The automatic number writing and coupling test device according to claim 1, wherein a USB plug mechanism is further disposed on the device body, the USB plug mechanism includes a movable plug row and a connection line inserted on the movable plug row, and a plug of the connection line is disposed opposite to the USB port of the terminal to be tested.
3. The automatic number writing and coupling test equipment of claim 2, wherein the object placing table comprises a region to be scanned and a working region, and the working region is close to one side of the scanning device and the USB plug-in mechanism;
the device body is also provided with a rotating mechanism, and the rotating mechanism is used for rotating the object placing table.
4. The automatic number writing and coupling test equipment of claim 1, wherein a robot arm is further disposed on the device body, and the scanning device is slidably disposed on a guide rail of the robot arm.
5. The automatic number writing and coupling test device of claim 1, wherein a shielding box is further disposed on the device body, and the shielding box comprises a multi-grid baffle for shielding each terminal to be tested.
6. The automatic number writing and coupling testing device of claim 1, wherein a manipulator is further disposed on the device body, and the manipulator is configured to clamp the terminal to be tested to a designated position of the object placing table.
7. An automatic number writing and coupling test method based on the automatic number writing and coupling test equipment of any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
controlling the scanning device to scan the bar code, and calling and downloading production data from a database according to the scanned bar code information;
when a coupling test instruction is sent to the terminal to be tested, controlling the test device to carry out coupling test on the terminal to be tested;
and when a number writing instruction is sent to the terminal to be tested, controlling the testing device to write the production data into the terminal to be tested.
8. The automatic number writing and coupling test method of claim 7, wherein after controlling the scanning device to scan the barcode and retrieve and download the production data from the database according to the scanned barcode information, and before performing the coupling test and number writing operation, the method further comprises:
controlling a USB plug-in mechanism to connect a plug of a connecting wire with a USB port of the terminal to be tested;
and controlling the testing device to send a debugging instruction to the terminal to be tested so as to adjust the terminal to be tested to be in a factory testing mode.
9. The automatic number writing and coupling test method according to claim 7, wherein when the coupling test command is sent to the terminal under test, the test apparatus is controlled to perform the coupling test on the terminal under test, and then the method further comprises:
testing the power emitted by the terminal to be tested through coupling test, and comparing the power with the standard power in the testing device;
if the two are consistent, the coupling test is qualified;
if the two are not in accordance, the coupling test fails, and the manipulator is controlled to clamp the unqualified product which fails in the coupling test into the unqualified product collection box.
10. The automatic number writing and coupling testing method of claim 7, wherein the scanning device is controlled to scan the bar code, and the production data is retrieved from the database and downloaded according to the scanned bar code information, and then further comprising:
and controlling the rotating mechanism to rotate the object placing table, and replacing the to-be-detected terminal of the to-be-scanned area and the working area on the object placing table.
