Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The following describes the call processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application in detail through a specific embodiment and an application scenario thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the embodiment of the application, by utilizing the foldable characteristic of the foldable screen/flexible screen, the screen folding operation of the electronic device is defined as a hanging operation of a call request, and the unfolding operation of the electronic device is defined as an accepting operation of the call request, that is, in the case that a user performs a folding input on the screen, the electronic device may temporarily hang the received call request (for example, a video call request), and in the case that the user continues to perform an unfolding input on the screen, the electronic device may accept the call request (that is, start to perform a call).
Through the scheme, the user can fold the screen of the electronic equipment to realize the operations of temporarily suspending and later accepting the call request received by the electronic equipment, and compared with the prior art, the user can only accept or reject the call request.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may be a foldable electronic device. The foldable electronic equipment is the foldable electronic equipment which can change the size and the number of the display screens in a folding and/or unfolding mode according to the requirements of users. Specifically, the foldable electronic device may be a foldable electronic device formed by a plurality of electronic devices in a hinged manner, or may be a foldable electronic device including a foldable display screen, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
Generally, the screen state of the foldable electronic device includes two states, i.e., an unfolded state and a folded state. When the included angle between all two adjacent display screens in the foldable electronic device is greater than or equal to a preset threshold (for example, the included angle between two adjacent display screens is greater than 150 °), the screen state of the foldable electronic device is considered to be an unfolded state; when an included angle between any two adjacent display screens in the foldable electronic device is smaller than a preset threshold (e.g., the included angle between two adjacent display screens is smaller than 150 °), the screen state of the foldable electronic device is considered as a folded state. That is, the electronic device may determine the screen state of the electronic device by determining a relationship between an included angle between two adjacent display screens in the foldable electronic device and a preset threshold. When the screen state of the foldable electronic device is the folded state, the folded state further includes two states, namely, a folded display state and a folded standby state.
When an included angle between any two adjacent display screens of the foldable electronic device in the folded state is greater than or equal to a preset folding display angle (for example, the included angle between the two adjacent display screens is greater than 30 °), the screen state of the foldable electronic device is considered to be a folding display state, and at this time, the foldable electronic device is in the display state; when the included angle between any two adjacent display screens of the foldable electronic device in the folded state is smaller than a preset folding standby angle (e.g., the included angle between two adjacent display screens is smaller than 30 °), the screen state of the foldable electronic device is considered to be the folding standby state, and at this time, the foldable display screen is in the standby state.
Illustratively, the foldable display screen is a display screen which can be folded and/or unfolded to change the size and number of the display screens according to the needs of users, that is, the foldable display screen includes at least two display screens. Illustratively, the foldable display screen may be a flexible screen or a combined foldable screen composed of a plurality of display screens. Wherein, the flexible screen is a screen which can be bent and folded.
An embodiment of the present application provides a call processing method, and fig. 1 shows a flowchart of the call processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the call processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include steps 201 and 202 described below.
Step 201, when a call request sent by a second electronic device is received, a first input is received by a first electronic device.
In an embodiment of the application, the first input is a folding input of a user to the first electronic device, and the call request is used to request a call connection to be established with the first electronic device.
In this embodiment of the application, the call request may be a call request received by the first electronic device through the target application, that is, the second electronic device sends the call request to the first electronic device through the target application, the first electronic device is an electronic device corresponding to a contact in the target application in the second electronic device, and the target application may be an application having a call function.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the target application may specifically be a chat application or a conversation application; the call request may be a video call request or a voice call request, where the video call request is used to request a video call (i.e., request a video call connection to be established with the first electronic device), and the voice call request is used to request a voice call (i.e., request a voice call connection to be established with the first electronic device).
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first input may be a folding input of the screen of the first electronic device along a target central axis by a user, where the target central axis may be any central axis of the screen of the first electronic device.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first input may be a folding input that a user folds the screen of the first electronic device along the target folding line. The screen of the electronic device comprises two screen areas, and the target folding line can be a boundary of the two screen areas; alternatively, the target folding line is an edge line of an area corresponding to the call request in the screen of the first electronic device (for example, the target edge line in the following embodiments).
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first input may be a folding input that a user folds the screen of the first electronic device along the target central axis or the target folding line and along the first direction (i.e., the screen is folded back).
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, before the "first electronic device receives the first input" in step 201, the call processing method provided in this embodiment of the application may further include step 301 described below.
Step 301, in the case of receiving a call request sent by a second electronic device, the first electronic device displays a target mark line on a screen of the first electronic device in a preset manner.
In the embodiment of the present application, the target marking line is used for marking the foldable position of the screen.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the preset mode may be any of the following modes: highlight display mode, color display mode, flash display mode, highlight display mode, line thickening mode and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the screen of the first electronic device is in an expanded state, and after receiving the call request, the first electronic device may display a target mark line on the screen in the expanded state to prompt a user of a position where the screen can be folded (i.e., a foldable position of the screen), so that the user can quickly perform folding input on the screen in the expanded state, and the first electronic device can suspend the call request.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, before the "first electronic device displays the target mark line on the screen of the first electronic device in a preset manner" in the step 301, the call processing method provided in this embodiment of the application may further include the following step 302, and the step 301 may be specifically implemented by the following step 301 a.
Step 302, in the case of receiving a call request sent by the second electronic device, the first electronic device displays first prompt information in a first screen area of a screen.
In this embodiment of the application, the first prompt message is used to prompt the second electronic device to request a call connection to be established with the first electronic device.
Step 301a, the first electronic device marks a target edge line of the first screen area in a preset manner to display a target mark line.
It is understood that the first electronic device may determine an edge line of the area displaying the first prompt message as the target mark line, that is, mark a position in the screen of the first electronic device where the screen can be folded (i.e., a foldable position of the screen) by marking an edge line of the area to display the target mark line.
The target edge line is an edge line that does not overlap with a boundary line of the screen of the first electronic device, among all edge lines of the first screen area.
In the embodiment of the application, the screen of the first electronic device is in an expanded state, and after receiving a call request, the first electronic device can display first prompt information in a first screen area in the screen in the expanded state, so that a user can perform folding input on the screen in the expanded state, and the first electronic device can suspend processing on the call request.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first screen area may be an area preset in a screen of the first electronic device and used for displaying information (e.g., first prompt information) related to a call request; the first electronic device may indicate the first screen area on the screen in a shadow manner.
The first electronic device is taken as a mobile phone for illustration. As shown in fig. 2, after the mobile phone 10 receives a call request sent by a second electronic device, the mobile phone 10 may display a first prompt message in a first screen area (for example, area 11) in the screen, where the first prompt message is used to prompt the user that the second electronic device requests to establish a call connection with the mobile phone 10 (for example, the content of the first prompt message is "XX is requesting to have a video call with you"), and the mobile phone 10 may mark a target edge line of the first screen area in a preset manner (for example, a line-bolding manner) to prompt the user of a position of a folding line for screen folding (i.e., a foldable position of the screen), so that the user may perform a folding input on the screen of the mobile phone 10 based on the target edge line.
In the embodiment of the application, the first electronic device may mark the target edge line of the first screen area while prompting the user that the second electronic device requests to establish a call connection with the first electronic device in the first screen area, so as to prompt the user of the foldable position of the screen, thereby facilitating the user to perform folding input on the screen.
Step 202, the first electronic device controls the call request to be in a suspended state in response to the first input.
In the embodiment of the application, in the suspended state, the second electronic device waits for the first electronic device to put through a call corresponding to the call request.
It should be noted that controlling the call request to be in the suspended state can be understood as: the first electronic device suspends the call request to notify the second electronic device that the first electronic device has received the call request, so that the second electronic device prompts the user to whom the second electronic device belongs that the user to whom the first electronic device belongs has received the call request, and the user to whom the second electronic device belongs can continue to wait for the user to whom the first electronic device belongs to accept the call request (i.e., to put through the call corresponding to the call request) without suspending the current call request.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the user may fold the screen of the first electronic device back along the target central axis or the target folding line by a first angle value (for example, 180 °), and the first electronic device may control the call request to be in the suspended state if it is detected that the first angle value is within the preset angle value range.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first input is a folding input of the screen along the target edge line by the user. Before the "controlling the call request to be in the suspended state" in step 202, the call processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include steps 401 and 402 described below.
Step 401, the first electronic device folds the screen into a first screen area and a second screen area along the target edge line in response to the first input.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first electronic device may fold the screen into a main screen (i.e., the second screen region) and a sub-screen (i.e., the first screen region), where the sub-screen is a screen folded to the back of the main screen.
Illustratively, in conjunction with fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3 (a), the user may fold the screen of the handset 10 by 180 ° along the target edge line to fold the first screen area (i.e., area 11) to the back of the screen; as shown in fig. 3 (B), the cellular phone 10 folds the screen into a main screen 12 and a sub-screen 13, and the sub-screen 13 is folded to a rear position of the main screen.
Step 402, the first electronic device keeps the second screen area in a bright screen state and controls the first screen area to be in a screen-off state.
In the embodiment of the application, the first electronic device may display any content in the screen of the first electronic device in the second screen area in the bright screen state.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first electronic device may display, in the second screen area, only the content/page in the second screen area before folding; alternatively, the first electronic device may display only the content/page in the first screen area before folding in the second screen area; alternatively, the first electronic device may display the content/page in the screen of the first electronic device before the folding in the second screen area.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first electronic device may display a page in the second screen area by adjusting display parameters of the page in the screen of the first electronic device (i.e., a page displayed in an initial screen described below).
It is to be understood that, in a case where one page is displayed in a screen (a screen in an unfolded state, which may be referred to as an initial screen) of the first electronic device, when the initial screen is folded into a main screen and a sub-screen, the page displayed in the initial screen is also folded and divided, and the first electronic device may adapt to a size of the folded main screen by adjusting display parameters of the page displayed in the initial screen, that is, the page can be displayed in the main screen, so that the user may continue to perform operations (e.g., viewing operations, editing operations, etc.) on the page in the main screen.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first electronic device may turn down a brightness value of the first screen area, so that the first screen area is in a screen-off state; or the first electronic device may close the display function of the first screen area, so that the first screen area is in a screen-off state; alternatively, the first electronic device may turn off the display circuit of the first screen region so that the first screen region is in a screen-off state.
In this application embodiment, after the screen to first electronic equipment is folded, when the sub-screen shows the prompt message that the conversation request corresponds, the main screen still can show complete page (the page that the screen shows before folding promptly) to in the main screen, the user carries out other operations, has promoted the utilization ratio of screen.
In this embodiment of the application, the first screen area is folded to a position behind the second screen area, and the first electronic device may turn off the first screen area, so as to prevent the user from triggering the first screen area by mistake.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 4 in combination with fig. 1, the step 202 may be specifically implemented by a step 202a and a step 202b described below.
Step 202a, the first electronic device sends the target information to the second electronic device in response to the first input.
Step 202b, the second electronic device receives the target information sent by the first electronic device, and determines that the call request is in a suspended state according to the target information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the target information (which may also be referred to as a call response) is used to indicate that the first electronic device has received the call request, and request the second electronic device to wait for the first electronic device to connect the call corresponding to the call request (i.e., indicate to the second electronic device that the call request is in a suspended state).
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the target information, the second electronic device may display a prompt message on a screen of the second electronic device according to the target information, so as to prompt a user to whom the second electronic device belongs that the user to whom the first electronic device belongs has received the call request, and the user to whom the second electronic device belongs may continue to wait for the user to whom the first electronic device belongs to receive the call request without hanging up the current call request.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second electronic device may display time information on a screen of the second electronic device while displaying the prompt information, where the time information is time information (i.e., a waiting time) when the second electronic device waits for the first electronic device to process the call request, that is, a suspension duration of the call request.
The second electronic device is taken as a mobile phone for example. As shown in fig. 5, after receiving the target information sent by the first electronic device, the mobile phone 14 may display a prompt message on the screen of the mobile phone 14 to prompt the user to which the first electronic device belongs that the user has received the call request (for example, the content of the prompt message is "the other party has responded to your request, and is right now, please not hang up"), and display the waiting time on the screen of the mobile phone 14.
In the embodiment of the application, the screen folding operation of the electronic equipment is defined as the hanging operation of the call request, the cognitive habits of users are met, the user operation is convenient, and the mishandling of the call request by the first electronic equipment due to the fact that the mistriggering is not easy to happen.
The embodiment of the application provides a call processing method, and after a first electronic device receives a call request, a user can perform folding input on a screen of the first electronic device, so that the first electronic device controls the call request to be in a suspended state. Under the condition of receiving the call request, the user can fold and input the first electronic equipment to enable the call request to be in a suspended state, namely, the second electronic equipment is enabled to know that the user to which the first electronic equipment belongs receives the call request, and can wait for the first electronic equipment to put through the call corresponding to the call request instead of only accepting or rejecting the call request, so that the requirement that the user is not convenient to call temporarily at present but can call at a later time can be met, and the flexibility of the electronic equipment for processing the call request is improved; moreover, the user can operate the screen conveniently, and the interaction performance and experience of the man-machine equipment are improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, after the step 202, the call processing method provided in this embodiment of the present application may further include the following step 501.
Step 501, after the preset time length, if the first electronic device does not connect or refuse the call corresponding to the call request, the first electronic device displays a second prompt message on a screen of the first electronic device.
In an embodiment of the application, the second prompting message is used to prompt that a suspension duration of the call request is greater than or equal to a preset duration.
In this embodiment of the application, after controlling that the call request is in the suspend state, the first electronic device may record a waiting time of the call request (i.e., a suspend duration), and if the first electronic device detects that the call request is still in the unprocessed state after the waiting time exceeds a threshold, i.e., after the call request is in the preset duration of the suspend state, the first electronic device may prompt the user to process the call request in time through the prompt message.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the non-processing may be understood as not accepting or rejecting the call request, that is, the call request is always in a suspended state.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first electronic device may display the second prompt information in the form of a floating window on the main screen (i.e., the second screen area).
For example, as shown in fig. 6, in a case that the mobile phone 10 detects that the waiting time of the call request exceeds a threshold, a second prompt message may be displayed on the main screen 12 of the mobile phone 10 to prompt that the hang time of the call request exceeds a preset time (for example, the content of the second prompt message is "you hang request exceeds time la, please process in time").
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the suspension duration of the call request exceeds the preset duration, the first electronic device can effectively prompt a user to process the call request in time through the prompt message, and the situation that the call request is not processed in time due to some reasons of the user is avoided.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after the step 202, the call processing method provided in this embodiment may further include the following step 601.
Step 601, the first electronic device receives a target message sent by the second electronic device, and displays a third prompt message on a screen of the first electronic device according to the target message.
In the embodiment of the application, the target message is used for indicating the first electronic device to connect or reject a call corresponding to the call request; the third prompting message is used for prompting the content of the target message (namely prompting the user to which the first electronic device belongs to process the call request).
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second electronic device may send the target message to the first electronic device when detecting that the duration of suspension of the call request is greater than or equal to a threshold.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, a user to which the second electronic device belongs may perform input on the second electronic device to trigger the second electronic device to send the target message to the first electronic device.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, after receiving the target information, the second electronic device may display a first control and a second control on a screen of the second electronic device, where the first control is used for the second electronic device to instruct the first electronic device to process the call request, and the second control is used for the second electronic device to hang up/stop sending the call request. For example, a user to which the second electronic device belongs may input the first control to trigger the second electronic device to send the target message to the first electronic device.
For example, referring to fig. 5, as shown in fig. 7, after receiving the target information, the mobile phone 14 may display a first control (e.g., an "ask" control) and a second control (e.g., a "hang-up" control) on the screen of the mobile phone 14 after receiving the target information sent by the first electronic device, and a user to which the mobile phone 14 belongs may click and input the "ask" control thereof when considering that the waiting processing time is too long, so that the mobile phone 14 sends the target message to the first electronic device to instruct the first electronic device to process the call request in time.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first electronic device may display the third prompting message in the form of a floating window on the main screen (i.e., the second screen area).
For example, as shown in fig. 8, after receiving the target message sent by the second electronic device, the mobile phone 10 may display a third prompt message on the main screen 12 of the mobile phone 10 according to the indication of the target message, so as to prompt the user to which the mobile phone 10 belongs to process the call request (for example, the content of the third prompt message is "your friend XXX is urging, please process the request in time").
In the embodiment of the application, the second electronic device can effectively prompt the user to which the first electronic device belongs to process the call request in time by sending the target message to the first electronic device, so that the situation that the call request is not processed in time due to some reasons of the user is avoided.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after the step 202, the call processing method provided in this embodiment may further include the following steps 701 and 702.
Step 701, the first electronic device receives a second input.
In an embodiment of the application, the second input is an expansion input of the screen of the first electronic device by the user.
