The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a patent overall process management method using a block chain technique according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a system block diagram. By applying the management mechanism of member of federation chain, the client described in this specification may include an individual person, may include a group of users as a member, may include an individual enterprise or organization, or one or more departments under an enterprise/organization, and the like, and these clients of different types may become members of the blockchain as a node of the blockchain after joining the federation chain through authentication.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a system for managing a patent overall process uses a method for managing a patent overall process using a block chain technique, the method comprising: patent application method, patent maintenance method and patent operation method. Dividing the whole process management of the patent into three patent management processes, namely, patent application management, patent maintenance management and patent operation management, wherein each patent management process has corresponding managed data, consensus contract rules and nodes; the method comprises the steps that a consensus contract rule corresponding to each patent management process is formulated in advance, a main chain and an auxiliary chain of a block chain are constructed according to the consensus contract rule, the patent whole process management block chain comprises the main chain and the auxiliary chains, and each auxiliary chain corresponds to one patent management process; the managed data of each patent management flow is stored in the corresponding auxiliary chain of the block chain for management; each auxiliary chain can be operated and managed independently or cooperatively.
The patent overall process management system is provided with a patent application module 1, a patent maintenance module 2 and a patent operation module 3, wherein the patent application module 1 is provided with a patent application block chain platform, the patent maintenance module 2 is provided with a patent maintenance block chain platform, and the patent operation module 3 is provided with a patent operation block chain platform; a consensus contract rule of each patent management process is established in advance, namely: patent application consensus contract rules, patent maintenance consensus contract rules, and patent operation consensus contract rules. Patent application module 1 declares the patent application consensus contract rule, patent maintenance module 2 declares the patent maintenance consensus contract rule, and patent operation module 3 declares the patent operation consensus contract rule. The patent application module 1, the patent maintenance module 2 and the patent operation module 3 can operate independently or cooperatively; the patent application module 1 is provided with an applicant node equipment end 11, an agency node equipment end 12 and a pre-examining agency node equipment end 13; the patent maintenance module 2 carries a patentee node equipment end 21 and an agency node equipment end 12; the patent operation module 3 carries a patentee node device end 21, a technology intermediary node device end 31, a financial institution node device end 32, and a patent acquirer node device end 33.
The patent application block chain platform management method comprises the following steps of: the applicant node, the agency node and the pre-review agency node correspond to the applicant node equipment terminal 11, the agency node equipment terminal 12 and the pre-review agency node equipment terminal 13 respectively. The applicant node, the agency mechanism node and the pre-review mechanism node respectively write the patent application consensus contract rules into the respective nodes; patent application consensus contract rules may include: appointing an agency, paying fee on time, replying examination opinions on time, modifying application files on time, putting forward invention actual examination on time and processing intermediate files on time; firstly, the applicant node writes technical background data 111 into a patent application block chain platform, and selects an agency mechanism expected to cooperate according to a specified agency mechanism rule in a patent application consensus contract rule, or randomly selects the agency mechanism by a system; the technical contribution data 111 may include: technical background, technical scheme, technical drawings, photos, embodiments, experimental effects and the like; the applicant node verifies the technical background data 111 based on the patent application consensus contract rule, and records the technical background data in the respective nodes through the subsequent physical agency nodes and the pre-review agency nodes. The agency node writes the patent application data 121 into the patent application block chain platform; the agency mechanism node verifies the patent application data 121 based on the patent application consensus contract rule, and records the patent application data in respective nodes through the post-applicant node and the pre-review mechanism node; patent application data 121 may include: patent application information, patent examination department incoming documents and patent application intermediate documents. The pre-auditing mechanism node writes the patent pre-auditing data 131 into the patent application block chain platform; the pre-auditing mechanism node verifies the patent pre-auditing data based on the patent application consensus contract rule, and the applicant node and the agency node record the patent pre-auditing data in respective nodes after the patent pre-auditing data pass; the patent pre-review data 131 may include: keyword, close prior art, and application document three-way analysis. The technical background data 111, the patent application data 121 and the patent pre-review data 131 cannot be modified after being recorded in the applicant node, the agency node and the pre-review agency node.
The patent maintenance block chain platform management method comprises the following steps of: the patentee node and the agency node correspond to the patentee node equipment end 21 and the agency node equipment end 12 respectively. The patent holder node and the agency node respectively write patent maintenance consensus contract rules into the respective nodes; patent maintenance consensus contract rules may include: paying fee on time, appointing an agency to host, requesting for invalid declaration of a patent, replying the invalid declaration of the patent on time, and processing an intermediate file on time. The patentee node can operate and maintain all patents by the patent maintenance blockchain platform, write the patent maintenance data 211 into the patent maintenance blockchain platform, verify the patent maintenance data 211 by the patent maintenance consensus contract rule, and query and download the patent maintenance data 211 by itself; or an agency can be selected to serve as patent escrow service based on the patent maintenance consensus contract rule; the appointed agency node writes the patent maintenance data 211 into a patent maintenance block chain platform, the patent maintenance consensus contract rule verifies the patent maintenance data 211, and the patentee node records the patent maintenance data 211 in the node after passing; patent maintenance data 211 may include: patent information, patent state information, bibliographic item change information, incoming text of a patent management department, annual fee and payment information of various fees; patent maintenance data 211 records cannot be modified after the patentee nodes, agency nodes.
The patent operation block chain platform management method comprises the following steps: the patent owner node, the technology intermediate node, the financial institution node and the patent acquirer node correspond to the patent owner node device end 21, the technology intermediate node device end 31, the financial institution node device end 32 and the patent acquirer node device end 33, respectively. The patent holder node, the technology intermediary node, the financial institution node and the patent acquirer node respectively write the patent operation consensus contract rules into the respective nodes; the patent operation consensus contract rules may include: selecting a technical intermediary, selecting a financial institution, selecting a patent acquirer, selecting a patentee, patent licensing, patent transfer, price entry, pledge loan, financing, patent standardization, and processing intermediate documents on time. The patentee node writes the patent data 212 which is supposed to be transferred into the patent operation block chain platform; the patentee node verifies the wanted-to-transfer-out patent data 212 based on the patent operation consensus contract rule, and records the wanted-to-transfer-out patent data in respective nodes through a post-technology intermediary node, a financial institution node and a patent acquirer node. The patent acquirer node writes the patent data 331 to be transferred into the patent operation block chain platform, verifies the patent data 331 to be transferred based on the patent operation consensus contract rule, and records the patent data 331 in respective nodes through the later patentee node, the technical intermediary node and the financial institution node.
The financial institution node writes the patent financial data 321 into the patent operation block chain platform; patent financial data 321 may include: the information of making a price and entering a stock, the information of pledge loan and the information of financing; the financial institution node verifies the patent financial data 321 based on the patent operation consensus contract rule, and records it in each node through the post-patentee node, the technology broker node, and the patent acquirer node. The technology intermediary node writes the patent transaction data 311 into the patent operation block chain platform; the technology intermediary node verifies the patent transaction data 311 based on the patent operation consensus contract rule, and records the patent transaction data in respective nodes through the post-patentee node, the financial institution node and the patent acquirer node; patent transaction data 311 may include: patent authorization and permission information, patent transfer information, incoming documents of operation supervision departments, patent operation intermediate files and bibliographic item change information. The outgoing patent data 212, incoming patent data 331, patent financial data 321, and patent transaction data records 311 cannot be modified after the patentee node, the technology broker node, the financial institution node, and the patent acquirer node.
In order to ensure the operation of the patent whole process management system, high-performance hardware equipment is loaded on the applicant node equipment end 11, the agency node equipment end 12, the pre-examining agency node equipment end 13, the patentee node equipment end 21, the agency node equipment end 12, the patentee node equipment end 21, the technology intermediary node equipment end 31, the financial institution node equipment end 32 and the patent acquirer node equipment end 33.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the consensus contract rule further includes data reading rights. The patent application consensus contract rule comprises a technical background data reading permission, a patent application data reading permission and a patent prequalification data reading permission; the patent maintenance consensus contract rule comprises a patent maintenance data reading permission; the patent operation consensus contract rules comprise patent financial data reading permission, patent transaction data reading permission, thought-to-go patent data reading permission and thought-to-go patent data reading permission.
The whole process management system is provided with a key management platform 4, an electronic signature platform 5 and a signature verification platform 6; and data processing is carried out through the key management platform 4, the electronic signature platform 5 and the signature verification platform 6. The specific processing method is that a data encryption key 41 and a corresponding data decryption key 42, a client private key 43 and a corresponding client public key 44 are generated for each client node in advance; the key management platform 4 manages the data decryption key 42, the client public key 44, the encryption algorithm 45 between the data decryption key 42 and the data encryption key 41, and the HASH encryption algorithm 46 between the client public key 44 and the client private key 43. In order to ensure the safety and the uniqueness of the generated data encryption key 41 and the corresponding data decryption key 42, the client private key 43 and the corresponding client public key 44, the whole process management system of the patent is also provided with a key generation module 7; a data encryption key 41 and a corresponding data decryption key 42, a client private key 43 and a corresponding client public key 44 may be generated in advance for each client.
The data uploading process comprises the following steps: the electronic signature platform 5 generates a signature key 47 according to the client private key 43, and performs electronic signature 48 on each item of data written into the patent application block chain platform, the patent maintenance block chain platform and the patent operation block chain platform by using the signature key 47; the signature verification platform 6 receives the electronic signature 48, verifies the electronic signature according to the client public key 44 and the HASH encryption algorithm 46 corresponding to the client private key 43, and verifies whether the data is written by the client; and if the verification is passed, uploading the data according to the request of the client. In order to ensure data security, when uploading data, each item of data is encrypted by the data encryption key 41 when being written into the corresponding blockchain platform.
The data query and download process comprises the following steps: the data reading authority is associated with the client identity information; writing technical background data 111, patent application data 121 and patent prereview data 131 into a patent application block chain platform, writing patent maintenance data 211 into a patent maintenance block chain platform, and writing patent financial data 321, patent transaction data 311, outgoing patent data 212 and incoming patent data 331 into a patent operation block chain platform; responding to query instructions initiated by various client nodes aiming at certain data; sending a query request carrying client identity information to the blockchain platform in which the data is written, responding the query request by a node writing the data into the blockchain platform, verifying whether the client identity information is matched with the read authority of the data, and returning the data information to be queried to the client node after verification; and recording the association relationship between the verified client identity information and the data and the operation on the operated block chain platform. If downloading is needed after inquiry, the client node sends a downloading instruction, sends a downloading request carrying client identity information to the blockchain platform in which the data is written, responds to the downloading request by the client node writing the data in the blockchain platform, stores the downloading data in a storage device of the patent whole process management equipment by the client node sending the request, and records the verified client identity information, the data association relationship and the operation on the operated blockchain platform. And if the paper text needs to be printed, externally connecting printing equipment. In order to ensure data security, the uploaded data is encrypted. Therefore, when inquiring and downloading data, firstly inquiring the data decryption key 42 corresponding to the data encryption key 41 from the key management platform 4; and based on the data decryption key 42, decrypting the data obtained by the client node through the inquiry command, the download command and the printing command, so that the client sees the decrypted patent data information.
In order to realize the respective management of each patent, at least one data container is respectively constructed in an applicant node, an agency node, a prequalification agency node, a patentee node, a technology intermediary node, a financial institution node and a patent acquirer node, the data container is used for storing data information in the patent application, maintenance and operation processes of registration information, incoming information, patent state information, payment information, escrow information, patent buying and selling information, patent permission and the like of each node, the data containers are divided into a plurality of data container sets according to the correlation among the data containers, and each data container set is a piece of patent management whole-process information in one node.
Sending an inquiry request carrying client identity information to the blockchain platform in which the data is written, responding to the inquiry request by a node which writes the data in the blockchain platform, and verifying whether the client identity information is matched with the reading authority of the data, wherein the inquiry request comprises the following steps: sending a consensus contract rule calling request carrying the client identity information to a node writing the data into the blockchain platform, so that the node responds to the consensus contract rule calling request and calls a data reading authority formulated and certified on the blockchain to verify whether the client identity information accords with the data reading authority.
Responding to a data reading permission calling request which is initiated by a client and is carried out aiming at certain data, acquiring encrypted data field information which is stored in a block chain platform and written into the data, and sending the encrypted data field information to high-performance hardware equipment carried by a client node equipment end; acquiring a management rule declared in the data reading authority, and determining whether the data is prohibited from being extracted by the data reading authority or not based on the management rule; if the data is not managed by the data reading authority, namely can be extracted, decrypting the data field information by using a data decryption key in a key management platform, and then reading; and simultaneously, encrypting the execution result and sending the encrypted execution result to the block chain platform of the data for recording.
The patent overall process management system applying the blockchain technology further comprises a client management module, wherein the client management module comprises but is not limited to the following client node equipment terminals: the system comprises an applicant node equipment end, an agency node equipment end, a pre-reviewing agency node equipment end, a patentee node equipment end, a technology intermediary node equipment end, a financial institution node equipment end and a patent acquiring party node equipment end; and a client consensus contract rule comprising client joining, information modification, client logout and the like is preset, and verification processing of client joining, information modification and client logout is automatically executed based on the client consensus contract rule.
The invention provides a patent overall process management method applying a block chain technology, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the method comprises the steps of firstly deploying a main chain and an auxiliary chain of a patent overall process block chain management platform, managing three processes corresponding to the auxiliary chain and the patent overall process, and mutually connecting the auxiliary chains.
(2) And carrying out client registration application to form client nodes with different functions so as to realize different operation functions in each process, and directly logging in the registered client.
(3) When the client publishes respective data on the block chain platform, the data needs to be electronically signed, and whether the operation is a real client operation is verified through the signature verification platform. Data are encrypted when being issued, and a client node conforming to the data reading authority finds out a corresponding data decryption key through a key management platform, so that patent data which are wanted to be inquired and downloaded are obtained; printing equipment or other external equipment can be connected to the client node equipment side.
(4) And (4) repeating the steps every time when the client operates, encrypting the intermediate files, the incoming text of the management department, the files which are repeatedly modified and uploaded and the like in the patent management process, inputting the encrypted intermediate files, the incoming text of the management department, the files which are repeatedly modified and uploaded into the corresponding block chain platform, and storing the encrypted intermediate files after encryption.
The patent overall process management method, system and equipment applying the block chain technology can be applied to various scenes such as enterprise or government project management, contract management and the like.
The embodiments in the present application are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments can be referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the device and media embodiments, the description is relatively simple as it is substantially similar to the method embodiments, and reference may be made to some descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points.

A patent overall process management method applying a block chain technology is characterized in that the method is divided into three processes: the method comprises the following steps of patent application management, patent maintenance management and patent operation management, wherein each process is provided with corresponding managed data, consensus contract rules and nodes; the method comprises the steps of presetting a consensus contract rule corresponding to each process, and constructing a main chain and an auxiliary chain of a block chain according to the consensus contract rule, wherein the block chain comprises the main chain and a plurality of auxiliary chains, and each auxiliary chain corresponds to one process; the managed data of each process is stored in a corresponding auxiliary chain for management; the auxiliary chains can be independently operated and managed and can also be operated and managed in a mutual cooperation manner; building a block chain framework based on the method, and deploying a patent overall process block chain management platform, wherein the patent overall process block chain management platform comprises the following components: the system comprises a patent application block chain platform, a patent maintenance block chain platform and a patent operation block chain platform; the consensus contract rules comprise patent application consensus contract rules, patent maintenance consensus contract rules and patent operation consensus contract rules.

The patent overall process management method applying blockchain technology according to claim 1, wherein the patent application blockchain platform includes client nodes such as applicant nodes, agency nodes and pre-review agency nodes; the applicant node, the agency mechanism node and the pre-review mechanism node respectively write the patent application consensus contract rules into respective nodes; the patent application consensus contract rules include, but are not limited to: appointing an agency, paying fee on time, replying examination opinions on time, modifying application files on time, putting forward invention actual examination on time and processing intermediate files on time; the applicant node writes technical background data into the patent application block chain platform; the agency mechanism node writes patent application data into the patent application block chain platform; the patent application data include, but are not limited to: patent application information, patent examination department incoming documents, and patent application intermediate documents; the pre-auditing mechanism node writes patent pre-auditing data into the patent application block chain platform; the patent pre-review data includes, but is not limited to: keyword, close prior art, and application document three-way analysis.

The method for managing the whole patent process by applying the blockchain technology according to claim 2, wherein the applicant node writes technology background data into the patent application blockchain platform, comprising: the patent application consensus contract rule verifies the technical background data, and after the technical background data pass, the agency mechanism node and the pre-review mechanism node record the technical background data in the respective nodes; the broker node writes patent application data into the patent application blockchain platform, including: the patent application data is verified by the patent application consensus contract rule, and the applicant node and the pre-review organization node record the patent application data in respective nodes after the patent application data passes the patent application consensus contract rule; the pre-audit organization node writes patent pre-audit data into the patent application blockchain platform, including: verifying the patent pre-review data by the patent application consensus contract rule, and recording the patent pre-review data in respective nodes by the applicant node and the agency node after the patent pre-review data passes the patent application consensus contract rule; the technical background data, the patent application data and the patent pre-examination data cannot be modified after being recorded.

The patent overall process management method applying blockchain technology according to claim 1, wherein the patent maintenance blockchain platform includes client nodes such as patentee nodes and agency nodes; the patentee node and the agency node respectively write the patent maintenance consensus contract rules into respective nodes; the patent maintenance consensus contract rules include, but are not limited to: paying fee on time, appointing an agency to host, requesting invalid declaration of a patent, replying invalid declaration of the patent on time, and processing an intermediate file on time; the patentee node writes patent maintenance data into the patent maintenance blockchain platform, and the patent maintenance data is verified by the patent maintenance consensus contract rule; the appointed agency mechanism node writes patent maintenance data into a patent maintenance block chain platform, the patent maintenance data is verified by the patent maintenance consensus contract rule, and after the patent maintenance consensus contract rule passes, the patentee node records the patent maintenance data in each node; the patent maintenance data includes, but is not limited to: patent information, patent state information, bibliographic item change information, incoming text of a patent management department, annual fee and payment information of various fees; the patent maintenance data cannot be modified after being recorded.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the patent operation blockchain platform includes client nodes such as a patentee node, a technology broker node, a financial institution node, and a patent acquirer node; the patentee node, the technology intermediary node, the financial institution node and the patent acquirer node write the patent operation consensus contract rules into respective nodes respectively; the patent operation consensus contract rules include, but are not limited to: selecting a technical intermediary, selecting a financial institution, selecting a patent acquirer, selecting a patentee, patent licensing, patent transfer, price making and stock entering, pledge loan, financing, patent standardization and processing an intermediate file on time; the patentee node writes the patent data which is wanted to be transferred into the patent operation block chain platform; the patent acquiring party writes the patent data to be transferred into the patent operation block chain platform; the financial institution node writes patent financial data into the patent operation block chain platform; the patent financial data includes, but is not limited to: the information of making a price and entering a stock, the information of pledge loan and the information of financing; the technology intermediary node writes patent transaction data into the patent operation block chain platform; the patent transaction data includes, but is not limited to: patent authorization and permission information, patent transfer information, incoming documents of operation supervision departments, patent operation intermediate files and bibliographic item change information.

The method for managing the whole patent process by using blockchain technology as claimed in claim 5, wherein the patentee node writes the wanted patent data into the patent operation blockchain platform, comprising: the patent operation consensus contract rule verifies the patent data to be transferred, and the technical intermediary node, the financial institution node and the patent acquirer node record the patent data in respective nodes after the patent data passes the technical intermediary node, the financial institution node and the patent acquirer node; the technology intermediary node writes patent transaction data into the patent operation block chain platform, including: the patent transaction data is verified by the patent operation consensus contract rule, and the patent transaction data, the financial institution node and the patent acquirer node are recorded in respective nodes after passing; financial institution node writes into patent financial data patent operation block chain platform includes: the patent financial data is verified by the patent operation consensus contract rule, and after the patent financial data passes the patent operation consensus contract rule, the patent owner node, the technical intermediary node and the patent acquirer node record the patent financial data in respective nodes; the patent data, patent financial data and patent transaction data which are wanted to be transferred out cannot be modified after being recorded.

The patent overall process management method based on the application block chain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the patent application consensus contract rule further includes a technology background data reading authority, a patent application data reading authority, and a patent prereview data reading authority; the patent maintenance consensus contract rule also comprises a patent maintenance data reading permission; the patent operation consensus contract rule also comprises a patent financial data reading permission, a patent transaction data reading permission, a read permission of wanting to transfer out patent data and a read permission of wanting to transfer into patent data.

The method for managing the whole patent process by applying the blockchain technology as claimed in claim 7, wherein the data reading authority is associated with the client identity information; the patent application block chain platform writes in the technical background data, the patent application data and the patent prereview data, the patent maintenance block chain platform writes in the patent maintenance data, and the patent operation block chain platform writes in the patent financial data, the patent transaction data, the patent data which is wanted to be exported and the patent data which is wanted to be imported; responding to a query instruction initiated by a client node for a certain item of data; sending a query request carrying client identity information to a blockchain platform in which the data is written, responding to the query request by a node writing the data into the blockchain platform, verifying whether the client identity information is matched with the reading authority of the data, determining the reading authority through the client identity information, and returning the query information of the data to the client node; and writing the verified client identity information and the data association relationship into the corresponding block chain platform.

The method for managing the whole patent process by applying the blockchain technology as claimed in claim 8, wherein the data reading authority is associated with the client identity information; the patent application block chain platform writes in the technical background data, the patent application data and the patent prereview data, the patent maintenance block chain platform writes in the patent maintenance data, and the patent operation block chain platform writes in the patent financial data, the patent transaction data, the patent data which is wanted to be exported and the patent data which is wanted to be imported; responding to a downloading instruction for certain data initiated by a client node, sending a downloading request carrying client identity information to a blockchain platform written with the data, responding to the downloading request by a node writing the data into the blockchain platform, verifying whether the client identity information is matched with the reading authority of the data, determining the reading authority through the client identity information, returning query information of the data to the client node, executing a downloading instruction by the client node, storing the downloading instruction to a client node equipment terminal, and writing the verified client identity information and the data association relationship into the blockchain platform; and responding to a printing instruction which is initiated by the client node and is used for downloading the certain data, calling the printing equipment externally connected with the client node equipment end, and printing the downloaded data into a paper text.

The method for managing the whole process of a patent applying blockchain technology according to claim 1, wherein the method for managing the whole process of a patent applying blockchain technology further comprises a key management platform; generating a data encryption key and a corresponding data decryption key, a client private key and a corresponding client public key for each client node in advance; the key management platform manages the data decryption key, the client public key, the encryption algorithm between the data decryption key and the data encryption key, and the HASH encryption algorithm between the client public key and the client private key.

The method for managing the whole process of a patent applying a blockchain technology as claimed in claim 10, wherein the method for managing the whole process of a patent applying a blockchain technology further comprises an electronic signature platform and a signature verification platform; the electronic signature platform generates a signature key according to the client private key, and each item of data written into the patent application block chain platform, the patent maintenance block chain platform and the patent operation block chain platform is electronically signed by using the signature key; the signature verification platform receives the electronic signature, and verifies the electronic signature according to a client public key corresponding to the client private key and a HASH encryption algorithm between the client public key and the client private key so as to verify whether the data is written by a client node; and if the verification is passed, the operation is carried out according to the request of the client.

The method for managing the whole patent process by using blockchain technology according to claim 10, wherein each item of data is encrypted by a data encryption key when being written into the corresponding blockchain platform; inquiring a data decryption key corresponding to the data encryption key from a key management platform; and decrypting the data obtained by the client through the inquiry command, the downloading command and the printing command based on the data decryption key.

A system for managing patent whole process using block chain technology, the system comprising: a patent application module to declare rules of consensus contracts for the patent application; a patent maintenance module to declare the patent maintenance consensus contract rule; a patent operation module declaring the patent operation consensus contract rule; the patent application module, the patent maintenance module and the patent operation module can operate independently or cooperatively; the patent application module carries client node equipment ends such as the applicant node equipment end, the agency node equipment end, the pre-auditing mechanism node equipment end and the like; the patent maintenance module carries client node equipment ends such as the patentee node equipment end, the agency node equipment end and the like; the patent operation module carries client node equipment ends such as a patentee node equipment end, a technology intermediary node equipment end, a financial institution node equipment end, a patent acquirer node equipment end and the like.

The system for managing the whole patent process by using the blockchain technology according to claim 13, wherein the node device of the applicant uploads the technology background data to the patent application module, and queries and downloads the patent application data and the patent prereview data from the patent application module; the agency mechanism node equipment side uploads patent application data to the patent application module, and the technical background data and the patent prereview data are inquired and downloaded from the patent application module; the pre-auditing mechanism node equipment end uploads patent pre-auditing data to the patent application module, and the technical background data and the patent application data are inquired and downloaded from the patent application module; the technology data, the patent application data, the patent pre-review data are entered into the patent application module and cannot be modified.

The system for managing the whole patent process by using the blockchain technology as claimed in claim 13, wherein the patentee node device can upload, query or download patent maintenance data from the patent maintenance module; the agency mechanism node equipment side writes patent maintenance data into the patent maintenance module; the patent maintenance data cannot be modified after being entered into the patent maintenance module.

The system for managing the whole patent process by applying the blockchain technology as claimed in claim 13, wherein the patentee node equipment end writes patent data to be transferred into the patent operation module, and inquires and downloads the patent financial data and the patent transaction data; the patent acquiring party node equipment end writes the patent data to be transferred into the patent operation module, and inquires and downloads the patent financial data and the patent transaction data; the financial institution node equipment end writes patent financial data into the patent operation module, and inquires and downloads the patent data to be transferred out and the patent data to be transferred in; the technical intermediary node equipment end writes patent transaction data into the patent operation module, and inquires and downloads the patent data to be transferred out and the patent data to be transferred in; the thought patent data, the patent financial data and the patent transaction data can not be modified after being recorded into the patent operation module.

The system for managing the whole patent process based on the technology of the blockchain according to any one of claims 13 to 16, wherein each of the client node device terminals can be externally connected with a printing device, and in response to a printing instruction initiated by the client node device terminal and after downloading a certain item of data, the printing device connected with the client node device terminal is called to print the downloaded data as a paper text.

The system for managing the whole process of a patent applying blockchain technology according to any one of claims 13 to 16, wherein the system for managing the whole process of a patent applying blockchain technology further comprises a key generation module; and generating a data encryption key, a corresponding data decryption key, a client private key and a corresponding client public key for each client in advance.

The system for managing the whole patent process by applying the blockchain technology according to any one of claims 13 to 16, wherein a high-performance hardware device is mounted at the client node device side, and the data reading authority is associated with client identity information; responding to the data reading authority invoking request initiated by the client node equipment end, sending the data after data encryption to the high-performance hardware equipment, and determining whether the sent data is the data managed by the data reading authority in the high-performance hardware equipment.
20. A patent full process management device applying block chain technology, the device comprising:
the management device is used for inputting and processing the technical background data, the patent application data, the patent pre-review data, the patent maintenance data, the patent financial data, the patent transaction data, the patent data to be transferred out and the patent data to be transferred in; the management device is configured to implement a patented full process management method applying blockchain technology according to any one of claims 1 to 12;
the management apparatus further includes a key generation device; generating a data encryption key and a corresponding data decryption key, a client private key and a corresponding client public key for each client in advance;
the storage device is used for storing the processed technical background data, the processed patent application data, the processed patent pre-review data, the processed patent maintenance data, the processed patent financial data, the processed patent transaction data, the processed outgoing patent data, the processed incoming patent data and the processed incoming patent data, and computer executable instructions; the storage device is configured to implement a patented full process management method applying blockchain technology as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12;
the computer-executable instructions are sent to a management device and a storage device to implement the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 12, so as to control the management device and the storage device to implement the whole patent process management.
