Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of the invention as detailed in the accompanying claims.
The network content access method provided by the disclosure can be applied to a scene of accessing a network through electronic equipment. The electronic device may be a Mobile electronic device such as a smart Phone (Mobile Phone), a pocket computer (Pocket Personal Computer, PPC), a palm top computer, a personal digital assistant (Personal Digital Assistant, PDA), a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a vehicle-mounted device. The network accessed by the electronic device may be a mobile network or the internet. The present disclosure is described below with reference to accessing a mobile network.
In an example scenario of accessing a mobile network by an electronic device, multiple electronic devices performing close range communications access the same network content at different times, each of which needs to access the mobile network and obtain it separately. For example, a user carries a plurality of mobile electronic devices with him, such as a smart phone while carrying a notebook computer. The user accesses the mobile network through the wireless network or the wired network by using the notebook computer in the first time, and downloads the access content such as the website, the video or the music acquired by accessing the mobile network to the notebook computer, but when the user wants to acquire the access content again through the smart phone in the second time, the user still needs to re-open the website, download or buffer the network content such as the video or the music through the mobile network, although the content is already downloaded or buffered in the tablet computer carried by the user. The network content to be accessed is obtained again from the mobile network through the smart phone, and the phenomenon that the downloading speed is too slow and the consumed time is long can occur under the influence of the size of the network content to be accessed and the network condition, so that bad experience is brought to a user when the mobile electronic equipment is used for accessing the mobile network.
In view of this, the present disclosure provides a network content access method, in which an electronic device, after determining network content to be accessed by a user, sends a network content acquisition request to other electronic devices capable of performing close range communication with the electronic device, and when the other electronic devices have stored the network content to be accessed locally, pushes the network content to be accessed by the other electronic devices based on close range communication. The electronic equipment receives the locally stored network content to be accessed, which is pushed by other electronic equipment based on the near field communication, and can acquire the network content to be accessed more quickly than the network content acquired by accessing the mobile network.
In the present disclosure, for convenience of description, an electronic device to be network-accessed is referred to as a first electronic device, and other electronic devices that perform close-range communication with the first electronic device are referred to as second electronic devices.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a network content access method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 1, the network content access method is configured in a first electronic device, and includes the following steps.
In step S11, it is determined that the network content is to be accessed.
In the present disclosure, the network content to be accessed is content to be acquired by accessing a mobile network. For example, the user may generate web content to be accessed when clicking on a web site link to access the mobile network on the first electronic device. The network content to be accessed in the present disclosure may be, for example, a website, a streaming media file such as a video, a text file, or the like.
In step S12, a network content acquisition request is transmitted to the second electronic device.
In the disclosure, when a first electronic device determines that a user needs to access a network to acquire network content, the first electronic device temporarily sends a network content acquisition request to a second electronic device instead of the network content acquisition request, so that the second electronic device searches whether the network content to be acquired by the first electronic device through the network is locally stored or not based on the network content acquisition request.
In an embodiment, the disclosure is configured to facilitate the second electronic device to search whether the network content to be acquired by the first electronic device through the network is locally stored, where the network content acquisition request sent by the first electronic device to the second electronic device includes attribute information of the network content to be accessed. Wherein the attribute information of the network content to be accessed, which is transmitted by the first electronic device to the second electronic device, may include one or more of a uniform resource locator (Uniform Resource Locator, URL), a content name, a content size, and a time stamp.
In an embodiment, the second electronic device in the present disclosure may be understood as an electronic device that has an association relationship with the first electronic device in advance. The electronic devices with the pre-established association relationship may be pre-bound electronic devices, electronic devices with the same account, electronic devices with near field communication, and the like.
In step S13, response information sent by the second electronic device based on the network content acquisition request is received.
After receiving a network content acquisition request sent by a first electronic device, a second electronic device in the disclosure searches whether to-be-accessed network content of the first electronic device is locally stored or not based on the network content acquisition request, and sends response information to the first electronic device. The response information sent by the second electronic device to the first electronic device characterizes whether the second electronic device locally stores network content to be accessed of the first electronic device. And when the second electronic device does not find the network content to be accessed by the first electronic device locally, sending response information representing that the second electronic device does not store the network content to be accessed locally to the first electronic device. And when the second electronic device searches the network content to be accessed by the first electronic device locally, sending response information representing that the second electronic device stores the network content to be accessed locally to the first electronic device. After the first electronic device receives the response information sent by the second electronic device, it can be determined whether the second electronic device locally stores the network content to be accessed of the first electronic device.
In step S14, when the response information characterizes that the second electronic device locally stores the network content to be accessed, the second electronic device receives the network content to be accessed pushed by the second electronic device based on near field communication.
In the method, when the response information characterizes that the second electronic equipment locally stores the network content to be accessed, the first electronic equipment receives the network content to be accessed pushed by the second electronic equipment based on the short-range communication, and the network content to be accessed can be acquired more quickly than the network content to be accessed is acquired through accessing the mobile network.
In the disclosure, when the first electronic device determines that the second electronic device locally stores the network content to be accessed, that is, when response information sent by the second electronic device to the first electronic device characterizes that the second electronic device locally stores the network content to be accessed, sending of a network content acquisition request to the mobile network is stopped, and acquiring of the network content to be accessed through access to the mobile network is stopped, so that consumption of network resources is avoided.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method of web content access according to an exemplary embodiment. The web content access method shown in fig. 2 is similar to the web content method shown in fig. 1, except that the method further includes the steps of:
In step S15, when it is determined that the received response information characterizes that the second electronic device locally stores the network content to be accessed, sending of the network content acquisition request to the mobile network is stopped, and acquiring of the network content to be accessed through the access mobile network is stopped.
The execution sequence of step S15 and step S14 is not limited in this disclosure, and step S14 may be executed first and then step S15 may be executed, or step S15 and step S14 may be executed synchronously.
Further, in the present disclosure, when the second electronic device does not locally store the network content to be accessed, that is, when the response information sent by the second electronic device to the first electronic device characterizes that the second electronic device does not locally store the network content to be accessed, the first electronic device accesses the mobile network, sends a network content acquisition request to the mobile network, and acquires the network content to be accessed through accessing the mobile network.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a method of web content access according to an exemplary embodiment. Step S21, step S22, step S23 in the network content access method shown in fig. 3 are the same as step S11, step S12 and step S13 in the network content method shown in fig. 1, and are not described here again.
In step S24, when it is determined that the received response information indicates that the second electronic device does not locally store the network content to be accessed, a network content acquisition request is sent to the mobile network, and the network content to be accessed is acquired through the access mobile network.
In the method, when the first electronic equipment does not locally store the network content to be accessed by the second electronic equipment, the first electronic equipment acquires the network to be accessed in a traditional mobile network access mode, so that the first electronic equipment can be ensured to acquire the network content to be accessed.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, in order to further improve the success rate of the first electronic device obtaining the network content to be accessed and reduce the resource consumption of the first electronic device for searching for the second electronic device, the first electronic device may determine the second electronic device that has an association relationship with the first electronic device in advance before sending a network content obtaining request to the second electronic device.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating a method of web content access according to an exemplary embodiment. The web content method shown in fig. 4 may be implemented based on the web content method shown in fig. 1 or based on the web content method shown in fig. 2, and the web content method shown in fig. 2 is illustrated as an example in fig. 4 in this disclosure.
Step S31, step S33, step S34, step S35 and step S36 in the web content method shown in fig. 4 of the present disclosure are the same as the steps S11 to S15 respectively involved in the web content method shown in fig. 2, and are not described in detail herein, and reference is made to the description of the above related embodiments.
In step S32, a second electronic device is determined.
In practical applications, users typically access the same network content through their own multiple different electronic devices, or access the same network content with other users as is well known, and allow for the mutual transmission of network content between the respective devices. Therefore, in the present disclosure, in order to avoid the first electronic device from blindly searching for the second electronic device and improve the first electronic device to acquire the stored network content, it is determined in advance that the second electronic device may provide the first electronic device with the network content to be accessed. Typically, the second electronic device that may provide the first electronic device with the network content to be accessed has an association with the first electronic device established in advance, for example, the second electronic device is matched with the first electronic device in advance, and performs near field communication with the first electronic device using one or more of a bluetooth connection, a wireless local area network connection, and an infrared connection, for example. The second electronic device may be understood as a companion device of the first electronic device.
In the present disclosure, the pre-established association relationship includes any one or more of the following: the second electronic equipment is matched in advance and is in a close-range communication connection state with the first electronic equipment; the second electronic equipment performs near field communication with the first electronic equipment in historical time; the second electronic device is matched with the user input device identifier acquired by the first electronic device; the second electronic device is in the same local area network as the first electronic device; the second electronic device has the same user account as the first electronic device.
In the disclosure, one or a combination of the following modes is adopted to determine a second electronic device which has an association relation with a first electronic device in advance:
in one embodiment, an electronic device that has been previously matched with a first electronic device and is in a near field communication connection state is determined as a second electronic device. In another embodiment, an electronic device that has performed near field communication with the first electronic device over a history of time is determined as the second electronic device. In yet another manner, the user is generally able to learn the device identity for which it is likely to be provided with network content to be accessed, and in this disclosure, an electronic device that matches the user input device identity obtained by the first electronic device may be determined to be the second electronic device. In yet another mode, an electronic device that is in the same local area network as the first electronic device is determined to be the second electronic device.
In the method, before the first electronic device sends the network content acquisition request to the second electronic device, the second electronic device which has an association relation with the first electronic device is determined in advance, so that the success rate of the first electronic device for acquiring the stored network content can be improved, and the probability of blind searching of the first electronic device can be reduced.
In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of the second electronic devices determined by the first electronic device may be one or more. If the first electronic device determines a plurality of second electronic devices, the first electronic device sends a network content acquisition request to the plurality of second electronic devices. And the second electronic devices which receive the network content acquisition request search whether the network content to be accessed by the first electronic device is locally stored or not based on the network content acquisition request respectively, and feed back response information to the first electronic device.
In the disclosure, if a plurality of (at least two) second electronic devices find out that the network content to be accessed is stored locally, and response information representing that the second electronic devices locally store the network content to be accessed is sent to the first electronic device, the number of response information representing that the second electronic devices locally store the network content to be accessed, which is received by the first electronic device, is also a plurality of. In this case, the first electronic device may determine, according to a time sequence in which response information of the network content to be accessed stored locally sent by the at least two second electronic devices is received, to push the second electronic devices of the network content to be accessed. For example, the second electronic device corresponding to the response information received first may be determined as the second electronic device pushing the network content in the present disclosure.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating a method of web content access according to an exemplary embodiment. The web content method shown in fig. 5 may be implemented based on the web content method shown in any one of the diagrams of fig. 1, 2, and 4. The present disclosure is illustrated with fig. 5 as an example based on the web content method embodiment shown in fig. 4.
Step S41, step S42, step S43, step S44, step S45 in the web content method shown in fig. 5 of the present disclosure are the same as or similar to step S31, step S32, step S33, step S34, and step S36 in the web content method shown in fig. 4, respectively, and the description of the related embodiments will not be repeated here.
In step S46, it is determined that response information of the network content to be accessed stored locally, which is transmitted by the at least two second electronic devices, is received.
In step S47, the second electronic device pushing the network content to be accessed is determined according to the time sequence of receiving the response information.
In step S48, a notification message is sent to the second electronic device pushing the network content to be accessed. The notification message is configured to notify the second electronic device to push the network content to be accessed.
In step S49, the network content to be accessed pushed by the second electronic device based on the near field communication is received.
In the disclosure, according to the time sequence of receiving the response information, the first electronic device determines the second electronic device with the previous time of receiving the response information as the second electronic device for pushing the network content to be accessed. And sending a notification message for pushing the network content to be accessed to the second electronic device determined to push the network content to be accessed, so that the second electronic device receiving the notification message pushes the network content to be accessed, and the second electronic device not receiving the notification message can not need to push the network content to be accessed, thereby improving the speed of acquiring the network content to be accessed by the first electronic device and avoiding the second electronic device not needing to push the network content to be accessed from pushing the network content.
In the present disclosure, the number of the second electronic devices that the first electronic device determines to push the network content to be accessed may be one or more. When the number of the network contents to be accessed by the first electronic device is multiple or the network contents to be accessed are large, the network contents to be accessed can be divided into multiple (at least two) batches, and a batch identifier is set for each batch. When the network content to be accessed comprises at least two batches, the number of the second electronic devices pushing the network content to be accessed is determined to be at least two. And respectively sending notification messages to the determined at least two electronic devices, and carrying the batch identification in the notification messages sent to the second electronic device by the first electronic device so as to instruct the second electronic device to push the network content to be accessed corresponding to the batch. The method and the device realize that a plurality of second electronic devices push the network content to be accessed in parallel, and improve the speed of acquiring the network content to be accessed by the first electronic device.
It can be appreciated that, if the first electronic device of the present disclosure locally stores the network content to be accessed, the network content to be accessed may be directly obtained from the local, without sending a network content obtaining request to the second electronic device, and without obtaining the network content to be accessed through accessing the mobile network. Therefore, in the above-mentioned various network content acquisition methods according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, before the first electronic device sends the network content acquisition request to the second electronic device, it is necessary to determine whether the first electronic device locally stores the network content to be accessed. When it is determined that the first electronic device does not locally store the network content to be accessed, a network content acquisition request may be sent to the second electronic device, and the network content access method related to the disclosure above may be executed.
According to the network content access method, after the network content to be accessed by the user is determined, the first electronic device sends a network content acquisition request to the second electronic device, and when the network content to be accessed is stored locally in the second electronic device, the second electronic device pushes the network content to be accessed based on close range communication. The first electronic equipment receives the locally stored network content to be accessed, which is pushed by the second electronic equipment based on the near field communication, and the network content to be accessed can be obtained more quickly than the network content to be accessed is obtained through accessing the mobile network.
Based on the same conception, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides a network content access device.
It may be understood that, in order to implement the above-mentioned functions, the network content access device provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules that perform the respective functions. The disclosed embodiments may be implemented in hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software, in combination with the various example elements and algorithm steps disclosed in the embodiments of the disclosure. Whether a function is implemented as hardware or computer software driven hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution.
