Description

Electromagnetic induction heating electronic cigarette capable of continuously supplying gel-state tobacco tar strips
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electronic cigarettes, and particularly relates to an electromagnetic induction heating electronic cigarette capable of continuously supplying gel-state tobacco tar strips.
Background
The demand of people on harm reduction of tobacco promotes the birth and rapid development of electronic cigarettes. The electronic cigarette is prepared by dissolving nicotine, essence, spice and the like in polyhydric alcohol solvents such as glycerin or propylene glycol to prepare tobacco tar which is used as a smoking material, then filling the tobacco tar into a smoking set of the electronic cigarette, transferring the tobacco tar to an atomizer in the smoking set through a conduction element such as oil guide cotton, and atomizing the tobacco tar through an electric heating element to form smoke similar to the traditional cigarette for a user to smoke.
However, since the tobacco tar is in a liquid form, the tobacco tar container, the tobacco tar guiding cotton, the electric heating element and the like of the electronic cigarette smoking set are difficult to avoid poor sealing performance caused by the fact that the machining sizes of parts cannot be accurately consistent in actual assembly, or the sealing performance is damaged due to vibration and collision in the subsequent storage, transportation and use processes although the electronic cigarette smoking set is assembled to have the sealing performance when being delivered from a factory, so that oil leakage is generated more or less, and the customer experience is influenced. For this reason, gel-state tobacco tar has been proposed as a smoking material instead of liquid tobacco tar to solve the problem of oil leakage. Gel-state tobacco products have been reported in which a gelling agent is often used to solidify liquid tobacco products into a gel (jelly-like or solid), which typically undergoes a thermally reversible phase change, i.e., solidifies into a gel at low temperatures, but is liquefied after heating and solidifies again into a gel after cooling.
However, the gel-state tobacco tar generates new problems in actual use: if only a small amount of disposable gel-state tobacco tar blocks are used and are heated and melted into liquid at one time and then are heated and atomized, the user can continuously suck a plurality of mouths (for example, 7-8 mouths) at each time, the requirement of the user for sucking at any time for a long time cannot be met (generally, an electronic cigarette using liquid tobacco tar can be used for sucking hundreds of mouths to thousands of mouths according to the amount of the liquid tobacco tar stored in the electronic cigarette, and the user can be electrified and heated to suck at any time), and the operation trouble can be brought when a new gel-state tobacco tar block is installed at each time, and the intention of using the gel-state tobacco tar to replace the liquid tobacco tar for leakage prevention is lost. However, if a large block of gel-state soot is used, although complete melting is sufficient for the user to suck hundreds to thousands of mouths, there are several problems:
1) in order to continuously supply tobacco tar to the heating element as in a conventional liquid-tar electronic cigarette, a large mass of gel-state tobacco tar block has to be melted by heating all or most of the tobacco tar at a time so as to be converted into liquid tobacco tar of sufficient fluidity (the amount of the liquid tobacco tar stored at least exceeds the amount of the liquid tobacco tar required for 7-8 puffs in one round of smoking by the user because how many puffs the user is not known in advance) to ensure that the liquid tobacco tar is sufficiently continuously supplied to the heating element, but after the current round of smoking by the user is stopped, the stored liquid tobacco tar is condensed back to the gel state and is further heated and melted into liquid in the next round of smoking, and the liquid tobacco tar in the next round of standby has to be condensed back to the gel state after the next round of smoking is stopped, and is melted again by heating … … in the next round of smoking, so that the processes of melting-cooling and condensation are repeated, the electric energy of the electric heating element is consumed, delay feeling is caused when a user sucks the tobacco for the first time (because a large amount of tobacco tar is heated and melted during the first suction to ensure that enough tobacco tar is supplied to the heating element through the oil guide cotton), and furthermore, certain chemical substances in the tobacco tar, such as essence, spice and the like, can be pyrolyzed and deteriorated due to repeated heating, so that peculiar smell can be sucked.
2) Although there are many gelling agents that gel liquid tobacco products, the selection of gelling agents is severely limited by the fact that there are not many gelling agents that have a thermally reversible phase transition characteristic.
3) If the required amount of the gel-state tobacco tar is heated and liquefied each time, but not almost all the gel-state tobacco tar is heated and liquefied each time, how to continuously and quantitatively supply the gel-state tobacco tar to the heater becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently, namely how to supply the next certain amount of the gel-state tobacco tar to the heating element after the last certain amount of the gel-state tobacco tar is heated and atomized. When using liquid tobacco tar as smoking material, continuous supply is not a problem due to the fluidity of the tobacco tar. However, since the gel-state tobacco tar is in the form of jelly or solid and does not have fluidity, it has been a great problem how to supply the tobacco tar quantitatively and continuously. If the light is heated and melted into liquid by the gel-state tobacco tar, and then flows to the heating element through the oil guide cotton, only the gel-state tobacco tar near the heating element can be melted, and the gel-state tobacco tar far away from the heating element cannot be heated and melted, and cannot be supplied to the heating element naturally, and therefore the gel-state tobacco tar cannot be atomized, the suction interruption is caused, and the user experience is seriously influenced.
4) Gel-state tobacco tar may also air dry or be oxidized by oxygen during long-term storage, which will shorten shelf life and affect smoking taste. In addition, if the gelling agent used is a non-vaporizable gelling agent, residue of the gelling agent component remains after vaporization of the tobacco tar by heating, and the internal parts of the smoking set may be contaminated.
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors have filed a patent "an electronic smoking set capable of continuously supplying a gelled tobacco tar", as described in detail in application No. CN2020115050988, in which a gelled tobacco tar layer is applied to a polymer base tape to form a gelled tobacco tar strip, and then the tobacco tar strip is wound up and mounted on a placement reel of a smoking set, and the end of the strip is drawn out and turned around by a driven reel to be fixed to the driving reel. When a user sucks, the micromotor is started, the driving scroll rotates to wind the strip, the driven scroll rotates passively, the strip is drawn out from the placing scroll, and the gel-state tobacco tar is heated, liquefied and releases smoke through the planar heater. However, in practice, it has been found that since the polymer base tape such as polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride or polytetrafluoroethylene is generally hydrophobic and smooth in surface and the gelled tobacco tar is hydrophilic, the surface properties of the two are very different, so that the gelled tobacco tar layer is generally not spread on the polymer base tape firmly, and is manifested in that the gelled tobacco tar layer is easy to fall off or cannot move synchronously with the polymer base tape during unwinding, turning or winding of the tape, thereby causing operation failure. Applying an adhesive layer to a polymeric substrate may solve the above-mentioned problems, but the heating of the adhesive may generate additional odor, which may affect the smoke taste, and an adhesive with one hydrophobic side and the other hydrophilic side is not well-found, and even if found, the cost is not necessarily low.
Therefore, a new approach is needed to solve the new problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides in a first aspect an electromagnetic induction heated electronic cigarette for continuously supplying a gel-state tobacco rod, comprising:
a smoking set housing (1); a control circuit board (7), a battery (8) and a smoke channel (9) are arranged in the smoke exhaust device;
the gel-state tobacco tar winding device comprises a placement reel (2) and a driven reel (6), wherein a gel-state tobacco tar strip (3) is wound on the placement reel (2), and the gel-state tobacco tar strip (3) is unwound from the placement reel (2) and is wound by the driving reel (4) after being turned by the driven reel (6);
an electromagnetic coil (5) interposed anywhere from unwinding to winding of the gel state tobacco tar strip and through which the gel state tobacco tar strip (2) passes;
wherein the gel-state tobacco tar strip (3) comprises a base belt (31), a magnetic receptor particle layer (34) spread on the base belt (31), and a gel-state tobacco tar layer (32) spread on the magnetic receptor particle layer (34).
Wherein the base tape 31 can be any tape capable of withstanding the smoke atomization temperature (e.g. 180-. Alternative polymers are polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide, polysulfone, polyvinyl chloride, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. One preferred tape is a polytetrafluoroethylene tape that can withstand high temperatures above 250 ℃ and maintain strong flexibility even at high temperatures without releasing any off-flavors, and can withstand various chemical components in tobacco tar.
Wherein the magnetic receptor particle layer 34 is a layer of very dense and fine magnetic receptor particles, such as fine magnetic receptor powder used on the surface of plastic tape on a conventional magnetic tape for recording sound. The magnetic receptor powder can be firmly attached to the polymer base tape by the same or similar process as the process for manufacturing the magnetic tape, which belongs to a well-established process and is not described in detail.
Due to the hydrophilic nature of the layer of magnetic receptor particles, the latter is very easily firmly attached to the former surface when the gelled smoke layer is applied thereto, with a bonding strength far exceeding that of the case when the gelled smoke layer is applied directly to the polymeric substrate.
The electromagnetic coil (5) is used for generating an alternating magnetic field under alternating current, and when the gel-state tobacco tar strip 3 passes through the inside of the gel-state tobacco tar strip, the magnetic receptor particle layer 34 in the strip generates heat due to the electromagnetic eddy current effect caused by the alternating magnetic field, which is a conventional electromagnetic induction heating principle and is not described in detail. The cross-section of the electromagnetic coil may be a conventional circle, more preferably a flat rectangle, to accommodate the striped magnetic receptor particle layers of the present invention.
Preferably, the end of the smoking article housing 1 also has a mouthpiece 10 which is in air flow communication with the smoke channel 9. The shape of the smoke channel 9 and the mouthpiece 10 is not limited and a condensation material or a filter material may be provided therein as required.
The driven reel 6 and/or the driving reel may be a toothless reel (which moves the gel-state tobacco tar ribbon purely by friction on the surface of the reel) or a gear-type reel. Preferably, the driven reel 6 and/or the driving reel 4 are gear-type reels, and accordingly, the gel state tobacco tar ribbon 3 has a plurality of rows of holes 33 parallel to each other, the holes corresponding to the teeth of the gear-type reels, so that the gear-type reels can move the gel state tobacco tar ribbon to smoothly unwind and wind the tobacco tar ribbon.
The gel-state smoke layer 32 may be a reversible phase-change gel-state smoke layer or a non-reversible phase-change gel-state smoke layer.
The hole 33 penetrates at least the base belt 31 to serve as a rotation force application point of the gear teeth of the gear type reel. Preferably, the holes extend through the thickness of the gel-state tobacco smoke strip, so that the holes, in addition to serving as the point of application of rotation to the teeth of the gear-type reel, promote the release of internal smoke upon heating of the gel-state tobacco smoke layer. There is no additional limitation on the shape and distribution density of the holes.
The electronic smoking set of the present invention further includes a micro-motor (not shown in the figure) disposed inside the smoking set housing, and the micro-motor drives the active reel 4 to rotate, and the rotation speed can be determined autonomously according to the length of the gel-state tobacco tar strip to be supplied during each smoking. Such micro-motors and their rotation speed control methods are conventional choices for those skilled in the art, and therefore are not described herein. Preferably, a suction sensor is further arranged in the electronic cigarette and is used for sensing the suction action of a user, the user sends a power-on signal to the micro motor and the electric heater during suction, and the user sends a power-off signal to the micro motor and the electric heater during the suction clearance or the suction stopping.
A second aspect of the invention relates to an electromagnetic induction smoking method for continuously supplying a strip of gelled tobacco tar, the method comprising the steps of:
the driving scroll (4) rotates and drives the driven scroll (6), the gel-state tobacco tar strip (3) is unwound continuously from the placing scroll (2), a magnetic receptor particle layer (34) in the unwound gel-state tobacco tar strip (3) is induced to generate heat under the action of an alternating magnetic field when the gel-state tobacco tar strip (3) approaches the electromagnetic coil (5), the gel-state tobacco tar layer (32) is heated, smoke is released, and the heated gel-state tobacco tar strip (3) is wound on the driving scroll (4). . The released smoke is sucked into the mouth of the user via said smoke channel 9 and the mouthpiece 10.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the present invention makes the traditional block or rod shaped gel state tobacco tar into a strip coil, and the strip coil is matched with an unwinding and winding device in a smoking set, so that the gel state tobacco tar strip can be quantitatively and continuously supplied to a plane for heating.
2. Electromagnetic induction heating, heating efficiency is high, and the atomizing is timely and abundant.
3. The gel-state tobacco tar strip is heated only once without repeated melting-solidification, so that the electric energy of the heating element is utilized to the maximum, the atomization can be carried out almost without delay, the delayed suction feeling of a user is avoided, the deterioration of chemical substances in the gel-state tobacco tar due to repeated heating is avoided, and the possibility of generating peculiar smell is reduced.
4. And the gel-state tobacco tar strip is heated only once and does not need to undergo repeated melting-solidification, so that the obtained gel-state tobacco tar is not required to have the thermal reversible solid-liquid phase change property, the selection range of the usable gelling agent is greatly expanded, and the gelling agent without the thermal reversible solid-liquid phase change property can also be used.
5. When the device is not in working state, the gel-state smoke oil layer is rolled into a roll to be protected inside the roll, and the gel-state smoke oil layer can be prevented from being air-dried or oxidized, so that the shelf life is prolonged. Accordingly, the heated non-vaporizable gel residue, which is still on the base tape, is wound up into a roll and is discarded after use, so that the gel residue cannot scatter everywhere to pollute the smoking set.
6. According to the invention, the magnetic receptor particle layer 34 is additionally arranged between the polymer base band 31 and the gel-state smoke oil layer 32 of the gel-state smoke oil band, so that the adhesion firmness degree of the gel-state smoke oil layer is improved, the magnetic receptor particle layer is also used as a magnetic induction receptor of a subsequent electromagnetic coil 5 to generate heat, and the heating efficiency is higher than that of the conventional planar heater for heating the gel-state smoke oil layer through the polymer base band.
