The facet joint suture threader according to claim 1, characterized in that the needle pushing mechanism comprises a pressing part arranged at the rear end of the handle part, a transmission rod (5) is arranged at the front end of the pressing part, and the transmission rod (5) is arranged in the handle part in a penetrating way and is connected with the thread threading needle (6).
7. The facet joint suture threading device according to claim 6, wherein a return spring (16) is sleeved on the transmission rod (5) and used for realizing the pressing and returning of the pressing part.
