Claims (10)

1. A power rate adjustment method, characterized by comprising:
receiving power rate adjustment information from a marketing system, wherein the power rate adjustment information comprises user information and first power rate information;
acquiring corresponding ammeter information of the electric energy meter according to the user information;
checking and verifying the electric meter information, and adding the electric energy meter passing verification into a waiting issuing list;
and issuing the first electricity price information to the electric energy meter in the waiting issuing list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the meter information includes meter clock data and an identification, and the checking and verifying the meter information and adding the verified electric energy meter into a waiting list comprises:
judging whether the electric meter clock data is consistent with the local clock data;
when the electric meter clock data is consistent with the local clock data, judging whether the identity identification is consistent with the user information;
when the identity identification is consistent with the user information, adding the electric energy meter into a waiting issuing list;
and when the identity identification is inconsistent with the user information, adding the electric energy meter into an identity authentication failure list.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the verifying the meter information and adding the verified electric energy meter into a list waiting for issuing further comprises:
and when the electric meter clock data is inconsistent with the local clock data, sending a first instruction to the electric energy meter, wherein the first instruction is used for adjusting the electric meter clock data to be consistent with the local clock data.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the electric meter information includes key information, and the issuing the first electric rate information to the electric energy meters in the waiting-to-issue list comprises:
encrypting the first electricity price information according to the key information;
and sending the encrypted first electricity price information to the electric energy meter corresponding to the key information.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the issuing the first electricity price information to the electric energy meter in the waiting-to-issue list, the method further comprises:
acquiring second electricity price information currently used by the electric energy meter;
judging whether the first electricity price information and the second electricity price information are consistent or not;
when the first electricity price information is inconsistent with the second electricity price information, judging whether the electricity price issuing times exceeds a preset time or not;
and when the electricity price issuing times do not exceed the preset times, continuing to issue the first electricity price information to the electric energy meters in the waiting issuing list, acquiring second electricity price information currently used by the electric energy meters, and outputting an electricity price issuing result until the first electricity price information is consistent with the second electricity price information or the electricity price issuing times exceed the preset times.
6. An electricity price adjustment device characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving power rate adjustment information from a marketing system, and the power rate adjustment information comprises user information and first power rate information;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding ammeter information of the electric energy meter according to the user information;
the verification module is used for verifying and verifying the electric meter information and adding the electric energy meter passing the verification into a waiting issuing list;
and the issuing module is used for issuing the first electricity price information to the electric energy meter in the waiting issuing list.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the meter information comprises meter clock data and an identification, and wherein the verification module is configured to:
judging whether the electric meter clock data is consistent with the local clock data;
when the electric meter clock data is consistent with the local clock data, judging whether the identity identification is consistent with the user information;
when the identity identification is consistent with the user information, adding the electric energy meter into a waiting issuing list;
when the identity identification is inconsistent with the user information, adding the electric energy meter into an identity authentication failure list;
and when the electric meter clock data is inconsistent with the local clock data, sending a first instruction to the electric energy meter, wherein the first instruction is used for adjusting the electric meter clock data to be consistent with the local clock data.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the meter information comprises key information, and the issuing module is configured to:
encrypting the first electricity price information according to the key information;
and sending the encrypted first electricity price information to the electric energy meter corresponding to the key information.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the second obtaining module is used for obtaining second electricity price information used by the electric energy meter at present;
the first judging module is used for judging whether the first electricity price information and the second electricity price information are consistent or not;
the second judging module is used for judging whether the electricity price issuing times exceed the preset times or not when the first electricity price information is inconsistent with the second electricity price information;
and the output module is used for continuously issuing the first electricity price information to the electric energy meters in the waiting issuing list when the electricity price issuing times do not exceed the preset times, acquiring second electricity price information currently used by the electric energy meters, and outputting the electricity price issuing result until the first electricity price information is consistent with the second electricity price information or the electricity price issuing times exceed the preset times.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory to store a computer program;
a processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
