Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for guiding a tax hall based on hall and user data, wherein the method comprises the following steps: user identity recognition, namely acquiring user identity information from a database; retrieving historical behaviors of the user to obtain a function list A which the user may be interested in; retrieving the current service state of the user to obtain a function list B which the user may need to transact; searching more services transacted by similar users in the near term to form a hot recommended function list C; sequencing through each service weight according to the intersection of the state of a hall where the guide terminal is located and the function list ABC to form a 'user exclusive guide'; and the user selects a recommendation function or voice input according to the exclusive guide of the user and executes guide. The invention efficiently assists the taxpayers in business handling and financial and tax professional consultation by making the exclusive user guide, simultaneously liberates the efforts of tax staff and is beneficial to improving the service efficiency of the tax hall.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tax transaction, in particular to a method and a device for guiding a tax hall based on hall and user data.
Background
At present, the informatization investment of tax departments in China is large, but the satisfaction of taxpayers on tax services is not rapidly improved, the whole informatization construction is trapped in the development bottleneck, and the three problems are:

(2) Because the staff of the taxpayer enterprise changes, the tax authority often receives operation and use consultation of the electronic tax office system, and therefore, the tax authority needs to frequently call tax-paying academic hall training, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed.
(3) 70% -80% of the inquiry questions of the taxpayers are concentrated on conventional inquiry such as tax policy, tax handling process, enterprise tax management information inquiry and the like, so that most of working energy of workers in the tax handling hall is consumed in answering the conventional tax inquiry, and the service efficiency of the tax handling hall is greatly reduced.
Therefore, how to effectively utilize the existing information-based results to perform service innovation and make tax services more open and transparent, better provide services for taxpayers, and improve the relationship between tax bureaus and taxpayers becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently.

the system comprises a weight analysis and decision module, wherein the signal output ends of a user behavior analysis module, a service state analysis module, a hot service analysis module, a transactable service analysis module, an equipment state detection module and a people stream detection module are respectively connected with the weight analysis and decision module, and the weight analysis and decision module is used for sequencing through each service weight according to a function list transactable in a hall where the transaction terminal is located, the equipment state of the transaction terminal, the intersection of the people stream situation of the hall where the transaction terminal is located and the function list ABC to form a 'user exclusive transaction guide'.
The user can select a recommendation function or voice input according to the exclusive guide of the user and execute guide.
The third-party system includes: a tax fund three-core system, a personal tax system, a social security system and an invoice system.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a tax hall guidance device based on hall and user data, including: the system comprises a guide terminal and a third-party system.

The user can select a recommendation function or voice input according to the exclusive guide of the user, and execute guide flow → a service acceptance area (including self-help, counter and manual work).
