To encourage people to make both gratuitous blood donations and thanksgiving blood donors, when a donor's blood donation is complete, the blood station will issue some gift to the donor for the thanksgiving donor's contribution to the gratuitous blood donation. At present, generally, the gift is managed by staff, and the staff manually checks the identity information of the blood donor and then releases the gift. However, the manner in which the gift is issued by the worker increases the amount of tasks for the worker and is not conducive to managing the gift. To solve the above technical problems in the prior art, fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a card issuing system provided in an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 1, the card issuing system includes a card issuing terminal 100, a storage cloud 600 and a cloud server 500, and the card issuing terminal 100 is connected to the storage cloud 600 and the cloud server 500 through a network. The card issuing terminal 100 is configured to check the identity information according to the collected user information or according to a database storing the cloud 600. And the card issuing terminal 100 checks the blood donation information according to the database of the cloud server 500. The storage cloud 600 is a storage cloud of the blood station and used for storing the information of the blood donor, and the cloud server 500 is used for storing the gift card issuing record. The blood donor information and the gift card issuing records are stored respectively, on one hand, the blood donor information and the gift issuing information are convenient to manage respectively, on the other hand, the privacy of the blood donor is protected in order to prevent the blood donor information from being leaked.
Referring to fig. 2, the card issuing terminal 100 includes a processor 110, a first information reading component 120, a camera 140, a fingerprint identification component 150, a second information reading component 130, an information entry component 160, and a memory 170, where the first information reading component 120, the camera 140, the fingerprint identification component 150, the second information reading component 130, the information entry component 160, and the memory 170 are all connected to the processor 110.
Wherein, the information entry component 160 is used for inputting the identity information and/or the blood donation information and/or the verification result. The first information reading component 120 is disposed outside the housing of the card issuing terminal 100, and is configured to obtain the first identity information of the user through the valid certificate information of the user. The camera 140 is configured to acquire image face information of the user. The fingerprint identification component 150 is configured to collect fingerprint information of the user. The second information reading component 130 is disposed in the housing of the card issuing terminal 100, and is used for acquiring gift card information, such as a gift card identifier.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a gift card issuing method according to an embodiment of the present application, and please refer to fig. 3, where the method automatically issues a gift card after the identity information and the blood donation information of the user are automatically verified and verified successfully. In a specific embodiment, the gift card issuing method is applied to the card issuing terminal 100 shown in fig. 2. The following will describe a specific flow of the present embodiment by taking the gift card issuing method applied to the card issuing terminal 100 as an example. As will be described in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 3, the gift card issuing method may specifically include the following steps:
step S110, obtaining the identity information of the user and verifying the identity information.
Identity information of the user is obtained through valid credentials and sent to the processor 110, where the valid credentials include credentials with a chip and credentials without a chip. The identity information comprises a valid certificate number, a name, a gender, face information, fingerprint information and the like.
It should be noted that, for the identity information without uniqueness, such as name, gender, etc., identity verification needs to be performed in combination with the identity information with uniqueness, such as valid certificate number, face information, fingerprint information.
When the valid credential includes a credential having a chip, the first information reading component 120 in FIG. 2 scans the credential having a chip to obtain biometric information of the user. Optionally, the certificate provided with the chip comprises an identification card. The first information reading component 120 can be, but is not limited to, a scanner, a scanning gun, a card reader, and the like. The camera 140 collects face information, and the camera 140 may be, but is not limited to, a spherical camera, a hemispherical camera, or a gun camera. The fingerprint acquisition component 140 acquires fingerprint information. The face information or fingerprint information of the donor is temporarily collected by the camera 140 or the fingerprint identification component 150, the face information or fingerprint information in the certificate with the chip is verified by the processor 110 with the temporarily collected face information or fingerprint information, if the verification is passed, the procedure of blood donation information verification is entered, otherwise, the verification is interrupted.
In some embodiments, when the valid document includes a document without a chip, the clerk verifies the identity of the donor's person on site from the valid document, enters the manual verification result information via the information entry component 160, and enters the procedure for blood donation information verification when the manual verification result information is a pass. The staff also inputs the identity information of the certificate without the chip through the information input component 160, and stores the relevant information of the valid certificate such as military and official certificates, soldier certificates, passports, driving licenses and student certificates to the cloud server for data storage. Optionally, the information entry component 160 may be, but is not limited to, a keyboard or a touch screen.
In some embodiments, the identity information includes first document picture information when the valid document includes a document without a chip. The camera 140 in fig. 2 collects first certificate picture information of a certificate without a chip and sends the first certificate picture information to the processor 110, and the processor 110 obtains second certificate picture information corresponding to a standard certificate from a local or cloud server, where the standard certificate is a true certificate. And the processor 110 compares the first credential picture information with the second credential picture information; when the picture information of the certificate without the chip is matched with the picture information of the standard certificate, determining that the certificate without the chip passes the verification; otherwise, determining that the certificate without the chip fails to be verified. For example, when the check mark on the first certificate picture information is the same as the check mark on the second certificate picture information, the certificate without the chip is determined to pass the check; otherwise, determining that the certificate without the chip fails to be verified. Alternatively, the certificate without a chip may be, but is not limited to, a military officer certificate, a soldier certificate, a passport, a driver's license, a student's license, and the like. The camera 140 may be, but is not limited to, a spherical camera, a hemispherical camera, a gun camera.
In other embodiments, when the valid document includes a document without a chip, identity information of the document without a chip can be entered by the user or a blood station worker through the information entry component 160 and verified through the database. Optionally, the information entry component 160 may be, but is not limited to, a keyboard or a touch screen.
Optionally, for the identity information collected by the first information reading component 120 and the camera 150, and the identity information input through the information entry component 160, whether the identity information is stored is determined according to the privacy degree of the identity information. Identity information with low privacy degree, such as valid certificate numbers, sexes, names and the like, can be stored locally or to a cloud server. Identity information with high privacy degree, such as face information and fingerprint information, is not stored.
And step S120, when the identity information passes the verification, obtaining blood donation information of the user, and verifying the blood donation information.
Optionally, the identification card is scanned by the first information reading component 120, or the blood donation code is input by scanning the two-dimensional code/barcode on the blood donation card or the blood donation card, or the information input component 160, and the blood donation information of the user corresponding to the identification card, the two-dimensional code/barcode on the scanned blood donation card or the blood donation card, or the blood donation code of the user is obtained by one-to-one matching with the blood donation information of the multiple blood donors stored in the storage cloud. The blood donation information includes any combination of one or more of the following: a blood donation code (e.g., letter and number), a name of the donor, an identification number (ID) of the identification card, a blood type, a blood donation type, a current amount donated, a total amount donated, a blood donation location, a blood donation date.
In some embodiments, the blood-donation information of the user may be verified by a plurality of blood-donation information stored in a database of a server.
In other embodiments, the user or a staff member of the blood station inputs the blood donation information through the information entry component 130 and the blood donation information is verified through a verification library of the cloud server.
Optionally, the information entry component 160 inputs a verification result, receives the verification result input based on the blood donation information, and obtains a gift card corresponding to the blood donation information when the verification result is that the blood donation information passes verification.
And step S130, when the blood donation information passes the verification, obtaining a gift card corresponding to the blood donation information.
In order to enrich the gift types exchanged by the gift cards, the corresponding gift cards can be obtained according to the blood donation information, the corresponding love points are stored in the gift cards, and the gift cards are exchanged on an exchange gift platform (for example, a shopping platform) according to the number of the love points. And each gift is distributed with different love points according to different prices, specifically, the love point for the gift with high price is high, and the love point for the gift with low price is low.
Optionally, the blood donation information includes one or more of a blood donation type, a current blood donation amount, and a total blood donation amount.
In some embodiments, when the blood donation information includes a blood donation type, a love point is assigned according to the blood donation type, and a corresponding gift is determined according to the love point. The love point assigned when the donor donates whole blood is less than the love point assigned when donates component blood. For example, 20 love points are assigned when whole blood is donated, and 23 love points are assigned when blood is donated. When the gift cards are determined, 20 determined gift cards with love points distributed in the process of donating whole blood can be exchanged for a heat preservation barrel or a table lamp. The loving points distributed during blood donation are 23 determined gift cards which can be exchanged for a thermos cup or a sun umbrella.
In some embodiments, the donation information includes a current donation volume, and the love points are assigned based on the current donation volume, the more love points are assigned when the donation volume is greater. For example, 20 loving points are assigned for a blood donation amount of 300ml, and 40 loving points are assigned for a blood donation amount of 400 ml.
In some embodiments, where the blood donation information includes a current blood donation and a total blood donation amount, an interest point may be assigned to the current blood donation amount based on the total blood donation amount. The larger the total amount of donated blood, the more love points are allocated for the current amount of donated blood, so as to encourage users to donate blood. For example, the total amount of donation of the user is 1500 ml (5-time cumulative donation of 300ml), the current donation amount is 300ml, and 22 love points are allocated. The total amount of donated blood of the user is 1200 ml (4 times of cumulative donation of 300ml), the current amount of donation is 300ml, and the assigned love point is 20.
Optionally, the love points for each blood donation may be accumulated, e.g., the love points for the current blood donation are not redeemed for gifts, and the love points may be accumulated until the next use.
Step S140, the gift card is issued.
In some embodiments, the gift card is an electronic card, and the electronic card may be sent to an account number of the user when the user logs in, or a mailbox bound by the user, and the like.
In some real-time modes, the gift card is an entity card, and the entity card is sent through a card outlet of the card sending terminal. The entity card comprises a card with a read-write function and a card without the read-write function.
In other embodiments, when the user does not donate blood for the first time and has a card with read-write function, the user can insert the card through the card slot to write the gift card information into the card.
After the user receives the gift card, the user can sign on the gift registration manual of the blood station, or sign through the information input component 130, so that the staff can know the gift card receiving condition.
In the method for issuing the gift card provided by the embodiment, the identity information of the user is acquired through the valid certificate, and the identity information is verified; when the identity information check is passed, the user is determined to be an effective certificate holder, the blood donation information of the user is acquired, the blood donation information is checked, when the blood donation information check is passed, the user who exchanges the gift card is determined to be a blood donator, a gift card corresponding to the blood donation information is acquired, the gift card is issued, automatic check is carried out on the identity information of the user and the blood donation information, after the check is passed, the gift card is automatically issued, the task load of workers is reduced, and the problem that the gift is lost due to manual gift distribution is avoided through a gift card issuing mode. The user exchanges the gift on the exchange gift platform, and the gift is abundant on the exchange gift platform, so that the user can select abundant gifts when exchanging gifts. The card issuing terminal is adopted to automatically register the gift issuing record to replace manual paper material registration, so that the informatization and traceability of blood station data are improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the present embodiment provides a method for issuing a gift card, which is used to check whether a user is a valid certificate holder, fig. 4 shows a flow diagram of a method for issuing a gift card according to another embodiment of the present application, and please refer to fig. 4, where the method for issuing a gift card specifically includes the following steps:

And step S490, associating the identification of the gift card with the identification of the valid user certificate and storing the association to a cloud server.
The card issuing terminal associates the identification of the gift card with the identification of the user valid certificate and stores the identification to the cloud server, or the card issuing terminal sends the identification of the gift card and the identification of the user valid certificate to the cloud server together, and the cloud server associates the identification of the gift card with the identification of the user valid certificate to form an issuing record and stores the issuing record.
When the gift card is an entity card, the entity card comprises a card with a reading and writing function and a card without the reading and writing function. When the entity card is a card with read-write function, the first information reading component 120 scans and acquires the identifier of the card with read-write function, and associates the identifier of the card with read-write function with the identifier of the valid certificate of the user. When the physical card is a card without a read-write function, a blood station worker or a user inputs the identification of the card through the information input component 160, or the identification of the card is obtained by scanning a bar code or a two-dimensional code on the physical card, and the identification of the card without the read-write function is associated with the identification of the valid certificate of the user.
Alternatively, the identification of the gift card may be, but is not limited to, the ID or number of the gift card. The identification of a valid credential can be, but is not limited to, an ID or number of the valid credential.
In order to facilitate understanding, in this embodiment, the identification of the gift card is taken as the gift card ID, and the identification of the valid certificate is taken as the valid certificate ID for example, and the gift card ID is associated with the identity card ID and stored in the cloud server, so that the user can conveniently check and sell the gift card after exchanging the gift. For example, the gift card stores a love point, and when the user logs in a gift exchange platform (e.g., a shopping platform) through the ID card ID for exchange, the love point of the gift card ID associated with the ID card ID is verified and cancelled. For example, the number of love points in the gift cards is 50, and when the user logs in the exchange gift platform through the ID card for exchange, the user exchanges 25 gifts with love points, and 25 love points are reduced corresponding to the gift cards with the ID card.
In this embodiment, by binding the identification of the gift card with the identification of the valid certificate of the user, when the user uses the gift card for the first time, the user can log in the exchange gift platform according to the valid certificate and activate the gift card. The gift is exchanged through the gift exchange platform, so that the variety of the gift is enriched; and after the user exchanges the gift, the cloud server can conveniently check and sell the gift card.
The present embodiment provides a gift card issuing method, where blood donation information of multiple blood donors is stored in a database of a cloud server, and the blood donation information of a user is verified through the blood donation information of multiple blood donors stored in the database, fig. 7 shows a schematic flow diagram of a gift card issuing method provided in yet another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 7, where the gift card issuing method may specifically include the following steps:
step S510, obtaining identity information of a user, and verifying the identity information.
For detailed description of step S510, please refer to step S110, which is not described herein again.
Step S520, when the identity information passes the verification, obtaining a blood donation code, and receiving blood donation information corresponding to the blood donation code sent by the storage cloud.
The blood-donation codes may be acquired via the user's valid credentials, where each blood-donation code is a unique identification code. In some embodiments, the donation code can be obtained by first information reading component 120 scanning a user's valid credentials, including, without limitation, a donation card, an identification card, and the like, for example. Such as by scanning a two-dimensional code or bar code on the blood-donation certificate. In other embodiments, the donation code may be entered at the card-issuing terminal, for example, a worker may enter the donation code on a donation card into the card-issuing terminal.
And after the card issuing terminal acquires the blood donation code, the blood donation code is sent to a storage cloud. After the blood donor finishes drawing blood, the staff uploads the blood donation information of the blood donor to the storage cloud terminal for storage. Therefore, the storage cloud end stores the blood donation information of a plurality of blood donors, and stores the corresponding relation between the plurality of blood donation information and the plurality of blood donation codes in advance, and after receiving the blood donation codes sent by the card-issuing terminal, the storage cloud end acquires the blood donation information corresponding to the blood donation codes according to the corresponding relation. The card-issuing terminal obtains the blood donation information of the blood donor from the cloud server through an Application Programming Interface (API).
Wherein, the blood donation information comprises one or more of a blood donation code, a name of a blood donor, an identity number of an identity card, a blood donation type, a current blood donation amount, a total blood donation amount, a blood donation date and a blood donation place.
Step S530, when the blood donation information meets the issuing condition, determining that the blood donation information passes the verification.
And when the blood donation information meets the issuing condition, determining that the verification of the blood donation information is passed, and issuing a corresponding gift by the card issuing terminal, otherwise, when the verification of the blood donation information does not pass, determining that the verification of the blood donation information is failed, and not issuing the gift by the card issuing terminal.
For example, when the blood-donation information satisfies the dispensing condition, determining that the blood-donation information is verified may include: inquiring the issuing record corresponding to the blood donation information of the user and stored in the cloud server, comparing the issuing record with preset issuing conditions, and determining that the blood donation information of the user passes verification when the issuing record is not issued and meets the issuing conditions.
For example, the blood donation information includes a current blood donation amount, and the love point is assigned according to the current blood donation amount, and the love point is assigned more when the blood donation amount is larger. For example, 20 loving points are assigned for a blood donation amount of 300ml, and 40 loving points are assigned for a blood donation amount of 400 ml. The gift cards with 20 love points can be exchanged for a heat-preservation barrel or a desk lamp, and the gift cards with 23 love points can be exchanged for a vacuum cup or a sun umbrella. When the blood donation amount of the user is 400 milliliters, the corresponding allocated love points are 40, and when the user wants to exchange the sun umbrella with the love point of 23. The blood donation information of the user is that the existing love point of the user is 40, whether the blood donation information meets the preset issuing condition or not is judged, namely the existing love point is 40 points which is larger than the love point corresponding to the sun umbrella is 23 points, and according to the issuing record, the love point of the user is not exchanged, and the blood donation information is determined to pass the verification.
And step S550, when the blood donation information passes the verification, obtaining a gift card corresponding to the blood donation information.
And step S560, issuing the gift card.
For detailed description of steps S550-S560, refer to steps S130-S140, which are not described herein again.
The gift card issuing method provided by the embodiment verifies the blood donation information of the user through the blood donation information of a plurality of blood donors stored in the database, and issues the gift card when the verification is passed, so that the user exchanging the gift card is ensured to be the blood donor.
