When determining the target products, the information such as the times and duration of browsing the products by the user can be determined according to the behavior information, the products provided by the target merchants are sorted, and the target products are selected from the products provided by the target merchants according to the sorting result, wherein the number of the target products can be one or more, and the types of the target products can also be one or more, in other words, the target products are actually products selected by the user in a wandering manner. When the target merchant is a hotel type merchant, most of the products provided by the hotel type merchant are hotel rooms, hotel dinning and the like, so that the expected check-in time, the expected room type and the like of the user can be determined according to the behavior information of the user, and the target products (namely, the rooms, room services and the like provided by the hotel type merchant) are determined according to the information of the expected check-in room, the expected room type and the like. In addition, the information of the providing capability and the target product can be input into a machine learning model trained in advance, the characteristic information is extracted through the machine learning model, and the designated information is determined based on the extracted characteristic information.
Along the above example, if it is determined that the hotel type merchant is unable to provide the hotel product to the user, i.e., the hotel type merchant is unable to provide the hotel room, hotel service, etc. to the user for the desired check-in time, or the hotel room, hotel service, etc. of the desired room type of the hotel type merchant is not available for sale, then it may be determined that the specified information (i.e., the coupon) is not present, or the coupon is not determined, such that the coupon is not provided to the user, in other words, if it is determined that the hotel type merchant has the capability to provide the specified product to the user, if it is determined that the hotel type merchant does not have the capability to provide the specified product to the user, and the coupon is not provided to the user, depending on at least one of the desired check-in time and the desired room type of the user, the specified product herein may include the target product above.
In addition, whether the user generates an order to be executed for the target merchant or the target product can be judged according to the behavior information of the user, and the specified information is determined according to the judgment result and the information of the target product.
Specifically, according to the behavior information of the user, if the user has already generated an order to be executed for the target merchant, and particularly generates an order to be executed for the target product provided by the target merchant, the specified information may also be undetermined or determined to be null, and if the user has not generated an order to be executed for the target merchant, in a specific case where the user has generated an order to be executed for the target product of another merchant other than the target merchant, the specified information may be determined according to the information of the target product, for example, the specified information may be determined according to the information of the price, the quality, and the like of the target product. Similarly, the determination result, information on the target merchant, information on the target product, and the like may be input to a machine learning model trained in advance, and the machine learning model may output the specific information.
Following the above example, if it is determined that the user has not generated a pending order for a hotel type merchant or generated a pending order for a room of a desired room type for which a check-in time is desired, a coupon may be determined and provided to the user, based on the behavioral information; if it is determined that the user has generated a pending order for a hotel type merchant, the coupon may be determined to not exist or may be undetermined such that the coupon is not provided to the user.
In addition, the user representation may be determined based on the behavioral information, and the designation information may be determined based on the user representation and information of the target merchant.
Specifically, when the user portrait is determined, the user information of the user in the specified dimension can be acquired from the behavior information; extracting user characteristics according to user information of a user in a specified dimension; and determining the user portrait of the user in the specified dimension according to the user characteristics. Where the specified dimension may comprise a user consumption dimension, the user representation of the user in the specified dimension may comprise a user consumption representation, i.e., the user representation may characterize consumption information of the user (e.g., consumption capabilities of the user). Then, the information of the target merchant and the user portrait can be input into a pre-trained second model, and the content and the providing mode of the designated information output by the second model are obtained.
The second model may also be a machine learning model such as a neural network model, an SVM model, etc., and the training of the second model may refer to the existing training mode.
Along the above example, coupons can be determined based on information such as star rating, location, etc. of the hotel type merchant, where user spending ability is related to the strength of the coupon. For example, if it is determined that the user representation characterizes a user's ability to consume less, the coupon's strength of benefit may be increased to facilitate the user's consumption at the hotel type merchant.
Here, it should be noted that, regardless of the specification information obtained by using one or a combination of the above-described modes, the content of the specification information and the mode of providing the specification information can be obtained at the same time. When the designated information is a coupon, the content of the designated information may include information such as a coupon amount, usage rules, and the like of the coupon, wherein the usage rules may include information such as cash back, cash down, full down, stackable use, and expiration date. The specific information can be provided in a short message mode, an information push mode, a popup window mode and the like.
The user is then said to be provided with a trigger condition specifying the information.
In particular, in view of reducing the cost of providing the specific information by the target merchant, especially when the specific information is a coupon, the triggering condition for providing the specific information can be determined, and the specific information can be provided to the user after the triggering condition for providing the specific information is satisfied.

When the specified information is provided for the user, the content of the specified information can be displayed to the user according to the providing mode after the currently browsed page of the user is changed, or the content of the specified information can be displayed to the user according to the providing mode before the currently browsed page of the user is changed, that is, when the currently browsed page is determined to be changed according to the operation of the user, the content of the specified information can be displayed to the user firstly, and then jumping to other pages is performed, for example, the content of the specified information is displayed to the user, and when the displaying duration exceeds a preset displaying duration threshold value, the jumping to other pages is performed automatically, or the user performs the operation again so as to jump to other pages.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of information provision provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2(a), the page currently browsed by the user is a standard room detail page provided by the merchant, including standard room pictures, room information, etc., since the type of the user is the target user type, and the XX hotel is the target merchant, the browsing duration of the user on the current browsing page exceeds the duration threshold value, and the order to be executed is not generated yet, the operation of the user can be monitored, and when it is determined that the user clicks the return button, i.e., the currently viewed page is changed, the user may be provided with designation information, as shown in fig. 2(b), which is a coupon (a kind of coupon), the coupon saving system is used for providing preferential information of the XX hotel for a user, the information of the saving coupon can comprise information of the amount of the coupon face, the use rule and the like, and the saving coupon can be displayed to the user in a popup window mode so that the user can use the saving coupon to consume in the XX hotel according to the information of the saving coupon.
Based on the information providing method described above, the embodiment of the present specification further provides a schematic structural diagram of an information providing apparatus, as shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an information providing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present specification, where the information providing apparatus includes:
an obtaining module 301, configured to obtain behavior information of a user within a past specified duration;
a judging module 302, configured to judge whether a page currently browsed by the user is a page corresponding to a target merchant; judging whether the type of the user is a target user type or not according to the behavior information;
a providing module 303, configured to monitor an operation of the user if the determination result is yes, and provide, when it is determined that the page currently browsed by the user changes according to the operation of the user, the specified information corresponding to the target merchant to the user.
Through the content, the specification can provide the specified information of the target merchant for the target user type user, so that the specified information provided by the merchant is more pertinent, the range of the specified information provided by the merchant is reduced to a certain extent, the cost of the specified information provided by the merchant is reduced, and the specification provides the specified information for the user when the user leaves the page corresponding to the target merchant, so that the effect of saving the user is achieved based on the specified information.
Optionally, the determining module 302 is specifically configured to input the behavior information into a pre-trained first model, so as to obtain a prediction result output by the first model; and judging whether the type of the user is a target user type or not according to the prediction result.
Optionally, the behavior information includes browsing times, browsing duration, and number of browsed merchants;
the determining module 302 is specifically configured to determine whether the browsing frequency is greater than a preset frequency threshold; and/or judging whether the browsing time length is greater than a preset time length threshold value; and/or judging whether the number of browsed merchants is greater than a preset number threshold value; and if the judgment result is greater than the preset threshold, judging that the type of the user is the type of the target user.
Optionally, the providing module 303 is specifically configured to determine, according to the operation of the user, that the page corresponding to the target merchant jumps to another page through the terminal of the user, where the other page includes a page other than the page corresponding to the target merchant.
Optionally, the target merchant comprises a hotel type merchant, and the specified information comprises a coupon;
the providing module 303 is specifically configured to determine a desired check-in time and a desired room type of the user; determining a coupon for the hotel type merchant based on at least one of the desired check-in time and the desired room type, and providing the coupon to the user.

The present specification also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program can be used to execute the information providing method described above.
Based on the information providing method described above, the embodiment of the present specification further provides a schematic structure diagram of the electronic device shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 4, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, an internal bus, a network interface, a memory, and a non-volatile memory, but may also include hardware required for other services. Claims (12)

1. A method of information provision, the method comprising:
acquiring behavior information of a user within a past specified duration;
judging whether the page currently browsed by the user is a page corresponding to a target merchant; judging whether the type of the user is a target user type or not according to the behavior information;
and if the judgment result is yes, monitoring the operation of the user, and providing the specified information corresponding to the target merchant to the user when the change of the currently browsed page of the user is determined according to the operation of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the type of the user is a target user type according to the behavior information specifically includes:
inputting the behavior information into a pre-trained first model to obtain a prediction result output by the first model;
and judging whether the type of the user is a target user type or not according to the prediction result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the behavioral information includes a number of views, a length of time of the views, a number of merchants viewed;
judging whether the type of the user is a target user type according to the behavior information, and specifically comprising the following steps:
judging whether the browsing times are larger than a preset time threshold value or not; and/or judging whether the browsing time length is greater than a preset time length threshold value; and/or judging whether the number of browsed merchants is greater than a preset number threshold value;
and if the judgment result is greater than the preset threshold, judging that the type of the user is the type of the target user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that the page currently browsed by the user changes according to the operation of the user specifically comprises:
and according to the operation of the user, determining that the page corresponding to the target merchant jumps to other pages through the terminal of the user, wherein the other pages comprise pages except the page corresponding to the target merchant.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the target merchant comprises a hotel type merchant, the specified information comprises a coupon;
providing the specified information corresponding to the target merchant to the user, specifically including:
determining a desired check-in time, a desired room type for the user;
determining a coupon for the hotel type merchant based on at least one of the desired check-in time and the desired room type, and providing the coupon to the user.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to providing the user with the designation information corresponding to the target merchant, the method further comprises:
determining, from at least one of the desired check-in time and the desired room type, an ability of the hotel type merchant furniture to provide a specified product to the user.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to providing the user with the designation information corresponding to the target merchant, the method further comprises:
and according to the behavior information, determining that the user has not generated a to-be-executed order for the hotel type merchant.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein providing the user with the designation information corresponding to the target merchant comprises:
determining a user representation of the user;
and determining the designated information according to the information of the target merchant and the user portrait, and providing the designated information for the user.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein determining the designated information based on the information of the target merchant and the user representation comprises:
inputting the information of the target merchant and the user portrait into a pre-trained second model to obtain the content of the designated information output by the second model and a providing mode;
providing the specified information corresponding to the target merchant to the user, specifically including:
and displaying the content of the designated information to the user through the terminal of the user according to the providing mode, wherein the providing mode comprises a sending mode and a displaying mode, and the sending mode comprises short message sending and information pushing.
10. An apparatus for information provision, the apparatus comprising:
