In a large hospital, the patients are huge, the conditions of the patients are complicated and different, the number of nurses is limited, and the patients cannot be nursed one by one, so that the quick communication and timely response of the doctors and the patients are important links for obtaining good treatment experience of the patients. In the existing doctor-patient communication mode, a call bell is usually arranged in front of a hospital bed, the call bell has an independent ID number, after a call request is transmitted to a nurse station, a nurse on duty determines a corresponding ward and a corresponding hospital bed according to the ID number of the call, and then the nurse is arranged to communicate and inquire before the patient who calls the call. However, in practical applications, the large number of calls prevents the nurse on duty from responding quickly, and the nurse's scheduling may be delayed to a greater extent, resulting in longer waiting times for the patient. In addition, the arranged nurse needs to inquire again before arriving at the patient who calls the call to acquire the appeal of the patient, and can take corresponding medicines and relief equipment as required after acquiring the appeal of the patient, so that the processing time of the appeal of the patient is greatly delayed, the idle work of the nurse in running back and forth is increased, unnecessary energy is consumed, and the increase of the labor cost is caused.
