1. A tax control information supervision method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating an initial tax-control digital voucher file aiming at the target transaction behavior in response to receiving a digital voucher acquisition request sent by a purchasing side terminal used by a purchasing side or a selling side terminal used by a selling side, wherein the target transaction behavior relates to;
and sending the initial tax control digital voucher file to the purchasing side terminal, the selling side terminal and the tax administration department terminal, so that the purchasing side inputs purchasing side tax control characteristic information in the initial tax control digital voucher file through the purchasing side terminal, the selling side inputs selling side tax control characteristic information in the initial tax control digital voucher file through the selling side terminal, and a tax administration department monitors tax control information of target transaction behaviors according to a target tax control digital voucher file, wherein the target tax control digital voucher file is the initial tax control digital voucher file initially, and the target tax control digital voucher file is updated in real time according to information input by the purchasing side, the selling side and the tax administration department.
2. The method of claim 1,
the content, format and included service node of the initial tax control digital voucher file are preset by the tax administration department, and the initial tax control digital voucher file is an encrypted file attached with a digital signature of the tax administration department.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition of receiving tax control characteristic information sent by a target sending terminal corresponding to a target sender, sending the tax control characteristic information to a target receiving terminal, and updating the target tax control digital voucher file according to the tax control characteristic information,
the target sender is any one of the purchasing party, the selling party and the tax administration department, the target receiving terminal is the other terminal except the target sending terminal in the purchasing party terminal, the selling party terminal and the tax administration department terminal, and the tax control characteristic information is added with a digital signature of the target sender.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein prior to sending the tax control characteristic information to a target receiving terminal and updating the target tax controlled digital voucher file according to the tax control characteristic information, the method further comprises:
verifying the effectiveness of the received tax control characteristic information;
and under the condition that the verification is passed, the tax control characteristic information is sent to a target receiving terminal, and the target tax control digital voucher file is updated according to the tax control characteristic information.

The method of claim 3, wherein the target tax controlled digital voucher file further comprises an operation log of the target sender inputting the tax controlled characteristic information, wherein the operation log comprises information editing time, editing content and target sender identity information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the buyer tax control characteristic information comprises subscription information, receipt information, payment information, and the seller tax control characteristic information comprises collection information, delivery information, invoicing information.
7. A tax control information monitoring apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the generating module is used for responding to a digital certificate acquisition request sent by a purchasing side terminal used by a purchasing side or a selling side terminal used by a selling side related to the target transaction behavior, and generating an initial tax control digital certificate file aiming at the target transaction behavior;
and the sending module is used for sending the initial tax control digital voucher file to the purchasing side terminal, the selling side terminal and the tax monitoring department terminal so that the purchasing side inputs purchasing side tax control characteristic information through the purchasing side terminal based on the initial tax control digital voucher file, the selling side inputs selling side tax control characteristic information through the selling side terminal based on the initial tax control digital voucher file, and the tax monitoring department monitors the tax control information of target transaction behaviors according to a target tax control digital voucher file, wherein the target tax control digital voucher file is the initial tax control digital voucher file initially, and the target tax control digital voucher file is updated in real time according to information input by the purchasing side, the selling side and the tax monitoring department.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the updating module is used for sending the tax control characteristic information to a target receiving terminal under the condition of receiving the tax control characteristic information sent by a target sending terminal corresponding to a target sender and updating the target tax control digital voucher file according to the tax control characteristic information,
the target sender is any one of the purchasing party, the selling party and the tax administration department, the target receiving terminal is the other terminal except the target sending terminal in the purchasing party terminal, the selling party terminal and the tax administration department terminal, and the tax control characteristic information is added with a digital signature of the target sender.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon;
a processor for executing the computer program in the memory to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
