The storage module 102 may also check whether all of the stored IT resource devices have been added to the monitoring module 103 and, if not, associate the IT asset identification and the corresponding IT resource device to the monitoring.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for IT resource devices online inventory, in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, when an IT resource device is newly added to a warehouse, the storage module 102 determines whether an asset identifier (asset ID) already exists, and if so, returns a prompt indicating that the asset exists and is not warehoused to the query module 101. If the new IT resource equipment does not exist, the storage module 102 further judges whether the product serial number of the new IT resource equipment exists, and if the product serial number of the new IT resource equipment exists, a prompt that the new IT resource equipment does not enter a warehouse and the assets exist is returned to the query module 101; if the new IT resource equipment does not exist, the storage module 102 further judges whether the asset classification already exists, and if so, the newly added IT resource equipment is stored into the corresponding classification; if not, the newly added IT resource device is saved into the "other" classification. In the query module 101 or the storage module 102, when IT is necessary to modify and update the information of the IT resource devices, IT is necessary to verify the asset identifiers of the IT resource devices and the product serial numbers of the IT devices, and if at least one of the asset identifiers of the IT resource devices and the product serial numbers of the IT devices does not exist, the update is not performed, and prompt information indicating that the assets do not exist is returned; if the classification of the IT resource equipment exists in the storage module 102, the storage module 102 further verifies the classification of the assets, if the classification of the newly added IT resource equipment exists in the storage module 102, the modification information is updated to the corresponding classification, otherwise, the modification information is not updated, and prompt information that the classification of the assets does not exist is returned.
In a possible implementation manner, the query module 101 is further configured to count the presence information of the queried IT resource device information.
Specifically, after the online status information of the IT resource device information to be queried is queried, the querying module 101 performs statistics, for example, statistics is performed according to different categories, regions and responsible persons, which is convenient for counting personnel. Still specifically, the query module 101 provides a second interface, and the client calls the second interface to obtain the online status of the information of the IT resource devices to be queried according to the information of the IT resource devices to be queried and perform statistics.

Claims (10)

1. An IT resource equipment online checking system is characterized by comprising an inquiry module, a storage module and a monitoring module, wherein the storage module is bridged between the inquiry module and the monitoring module,
the query module is used for determining the online state of the IT resource equipment to be queried according to the information of the IT resource equipment to be queried, the information of the IT resource equipment stored in the storage module and the online state of the corresponding IT resource equipment;
the monitoring module is used for monitoring the online state of the IT resource equipment and synchronizing the online state to the storage module according to a preset period;
the storage module is used for storing information of the IT resource equipment and the online state of the corresponding IT resource equipment.
2. The system of claim 1,
the query module is also used for registering and warehousing IT resource equipment;
and/or the storage module is also used for configuration management of version update and use condition of IT resource equipment;
and/or the monitoring module is also used for monitoring the operation condition of the IT resource equipment in real time.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the IT resource device information includes an asset identification and a product serial number;
the query module is used for synchronizing the asset identification and the product serial number of the IT resource equipment to the storage module;
the monitoring module is also used for automatically acquiring a product serial number of the IT resource equipment which can be monitored and sending the product serial number to the storage module;
the storage module is further used for comparing the product serial number sent by the monitoring module with the product serial number sent by the query module, and synchronizing the asset identification corresponding to the same product serial number to the monitoring module;
the monitoring module is also used for monitoring the IT resource equipment according to the asset identification and synchronizing the online state of the IT resource equipment to the storage module.

The system of claim 3, wherein when the query module is adding an IT resource device to a warehouse and before synchronizing the asset identifier and the product serial number to the storage module, the storage module is further configured to determine whether the asset identifier and the product serial number are stored therein, and if at least one of the asset identifier and the product serial number exists, not receiving synchronized data; if the data does not exist, the synchronous data is received.
5. The system of claim 3, wherein the storage module is further configured to determine whether the asset identifier and the product serial number are stored when the query module modifies other information for updating the IT resource device and before synchronizing the asset identifier and the product serial number to the storage module, and if so, receive synchronized update data; if at least one does not exist, the synchronized update data is not received.
6. The system of claim 4 or 5, wherein the storage module is further configured to determine whether the category of the IT resource device matches the stored category after receiving the synchronization data or receiving the synchronization update data, and if the category of the IT resource device matches the stored category, correspondingly store the IT resource device in the category.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the storage module is further configured to receive version configuration update information of software and hardware of the IT resource device sent by the monitoring module, and update the version configuration information of the software and hardware.
8. The system of claim 5, wherein the other information of the IT resource devices includes at least one of:
asset name, asset class, contract signing date, contract number user, storage location, project principal, brand, specification model, system address.
9. The system of claim 5, wherein the query module is further configured to count the presence information of the IT resource device information.
10. The system of claim 3, wherein the storage module provides a first interface for data services invoked by the query module to provide asset identification, product serial number, and presence status of IT resource devices; the query module provides a second interface, and is used for being called by the client to acquire the online state of the information of the IT resource equipment to be queried according to the information of the IT resource equipment to be queried.
