2. When the received dedicated signaling is RRC dedicated signaling, the feedback information may be:
according to the foregoing description of the RRC dedicated signaling, the RRC dedicated signaling in this application embodiment may have different definitions based on different situations, so in this embodiment, after receiving the RRC signaling, the network device first obtains the carried indication information from the RRC dedicated signaling;
wherein, what can be carried in the RRC signaling includes: requesting the network equipment to send one or more of a mode indication of the positioning auxiliary information, a positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information requested by the terminal equipment and an information type of the positioning auxiliary information in a special signaling mode; correspondingly, aiming at the indication information carried in the RRC dedicated signaling, the network equipment generates feedback information corresponding to the indication information; for example:
the RRC dedicated signaling includes both a positioning type and an information type, and when the corresponding network device generates the feedback information, the corresponding feedback information carries the positioning assistance information corresponding to the positioning type and the information type;

Of course, if the positioning type and the information type of the positioning assistance information are both matched with those requested by the terminal device, the related information may also be sent in a simplified manner, that is, the related information includes: indication information indicating whether the network device is determined to be capable of providing the positioning assistance information and positioning assistance information requested by a terminal device.
In this embodiment, if the network device has the positioning assistance information requested by the terminal device, and only the positioning type and/or the information type of the positioning assistance information are not the same as those requested by the terminal device, the network device may, when feeding back the related information of the positioning assistance information:
the related information of the positioning assistance information includes: a location type of location assistance information that the network device is capable of providing; information types of positioning assistance information that the network device is capable of providing; and positioning assistance information corresponding to the positioning type and the information type; in order to meet the requirements of the terminal device as much as possible, in this embodiment, if the positioning types and information types that can be provided by the network device include multiple types, the terminal device may be provided with the positioning assistance information of multiple positioning types and information types correspondingly.
For different manners of determining the feedback information after the network device receives the RRC dedicated signaling, the implementation manner of acquiring the positioning assistance information from the feedback information after the corresponding terminal device receives the feedback information may be:
if the network equipment can provide the positioning auxiliary information according to the information indication included in the feedback information;
obtaining the positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information which can be provided by the network equipment from the feedback information; information types of positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; and the positioning assistance information.
The positioning type and the information type indicate that the network equipment obtains the positioning auxiliary information meeting the requirements of the terminal equipment in a specified mode; further, after the positioning assistance information meeting the requirement is obtained, the network device needs to send the positioning assistance information to the terminal device in a certain manner, and in this embodiment, the network device may select the same manner as that in the prior art to send the positioning assistance information; however, since the terminal device may still not obtain the positioning assistance information in the prior art (LPP message or system message), after receiving the dedicated signaling requesting the positioning assistance information, the method may instruct to determine to select the dedicated signaling method for sending the positioning assistance information to the terminal device. Therefore, the probability of receiving the positioning auxiliary information by the terminal equipment is improved.
In this embodiment, the network device may generate the positioning assistance information meeting the requirement based on the requirement requested in the dedicated signaling requesting the positioning assistance information, thereby enabling to improve the efficiency of information interaction between the terminal device and the network device, and to provide the positioning assistance information most suitable for the terminal device, improving the efficiency of processing the positioning assistance information by the terminal device.
Based on the content of the feedback information, in this embodiment, if the network device may send one RRC signaling when sending the feedback information, or send multiple RRC signaling to send the related information of the positioning assistance information to the terminal device; for example:
for the situation that the network device has no positioning assistance information, an RRC dedicated signaling may be sent, where the signaling includes indication information for indicating that the network device has no positioning assistance information requested by the terminal device;
for the case that the network device has the positioning assistance information, the network device may send one or more RRC dedicated signaling to carry the related information of the positioning assistance information. For example: if the condition is one, the information is indicated, and the positioning type of the auxiliary information is positioned; the information type of the positioning assistance information; and said positioning assistance information is encapsulated in an RRC dedicated signaling; the case of using multiple strips may then be: the information indication is encapsulated in one RRC dedicated signaling, other information is encapsulated in one or more pieces of RRC dedicated signaling, for the implementation, the terminal device can determine whether the network device includes the required positioning assistance information after resolving the RRC dedicated signaling including the information indication, if so, the network device further detects and receives the information, and if not, the positioning assistance information is acquired through decision selection in other modes.
In the method provided in the foregoing embodiment, based on the difference of the dedicated signaling, the network device correspondingly implementing the method is also different, and if the dedicated signaling is an LLP signaling, the network device correspondingly performing network side information processing is a location server; and if the special signaling is RRC special signaling, the network equipment for processing the network side information is the base station.
Aiming at the specific scene that the terminal equipment cannot acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the prior art, the method of the embodiment of the application provides that the terminal equipment actively sends a special signaling to the network equipment to acquire the positioning auxiliary information, so that the terminal equipment in the NR system can acquire the positioning auxiliary information which can be provided by the network side (or is required by the terminal equipment) in time.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal device 300 for transmitting positioning assistance information, the device includes a processor 301 and a memory 302, the memory 302 is configured to store a program executable by the processor 301, and the processor 301 is configured to read the program in the memory 302 and perform the following steps:
if the terminal equipment in the radio resource control RRC connection state is in the active partial bandwidth transmission BWP, the positioning auxiliary information is not acquired; or the terminal device does not acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the system message;
And sending a special signaling to the network equipment for requesting to acquire the positioning auxiliary information.
In one possible implementation, the dedicated signaling is long term evolution positioning protocol, LPP, signaling or RRC dedicated signaling with message type requestassistence data.
In a possible implementation manner, the dedicated signaling is RRC dedicated signaling, and the RRC dedicated signaling carries one or a combination of multiple types of a mode indication requesting the network device to send the positioning assistance information in a dedicated signaling mode, a positioning type of the positioning assistance information requested to be obtained, or an information type of the positioning assistance information.
In a possible implementation manner, the processor 301 is specifically configured to receive feedback information sent by a network device; and acquiring the positioning auxiliary information from the feedback information.
In a possible implementation manner, if the feedback information is RRC dedicated signaling, the processor 301 is specifically configured to determine that the network device can provide the positioning assistance information according to an information indication included in the feedback information; obtaining the positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information which can be provided by the network equipment from the feedback information; information types of positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; and requesting the acquired positioning assistance information.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal device 400 for transmitting positioning assistance information, where the device includes a processor 401 and a memory 402, the memory 402 is configured to store a program executable by the processor 401, and the processor 401 is configured to read the program in the memory 402 and perform the following steps:
receiving a special signaling which is sent by terminal equipment and used for requesting to acquire positioning auxiliary information; the dedicated signaling indicates that the terminal device does not acquire positioning assistance information on active part bandwidth transmission (BWP) when the terminal device is in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected state; or the terminal device does not acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the system message;
and sending the relevant information of the positioning auxiliary information to the terminal equipment.
In one possible implementation, the dedicated signaling is long term evolution positioning protocol (LPP) signaling or RRC dedicated signaling with a message type of requestassistance data.
In one possible implementation, the dedicated signaling is RRC dedicated signaling; further comprising:
the processor 401 is configured to obtain, from the RRC dedicated signaling, one or more of a mode indication that the terminal device requests the network device to send the positioning assistance information in a dedicated signaling mode, a positioning type of the positioning assistance information requested by the terminal device, or an information type of the positioning assistance information; and generating information related to the positioning assistance information based on the mode indication, the positioning type or the information type.
In a possible implementation manner, the related information of the positioning assistance information includes indication information indicating whether the network device is determined to be capable of providing the positioning assistance information, and a positioning type of the positioning assistance information that the network device is capable of providing; the type of information of the positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; and the positioning assistance information.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides another apparatus for transmitting positioning assistance information, including:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for determining that the terminal equipment in the radio resource control RRC connection state is not acquiring the positioning auxiliary information on the active part bandwidth transmission BWP; or the terminal device does not acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the system message;
a sending unit, configured to send a dedicated signaling to the network device, to request to acquire the positioning assistance information.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides another apparatus for transmitting positioning assistance information, including:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a dedicated signaling sent by a terminal device and used for requesting to acquire positioning assistance information; the dedicated signaling indicates that the terminal device does not acquire positioning assistance information on active part bandwidth transmission (BWP) when the terminal device is in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected state; or the terminal device does not acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the system message;
A sending unit, configured to send information related to the positioning assistance information to the terminal device.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for transmitting positioning assistance information according to any one of the embodiments in fig. 2.
In combination with the method to be implemented by the terminal device, fig. 5 in the embodiment of the present application illustrates a simplified structural diagram of the terminal device. For easy understanding and illustration, in fig. 5, the terminal device is exemplified by a mobile phone. As shown in fig. 5, the terminal device includes a processor, a memory, a radio frequency circuit, an antenna, and an input-output device. The processor is mainly used for processing communication protocols and communication data, controlling the terminal equipment, executing software programs, processing data of the software programs and the like. The memory is used primarily for storing software programs and data. The radio frequency circuit is mainly used for converting baseband signals and radio frequency signals and processing the radio frequency signals. The antenna is mainly used for receiving and transmitting radio frequency signals in the form of electromagnetic waves. Input and output devices, such as touch screens, display screens, keyboards, etc., are used primarily for receiving data input by a user and for outputting data to the user. It should be noted that some kinds of terminal devices may not have input/output devices.
When data needs to be sent, the processor carries out baseband processing on the data to be sent and then outputs baseband signals to the radio frequency circuit, and the radio frequency circuit carries out radio frequency processing on the baseband signals and then sends the radio frequency signals to the outside in an electromagnetic wave mode through the antenna. When data is sent to the terminal equipment, the radio frequency circuit receives radio frequency signals through the antenna, converts the radio frequency signals into baseband signals and outputs the baseband signals to the processor, and the processor converts the baseband signals into the data and processes the data. For ease of illustration, only one memory and processor are shown in FIG. 5. In an actual end device product, there may be one or more processors and one or more memories. The memory may also be referred to as a storage medium or a storage device, etc. The memory may be provided independently of the processor, or may be integrated with the processor, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the embodiment of the present application, the antenna and the radio frequency circuit having the transceiving function may be regarded as a transceiving unit of the terminal device, and the processor having the processing function may be regarded as a processing unit of the terminal device. As shown in fig. 5, the terminal device includes a transceiving unit 510 and a processing unit 520. A transceiver unit may also be referred to as a transceiver, a transceiving device, etc. A processing unit may also be referred to as a processor, a processing board, a processing module, a processing device, or the like. Optionally, a device used for implementing a receiving function in the transceiver unit 510 may be regarded as a receiving unit, and a device used for implementing a transmitting function in the transceiver unit 510 may be regarded as a transmitting unit, that is, the transceiver unit 510 includes a receiving unit and a transmitting unit. A transceiver unit may also sometimes be referred to as a transceiver, transceiving circuitry, or the like. A receiving unit may also be referred to as a receiver, a receiving circuit, or the like. A transmitting unit may also sometimes be referred to as a transmitter, or a transmitting circuit, etc.
It should be understood that the transceiver unit 510 is configured to perform the transmitting operation and the receiving operation on the terminal device side in the above method embodiments, and the processing unit 520 is configured to perform other operations besides the transceiving operation on the terminal device in the above method embodiments.
For example, in one implementation, the transceiver unit 510 is configured to perform a receiving operation on the terminal device side in step 201 in fig. 2, and/or the transceiver unit 510 is further configured to perform other transceiving steps on the terminal device side in the embodiment of the present application. Processing unit 520 is configured to perform step 202 in fig. 2, and/or processing unit 520 is further configured to perform other processing steps on the terminal device side in the embodiment of the present application.
When the communication device is a chip-like device or circuit, the device may comprise a transceiver unit and a processing unit. The transceiver unit may be an input/output circuit and/or a communication interface; the processing unit is an integrated processor or microprocessor or integrated circuit.
When the apparatus in this embodiment is a network device, the network device may be as shown in fig. 6, where the apparatus 600 includes one or more radio frequency units, such as a Remote Radio Unit (RRU) 610 and one or more baseband units (BBUs) (which may also be referred to as digital units, DUs) 620. The RRU610 may be referred to as a transceiver module, which may also be referred to as a transceiver, a transceiver circuit, or a transceiver, etc., and may include at least one antenna 611 and a radio frequency unit 612. The RRU610 is mainly used for transceiving radio frequency signals and converting the radio frequency signals and baseband signals, for example, for sending indication information to a terminal device. The BBU 620 is mainly used for performing baseband processing, controlling a base station, and the like. The RRU610 and the BBU 620 may be physically disposed together or may be physically disposed separately, i.e., distributed base stations.
The BBU620 is a control center of the base station, and may also be referred to as a processing module, and is mainly used for performing baseband processing functions, such as channel coding, multiplexing, modulation, spreading, and the like. For example, the BBU (processing module) may be configured to control the base station to perform an operation procedure related to the network device in the foregoing method embodiment, for example, to generate the foregoing indication information.
In an example, the BBU620 may be formed by one or more boards, and the boards may collectively support a radio access network of a single access system (e.g., an LTE network), or may respectively support radio access networks of different access systems (e.g., an LTE network, a 5G network, or other networks). The BBU620 also includes a memory 621 and a processor 622. The memory 621 is used for storing necessary instructions and data. The processor 622 is configured to control the base station to perform necessary actions, for example, to control the base station to perform the operation flow of fig. 2 regarding the network device in the above-described method embodiment. The memory 621 and the processor 622 may serve one or more boards. That is, the memory and processor may be provided separately on each board. Multiple boards may share the same memory and processor. In addition, each single board can be provided with necessary circuits.
In this solution, the manner in which the terminal device and the network device implement information transmission is consistent with various possible implementation manners proposed in the first aspect, and details are not described here.
It should be understood that the Processor mentioned in the embodiments of the present invention may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, a discrete hardware component, and the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
It will also be appreciated that the memory referred to in this embodiment of the invention may be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The non-volatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Volatile Memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache Memory. By way of example, but not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static random access memory (Static RAM, SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic random access memory (Synchronous DRAM, SDRAM), Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic random access memory (DDR SDRAM), Enhanced Synchronous SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous link SDRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct Rambus RAM (DR RAM).
It should be noted that when the processor is a general-purpose processor, a DSP, an ASIC, an FPGA or other programmable logic device, a discrete gate or transistor logic device, or a discrete hardware component, the memory (memory module) is integrated in the processor.
It should be noted that the memory described herein is intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
It should also be understood that reference herein to first, second, third, fourth, and various numerical numbering is merely for convenience of description and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
It should be understood that the term "and/or" herein is only one kind of association relationship describing the association object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, and may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
It should be understood that, in the various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of the processes should be determined by their functions and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.

if the terminal equipment in the radio resource control RRC connection state is in the active partial bandwidth transmission BWP, the positioning auxiliary information is not acquired; or the terminal device does not acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the system message;
sending RRC dedicated signaling to the network equipment for requesting to acquire the positioning auxiliary information; the RRC dedicated signaling carries indication information for requesting the network equipment to provide positioning auxiliary information, a mode indication for requesting the network equipment to send the positioning auxiliary information in a dedicated signaling mode, a positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information requested to be acquired or a combination of one or more of information types of the positioning auxiliary information;
Receiving feedback information sent by network equipment;
if the network equipment can provide the positioning auxiliary information according to the information indication included in the feedback information, acquiring the positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information which can be provided by the network equipment from the feedback information; information types of positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; and the positioning assistance information.
2. A method of transmitting positioning assistance information, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that network equipment receives RRC dedicated signaling which is sent by terminal equipment and used for requesting to acquire positioning auxiliary information; the RRC dedicated signaling indicates that the terminal equipment does not acquire positioning auxiliary information on the active part bandwidth transmission BWP when the terminal equipment is in a radio resource control RRC connected state; or the terminal device does not acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the system message;
acquiring one or more of a mode indication that the terminal equipment requests the network equipment to send the positioning auxiliary information in a special signaling mode, a positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information requested by the terminal equipment or an information type of the positioning auxiliary information from the RRC special signaling;
generating related information of the positioning assistance information based on the mode indication, the positioning type or the information type; wherein, the related information of the positioning assistance information includes indication information indicating whether the network device can provide the positioning assistance information or not, and a positioning type of the positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; information types of positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; and the positioning assistance information;
And the network equipment sends the relevant information of the positioning auxiliary information to the terminal equipment.
3. A terminal device for transmitting positioning assistance information, the device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing a program executable by the processor, the processor being configured to read the program from the memory and to perform the following steps:
if the terminal equipment in the radio resource control RRC connection state is in the active partial bandwidth transmission BWP, the positioning auxiliary information is not acquired; or the terminal device does not acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the system message;
sending RRC dedicated signaling to the network equipment for requesting to acquire the positioning auxiliary information; the RRC dedicated signaling carries one or more combinations of a mode indication for requesting the network equipment to send the positioning auxiliary information in a dedicated signaling mode, a positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information requested to be acquired, or an information type of the positioning auxiliary information;
receiving feedback information sent by network equipment, and if the network equipment can provide the positioning auxiliary information according to information indication included in the feedback information; obtaining the positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information which can be provided by the network equipment from the feedback information; information types of positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; and requesting the acquired positioning assistance information.
4. A network device for transmitting positioning assistance information, the device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing a program executable by the processor, the processor being configured to read the program from the memory and perform the steps of:
receiving RRC dedicated signaling sent by terminal equipment and used for requesting to acquire positioning auxiliary information; the RRC dedicated signaling indicates that the terminal equipment does not acquire positioning auxiliary information on the active part bandwidth transmission BWP when the terminal equipment is in a radio resource control RRC connected state; or the terminal device does not acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the system message;
acquiring one or more of a mode indication that the terminal equipment requests the network equipment to send the positioning auxiliary information in a special signaling mode, a positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information requested by the terminal equipment or an information type of the positioning auxiliary information from the RRC special signaling; generating related information of the positioning auxiliary information based on the mode indication, the positioning type or the information type; the related information of the positioning assistance information comprises indication information indicating whether the network equipment can provide the positioning assistance information or not and a positioning type of the positioning assistance information which can be provided by the network equipment; information types of positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; and the positioning assistance information;
And sending the relevant information of the positioning auxiliary information to the terminal equipment.
5. An apparatus for transmitting positioning assistance information, comprising:
the acquiring unit is used for not acquiring the positioning auxiliary information if the terminal equipment in the radio resource control RRC connection state is on the active partial bandwidth transmission BWP; or the terminal device does not acquire the positioning auxiliary information in the system message;
a sending unit, configured to send an RRC dedicated signaling to a network device, for requesting to acquire positioning assistance information; the RRC dedicated signaling carries indication information for requesting the network equipment to provide positioning auxiliary information, a mode indication for requesting the network equipment to send the positioning auxiliary information in a dedicated signaling mode, a positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information requested to be acquired or a combination of one or more of information types of the positioning auxiliary information;
the obtaining unit is further configured to receive feedback information sent by a network device, and if it is determined that the network device can provide the positioning assistance information according to an information indication included in the feedback information, obtain, from the feedback information, a positioning type of the positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; information types of positioning assistance information that the network device can provide; and the positioning assistance information.
6. An apparatus for transmitting positioning assistance information, comprising:

A sending unit, configured to send the relevant information of the positioning assistance information to the terminal device.
