the rotating mechanism comprises a connecting frame fixedly connected with the bird driving device, a rotating assembly arranged on the connecting frame and a rotating disc arranged on the rotating assembly;
the clamping mechanism comprises three connecting plates arranged on the frame and a clamping assembly arranged on the connecting plates;
the position adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting motor fixedly connected with the supporting frame, a screw rod arranged at the output end of the adjusting motor, a connecting part sleeved on the screw rod and a sliding block fixedly connected with the connecting part; when the rotating disc completes the approximate adjustment of the angle of the solar panel, the adjusting motor starts to work at the moment, the moving adjusting motor drives the screw rod to start to move, the rotating screw rod drives the connecting part to start to work, and the moving connecting part drives the sliding block to start to move, so that the driving work of the device is completed, the driving work of the position adjusting assembly is ensured, and the device can complete the fine adjustment work of the solar panel;
the position adjusting assembly further comprises a group of guide pipes symmetrically arranged on the support frame and positioned on two sides of the screw rod, and a connecting rod arranged on the guide pipes, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the solar panel, the sliding block is connected with the connecting part and sleeved on the guide pipes, and one end of the solar panel is arranged on the support frame; when the position adjusting assembly completes driving work, the sliding block starts to slide on the guide tube at the moment, the moving sliding block drives the connecting rod to start working, when the sliding block moves towards the front end, the solar panel changes into an inclined state from a horizontal state, and then the direct angle of the sun can be adjusted, meanwhile, when the sliding block moves towards the rear end, the solar panel changes into a horizontal state from the inclined state, and then damage of the solar panel is reduced, and when the solar panel is located at an expected position, the electric quantity generated by the solar panel is supplied to bird driving equipment for use at the moment, and then the bird driving equipment starts working, and the installation work of the whole bird driving device is completed;
the clamping assembly comprises a clamping motor and a driven wheel which are arranged on the connecting plate, a driving wheel arranged at the output end of the clamping motor, a driving belt used for connecting the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and a transmission shaft arranged on the driven wheel, wherein the transmission shaft penetrates through the connecting plate and is positioned at the other side of the connecting plate; the clamping assembly comprises a cam arranged at the other end of the transmission shaft, a connecting rod arranged on the connecting plate, a transmission block fixedly connected with the connecting rod, a driving wheel arranged at the other end of the connecting rod, a sliding rail fixedly connected with the connecting plate, a clamping part arranged on the sliding rail and in sliding connection with the sliding rail, and a transmission block tangential to the cam, wherein the driving wheel is arranged on the sliding rail and in sliding connection with the sliding rail, when the cam starts to move, the protruding end on the cam which moves further can enable the position of the transmission block tangential to the cam to deviate, the moving transmission block drives the connecting rod to start working, the moving connecting rod drives the driving wheel to start working, the driving wheel starts to move on the sliding rail, the clamping part can be driven to start moving, and the position of the clamping part can be adjusted, so that a bracket on the electric tower is positioned among three clamping parts.

A bird repellent device capable of being autonomously mounted on a power tower according to claim 1, wherein: the rotating assembly comprises a group of jacking motors symmetrically arranged on the connecting frame, a jacking part arranged at the output end of the jacking motor, a rotating part arranged at the center of the rotating disc and a rotating motor arranged on the rotating part.
3. A bird repellent device capable of being autonomously mounted on a power tower according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting plate is also provided with a spring, and the other end of the spring is arranged on the clamping part.
4. A method of operating a bird repellent device capable of being autonomously mounted on a power tower according to any one of claims 1 to 3, the method comprising the steps of:

s3: when the transmission shaft starts to rotate, the moving transmission shaft drives the cam to start to rotate, the protruding end on the moving cam can enable the position of the tangential transmission block to deviate, the moving transmission block drives the connecting rod to start working, the moving connecting rod drives the driving wheel to start working, the driving wheel starts moving on the sliding rail, the clamping part can be driven to start moving, the position of the clamping part can be adjusted, information transmitted back through the visual sensing device can be adjusted, the position of the bird repellent is adjusted, the support on the electric power tower is located among the three clamping parts, at the moment, the clamping motor works reversely, the clamping part can be fixed on the electric power tower, and the fixing work of the electric power tower is completed;
