Claims (9)

1. A method of managing pipette usage, comprising:
the method comprises the following steps that a pipettor storage box collects use information of the pipettors placed in the pipettor storage box and sends the use information of the pipettors to a server through a wireless communication chip;
the server receives the use information of the pipettor sent by the pipettor storage box and sends the use information of the pipettor to the intelligent laboratory management system through the communication interface.
2. The pipette usage management method of claim 1, wherein the usage information includes status information, the status information includes first status information and second status information; after putting the pipettor back into the pipettor storage box, still include:
scanning a pipettor to be put back into a pipettor storage box by a scanning device to detect whether the pipettor is in failure, the detection method comprising:
scanning each part of the liquid moving device through a scanning device, sequentially acquiring first point cloud data of a part detection surface of each part, and converting the first point cloud data into a three-dimensional coordinate system to generate a part structure diagram;
scanning a connecting area between adjacent components of the pipettor through a scanning device, sequentially acquiring second point cloud data of the connecting area between the adjacent components, and converting the second point cloud data into a three-dimensional coordinate system to generate a connecting area structure diagram;
inputting the part structure chart and the connection area structure chart into a pre-trained structure detection model, and outputting a detection result; when the detection result is that the part structure diagram is consistent with the prestored part structure diagram and the connection area structure diagram is consistent with the prestored connection area structure diagram, judging that the liquid transfer device is in first state information; otherwise, judging that the pipettor is in second state information; the first state information is normal; the second state information is the occurrence of a fault.

The method of managing pipette use according to claim 1, wherein the use information includes antivirus information; the antivirus and degerming information comprises antivirus and degerming starting time, antivirus and degerming ending time and basic information of a pipettor for performing antivirus and degerming operation;
after putting the pipettor back into the pipettor storage box, still include:
through the state information of the chamber door that sets up the displacement sensor detection in the pipettor storage box, when the state information of confirming the chamber door is for closing, detect through the human induction device who sets up in the pipettor storage box whether there is human induction signal in the predetermined within range of pipettor storage box, when there is not human induction signal in the predetermined within range of confirm the pipettor storage box, carry out the sterilization operation of killing virus through the sterilization device that sets up in the pipettor storage box, acquire sterilization information.
4. The method of managing pipette use of claim 3, further comprising:
carrying out bacteria detection on the pipettor placed back to the pipettor storage box through a bacteria detection device arranged in the pipettor storage box to obtain at least one bacteria detection result;
receiving at least one bacteria detection result obtained by the bacteria detection device through a controller arranged in a pipettor storage box, processing the bacteria detection result to obtain bacteria concentration, judging whether at least one bacteria concentration is greater than a preset bacteria concentration threshold value, detecting whether a human body induction signal exists in a preset range of the pipettor storage box through a human body induction device arranged in the pipettor storage box when the at least one bacteria concentration is determined to be greater than the preset bacteria concentration threshold value, and performing sterilization operation on the pipettor corresponding to the bacteria concentration greater than the preset bacteria concentration threshold value through a virus killing and bacteria removing device when the human body induction signal does not exist in the preset range of the pipettor storage box to obtain virus killing and bacteria removing information; and specially marking the pipettes corresponding to the bacteria concentration less than or equal to the preset bacteria concentration threshold, wherein the characteristic mark is used for indicating that the pipettes are taken out of the pipettes storage box but are not used.
5. The pipette usage management method according to claim 1, wherein the usage information includes check information, the check information being input on a pipette storage box; the point inspection information comprises a point inspection normal state and a point inspection abnormal state.
6. The method of managing pipette use of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring use standard data of a pipettor, and managing the use of the pipettor according to the use standard data;
the method for acquiring the standard data of the use of the pipettor comprises the following steps:
logging in a website of a preset website based on a web crawler technology;
acquiring standard notice information of a website of a preset website;
and extracting keywords from the standard notice information, and acquiring the use standard data of the pipettor according to the keywords.
7. The method for managing usage of a pipette according to claim 1, wherein, before the pipette storage box transmits usage information of the pipette through the wireless communication chip, the method comprises:
classifying the use information acquired through the pipettor storage box according to a first preset rule to obtain N types of classification information;
acquiring priority information of the N types of classified information according to a second preset rule; the priority information comprises high-level classification information, middle-level classification information and low-level classification information;
performing data segmentation on the high-level classification information, and segmenting the high-level classification information into M data blocks;
distributing serial numbers to the M data blocks according to the data quantity carried by the data blocks and acquiring sequencing information of the M data blocks according to the serial numbers;
and carrying out data transmission on the M data blocks according to the sequencing information.
8. The pipette usage management method according to claim 7, wherein the transmitting the M data blocks according to the sequence information further includes:
detecting whether a data block is lost in the data transmission process;
when determining that the data block is lost, acquiring sequence number information of the lost data block;
and inquiring in a database according to the sequence number information of the lost data block, acquiring the data carried in the lost data block and re-uploading the data.
9. The method for managing use of a pipette according to claim 1, wherein the method for managing use of a pipette includes, during transmission of usage information of the pipette:
dividing the use information of the pipettor to obtain a preset number of data packets, and performing data transmission on the preset number of data packets;
calculating the network communication quantity F when data transmission is carried out on a preset number of data packets:
