However, the process of calling or sending information by using a mobile phone is complicated, for example, the process of calling by using a mobile phone generally needs to be performed by unlocking, inputting a contact phone, selecting a contact from an address list and dialing. In an emergency situation, it is difficult to ensure smooth execution.
In order to solve the problem of complicated emergency dialing, some mobile phones provide an emergency alarm function, and when the emergency alarm function is started, a public security alarm call can be directly dialed by long pressing of a certain key under emergency. Because the public security alarm telephone can only be dialed under the condition of danger, before the danger comes, people can not confirm whether the emergency alarm function of the mobile phone is normal or not, namely, can not confirm whether the public security alarm telephone can be dialed correctly or not, including which key triggering the dialing of the alarm telephone is not confirmed, and whether the set key triggering the dialing of the alarm telephone can be associated with the alarm telephone correctly or not. When the personal safety of people is threatened, the problem that the emergency alarm function of the mobile phone cannot be used cannot be found in time, so that the people cannot be really assisted.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the present application is described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, an information processing method is provided. The method can be applied to an intelligent terminal which is connected with auxiliary equipment; the intelligent terminal can include but is not limited to electronic equipment such as a smart phone, a tablet personal computer, a telephone watch, a vehicle-mounted central control and the like; auxiliary devices may include, but are not limited to, earphones, smart bands, and the like; the connection of the smart terminal and the auxiliary device may include, but is not limited to, a wired connection, a Bluetooth connection, a Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) connection, an Infrared (IrDA) connection, a ZigBee (IEEE 802.15.4) connection, and the like. The embodiment is mainly illustrated by applying the method to a smart phone, and the smart phone is connected with an earphone.
In this embodiment, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, receiving a trigger operation sent by an auxiliary device in a simulation test stage.
The intelligent terminal comprises an application program with an emergency alarm function, wherein the application program can be pre-installed in the intelligent terminal when leaving a factory or can be subsequently actively installed in the intelligent terminal by a user; the embodiments of the present application do not limit this.
The intelligent terminal comprises a display screen, and when the intelligent terminal receives a test instruction aiming at an application program of the emergency alarm function, a set test interface related to the emergency alarm function can be displayed in the display screen, and a simulation test stage of the emergency alarm function is started. The emergency alarm function is a function of sending alarm information to a preset emergency contact number in a preset alarm condition when receiving an operation meeting the preset alarm condition. The preset alarm condition may be a default of the system, or may be determined by a user through setting.
Specifically, when the intelligent terminal receives an instruction for indicating to start the emergency alarm function, the intelligent terminal can automatically trigger a test instruction and enter a simulation test stage of the emergency alarm function; or when the intelligent terminal receives a setting completion instruction for the emergency alarm function, namely a setting completion instruction for a preset alarm condition of a user, the intelligent terminal can automatically trigger a test instruction and enter a simulation test stage of the emergency alarm function; or when the intelligent terminal is connected with a new type of auxiliary equipment, the intelligent terminal can automatically trigger a test instruction and enter a simulation test stage of an emergency alarm function; the new type of auxiliary device may be a certain type of auxiliary device to which the intelligent terminal is first connected, for example, when the smart phone is first connected to the wired headset, the wired headset may be considered as the new type of auxiliary device, and at this time, the test instruction may be automatically triggered to enter the simulation test stage of the emergency alarm function.
Trigger operations sent by an auxiliary device connected with the intelligent terminal can be received in the simulation test stage, and the trigger operations can include click/touch/slide operations of a single key on the auxiliary device, click/touch/slide operations of multiple keys and the like.
And 102, testing the trigger operation according to a preset alarm condition, and generating a test report corresponding to the trigger operation.
In this embodiment, the preset alarm condition is information data saved before the simulation test stage; the preset alarm condition comprises preset trigger operation, a preset emergency contact number and the like, and is used for stipulating the operation of triggering alarm information by the auxiliary equipment and stipulating the emergency contact number for receiving the alarm information when the emergency alarm function is normally started.
The preset alarm condition can be stored by default in the system or can be set by the user in a self-defined way. Specifically, there may be a plurality of preset trigger operations in the preset alarm condition; the preset trigger operation may include a single key click operation or a plurality of key click operations on the auxiliary device. It will be appreciated that when the emergency alert function is normally activated, the same type of auxiliary device has and only has one preset trigger action associated with it.
For example, in the preset alarm condition stored in a mobile phone, the preset trigger operation includes two operations of double-clicking a volume up key and long-pressing a main earphone key/touch key for three seconds. The double-click volume up key is used for a scene when a wired earphone or a Bluetooth earphone is connected with the mobile phone; pressing the key/touch key of the main earphone for three seconds is a scene when a TWS (True Wireless Bluetooth) earphone is connected with the mobile phone.
It can be understood that when the mobile phone is connected with a wired earphone or a Bluetooth earphone, only when the operation of double-clicking the volume up key of the earphone is received, the alarm information can be triggered to be sent to the preset emergency contact number. When the TWS earphone is connected with the mobile phone, the alarm information can be triggered to be sent to the preset emergency contact number only when the operation of pressing the key/touch key of the main earphone for three seconds is received.
The triggering operation can be tested by combining the preset alarm condition, and a corresponding test report is generated; the test report should include test results including both pass and fail cases. It can be understood that, when the test result is that the test result passes, the trigger operation can be considered to be capable of sending the related information to the preset emergency contact number; and when the test result is that the emergency contact number does not pass, the trigger operation can be considered to be incapable of sending the related information to the preset emergency contact number.
In one embodiment, the step 102 may include the following steps:
judging whether the trigger operation accords with a preset trigger operation or not;
if yes, sending a connection request aiming at a preset emergency contact number to a simulation service desk;
and receiving a response message of the simulation service desk aiming at the connection request, and generating a first test report according to the response message.
In this embodiment, when testing the received trigger operation, it may be determined whether the received trigger operation meets a preset trigger operation; whether a preset trigger operation matched with the received trigger operation exists can be searched in a mode of traversing the preset trigger operation, and if the preset trigger operation exists, the received trigger operation is considered to accord with the preset trigger operation; otherwise, the received trigger operation may be considered to be not compliant with the preset trigger operation.
Sending a connection request aiming at a preset emergency contact number to a simulation service desk under the condition that the received trigger operation accords with a preset trigger operation; the simulation service desk can be an application program which is designed in advance and used for testing the current network connection condition; the application program can be executed by the intelligent terminal and can also be executed by other equipment; the embodiment of the present application does not limit this. The connection request includes a preset emergency contact number.
And after receiving the connection request, the simulation service desk judges whether a preset emergency contact number in the connection request is valid and/or judges whether a network where the intelligent terminal currently resides is normal, and generates a corresponding response message according to a judgment result. The response message comprises connection result information which has two results of connection success or connection failure; then returning a response message; after receiving the response message, the intelligent terminal can generate a corresponding first test report according to the connection result information in the response message; the first test report may include information on whether the preset emergency contact number is valid and/or whether a network in which the intelligent terminal currently resides is normal.
Further, there may be a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers, and the determining whether the preset emergency contact number in the connection request is valid may refer to determining whether at least one preset emergency contact number in the plurality of preset emergency contact numbers is valid. Specifically, when a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers exist, whether each preset emergency contact number is valid or not can be sequentially judged according to a preset sequence, and a judgment result of whether each emergency contact number is valid or not is obtained; whether the preset emergency contact number is valid or not can be judged from a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers according to a preset sequence or in a random non-return sampling mode until the valid preset emergency contact number is found.
Furthermore, when the preset emergency contact number is valid and the network where the intelligent terminal currently resides is normal, after the connection success information is received, alarm information can be sent to the simulation service desk, feedback information aiming at the alarm information is received, and the feedback information is added into the test report; the alarm information may include current positioning information, preset voice information, and the like; the feedback information comprises current positioning information, preset voice information, receiving time and the like received by the simulation service desk; the current geographical location information can be displayed in the test report in the form of a map, or in the form of words describing an address.
In one embodiment, the step 102 may include the following steps:
judging whether the trigger operation accords with a preset trigger operation or not;
and if not, generating a second test report.
In this embodiment, when the received trigger operation does not conform to the preset trigger operation, a second test report is generated. The process of determining whether the received trigger operation meets the preset trigger operation may refer to the description related to the previous embodiment, and details are not described herein.
The generation process of the test report in the embodiment of the application may have two types, the first generation process is to generate a second test report when the received trigger operation does not accord with the preset trigger operation, and it can be understood that when the trigger operation does not accord with the preset trigger operation, obviously, the emergency alarm function cannot be triggered; at this time, the test result of the test report is failed; the second generation process is that after the received trigger operation accords with the preset trigger operation, a connection request aiming at the preset emergency contact number is sent to the simulation service desk, and a first test report is generated according to a response message returned by the simulation service desk; when the connection result in the response message is successful, it can be understood that the network where the intelligent terminal currently resides is normal, the preset emergency contact number is valid, and the test result of the test report is passed; when the connection result in the response message is a connection failure, it can be understood that the network where the intelligent terminal currently resides is abnormal, or the preset emergency contact number is invalid, and the test result of the test report is failed.
And 103, determining the trigger operation as the target trigger operation when the test result of the test report is pass.
In this embodiment, when the test result of the test report is passed, it may be considered that the emergency alert function may be normally used, and at this time, the received trigger operation may be determined as the target trigger operation, the simulation test phase is ended, and the emergency alert function is normally started. It can be understood that the target triggering operation is one of the preset triggering operations, and when the emergency alarm function is normally started for the auxiliary device currently connected to the intelligent terminal, the operation of sending the alarm information to the preset emergency contact number may be triggered.
And when the test result of the test report is failed, the emergency alarm function cannot be normally used, the simulation test stage needs to be executed again until the test result is passed, the simulation test stage is automatically ended, and the emergency alarm function is started.
Further, in one embodiment, after the test report is generated, the test report can be displayed on a display screen of the intelligent terminal, so that a user can intuitively know the test condition; particularly, when the test result of the test report is failed, the user can modify the preset trigger operation or the preset emergency contact number again, and then enter the simulation test stage to continue the test.
And 104, when the target triggering operation is monitored, sending alarm information to a preset emergency contact number.
When the emergency alarm function is started, when target triggering operation sent by auxiliary equipment is received, alarm information is sent to a preset emergency contact number; the alarm information may include current positioning information, preset voice information, and the like; the preset voice information can be set by default by a system or can be set by a user in a self-defined way.
In one embodiment, the step 104 may include the following steps:
when the target triggering operation is monitored, sending a connection request to the electronic equipment corresponding to the preset emergency contact number;
and when receiving a response message of successful connection, sending preset voice information to the electronic equipment corresponding to the preset emergency contact number.
In this embodiment, the emergency contact number may be an account number or a phone number of the communication application. When the emergency contact number is an account number of the communication application, the corresponding electronic device can be regarded as the electronic device which logs in the account number of the communication application; when the emergency contact number is a telephone number, the corresponding electronic device can be regarded as a communication device corresponding to the telephone number
Further, in one embodiment, the step 104 may include the following steps:
when the target triggering operation is monitored, dialing a preset emergency contact number;
and when the preset emergency contact number is dialed, sending preset voice information.
In this embodiment, the preset emergency contact number is a telephone number, and when the emergency alarm function is turned on and a target trigger operation sent by the auxiliary device is received, the preset emergency contact number is dialed; and sending out preset voice information after dialing through.
Further, in one embodiment, there may be a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers, and when the target triggering operation is monitored, the step of sending the connection request to the electronic device corresponding to the preset emergency contact number may include:
and when the target triggering operation is monitored, sending a connection request to the electronic equipment corresponding to the plurality of preset emergency contact numbers.
In this embodiment, when there are multiple preset emergency contact numbers, connection requests may be sequentially sent to all electronic devices corresponding to the multiple preset emergency contact numbers according to a preset sequence, or in a random non-return sampling manner, and preset voice information is sent to all electronic devices that return response messages that are successfully connected, so that the opportunity of obtaining help may be improved.
Further, in one embodiment, there may be a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers, and the step of dialing the preset emergency contact number when the target triggering operation is monitored may include:
when the target triggering operation is monitored, acquiring a preset sequence of a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers;
and dialing the preset emergency contact number according to a preset sequence until the call is completed.
In this embodiment, when there are a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers, a preset sequence of the plurality of preset emergency contact numbers may be obtained, and the preset sequence is dialed in sequence until the emergency contact numbers are dialed. It can be understood that if the preset sequence is not set for the plurality of preset emergency contact numbers, one of the preset emergency contact numbers can be selected to be dialed in a random sample-not-put-back manner until the preset emergency contact numbers are dialed. The probability of dialing through can be increased, and then the chance of obtaining rescue is increased.
In the embodiment of the application, the intelligent terminal receives the trigger operation sent by the auxiliary equipment through the setting test interface; testing the trigger operation according to a preset alarm condition, and generating a test report corresponding to the trigger operation; when the test result of the test report is passed, determining the trigger operation as a target trigger operation; when the target triggering operation is monitored, sending alarm information to a preset emergency contact number; can realize sending alarm information through the auxiliary assembly who is connected with intelligent terminal under emergency to can ensure that alarm information can normally send.
