting step, wherein the facility is a project transferor if the facility performs the project transfer step, and wherein the facility is a project acceptor if the facility performs the project accepting step.
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein the project transferor is configured to perform a project transfer step, hang a transfer project on a shelf in a management and control platform, and initiate transfer information of the transfer project;
the project acceptor is configured to execute a project accepting step and initiate an intention accepting application to the management and control platform according to the assignment information;

The system of claim 7, wherein the management and control platform is further configured to record contribution values of the project transferor and the project adopter in the transfer project, and allocate rights and interests of the project transferor and the project adopter according to the contribution values.
10. A multi-party combined research and development method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the organization sends a registration application to the management and control platform;
after receiving the registration application, the management and control platform broadcasts the registration application to each block chain node of the management and control platform;
the block chain link points carry out consensus on the registration application and feed back the consensus result to the mechanism;
if the registration application passes, the management and control platform distributes an identity identifier to the organization, and triggers an intelligent contract to call a key generator to generate and distribute a key for the identity identifier;
the mechanism opens a data acquisition end and accesses the data acquisition end into a block chain;
the data acquisition end collects data generated in the research and development experiment process in real time according to an intelligent contract;
and after the research and development experiment is finished, signing and encrypting the research and development experiment result data and uploading the data to the management and control platform.
