With further reference to fig. 7, a flow 700 of further embodiments of a business information presentation method is illustrated. The process 700 of the service information display method includes the following steps:
step 701, acquiring service information corresponding to the selected service based on the user role information of the user.
In some embodiments, an executing body of the service information presentation method (for example, the terminal device 101 shown in fig. 1) may obtain, based on the user role information of the user, service information corresponding to the selected service from the terminal through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The user role information may be used to characterize the user role of the user as a first user role or a second user role. For example, the first user role described above may characterize the user as a new user (e.g., a user who placed an order for the first time). The second user role described above may characterize the user as an old user (e.g., a user who places an order again). In practice, first, the execution main body may respond to the user role information representing that the user role of the user is a first user role, and acquire first service information corresponding to the selected service as the service information. The user role information can reflect the requirements of the user, so that the corresponding service information can be displayed according to the requirements of the user. And further user experience can be improved. Therefore, the ordering efficiency can be improved, and the user traffic loss can be reduced.
Step 702, in response to the acquired service information, displaying a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service range information display frame corresponding to the service information on a touch-sensitive display screen.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of step 702 and the technical effect brought by the implementation may refer to step 502 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 5, which are not described herein again.
As can be seen from fig. 7, compared with the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 5, the process 700 of the service information presentation method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 7 embodies a step of obtaining the service information corresponding to the selected service for expansion. Therefore, the solutions described in the embodiments can show the corresponding service information according to the requirements of the user. Thereby improving the user experience. Furthermore, the ordering efficiency can be improved, and the user traffic loss can be reduced.
With further reference to fig. 8, a flow 800 of still further embodiments of a business information presentation method is illustrated. The process 800 of the service information display method includes the following steps:
step 801, in response to detecting that a user selects at least one service displayed on a service display page on a touch-sensitive display screen, obtaining service information corresponding to the selected service.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of step 801 and the technical effect brought by the implementation may refer to step 501 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 5, and are not described herein again.
Step 802, displaying a service type selection control group and a service range information display frame in an order confirmation page displayed on a touch-sensitive display screen.
In some embodiments, an executing body of the service information presentation method (for example, the terminal device 101 shown in fig. 1) may present the service type selection control group and the service scope information display frame in an order confirmation page presented on the touch-sensitive display screen in response to acquiring the service information. The order confirmation page may be a page used by the user to confirm the order. For example, a page for confirming the order corresponding to "daily cleaning". In practice, the execution main body may combine the service type selection control group and the service range information display frame to a service detail page module, so as to display the service type selection control group and the service range information display frame.
The technical scheme is taken as an invention point of the embodiment of the disclosure, and solves the technical problems mentioned in the background technology that for some common services, a user needs to go from a service list page to a preset service information detail page and then to an order confirmation page or from a service classification page to the service list page and then to the preset service information detail page and then to the order confirmation page when placing an order, so that the path for the user to confirm the order is longer, and further the order placing efficiency is low and the user flow loss is more. ". The factors that lead to low unit efficiency and more user traffic loss are often as follows: for some common services, when a user places an order, the user needs to go from a service list page to a preset service information detail page and then to an order confirmation page, or from a service classification page to a service list page and then to a preset service information detail page and then to an order confirmation page, so that the path for the user to confirm the order is longer. If the above factors are solved, the effects of improving the ordering efficiency and reducing the user flow loss can be achieved. To achieve this effect, the present disclosure displays the service type selection control group and the service range information display frame in an order confirmation page displayed on the touch-sensitive display screen in response to acquiring the service information. Therefore, when the user places an order, the user can directly go to the order confirmation page from the business list page or the business classification page. Thereby shortening the path for the user to confirm the order. And then the ordering efficiency is improved, and the user flow loss is reduced.
In step 803, the specification quantity selection page module is displayed in the order confirmation page.
In some embodiments, the executive body may present the specification amount selection page module in the order confirmation page. The specification quantity selection page module can display a specification selection control group and a quantity selection control group. The specification selection control and the quantity selection control can be used for receiving selection operation of the user so that the user can confirm the specification information and the quantity information of the service. The selection operation may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: click, toggle, press, hover, slide. The specification information may be information related to a specification type of the service, and may include, but is not limited to: the service duration. For example, the above specification information may include service duration "3 hours", "4 hours", and "5 hours". Thus, the user can select and confirm the specification information and the quantity information on the order confirmation page with the shortened confirmation order path.
Step 804, the confirmation function page module is displayed in the order confirmation page.
In some embodiments, the executive body may present a confirmation function page module in the order confirmation page. The confirmation function page module can display an order value information display control and an order confirmation control. The order value information display control may be configured to display order value information (for example, an order amount) corresponding to an interactive operation of the user in the order confirmation page. The above-mentioned interaction operations may include, but are not limited to, at least one of: clicking, shifting, pressing, hovering, sliding and information inputting. The order confirmation control may be configured to receive a selection operation of the user, so that the user performs an order confirmation operation. The selection operation may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: click, toggle, press, hover, slide. The order confirmation operation may be an operation of confirming an order confirmed by the interactive operation. I.e., selection operations on the order confirmation control. For example, the execution subject may display a payment page corresponding to "daily cleaning" for the user to perform order payment operation in response to a selection operation of the user on an order confirmation control corresponding to "daily cleaning". Step 805, the order combination confirmation page module is displayed in the order confirmation page.

The order combination confirmation page module can display an additional business range selection control group. The additional service range selection control can be used for receiving selection operation of a user, so that the user performs order confirmation operation on the service information and an order corresponding to the additional service range information corresponding to the selected additional service range selection control. The selection operation may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: click, toggle, press, hover, slide. For example, the additional service scope information corresponding to the selected additional service scope selection control may be "carpet cleaning". The service information confirming page module can display a service information input control group. The service information input control can be used for receiving service information input operation of a user, so that the user can input the service information corresponding to the service information input control. The input operation may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: information input, clicking, shifting, pressing, hovering and sliding. The service information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: address information, service time information, remark information. For example, the service information may include "service address", "time to visit", and "remark". The input operation corresponding to the service information "service address" may be "dial". As can be seen from fig. 8, compared with the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 5, the process 800 of the service information displaying method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 8 embodies a step of expanding the service type selection control group corresponding to the service and the service scope information display frame corresponding to the service information displayed on the touch-sensitive display screen. Thus, the solutions described in the embodiments can enable the user to directly go from the business listing page or the business classification page to the order confirmation page when placing an order. Thereby shortening the path for the user to confirm the order. And then the ordering efficiency is improved, and the user flow loss is reduced.
With further reference to fig. 9, a flow 900 of still further embodiments of a business information presentation method is illustrated. The process 900 of the service information display method includes the following steps:
step 901, in response to detecting a selection operation of a user on at least one service displayed on a service list page on a touch-sensitive display screen, obtaining service information corresponding to the selected service.
In some embodiments, the executing body of the service information presentation method may acquire, in response to detecting a user selection operation of at least one service presented on the service list page on the touch-sensitive display screen, service information corresponding to the selected service from the terminal through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The above-described service list page may be a list page of each sub-type service (e.g., daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and setback cleaning) including the same type of service (e.g., cleaning). The service information may be service related information corresponding to a subtype service selected by the user on the service list page. For example, the service selected by the user is the service related information corresponding to "daily cleaning". The service-related information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: service scope information. For example, the service related information corresponding to the service "daily cleaning" may include service range information including, but not limited to, at least one of the following: scrubbing inner and outer glass windows, cleaning toilet and ware and dedusting and scrubbing floor. The selection operation may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: click, toggle, press, hover, slide. Therefore, support can be provided for omitting the display of the detail page of the predetermined service information.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, the execution main body may obtain service information corresponding to the selected service based on the user role information of the user. In practice, the execution main body may obtain service information corresponding to the selected service from the terminal through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner based on the user role information of the user. The user role information may represent that the user role of the user is a first user role or a second user role. For example, 3 service range information "inner and outer glass window scrubbing", "toilet cleaner washing", and "floor dust removal scrubbing" included in the service information may be displayed on the touch-sensitive display screen. Therefore, each service range information can be used as the reduced information of the service detail information displayed in the preset service information detail page, and further the display of the preset service information detail page can be omitted.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the executing body may present the respective scope information in an order confirmation page presented on the touch-sensitive display screen. In practice, the execution subject may display the service range information in a service detail page module displayed in the order confirmation page. For example, the business detail page module displayed in the order confirmation page may display the business range information "inner and outer glass window scrubbing", "toilet cleaner cleaning", and "floor dust removal scrubbing" included in the business information corresponding to "daily cleaning". Therefore, the user can directly go to the order confirmation page from the business list page when placing the order. Thereby shortening the path for the user to confirm the order. And then the ordering efficiency is improved, and the user flow loss is reduced.

The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: through the service information display method of some embodiments of the disclosure, the ordering efficiency is improved, and the user flow loss is reduced. Specifically, the reasons for the low unit efficiency and the large loss of user traffic are as follows: the preset service information detail page is long, so that a user needs to browse the preset service information detail page for a long time to confirm the service range information of the service information, and the user experience is poor. Based on this, the service information presentation method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure first obtains the service information corresponding to the selected service in response to detecting, on the touch-sensitive display screen, a user's selection operation for at least one service presented on the service list page. Then, in response to the acquired service information, displaying each service range information included in the service information on the touch-sensitive display screen. Therefore, the display of the detail page of the predetermined service information can be omitted. Thereby improving the user experience. And then the ordering efficiency is improved, and the loss of user flow is reduced.
With further reference to fig. 10, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above figures, the present disclosure provides some embodiments of a service information presentation apparatus, which correspond to those shown in fig. 5, and which can be applied in various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 10, the service information presentation apparatus 1000 of some embodiments includes: an acquisition unit 1001 and a presentation unit 1002. The obtaining unit 1001 is configured to, in response to detecting, on the touch-sensitive display screen, a user's selection operation for at least one service displayed on the service display page, obtain service information corresponding to the selected service; the display unit 1002 is configured to, in response to obtaining the service information, display a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service range information display frame corresponding to the service information on the touch-sensitive display screen, where the service type selection control is used to receive a switching operation of a user to update and display the service range information display frame, a service type selection control corresponding to the service information in the service type selection control group is in a selected state, and the service range information display frame displays service range information included in the service information.

Referring now to fig. 11, shown is a schematic diagram of an electronic device (e.g., terminal device in fig. 1) 1100 suitable for use in implementing some embodiments of the present disclosure. The electronic device in some embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle-mounted terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 11 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 11, the electronic device 1100 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 1101 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1102 or a program loaded from a storage means 1108 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1103. In the RAM 1103, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic device 1100 are also stored. The processing device 1101, the ROM 1102, and the RAM 1103 are connected to each other by a bus 1104. An input/output (I/O) interface 1105 is also connected to bus 1104.

In some embodiments of the disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In some embodiments, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network Protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol), and may interconnect with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communications network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the Internet (e.g., the Internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed network.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to: responding to the selection operation of a user on at least one service displayed on a service display page detected on a touch-sensitive display screen, and acquiring service information corresponding to the selected service; and in response to the acquired service information, displaying a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service range information display frame corresponding to the service information on the touch-sensitive display screen, wherein the service type selection control is used for receiving switching operation of a user to update and display the service range information display frame, the service type selection control corresponding to the service information in the service type selection control group is in a selected state, and the service range information display frame displays the service range information included in the service information.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in some embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software, and may also be implemented by hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes an acquisition unit and a presentation unit. The names of the units do not form a limitation on the units themselves in some cases, for example, the acquiring unit may also be described as a "unit for acquiring service information corresponding to the selected service in response to detecting a user selection operation on at least one service presented on the service presentation page on the touch-sensitive display screen".
The functions described herein above may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), systems on a chip (SOCs), Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), and the like.
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the embodiments of the present disclosure is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents is made without departing from the inventive concept as defined above. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) technical features with similar functions disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are mutually replaced to form the technical solution.

Claims (17)

1. A service information display method comprises the following steps:
responding to the selection operation of a user on at least one service displayed on a service display page detected on a touch-sensitive display screen, and acquiring service information corresponding to the selected service;
and in response to the acquired service information, displaying a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service range information display frame corresponding to the service information on the touch-sensitive display screen, wherein the service type selection control is used for receiving switching operation of a user to update and display the service range information display frame, the service type selection control corresponding to the service information in the service type selection control group is in a selected state, and the service range information display frame displays the service range information included in the service information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and responding to the switching operation of the user on the service type selection control in the service type selection control group, switching the switched service type selection control subjected to the rendering processing of the display style, and updating and displaying the service range information display frame.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying, on the touch-sensitive display screen, a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service scope information display frame corresponding to the service information comprises:
and displaying each service range information included by the service information and a service range information selection control group corresponding to each service range information in the service range information display frame, wherein the service range information selection control is used for receiving selection operation of a user to switch the selected state of the service range information selection control.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying, on the touch-sensitive display screen, a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service scope information display frame corresponding to the service information comprises:
and displaying a global service scope information group and a global service scope information selection control group corresponding to the global service scope information group in the service scope information display frame, wherein the global service scope information group comprises service scope information included by each service information corresponding to each service type selection control in the service type selection control group, and each global service scope information selection control corresponding to each service scope information included in the service information in the global service scope information selection control group is in a selected state.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the displaying, on the touch-sensitive display screen, a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service scope information display frame corresponding to the service information further comprises:
responding to the selection operation of the user on the global business scope information selection control in the global business scope information selection control group, and carrying out style switching processing on the selected global business scope information selection control.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the service information corresponding to the selected service comprises:
and acquiring service information corresponding to the selected service based on the user role information of the user, wherein the user role information is used for representing that the user role of the user is a first user role or a second user role.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining the service information corresponding to the selected service comprises:
and responding to the user role information representing that the user role of the user is a first user role, and acquiring first service information corresponding to the selected service as the service information.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining the service information corresponding to the selected service further comprises:
and responding to the user role information representing that the user role of the user is a second user role, and acquiring second service information of the user for the selected service as the service information.
9. The method of claim 5, wherein the service type selection control group comprises a service type selection control for characterizing a custom service type; and
the displaying, on the touch-sensitive display screen, the service type selection control group corresponding to the service and the service range information display frame corresponding to the service information further includes:
and responding to the selected global service scope information selection control to meet a preset condition, and switching the service type selection control representing the user-defined service type after the style rendering processing.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying, on the touch-sensitive display screen, a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service scope information display frame corresponding to the service information comprises:
and displaying the service type selection control group and the service range information display frame in an order confirmation page displayed on the touch-sensitive display screen.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the displaying a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service scope information display frame corresponding to the service information on the touch-sensitive display screen further comprises:
and displaying a specification quantity selection page module in the order confirmation page, wherein the specification quantity selection page module displays a specification selection control group and a quantity selection control group, and the specification selection control and the quantity selection control are used for receiving selection operation of the user so as to confirm the specification information and the quantity information of the service by the user.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the displaying a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service scope information display frame corresponding to the service information on the touch-sensitive display screen further comprises:
and displaying a confirmation function page module in the order confirmation page, wherein the confirmation function page module displays an order value information display control and an order confirmation control, the order value information display control is used for displaying order value information corresponding to the interactive operation of the user in the order confirmation page, and the order confirmation control is used for receiving the selection operation of the user so as to allow the user to perform order confirmation operation.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the displaying, on the touch-sensitive display screen, a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service scope information display frame corresponding to the service information further comprises:
and displaying an order combination confirmation page module in the order confirmation page, wherein the order combination confirmation page module displays an additional business range selection control group, and the additional business range selection control is used for receiving selection operation of a user, so that the user performs order confirmation operation on the business information and an order corresponding to the additional business range information corresponding to the selected additional business range selection control.
14. The method according to one of claims 10-13, wherein said displaying a service type selection control group corresponding to said service and a service scope information display box corresponding to said service information on said touch-sensitive display screen further comprises:
and displaying a service information confirmation page module in the order confirmation page, wherein the service information confirmation page module displays a service information input control group, and the service information input control is used for receiving service information input operation of a user so that the user can input service information corresponding to the service information input control.
15. A service information presentation apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition unit is configured to respond to the fact that the selection operation of a user on at least one service displayed on the service display page is detected on the touch-sensitive display screen, and acquire service information corresponding to the selected service;
the display unit is configured to display a service type selection control group corresponding to the service and a service range information display frame corresponding to the service information on the touch-sensitive display screen in response to the acquired service information, wherein the service type selection control is used for receiving switching operation of a user to update and display the service range information display frame, the service type selection control corresponding to the service information in the service type selection control group is in a selected state, and the service range information display frame displays the service range information included in the service information.
16. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-14.
17. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1-14.
