As described in the background section, the conventional image information service processing and auditing are generally performed by scanning paper insurance data, the scanned information is entered into a system, relevant auditors perform information auditing by retrieving and reading the information, the mode of entering the information is old, the efficiency of service processing is low, the resource consumption is large, the image clients experience feelings, and the auditing results cannot be quickly transferred to the clients, which brings much inconvenience to the clients.
In the course of implementing the present disclosure, the applicant found, by studying the prior art, that: although the manual auditing efficiency is low, the manual auditing flexibility is high, and the automatic auditing efficiency is high, but the flexibility is lacked; in view of this, the method of combining manual review and automatic review can be used for reviewing the image information which is applied to the insurance, the characteristics of high flexibility of manual review and high efficiency of automatic review are combined for reviewing the image information, and meanwhile, the accuracy and the review efficiency are guaranteed.
In view of the problems in the prior art and based on the findings of the applicant, one or more embodiments of the present specification provide a method for auditing image information, where first, character and face recognition is performed on image information, which is uploaded by a terminal and is required for application, by an OCR recognition technology to obtain text information and face information corresponding to the image information; then, extracting text information required by insuring from the text information by using a policy model; judging whether the text information and the face information required by insuring meet preset standards by using a preset rule engine; and finally, generating an audit report when the text information required by the insuring meets a preset standard, and if the text information required by the insuring does not meet the preset standard, generating an audit failure report containing a failure reason, putting the failure report into a manual audit pool, and manually auditing. Through the scheme, manpower and material resources are greatly saved, the operation timeliness and the service processing efficiency are improved, and the customer experience is enhanced.
In view of the above problems of the prior art, the technical solutions of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for auditing image information, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S101, respectively carrying out character recognition and face recognition on image information of information required for insuring uploaded by a terminal to obtain text information and face information corresponding to the image information.
In this embodiment, an OCR optical character recognition technology is used to perform character recognition on the image information of the information required for insuring, so as to obtain the text information; wherein, the image information of the information required for insuring comprises: the identity card, the face photo, the bank card, the hand-written signature, the insurance risk prompt sheet and the identity information of the insured; when the insurance needs to be applied, but the applicant is far away or the operation is inconvenient, the materials required by the insurance can be prepared according to the prompt information, and when the materials required by the insurance are prepared, the materials required by the insurance can be shot by using a camera, a mobile phone or any electronic product capable of taking pictures to obtain the image information.
As an alternative embodiment, the OCR Character Recognition software is a Recognition software that directly converts characters on a picture or a photo into editable text by using an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology; the image information may be a photo or a screenshot containing text information, wherein the form of the photo or the screenshot may be a JPG format or a PNG format.
And S102, extracting text information required for insuring from the text information by using a policy model.
In the embodiment, in the process of insuring by an applicant, after the collection of the text information is completed, the insurance policy model is used for extracting the information of the insurance application text information provided by the applicant to obtain the text information required by the insurance application; the insurance policy model comprises standard information corresponding to the identity card of the applicant, the bank card, the handwritten signature, the insurance application risk prompt ticket and the identity information of the insured respectively; the extracting of the text information required for insuring from the text information by using the policy model specifically comprises: and matching the standard information with the text information, and extracting the text information matched with the standard information as the text information required by the insurable application.
As an optional implementation manner, the policy model further includes an insurance period limit, an insurance fee, an insurance amount and an insurance type in addition to the identity card of the applicant, the bank card, the handwritten signature, the insurance risk prompting slip and the identity information of the insured life.
And S103, judging whether the text information and the face information required by insuring meet preset standards by using a preset rule engine.
In this embodiment, the rule engine includes a comparison rule, and judges the integrity and normalization of the text information and the face information required for insuring according to the comparison rule; the comparison rule is obtained by respectively carrying out character recognition and face recognition on text information and standard face information required by standard insurance application; and when the text information required by the application meets the preset standard, the system can match the corresponding branch company name, the work number of the marketer and the date of the current day of the application for the applicant according to the requirement of the applicant.
As an optional implementation, the generating step of the rule engine specifically includes: firstly, packaging picture character recognition, face recognition and hand-written signature recognition technologies, and then respectively recognizing text information and standard face information required by standard application in a service process; wherein, the text information and the standard face information required by standard application of insurance include: the method comprises the steps of identifying images such as identity documents, face photos, bank cards, client signatures, risk statement transcription and the like, converting the images into formatted information, comparing the formatted information, namely text information and standard face information required by standard application of insurance with information actually filled in the business handling process, and simultaneously trusting a comparison rule into a rule engine, thereby finally judging whether image information is completely matched with the actually handled business information in the business handling process.
As an optional implementation manner, the rule engine compares the text information required for insuring with the face information, and may obtain whether the text information required for insuring and the face information are consistent with standard information, the score of the face recognition, and whether the required insuring material is complete, or not, there is a case that the information is incomplete.
And step S104, if the text information required for insuring meets the preset standard, generating an audit report.
In this embodiment, when the text information required for insuring does not meet the preset standard, the system automatically generates a failure report containing a failure reason, and places the failure report into a manual review task pool, where the manual review task pool contains a plurality of failure reports; the failure report is used for manual information extraction and auditing.
As an optional implementation manner, the manual review task pool reads the failure report, and classifies the failure report according to different failure reasons, which is more beneficial for management personnel to manage the failure report.
As an optional embodiment, in the present solution, when the manual review is also failed, the failure report is sent to the terminal, the policyholder queries the failure report, changes the submitted policyholder information according to the prompt of the failure report, obtains image information again, and reviews the obtained image information, where a specific manual review is shown in fig. 2.
From the above, in the method for auditing image information in one or more embodiments in this specification (or application), the image information of information required for insuring uploaded by a terminal is identified through character recognition and face recognition to obtain text information and face information, then the text information and the face information are processed to obtain text information required for insuring, and the required text information and the face information are audited to determine whether the text information and the face information meet the rules, if yes, an audit report is automatically generated by the system, and if not, manual intervention is performed; the scheme can ensure the auditing efficiency and avoid omission caused by the inflexibility of the machine in the auditing process, thereby greatly improving the service processing efficiency and improving the experience of customers.
