The auxiliary cooking method includes the following steps.
Step S101: the method comprises the steps of obtaining image information of each food material in at least two food materials, and generating a food material picture.
In one application scenario, the step of obtaining image information of each of at least two food materials may include: acquiring a plurality of images, wherein each image only contains image information of one food material. The step of generating a food material picture may include: integrating the image information of at least two food materials into one food material picture. The step of integrating the image information of at least two food materials into one food material picture may include: directly integrating a plurality of images containing only image information of one food material into one food material picture; or firstly carrying out normalization processing on each image, and then integrating a plurality of images after normalization processing into one food material picture.
In another application scenario, the step of obtaining image information of each of at least two food materials and generating a food material picture may include: acquiring a plurality of images, wherein each image can contain image information of at least one food material; integrating the image information of at least two food materials into one food material picture. The step of integrating the image information of at least two food materials into one food material picture may include: the method comprises the steps of extracting image information of each food material of each image (an image of the food material placed on a background can be shot by taking a background image as a contrast, then extracting an image of a foreground object from the image through background subtraction, and then taking image blocks of the foreground object which are independent and separated from (not in contact with) other image blocks on the image as the extracted image information of the food material), and placing the image information of all the food materials extracted from the images into each image partition of the food material image one by one.
In another application scenario, the step of obtaining image information of each of at least two food materials and generating a food material picture may include: acquiring an image, wherein the image can contain image information of at least two food materials; integrating the image information of at least two food materials into one food material picture. The step of integrating the image information of at least two food materials into one food material picture comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of extracting image information of each food material of one image (an image of the food material placed on a background can be shot by taking the background image as a contrast, then extracting an image of a foreground object from the image through background subtraction, and then taking image blocks which are independent and separated from (not in contact with) other image blocks on the image of the foreground object as the extracted image information of the food material), and placing the image information of all the food materials extracted from one image into each image partition of the food material image one by one. Wherein, the image information of at least two food materials can be irregularly or regularly arranged in the image.
In another application scenario, the step of obtaining image information of each of at least two food materials and generating a food material picture may include: an image containing image information of at least two food materials is obtained to be used as a food material picture.
The food material picture obtained in step S101 may include a plurality of image partitions. The image information of each food material corresponds to an image partition. The number of the image partitions is larger than or equal to the number of the types of all food materials in the food material picture.
It is understood that the step of obtaining image information of each of the at least two food materials and generating a picture of the food material may be performed by the auxiliary cooking apparatus. The step of acquiring the image including the image information of the food material may be performed by the auxiliary cooking device (acquiring the image through a photographing function of the auxiliary cooking device), or may be performed by the auxiliary cooking device controlling the photographing device (for example, the auxiliary cooking device may be connected to the photographing device through a wired connection or a wireless connection.
Wherein the food material may comprise cereals, meat, vegetables, fruits, beans, mushrooms, milks, beans, seasonings, etc.
Step S102: and identifying the food material information of the food material corresponding to each image partition of the food material picture.
The food material information of the food material corresponding to each image partition of the food material picture can be identified through a food material classification algorithm and/or a food material detection algorithm.
The step of identifying the food material information of the food material corresponding to each image partition of the food material picture may include: carrying out image recognition on the image information of various food materials on the food material picture to obtain the characteristic information of the image information of various food materials; and searching the food material information matched with the characteristic information in a preset database, and taking the food material information matched with the characteristic information as the food material information of the food material corresponding to the characteristic information. The characteristic information is information defined or extracted from the image information for identifying each food material, and may be, for example, information such as contour lines, colors, and shapes of the image information of each food material. The preset database stores the corresponding relation between the information of various food materials and the characteristic information of the image information of various food materials in advance, and the food material information of the food materials can be identified through the characteristic information of the image information of the food materials.
The step of acquiring the feature information and the step of matching the feature information in the identifying step may be performed at the same end. For example, both are performed at the auxiliary cooking device side, or may be performed at the server side. It is to be understood that the step of acquiring the feature information and the step of matching the feature information in the identifying step may alternatively be performed at different ends. For example, the step of obtaining the characteristic information is performed at the auxiliary cooking device side, and the step of matching the characteristic information is performed at the server side database, so that the auxiliary cooking device can convert the characteristic information of the image information of the food material into a data stream, and then transmit the converted data stream to the server side through the network; and the server side searches in a database of the server side, finds the food material information matched with the characteristic information, and determines the food material information as the food material information of the food material.
The food material information of the food material may include name information, category information, nutrition efficacy information, attribute information, a preprocessing method (e.g., a cleaning method), and the like of the food material.
After the food material information of the food material corresponding to each image partition of the image is identified, the food material information corresponding to the image partition on the food material picture can be displayed in response to the instruction for displaying the food material information corresponding to the image partition. The food material information of the food material is displayed to the user, so that the user can know the food material information (name, type, nutrition effect and the like) of the food material.
After identifying the food material information of the food material corresponding to each image partition of the image, the food material information of at least two food materials can be determined in response to the confirmation instruction.
Of course, after the food material information of the food material corresponding to each image partition of the image is identified, the food material information corresponding to the image partition may be modified in response to the editing instruction of the food material information corresponding to the image partition. And then responding to the confirmation instruction, and jointly determining the food material information of at least two food materials through the unmodified food material information and the modified food material information. Responding to the editing instruction, modifying the corresponding food material information, and adjusting the food material information according to the cognition of the user, so that more accurate food material information can be obtained based on the cognition of the user, and a more accurate and reasonable cooking scheme can be obtained conveniently.
In other embodiments, while the food material information of the food material corresponding to each image partition of the image is identified, the identification similarity between the food material and the food material corresponding to the identified food material type can be identified. After the food material information of the food material and the identification similarity of the food material are identified, whether the user needs to correct the food material information of the food material can be confirmed according to the identification similarity of the food material (optionally, a threshold value can be set, the food material information of the corresponding food material can be judged not to need the user to correct if the identification similarity exceeds the threshold value, and the food material information of the corresponding food material can be judged to need the user to correct if the identification similarity is lower than the threshold value). When the food material information of the food material needs to be corrected by a user: the method comprises the steps of sending prompt information for prompting that the corresponding food material needs to be corrected to a user, then obtaining an editing instruction of the user on the food material information of the corresponding food material, and responding to the editing instruction to modify the food material information of the corresponding food material; or directly acquiring an editing instruction of the user, and modifying the food material information of the corresponding food material according to the editing instruction. Therefore, prejudgment is made according to the identification similarity of the food materials, when the identification similarity is abnormal, the editing instruction of the user is obtained, the food material information of the food materials is modified according to the editing instruction, and the accuracy of the food material information is improved.
Step S103: determining a cooking plan according to the food material information of the at least two food materials.
