In conventional NMS, the IoU criterion is often used to suppress redundant detection boxes (boxes), where overlapping areas are the only factor, often resulting in false suppression for occlusion cases. The DIoU-NMS uses DIoU as the criteria of the NMS because not only the overlapping region but also the center point distance between two boxes should be considered in the inhibition criteria, and the DIoU considers both the overlapping region and the center distance of two boxes, thereby improving the filtering accuracy.
The inventor finds that the calculation process of the IoU index requires a large amount of calculation when the responsible person is judged, so that the calculation pressure is brought to the calculation chip in the server, and the response speed is relatively slow. Therefore, an invention as an embodiment of the present invention is that, by determining a position relationship between the first detection frame and the second detection frame by using a distance between the first detection frame and the second detection frame and determining a responsible person or a suspected responsible person, an operation speed can be increased, a response time can be reduced, and a load of an operation chip can be reduced without reducing an accuracy.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the determining, based on the position relationship between the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image, a person responsible for irregular parking includes: calculating the distance between the center point of the second detection frame and the center point of the first detection frame; judging whether the distance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value or not; and when a second detection frame with the distance less than or equal to the preset distance threshold exists, determining the person in the second detection frame with the minimum distance from the central point of the first detection frame in the second detection frame as a suspected person in charge of stopping the vehicle irregularly.
If the second detection frames of the personnel exist, for each nonstandard parking vehicle, firstly calculating the distance between all the second detection frames and the central point of the first detection frame of the nonstandard parking vehicle, if the calculated distance between all the central points is greater than a preset distance threshold value, continuously processing the next picture, and if the calculated distance between the central points is less than the preset distance threshold value, taking the first detection frame with the minimum distance between the first detection frame and the central point as a suspected person to be blamed for the nonstandard parking vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, the calculation of the distance between the central points is less complicated compared with the calculation of IoU, so that the response time can be improved and the load of the operation chip can be reduced without reducing the accuracy.
Further, after the person suspected to be responsible is determined, the embodiment of the present invention further includes: judging whether a face detection result exists in a second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person of blame; and when a face detection result exists in the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person, extracting a face picture from the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person. When the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person of interest does not have a face detection result, storing an image containing the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person of interest; and when a face detection result exists in the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person, storing the first detection frame, the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person and the extracted face picture.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it may be determined whether a face detection result exists in all the detection frames, and if so, it may also be determined whether the face detection result is in a suspected person-of-interest detection frame (i.e., a second detection frame determined as a suspected person-of-interest) that does not standardize parking, if the face detection frame is not in the suspected person-of-interest detection frame, the current image is directly saved, and if the face detection frame is in the suspected person-of-interest detection frame, a face image is extracted, and the detection frame results of all the unnormal parking vehicles and the unnormal parking person detected in the current frame and the current image are saved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after the suspected person is determined, the face picture is detected and stored, so that the subsequent identity identification is facilitated, and the identity of the specific person is determined.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the images is M, that is, when performing image recognition, a person responsible for irregular parking can be determined only after a plurality of images are recognized.
Specifically, the determining of the person in charge who is out of specification for parking based on the position relationship between the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image includes: judging whether N images in the M images detect a vehicle which does not normally park at the same position of the target vehicle, and judging whether P images in the M images detect a suspected person of responsibility corresponding to the vehicle which does not normally park, wherein M, N and P are natural numbers larger than 1, M is larger than N, and M is larger than P; and when N images in the M images detect a vehicle which is not normally parked at the same position of the target vehicle, and P images in the M images detect a suspected person of responsibility corresponding to the vehicle which is not normally parked, determining the suspected person of responsibility as a person of responsibility which is not normally parked.
The M images can be continuous images, the judgment can be carried out one by one when the judgment of the irregular vehicle is carried out, and the second image is judged after the first image is judged. The specific judgment process may adopt the implementation manner described in the above embodiments of the present invention. Similarly, the determination of the person suspected to be responsible may be performed in accordance with the embodiments described in the above embodiments. When it is determined that N images of the M images detect a vehicle with irregular parking at the same position of the target vehicle and P images of the M images detect a suspected person of responsibility corresponding to the vehicle with irregular parking, the suspected person of responsibility can be completely determined as the person of responsibility for irregular parking in terms of frequency and statistical probability.
For example, considering that there is a case where a pedestrian may just pass through a non-standard parking vehicle, the detection results in five pictures corresponding to the next five seconds are taken to be judged as follows: (1) at least three of the next five pictures have detected an irregular parking vehicle at the same location as the first irregular parking vehicle. When the two conditions are met, the suspected person is determined as the person who is responsible for irregular parking, and the corresponding face information is stored in the related database after the corresponding pictures form the video.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the unregulated parking behavior of the shared bicycle of the user is detected, the video storage is carried out on the user behavior for unregulated parking, the face picture of the person responsible for the unregulated parking is extracted, and the person responsible for the unregulated parking is corresponded to the person responsible for the unregulated parking through a face recognition method in the follow-up process, so that the user for limiting the unregulated parking for many times is used as a bedding.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a device for detecting the irregular parking of the user, which is applied to a server and is divided into parking areas for parking vehicles in advance, wherein the parking areas are correspondingly provided with at least one camera for collecting images in the parking areas. The apparatus may be configured to perform the method according to the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
an obtaining module 301, configured to obtain an image of the parking area captured by the camera.
A detection module 302, configured to identify, from the image, a first detection frame in which a target vehicle that is not normally parked is located and a second detection frame that contains a person.
A determining module 303, configured to determine a person in charge who is not parking regularly based on a position relationship between the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the image of the parking area shot by the camera is obtained, the first detection frame of the target vehicle which is not normally parked and the second detection frame containing personnel are identified from the image, the position relation between the two detection frames is utilized to carry out the relation between the non-normal parking and the user, and the person responsible for the non-normal parking is determined, so that data support is provided for the treatment of the non-normal parking, the operation and maintenance are convenient to carry out punishment or restriction measures of the relevant person responsible, and the purpose of improving the management effect of the non-normal parking is achieved.
For the detailed description of the above device, reference may be made to the above method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a computer device is further provided, where the computer device may be the server in the above embodiment, and may also refer to an intelligent device installed or set on a vehicle, and an internal structure diagram of the computer device may be as shown in fig. 4. The computer device comprises a processor, a memory and a network interface which are connected through a system bus, and also comprises a display screen and an input device. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external computer device through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a vehicle control method, the computer device may further include a display screen and an input device, the display screen may be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer device may be a touch layer covered on the display screen, or a key, a trackball or a touch pad provided on a housing of the computer device.
On the other hand, the computer device may not include a display screen and an input device, and those skilled in the art will understand that the structure shown in fig. 4 is only a block diagram of a part of the structure related to the present application, and does not constitute a limitation to the computer device to which the present application is applied, and a specific computer device may include more or less components than those shown in the figure, or combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to perform the steps of:
acquiring an image about a parking area shot by the camera;
identifying a first detection frame where a target vehicle which is not normally parked is located and a second detection frame containing people from the image;
and determining a person in charge who does not normally park based on the position relation of the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image.
In one embodiment, a readable storage medium is provided, the computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing the computer to perform:
acquiring an image about a parking area shot by the camera;
identifying a first detection frame where a target vehicle which is not normally parked is located and a second detection frame containing people from the image;
and determining a person in charge who does not normally park based on the position relation of the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (11)

1. A detection method for irregular parking of a user is applied to a server, a parking area for parking a vehicle is pre-divided, at least one camera is correspondingly arranged in the parking area and used for collecting images in the parking area, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring an image about a parking area shot by the camera;
identifying a first detection frame where a target vehicle which is not normally parked is located and a second detection frame containing people from the image;
and determining a person in charge who does not normally park based on the position relation of the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image.
2. The method for detecting irregular parking of a user according to claim 1, wherein the identifying a first detection frame in which the target vehicle is not regularly parked from the image comprises:
detecting a detection frame for parking the vehicle from the image;
judging whether the coordinates of the detection frame for parking the vehicle are within a preset range, wherein the preset range is a region of parking point positions defined in the parking region;
and when the coordinates are not in the preset range, determining that the parked vehicle is a target vehicle which is not parked in a standard way, and taking the detection frame of the parked vehicle as the first detection frame.
3. The method for detecting irregular parking of a user according to claim 2, further comprising:
judging whether the head of the parked vehicle accords with the preset head orientation of the parking area;
and when the direction of the vehicle head is not in line with the preset direction of the vehicle head in the parking area, determining that the parked vehicle is a target vehicle which is not parked in a standard mode, and taking the detection frame of the parked vehicle as the first detection frame.
4. The method for detecting irregular parking of a user according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said detecting a detection frame of a parked vehicle from said image comprises:
inputting the image into a target detection model obtained by pre-training to obtain an initial detection frame output by the target monitoring model;
and filtering the initial detection frames by utilizing the intersection ratio and the distance between the initial detection frames, and removing repeated initial detection frames to obtain the detection frames for parking the vehicles.
5. The method for detecting the irregular parking of the user according to claim 1, wherein the determining the person in charge of the irregular parking based on the position relationship between the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image comprises:
calculating the distance between the center point of the second detection frame and the center point of the first detection frame;
judging whether the distance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value or not;
and when a second detection frame with the distance less than or equal to the preset distance threshold exists, determining the person in the second detection frame with the minimum distance from the central point of the first detection frame in the second detection frame as a suspected person in charge of stopping the vehicle irregularly.
6. The method for detecting irregular parking of a user according to claim 5, further comprising:
judging whether a face detection result exists in a second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person of blame;
and when a face detection result exists in the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person, extracting a face picture from the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person.
7. The method for detecting a user irregular parking according to claim 6,
when the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person of interest does not have a face detection result, storing an image containing the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person of interest;
and when a face detection result exists in the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person, storing the first detection frame, the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected person and the extracted face picture.
8. The method as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein the number of the images is M, and the determining the person responsible for the irregular parking based on the position relationship between the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image comprises:
judging whether N images in the M images detect a vehicle which does not normally park at the same position of the target vehicle, and judging whether P images in the M images detect a suspected person of responsibility corresponding to the vehicle which does not normally park, wherein M, N and P are natural numbers larger than 1, M is larger than N, and M is larger than P;
and when N images in the M images detect a vehicle which is not normally parked at the same position of the target vehicle, and P images in the M images detect a suspected person of responsibility corresponding to the vehicle which is not normally parked, determining the suspected person of responsibility as a person of responsibility which is not normally parked.
9. A computer device, comprising: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to perform a method of detecting user irregular parking as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method for detecting user irregular parking according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
