and secondly, if the account checking processing result shows that the problem exists, pushing the data resource exchange problem to the shared exchange platform.

and the resource exchange management subsystem is used for connecting the block chain platform and the shared exchange platform, detecting and reading a data exchange reconciliation result processed based on the resource exchange block chain platform and pushing the reconciliation result to the shared exchange platform.

the resource provider transmits the resource to a resource provider front-end processor, and writes the resource reconciliation table data into a resource exchange block chain platform through an exchange information uplink subsystem;
secondly, the resource exchange block chain platform receives account checking data of the resource provider to realize data chaining;
the platform manager reads the reconciliation data provided by the provider, confirms the data from the front-end processor of the resource provider, uses the sharing exchange platform to pull the exchange data from the front-end processor of the provider to the front-end processor of the platform manager after confirming that no problem exists, and writes the resource reconciliation table data into the resource exchange block chain platform through the uplink subsystem of the exchange information after the pulling is completed;
fourthly, the resource exchange reconciliation intelligent contract system on the resource exchange block chain platform reads the reconciliation table data of the resource provider and the reconciliation table data of the data pulled by the platform manager, carries out comparison processing and writes a comparison result into the resource exchange block chain platform;
and (V) the resource exchange management subsystem identifies the newly produced block and analyzes the exchange reconciliation result in the block:
if the result of the account checking is not changed, jumping to the execution step (seven);
if the exchange reconciliation result has a problem, executing the step (six) next;
pushing the problem to a shared exchange platform until the problem is solved, and executing the step (seven) next;

firstly, if the account checking of the exchange result is not problematic, the data exchange is successfully completed;
and secondly, if the account checking of the exchange result has no problem, jumping to the step (six).
9. An electronic device, comprising: a memory and at least one processor;
wherein the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executing the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory causes the at least one processor to perform the method for block-chain technology based exchange of government data according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement a block-chain technology-based government data exchange method according to claims 1 to 4.
