Referring now to fig. 1 and 2, a hardware architecture of a runtime environment and central control device 2 that implement various embodiments of the present invention will be described.
Referring to fig. 1, an alternative operating environment for implementing various embodiments of the present invention is shown. As shown in the figure, the present invention can be applied to an operating environment including, but not limited to, a smart home platform 1, a central control device 2, and a smart home device 3. As shown in fig. 1, one end of the smart home platform 1 is in communication connection with at least one central control device 2 through a network, and the other end of the smart home platform is in communication connection with a plurality of smart home devices 3 through the network. In addition, the central control device 2 is also in communication connection with a plurality of smart home devices 3 through a home indoor network. The network may be a wireless or wired network such as an Intranet (Intranet), the Internet (Internet), a Global System of Mobile communication (GSM), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), a 4G network, a 5G network, Bluetooth (Bluetooth), Wi-Fi, and the like.
In this embodiment, the central control device 2 may be an intelligent home control device in a home of a user, for example, a terminal device such as an intelligent panel, an intelligent screen, an intelligent sound box, an intelligent television, an intelligent mobile phone, a personal computer, and a tablet computer. Generally, the central control device 2 is mainly configured to respond to a touch operation performed by a user on the central control device 2, generate a corresponding request signal, and send the control signal to the smart home platform 1 connected to the central control device 2, so that the smart home platform 1 generates a control command for a specific smart home device 3 according to the request signal, and further perform intelligent control on the smart furniture device 3. For example, if two touch keys corresponding to one intelligent air conditioner are respectively displayed in the central control device 2, the two touch keys are respectively used for controlling the on and off of the intelligent air conditioner. When a user clicks a touch key corresponding to the intelligent air conditioner opening on a touch screen of the central control device 2, the central control device 2 generates a first request signal and sends the first request signal to the intelligent home cloud platform 1, so that the intelligent home platform 1 generates a control command for controlling the intelligent air conditioner opening according to the first request signal.
The smart home platform 1 may be a cloud computing device such as a rack server, a blade server, a tower server, or a rack server, and the cloud computing device may be an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers. Generally, the smart home platform 1 is mainly configured to receive a request signal sent by the central control device 2, and generate a control command corresponding to the request signal according to the request signal. The control command may be returned to the central control device 2, or may be directly sent to the corresponding smart home device 3 to control the smart home device 3 to execute a preset operation.
The smart home device 3 may be a smart home appliance installed in a home of a user, for example, a fixed terminal such as a smart panel, a smart switch, a smart speaker, a smart television, a smart air conditioner, a smart door lock, and a digital screen, or a mobile device such as a mobile phone, a smart phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), and a navigation device. Generally, the smart home device 3 may be connected to the smart home platform 1, or may be directly connected to the central control device 2, and is mainly configured to receive a control instruction sent by the smart home platform 1 and/or the central control device 2, respond to the control instruction, and control the smart home device 3 to perform a preset operation, for example, to perform an instruction to turn on and/or turn off the smart home device 3.
Generally, a client program is provided in a home smart home system, and a user can download and install the client program to a user terminal of the user, configure a personalized scene or scheme, and the like for smart home devices 3 connected to the smart home platform 1 through the user terminal. For example, the on-off time, the operating conditions, and the like of the smart home device 3 are set. Further, the user may configure at least one configuration scheme in advance through the user terminal, where the at least one configuration scheme is used to control the working state of the smart home device 3 connected to the smart home platform 1. For example, a configuration scenario may include, but is not limited to, performing a work duration limitation on a portion of smart home devices 3, controlling individual smart home devices 3 not to respond to voice commands, automatically activating certain smart home devices 3, and so forth. It should be noted that, when the user configuration completes the at least one configuration scheme, the user terminal uploads the at least one configuration scheme to the smart home platform 1 through the client program.
In addition, when the user configuration completes the at least one configuration scheme, the user may be further required to set an applicable user identity for the configured configuration scheme. The user identities comprise at least a child and an adult, and the at least one configuration scheme comprises at least a configuration scheme in a child mode and a configuration scheme in an adult mode. For example, the configuration scheme in the child mode may be: limiting the working time of the television to be 2 hours, prohibiting the voice instruction response of a gas stove and a water heater, automatically starting a camera device to be in a monitoring state, and the like. Accordingly, the configuration scheme in the adult mode may be a conventional configuration scheme without any limitation, or a configuration scheme with less limitation, and the present invention is not limited thereto. It should be noted that, after the user identity setting applicable to the configuration scheme is completed, only the user meeting the user identity may enable the configuration scheme corresponding to the user.
Further, in this embodiment, the family member user may upload user identity information by using the central control device 2 disposed at home, and further enable a configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity of the user. Specifically, in an example, the central control device 2 may utilize components such as a distance sensor and a light sensor to detect whether an object appears in a front area of the central control device 2 in real time, and if the object appears, a camera of the central control device 2 is called to capture a front image, and the front image is sent to the smart home platform 1 for recognition, so as to determine whether a face image exists in the front image. And if the face image exists, comparing the face image with the face of the family member which is input in advance so as to judge whether the face image is the face of the family member. If yes, determining the user identity of the family member according to the family member information, and further determining a configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity. For example, it is determined whether the family member user is a child or adult, and thus whether the configuration scheme in child mode or adult mode should be enabled. Similarly, in another example, the family member user may also directly input the user identity information thereof through the touch screen of the central control device 2. After receiving the user identity information input by the user, the central control device 2 sends the user identity information to the intelligent home platform 1, so that the intelligent home platform 1 determines the user identity according to the user identity information, and further determines the corresponding configuration scheme.
Furthermore, after the user identity of the family member user is identified, the smart home platform 1 is further configured to query a configuration scheme matched with the user identity of the family member user in the at least one pre-configured configuration scheme, and issue the configuration scheme to the central control device 2, so that the central control device 2 executes the configuration scheme. For example, when the user identity of the family member user is a child, the smart home platform 1 queries and determines a configuration scheme in a child mode from a pre-configured configuration scheme, and issues the configuration scheme in the child mode to the central control device 2, so that the central control device 2 enters a preset child mode. Optionally, in the child mode, the central control device 2 may lock the touch screen thereof, limit the operating time of the television set to 2 hours, prohibit the voice instruction response of the gas stove and the water heater, automatically turn on the camera to be in the monitoring state, and so on.
It should be added that, after the central control terminal 2 receives and executes the configuration scheme issued by the smart home platform 1, other family user member users can also upload their user identity information through the central control terminal 2 again, change the configuration scheme of the current central control device 2, and start the configuration scheme corresponding to their user identities. Specifically, similarly to the above, the central control device 2 may capture the face image of the user again by using the distance sensor, the light sensor, and other components, or receive the user identity information of the user directly input through the touch screen of the central control device 2 again, and then send the face image or the user identity information of the user to the smart home platform 1, and determine the user identity through the query of the smart home platform 1.
It should be noted that, after determining the user identities of the users of the other family user members, the smart home platform 1 may also be configured to determine whether the user identity of the user (i.e., the other family user members) is the same as the user identity of the current user (i.e., the previous family user member). If the configuration schemes are the same, the corresponding configuration schemes are also the same, so that the process can be finished directly without changing the current configuration scheme. If not, the intelligent home platform 1 needs to query a configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity in the at least one pre-configured configuration scheme, and then issues the configuration scheme to the central control device 2, so as to update the current configuration scheme executed by the central control device 2.
In addition, in an embodiment, the central control device 2 is installed at different locations in the home of the user, and the determination of the location is often determined according to the user requirement, so that the identification of the user identity of the family member can be assisted according to the installation location of the central control device 2. Specifically, the intelligent home platform 1 is configured to obtain the position information of the central control device 2 while obtaining the face image or the user identity information sent by the central control device 2. The step of determining the user identity of the user by the smart home platform 1 according to the identification result of the user identity information and the location information may specifically include: and determining the user identity of the user according to the identification result and the installation height of the central control equipment. For example, the user identity of the user is determined to be a child only when the height of the center control apparatus 2 is not more than 1 meter and the user age is not more than 18 years old.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a hardware architecture of an optional smart home platform 1 for implementing various embodiments of the present invention. As shown, the smart home platform 1 may include, but is not limited to, a memory 11, a controller 12, and a communication interface 13, which may be interconnected by a system bus. It is noted that fig. 1 only shows the smart home platform 1 with components 11-13, but it is to be understood that not all of the shown components are required to be implemented, and that more or fewer components may be implemented instead.
The memory 11 includes at least one type of readable storage medium including a flash memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card type memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc. In some embodiments, the storage 11 may be an internal storage of the central control device 2, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the smart home platform 1. In other embodiments, the memory 11 may also be an external storage device of the Smart home platform 1, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are equipped on the Smart home platform 1. Of course, the memory 11 may also include both an internal memory and an external storage device of the smart home platform 1. In this embodiment, the memory 11 is generally used for storing an operating system installed on the smart home platform 1 and various application software, such as a program code of the smart home control system 10. Furthermore, the memory 11 may also be used to temporarily store various types of data that have been output or are to be output.
The controller 12 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), controller, microcontroller, microprocessor, or other data Processing chip in some embodiments. The controller 12 is generally used to control the overall operation of the smart home platform 1. In this embodiment, the controller 12 is configured to run a program code or process data stored in the memory 11, for example, run a program code of the smart home control system 10.
The communication interface 13 may include a wireless network interface or a wired network interface, for example, the communication interface 13 may be a network communication interface such as an Intranet (Internet), the Internet (Internet), a Global System for Mobile communication (GSM), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), a 4G network, a 5G network, Bluetooth (Bluetooth), Wi-Fi, and the like. In this embodiment, the communication interface 13 is generally used to establish communication connection between the smart home platform 1 and the smart home device 3, and the central control device 2.
So far, the optional operating environment and the hardware architecture of the smart home platform 1 for implementing the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail. Hereinafter, various embodiments of the present invention will be proposed based on the above-described operating environment and hardware architecture.
First, the present invention provides an intelligent home control program 10.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of program modules of an embodiment of the smart home control program 10 according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the smart home control program 10 may be divided into one or more modules, and the one or more modules may be stored in a storage device (in this embodiment, the memory 11) and executed by one or more controllers (in this embodiment, the controller 12) to complete the present invention. For example, in fig. 3, the smart home control program 10 may be divided into a receiving module 201, an obtaining module 202, an identifying module 20, a querying module 204, and a control module 205. The program module referred to in the present invention is a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, and is more suitable for describing the execution process of software in the smart home platform 1 than a program. The specific functions of the program modules 201 and 205 will be described in detail below.
The receiving module 201 is configured to receive at least one configuration scheme uploaded by a user terminal.
Generally, a client program is provided in a home smart home system, and a user can download and install the client program to a user terminal of the user, configure access rights, smart home device management rights, personalized scenes or schemes, and the like for smart home devices 3 connected to the smart home platform 1 through the user terminal. In this embodiment, the smart home platform 1 may provide at least one home account for different families, the home account is generally shared by all family members, and each family member may configure the smart home device installed in the home through the home account, for example, set the on-off time, the working duration, the working condition, and the like of the smart home device 3.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the safety of special family members such as children and the old, the user terminal and the family account configure at least one configuration scheme in the smart home platform 1, at least one configuration scheme is used for controlling the working state of the smart home device 3 connected to the smart home platform 1, limits the permission of special family members such as children and the old to use the smart home device 3, and prevents accidents. For example, a configuration scenario may include, but is not limited to, performing a work duration limitation on a portion of smart home devices 3, controlling individual smart home devices 3 not to respond to voice commands, automatically activating certain smart home devices 3, and so forth. It should be noted that, when the user configuration completes the at least one configuration scheme, the user terminal may upload the at least one configuration scheme to the smart home platform 1 through the client program. The receiving module 201 receives the configuration scheme uploaded by the user terminal, and performs binding storage on the home account.
Furthermore, when the configuration of the at least one configuration scheme is completed, the user may be further required to set an applicable user identity for the configured configuration scheme.
The obtaining module 202 is configured to obtain the user identity information sent by the central control device 2.
In this embodiment, the family member user may upload user identity information through the central control device 2 disposed at home, and then start a configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity of the user. Specifically, in an example, the central control device 2 may utilize components such as a distance sensor and a light sensor to detect whether an object appears in a front area of the central control device 2 in real time, and if the object appears, a camera of the central control device 2 is called to capture a front image, and the front image is sent to the smart home platform 1 as the user identity information. In another embodiment, the family member user may also directly input the user identity information thereof through the touch screen of the central control device 2. And after receiving the user identity information, the central control device 2 sends the user identity information to the intelligent home platform 1. The obtaining module 202 obtains user identity information sent by the central control device 2, where the user identity information includes the front image and/or information directly input by a user.
The identification module 203 is configured to identify the user identity information and determine the user identity.
After the user identity information is obtained, if the user identity information is the front image, the recognition module 203 recognizes the front image and determines whether a face image exists in the front image. Similarly, if the user identity information is user identity information input by a user through a touch screen of the central control device 2, the identification module 203 may directly determine the user identity according to the user identity information query, and further determine a corresponding configuration scheme. For example, when the user identity information is basic information such as a name, an age, and a gender of the user, the identification module 203 may determine whether the user is a child or an adult directly according to the age of the user, and further determine whether the configuration scheme in the child mode or the configuration scheme in the adult mode should be enabled.
The query module 204 is configured to query a configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity in the configuration schemes.
As described above, after the user identity of the family member user is determined, a configuration scheme matching the user identity of the family member user may be queried from the smart home platform 1 among a plurality of pre-configured configuration schemes. In this embodiment, only one corresponding configuration scheme is stored under the same user identity. In other embodiments, multiple corresponding configuration schemes may also be stored under the same user identity. When a plurality of corresponding configuration schemes are stored, the query module 204 may rank the plurality of configuration schemes according to a preset rule, and select a configuration scheme that is most matched as a configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity of the family member; or prompting the family member user to autonomously perform selection confirmation. Wherein the preset rule may be a high or low of the authority according to the configuration scheme.
The control module 205 is configured to issue the configuration scheme to the central control device, so that the central control device executes the configuration scheme.
As described above, after determining the configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity of the family member user, the control module 205 may issue the configuration scheme to the central control terminal 2, so that the central control terminal 2 executes the configuration scheme.
The difference is that after determining the user identities of the users of the other family user members, the smart home platform 1 determines whether the user identity of the user (i.e., the other family user members) is the same as the user identity of the current user (i.e., the previous family user member). If the configuration schemes are the same, the corresponding configuration schemes are also the same, so that the current configuration scheme does not need to be changed.
Through the program module 201 and the program module 205, the smart home control program 10 provided by the present invention uploads a plurality of configuration schemes set by a user in advance through a client, then obtains the identity information of the user from the central control device 2, and automatically identifies the identity of the user, and further selects a corresponding configuration scheme from the plurality of configuration schemes according to different user identities and automatically executes the configuration scheme. Therefore, the intelligent home platform 1 can autonomously configure the intelligent home control mode, meet the individual requirements of different families and reduce risks.
The invention further provides an intelligent home control method.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the smart home control method according to the present invention. In this embodiment, according to different requirements, the execution order of the steps in the flowchart shown in fig. 4 may be changed, and some steps may be omitted. The intelligent home control method comprises the following steps:
step S110, receiving at least one configuration scheme uploaded by the user terminal.
And the intelligent home platform 1 receives the configuration scheme uploaded by the user terminal and performs binding storage on the home account.
Furthermore, when the configuration of the at least one configuration scheme is completed, the user may be further required to set an applicable user identity for the configured configuration scheme.
Step S120, user identity information sent by the central control device 2 is acquired.
The intelligent home platform 1 acquires user identity information sent by the central control device 2, wherein the user identity information comprises the front image and/or information directly input by a user.
And step S130, identifying the user identity information and determining the user identity.
After the user identity information is obtained, if the user identity information is the front image, the intelligent home platform 1 identifies the front image and determines whether a face image exists in the front image. If the face image exists, the intelligent home platform 1 compares the face image with a pre-recorded face of a family member to judge whether the face image is the face of a family member. If yes, the intelligent home platform 1 determines the user identity of the user according to the family member information, and further determines a configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity. For example, it is determined whether the family member user is a child or adult, and thus whether the configuration scheme in child mode or adult mode should be enabled. Similarly, if the user identity information is user identity information input by a user through a touch screen of the central control device 2, the intelligent home platform 1 may directly determine the user identity thereof according to the user identity information query, and further determine a corresponding configuration scheme. For example, when the user identity information is basic information such as a user name, an age, and a gender, the smart home platform 1 may determine whether the user is a child or an adult directly according to the age of the user, and further determine whether a configuration scheme in a child mode or a configuration scheme in an adult mode should be enabled.
Step S140, querying a configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity in the configuration schemes.
When a plurality of corresponding configuration schemes are stored, the configuration schemes can be ranked according to a preset rule, and then the configuration scheme which is most matched is selected as the configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity of the family member; or prompting the family member user to autonomously perform selection confirmation. Wherein the preset rule may be a high or low of the authority according to the configuration scheme.
Step S150, issuing the configuration scheme to the central control device, so that the central control device executes the configuration scheme.
As described above, after determining the configuration scheme corresponding to the user identity of the family member user, the smart home platform 1 may issue the configuration scheme to the central control terminal 2, so that the central control terminal 2 executes the configuration scheme.
Through the above process steps S110 to S150, the smart home control method provided by the present invention uploads a plurality of configuration schemes set by the user through the client in advance, then obtains the user identity information from the central control device 2, and automatically identifies the user identity, and further selects and automatically executes a corresponding configuration scheme from the plurality of configuration schemes according to different user identities. Therefore, the intelligent home platform 1 can autonomously configure the intelligent home control mode, meet the individual requirements of different families and reduce risks.
