Abstract
The application discloses product operation platform system includes: the framework module is used for storing, managing, calculating and packaging the client data; the integration module integrates an Activiti workflow engine based on the framework module so as to enable the product operation flow to be online; the framework module adopts a MapReduce calculation engine module and a Spark calculation engine module to realize calculation. Because the client information among channels is opaque, the data can not be shared, the marketing mode is single, the client data acquisition is difficult, the operation efficiency is low, the client personalized requirements can not be met easily, and the stock client value is not deeply mined.

According to the technical scheme, the mass data processing is supported, and meanwhile, the higher response speed is ensured, so that the daily operation line and the operation mode of a client are diversified.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the product operation platform system is based on a Hadoop technology, integrates Spark stream processing capacity, and processes unstructured and semi-structured data, complex ETL (extract transform and load) processes, complex data mining and calculation models and the like aiming at the storage and calculation of unstructured data.
Fig. 2 shows a block diagram of the framework modules of the present invention. The frame module 1 has four layers in total.
The bottom layer 1 includes: a storage layer, a file system HDFS;
the intermediate layer 2 includes: resource and data management layers, YARN and Sentry, etc.;
the upper layer 3 includes: MapReduce, Impala, Spark and other calculation engines; the MapReduce technology is adopted to support processing of a very large amount of data sets, data of a client are analyzed in a coarse granularity mode, grouping and classifying are carried out on the data of the client, and a data basis is provided for Spark microprocessing; the Spark is integrated to realize micro-batch processing, the coarse-grained data is subjected to refining analysis, factors such as client data integrity, transaction ranking, grade and cooperative products are obtained, and a data basis is provided for marketing activities, product popularization and daily operation.
Top layer: advanced packaging and tools based on MapReduce, Spark and other computing engines, such as Hive, Pig, Mahout and the like.
By adopting the technical framework, the stock customer data is analyzed and classified, and corresponding labels are printed, so that a strategy and a customer basis are provided for daily marketing activities.
In addition, the product operation platform system realizes the whole process on-line of customer service by embedding an activitti workflow engine, can select automatic or manual approval according to different rules, is in butt joint with a WeChat public number and a small program, can initiate self-service through the public number and the small program, can also push marketing activities to customers regularly in the two modes, is also in butt joint with enterprise WeChats, realizes the approval of a mobile terminal, and improves the internal operation efficiency of a company.
By adding the monitoring program in the front of each process node, the monitoring program is configured according to the visual variables in the console and is combined with the customer factors, the manual intervention of the daily operation business process and the automatic auditing and flexible switching of the system can be realized, and the service quality is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, a complete business process includes: nodes, inputs/outputs, variables, thresholds, and permissions. The business process is configurable, wherein the business process comprises nodes, node rules and node permissions, the rules are composed of client elements and variable values.
Fig. 4 and 5 respectively show schematic diagrams of node authority configuration and node rule configuration, and the product operation platform system is used for configuring approval roles, approval rules, an approval mode, rule states and the like.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of node snooping routing rule calculation from the beginning of the service flow to the end of the service flow based on the above variable configuration in combination with the client element.

and the mobile approval module is used for butting the WeChat of the enterprise to realize the approval of the mobile terminal.
