The foldable curtain of the present disclosure includes a curtain structure 1. Fig. 1 shows a top view of the curtain structure 1 and fig. 2 shows a side view of the curtain structure 1. In some embodiments, the curtain structure 1 comprises at least two first areas 11 and at least one second area 12. In some embodiments, the second regions 12 are located between the first regions 11. Generally, the number of the second regions 12 is one less than the number of the first regions 11, for example, the number of the first regions 11 is 2, the number of the second regions 12 is 1, and the following drawings illustrate 2 first regions 11 and 1 second region 12 as an example, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the curtain structure 1 may further include support members 13, and each of the first regions 11 is fixedly attached to a corresponding one of the support members 13. In some embodiments, the supporting member 13 may be a flat plate or other flat structure, for example, as long as it can support the curtain at the first region 11 and keep the curtain flat. In some embodiments, the first region 11 may be bonded to the support member 13, or may be attached to the support member 13 in other suitable manners.
In some embodiments, as illustrated in fig. 3, the curtain structure 1 may further include a rotating shaft 14. In some embodiments, the shaft 14 is connected to the support member 13. In some embodiments, the shaft 14 may be connected to the support member 13, for example, by bonding, welding, or other suitable means.
In some embodiments, the foldable curtain of the present disclosure may further comprise a foldable support 2. In some embodiments, the foldable stand 2 may include at least two stands 15, 16 and at least one connector 17. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the brackets 15, 16 are provided with a spindle hole 18 for receiving the spindle 14. In some embodiments, at least one connector 17 is connected between the brackets 15, 16 and is rotatable relative to the brackets 15, 16. In some embodiments, brackets 15, 16 and connectors 17 may be formed of metal, but may be formed of other suitable materials.
In some embodiments, the foldable stand 2 may further include an elastic member 19. In some embodiments, the resilient member 19 is connected between the shaft 14 and the support (e.g., 16). In some embodiments, the elastic member 19 is connected to the shaft 14 and a corresponding bracket (e.g., 16) at one of the ends of the curtain structure 1. In some embodiments, the resilient member 19 includes, but is not limited to, a spring. In some embodiments, for example, a securing rod connected to the resilient member 19 may be provided at the end of the bracket 16. In some embodiments, there is a gap between the shaft 14 and the shaft hole 18 on the brackets 15, 16. In some embodiments, there is a gap between the remaining shafts other than the shaft 14 at the other end of the curtain structure 1 (e.g., the leftmost shaft in fig. 5) and the shaft holes 18 on the brackets 15, 16. The present disclosure makes the curtain structure 1 more flat by making the gap between the rotating shafts at least except the rotating shaft 14 at the other end of the curtain structure 1 and the rotating shaft hole 18 on the bracket, and in the unfolded state, the rotating shaft 14 at the middle position can not be acted by the force of the bracket, i.e. the curtain structure 1 is stretched by the two ends.
In some embodiments, the first region 11 remains flat before and after the foldable curtain is folded. In some embodiments, the support member 13 is a rigid member such that the curtain at the first region 11 remains flat. For example, the support member 13 may be a metal plate. In some embodiments, the second region 12 is bendable due to the absence of the support member 13 at the second region 12, and can be folded with the foldable stand 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the curtain structure 1 has a first end 20 and a second end 21 along a first direction, and the shaft 14 extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the spindle hole 18 is provided on a side wall of the brackets 15, 16.
In some embodiments, the connector 17 has a stop structure (not shown). The limit structure enables the supports 15 and 16 and the connecting piece 17 to rotate 90 degrees in one direction only, and after the supports 15 and 16 are unfolded, the supports 15 and 16 are parallel to the connecting piece 17 to form a plane. In some embodiments, the limiting structure may be formed as any suitable structure, such as a lateral protrusion, as long as the bracket is allowed to rotate within a specified angle.
In some embodiments, the connector 17 has a positive lock (not shown) thereon. In some embodiments, the limit locks can lock the brackets 15, 16 and the connector 17 in a parallel position after the foldable curtain is unfolded. When the limit lock is unlocked, the brackets 15 and 16 and the connecting piece 17 can rotate relatively to return to the folded state. In some embodiments, the positive lock may include a resilient protrusion, although any other suitable structure may be used. In some embodiments, the brackets 15, 16 and the connecting member 17 can be rotated relative to each other to fold when the limit lock of the connecting member 17 is released. Because the relative distance between the rotating shaft hole 18 on the bracket 15 and the rotating shaft hole 18 on the bracket 16 is gradually reduced in the folding process, the elastic member 19 for tensioning the curtain structure 1 is shortened, the tension of the spring is gradually released, the curtain structure 1 on the bracket 16 is pulled to move outwards, because the rotating shaft 14 on the bracket 16 can only translate outwards, after the folding process is completed, the tension of the spring is completely released, the bendable second area 12 of the curtain structure 1 is not under the action of the tension any more, the bending in the brackets 15 and 16 is free and complete, so that the curtain can not have creases or other internal stresses, and after the folding process is completed, the tension can flatten the bendable second area 12.
In some embodiments, the at least two brackets include brackets 15, 16, and brackets 15, 16 may be referred to as a first bracket 15 and a second bracket 16, respectively. In some embodiments, the first bracket 15 corresponds to a first end 20 of the curtain structure 1 and the second bracket 16 corresponds to a second end 21 of the curtain structure 1. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the rotation shaft hole 18 provided on the second bracket 16 is a long hole extending in the first direction. In some embodiments, the shaft 14 may move within the elongated aperture with the folding and unfolding of the foldable curtain.
In some embodiments, when the curtain structure 1 is in the unfolded state, the rotating shaft 14 closest to the first end 20 and the rotating shaft 14 closest to the second end 21 and connected to the elastic member 19 are under the pulling force of the elastic member 19, and there is no contact force between the rest of the rotating shafts 14 and the brackets 15 and 16 in the first direction. In some embodiments, since, for example, except that the leftmost rotation shaft 14 and the corresponding rotation shaft hole 18 can be fixed, the other rotation shafts 14 and the corresponding rotation shaft holes 18 have gaps, when the foldable curtain is in the unfolded state and is pulled by the elastic member 19, only the fixed rotation shaft 14 and the rotation shaft 14 connected with the elastic member 19 are pulled, and there is no contact force between the other rotation shafts 14 and the brackets 15 and 16 at least in the first direction, the curtain structure 1 can be unfolded more smoothly, and the unfolding flatness of the curtain structure is ensured.
In some embodiments, the width of the curtain structure 1 is less than the width of the foldable support 2 and the length of the curtain structure 1 is less than the length of the foldable support 2. In this way, the curtain structure 1 can be made to be appropriately accommodated in the foldable support 2. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the brackets 15, 16 are hollow structures for receiving the curtain of the second region 12 when the curtain structure 1 is in a folded state.
The collapsible curtain of this disclosure can keep the level and smooth of curtain structure after expanding. In addition, this collapsible curtain is convenient for accomodate, does not need professional instrument, can accomodate folding and expansion at any time. In addition, the folding bracket of the folding curtain of the present disclosure can be completely attached, and the curtain structure is accommodated in the folding bracket, thereby reducing the overall thickness of the folding curtain after being folded.
