To facilitate understanding of the above process, in an alternative embodiment, the maintenance bill may be displayed as shown in fig. 12, and fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of another method for determining the payment in the maintenance bill according to an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 12, the total payment fee to be obtained is 780 yuan, and the consumption value, i.e., the expense of the wearing part is 400 yuan, so that the consumption value can be deducted from 400 yuan of the total payment fee, and therefore, the payment fee finally obtained is 380 yuan.
Finally, the generated maintenance bill is shown in fig. 13, as shown in fig. 13, and fig. 13 is a schematic view of a maintenance bill; the repair reporting device has a xxx intelligent battery function, the fault label is water-entering burnout, the repair suggestion is to replace an electric core, the fault can be solved by adopting target repair materials 1, 2 and 3 in the following figure 3, the total material cost is 780 yuan, the cost of a worn part is 400 yuan, the existing consumption amount value of a user is 300 yuan, the existing consumption amount value can be used for deducting 300 yuan in the total material cost, the postage is 50 yuan, the final total cost needing to be paid is 780 yuan 300+50 yuan 530 yuan, and the final payment cost can be obtained by deducting through the consumption amount value. In an alternative implementation manner, after the user completes payment, the electronic device receives payment information of the user, where the payment information may be as shown in fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic view of a scenario for completing payment provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and the electronic device may generate a bill of materials according to a target maintenance material in a maintenance bill, where the bill of materials includes storage information and a required amount of at least one target maintenance material, for convenience of understanding, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a schematic view of a bill of materials, see fig. 15, and a current storage amount, a required amount, and a storage address of each target maintenance material can be seen from the bill of materials, for example, the target maintenance material is a patch (00-000-, the supplier quality assurance warehouse inventory 33 can see that the inventory of the patch (00-000 + 00000) is larger than the demand, and 5 pieces of the inventory of each warehouse address can be taken from the after-sale warehouse and the supplier quality assurance warehouse respectively in order to ensure the balance of the inventory of each warehouse address.
In order to implement the steps in the foregoing embodiment to achieve the corresponding technical effect, an implementation manner of an after-market document processing apparatus is provided below, referring to fig. 16, and fig. 16 is a functional block diagram of the after-market document processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the after-market document processing apparatus 200 includes: an acquisition module 201 and a generation module 202.

A generating module 202, configured to generate a maintenance bill of the repair equipment according to the fault tag associated with the equipment type; the fault label is used for representing an abnormal problem of the repair equipment.
In some possible embodiments, the obtaining module 201 and the generating module 202 may cooperatively perform steps S104 to S105 to achieve corresponding technical effects.
Optionally, in order to implement the function of generating the maintenance bill, the generating module 202 is specifically configured to: determining a target maintenance strategy according to the fault label; the target maintenance strategy comprises at least one target maintenance material; and generating a maintenance bill according to the price and the quantity of the at least one target maintenance material.
It is to be appreciated that the generation module 202 may also be utilized to perform steps S105-1 through S105-2 to achieve corresponding technical effects.
Optionally, the after-sales document processing apparatus may further include a determining module and an updating module, the determining module may be configured to determine whether the at least one target repair material has a consumption value; the updating module is used for updating the maintenance bill according to the consumption value when the at least one target maintenance material is determined to have the consumption value.
It is understood that the determining module and the updating module can also be used for systematically performing steps S106 to S107 to achieve the corresponding technical effects.
Optionally, the fault tag associated with the device type is obtained based on the pre-stored second configuration information; and the second configuration information is used for representing the corresponding relation between the equipment type and the fault label.
Optionally, the determining module is specifically configured to: determining a target maintenance strategy corresponding to the fault label based on the prestored third configuration information; and the third configuration information is used for representing the corresponding relation between the fault label and the maintenance strategy.
Optionally, the obtaining module 201 is specifically configured to obtain a material type of the target maintenance material; the determining module is specifically used for determining whether the target maintenance material has a consumption value based on prestored first configuration information; the first configuration information is used for representing the corresponding relation between the material type and the consumption value.
Optionally, the after-sale document information further comprises associated equipment associated with the repair equipment; the obtaining module 201 is specifically configured to obtain a material type of a target maintenance material; the determining module is specifically used for determining whether the target maintenance material has a consumption value or not based on prestored first configuration information when the material type of the target maintenance material is consistent with the material type of the associated equipment; the first configuration information is used for representing the corresponding relation between the material type and the consumption value.
Optionally, the after-sale document processing device may further include a receiving module, where the receiving module is configured to receive payment information, and the payment information is matched with the cost information in the maintenance bill; the generating module 202 is further configured to generate a bill of materials according to the target maintenance materials in the maintenance bill, where the bill of materials includes storage information and demand of at least one target maintenance material.
It is to be understood that the receiving module and the generating module 202 may also be used to execute step S107 to step S108 to achieve the corresponding technical effect.
Optionally, the determining module is further configured to: and acquiring the material type of the target maintenance material, and determining that the target maintenance material has a consumption value when the material type of the target maintenance material is consistent with the material type of the associated equipment.
It is to be understood that the determination module may also be used to perform steps S106-1 to S106-2 to achieve corresponding technical effects.
Optionally, the update module may be further configured to: when the stock of the target maintenance material is smaller than the required quantity, acquiring a replaceable material of the target maintenance material; and updating the target maintenance materials in the material list into replaceable materials.
It will be appreciated that the update module may also be used to perform steps S109 to S110 to achieve the corresponding technical effect.

The Memory 313 may be, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like.
The processor 312 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), etc.; but may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc.
In some possible embodiments, the various modules of the after-market document processing apparatus 20 described above may be stored in the form of software or Firmware (Firmware) in the memory 313 of the electronic device 31 and executed by the processor 312, and at the same time, data, code of programs, etc. required to execute the modules described above may be stored in the memory 313.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an after-sale document processing system, referring to fig. 18, fig. 18 is a block diagram of a structure of an after-sale document system according to an embodiment of the present invention; the after-market document processing system 30 may include a client device 32 and an electronic device 31, where the electronic device 31 is configured to implement the after-market document processing method described in the above embodiments. A client device 32 for sending after-market document information to the electronic device 31; the electronic device 31 is configured to process the after-sale document information sent by the client according to the after-sale document processing method in any one of the embodiments, obtain a maintenance bill, and feed the maintenance bill back to the client device 32.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the after-market document processing method according to any one of the foregoing embodiments. The computer readable storage medium may be, but is not limited to, various media that can store program codes, such as a U disk, a removable hard disk, a ROM, a RAM, a PROM, an EPROM, an EEPROM, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.

Claims (13)

1. An after-market document processing method, comprising:
acquiring after-sale document information; the after-sale document information comprises the equipment type of the repair equipment;
generating a maintenance bill of the repair equipment according to the fault label associated with the equipment type; wherein, the fault label is used for representing the abnormal problem of the repair equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a maintenance bill for the repair device according to the fault label associated with the device type comprises:
determining a target maintenance strategy according to the fault label; the target maintenance strategy comprises at least one target maintenance material;
and generating the maintenance bill according to the price and the quantity of the at least one target maintenance material.
3. The method of post-sale document processing according to claim 2 and further comprising:
determining whether the at least one target repair material has a consumption value;
when the at least one target maintenance material is determined to have a consumption value, updating the maintenance bill according to the consumption value.
4. The after-market document processing method according to claim 1,
in the step of generating the maintenance bill of the repair equipment according to the fault label associated with the equipment type, the fault label associated with the equipment type is obtained based on the prestored second configuration information;
and the second configuration information is used for representing the corresponding relation between the equipment type and the fault label.
5. The method of post-sale document processing according to claim 2 and wherein said determining a target repair strategy based on said fault label comprises:
determining a target maintenance strategy corresponding to the fault label based on prestored third configuration information;
and the third configuration information is used for representing the corresponding relation between the fault label and the maintenance strategy.
6. The method of post-sale document processing according to claim 3 and wherein said determining whether said at least one target repair material has a consumption value comprises:
acquiring the material type of the target maintenance material;
determining whether the target maintenance material has a consumption value based on prestored first configuration information;
the first configuration information is used for representing the corresponding relation between the material type and the consumption value.
7. The post-sale document processing method of claim 3, wherein the post-sale document information further comprises an associated device associated with the repair device; the determining whether the at least one target repair material has a consumption value includes:
acquiring the material type of the target maintenance material;
when the material type of the target maintenance material is consistent with the material type of the associated equipment, determining whether the target maintenance material has a consumption value or not based on prestored first configuration information; the first configuration information is used for representing the corresponding relation between the material type and the consumption value.
8. The post-sale document processing method of claim 2, wherein after generating a maintenance bill for the repair device based on the fault label associated with the device type, the method further comprises:
receiving payment information, wherein the payment information is matched with the expense information in the maintenance bill;
and generating a material bill according to the target maintenance materials in the maintenance bill, wherein the material bill comprises storage information and demand of at least one target maintenance material.
9. The method of post-sale document processing according to claim 8 and wherein said warehousing information includes inventory quantities, said method further comprising:
when the stock of the target maintenance material is smaller than the required quantity, acquiring a replaceable material of the target maintenance material;
and updating the target maintenance material in the bill of materials into the replaceable material.
10. The after-sale document processing device is characterized by comprising an acquisition module and a generation module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring after-sale document information; the after-sale document information comprises the equipment type of the repair equipment;
the generating module is used for generating a maintenance bill of the repair equipment according to the fault label associated with the equipment type; wherein, the fault label is used for representing the abnormal problem of the repair equipment.
11. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing machine executable instructions executable by the processor to implement the post-sale document processing method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
12. An after-market document processing system comprising a client device and the electronic device of claim 11;
the client device is used for sending the after-sale document information to the electronic device;
the electronic device is configured to process the after-sale document information sent by the client according to the after-sale document processing method of any one of claims 1 to 9, obtain a maintenance bill, and feed the maintenance bill back to the client device.
13. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements an after-market document processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
