In an embodiment, the server 21 included in the data acquisition system of the vehicle-mounted terminal provided in this embodiment may be configured to, when receiving the update query request sent by the mobile terminal 22 and acquiring the latest data update package information corresponding to the model of the vehicle-mounted terminal 23, send the update package identification information in the data update package information to the mobile terminal 22, and after receiving a download request sent by the mobile terminal 22 when acquiring that the data update package information is not included in the mobile terminal 22 according to the update package identification information, send the data update package information to the mobile terminal 22.
In an embodiment, the data acquiring system of the vehicle-mounted terminal provided in this embodiment may further include a control information receiving device, where the control information receiving device may be connected to the vehicle-mounted terminal 23 and other devices on the vehicle, and is configured to transmit the control information to a corresponding device on the vehicle when receiving the control information sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal 23, so as to implement corresponding control of the device by the vehicle-mounted terminal 23.
In one embodiment, the control information receiving device may also establish a wired or wireless connection with the mobile terminal 22. The control information receiving device may also be configured to, when receiving the control information sent by the mobile terminal 22 after entering the vehicle-mounted simulation mode, transmit the control information to a corresponding device on the vehicle to implement corresponding control of the device by the vehicle-mounted terminal 23.
In an embodiment, for specific implementation and beneficial effects of the data acquisition system of the vehicle-mounted terminal provided in this embodiment, reference may be made to the data acquisition method of the vehicle-mounted terminal 23 provided in the first embodiment of the present invention, which will not be described herein again.
The data acquisition system of the in-vehicle terminal according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a mobile terminal 22 and an in-vehicle terminal 23. The mobile terminal 22 is configured to receive data update package information corresponding to the model of the associated vehicle-mounted terminal 23, where the data update package information includes update package identification information, and the data update package information is sent by the server 21. The vehicle-mounted terminal 23 is configured to establish a connection with the mobile terminal 22 in a near field communication manner, and receive data update package information sent by the mobile terminal 22 when the update package identification information in the mobile terminal 22 is not included, and perform an update operation according to the data update package information. Therefore, in the data acquisition system of the vehicle-mounted terminal provided in this embodiment, the mobile terminal 22 can acquire the data update package information of the vehicle-mounted terminal 23 from the server 21, and after the mobile terminal 22 establishes a communication connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal 23, and when the vehicle-mounted terminal 23 acquires that it has not performed an update operation according to the data update package information, the vehicle-mounted terminal 23 can receive the data update package information sent by the mobile terminal 22 and perform an update operation according to the data update package information, so the data acquisition system of the vehicle-mounted terminal provided in this embodiment can provide a simple and convenient data acquisition manner of the vehicle-mounted terminal to achieve the purpose that the vehicle-mounted terminal 23 can complete update or upgrade without connecting a network, and further can improve the user experience when using the vehicle-mounted terminal 23.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A data acquisition method of a vehicle-mounted terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the mobile terminal receives data updating packet information which is sent by a server and corresponds to the model of the associated vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the data updating packet information comprises updating packet identification information;
the mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal are connected in a close-range communication mode;
when the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires that the vehicle-mounted terminal does not include the update package identification information in the mobile terminal, receiving the data update package information sent by the mobile terminal;
and the vehicle-mounted terminal performs updating operation according to the data updating packet information.
2. The data acquisition method for the in-vehicle terminal according to claim 1, wherein the step of the mobile terminal receiving the data update package information corresponding to the model of the associated in-vehicle terminal sent by the server includes:
the mobile terminal sends an updating query request to the server, wherein the updating query request comprises the model of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
the server receives the updating query request and acquires the latest data updating package information corresponding to the model of the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the server sends the updating package identification information in the data updating package information to the mobile terminal;
when the mobile terminal acquires that the mobile terminal does not include the data updating package information according to the updating package identification information, sending a downloading request to the server, wherein the downloading request includes the updating package identification information;
after receiving the downloading request, the server sends the data updating package information to the mobile terminal;
and the mobile terminal stores the data updating packet information.
3. The data acquisition method of the in-vehicle terminal according to claim 1, wherein the step of establishing the connection between the mobile terminal and the in-vehicle terminal in a near field communication manner includes:
and after the mobile terminal acquires the Bluetooth connection information in the NFC module of the vehicle-mounted terminal through the NFC technology, the mobile terminal automatically establishes Bluetooth connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal.
4. The data acquisition method of the in-vehicle terminal according to claim 1, wherein the step of updating by the in-vehicle terminal according to the data update package information includes:
and after the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires that the current time accords with a preset idle time updating time period and/or receives a confirmation updating instruction, updating according to the data updating packet information.
5. The data acquisition method for the in-vehicle terminal according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing the update operation by the in-vehicle terminal according to the data update package information is preceded by:
the vehicle-mounted terminal sends system synchronization information to the mobile terminal, wherein the system synchronization information comprises identification information of a vehicle-mounted system and/or installation data packet information of the vehicle-mounted system;
the mobile terminal is installed according to the system synchronization information;
and when the mobile terminal enters a vehicle-mounted simulation mode, responding according to the vehicle-mounted system.
6. The data acquisition method of the in-vehicle terminal according to claim 5, wherein the mobile terminal, after the step of responding according to the in-vehicle system when entering the in-vehicle simulation mode, comprises:
and the mobile terminal sends the display data corresponding to the vehicle-mounted system to the vehicle-mounted terminal so that a display screen of the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the display data.

The data acquisition method of the vehicle-mounted terminal according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the data update package information sent by the mobile terminal when the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires that the vehicle-mounted terminal does not include the update package identification information in the mobile terminal includes:
the vehicle-mounted terminal judges whether the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises the update package identification information in the mobile terminal;
if the vehicle-mounted terminal does not obtain the updating packet identification information in the mobile terminal, receiving the data updating packet information sent by the mobile terminal;
and if the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires that the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises the update package identification information in the mobile terminal, receiving the data update package information sent by the mobile terminal when application fault information is detected.
8. A data acquisition system of a vehicle-mounted terminal is characterized by comprising:
the mobile terminal is used for receiving data updating packet information which is sent by the server and corresponds to the model of the associated vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the data updating packet information comprises updating packet identification information;
the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for establishing connection with the mobile terminal in a near field communication mode, receiving the data updating package information sent by the mobile terminal when the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires that the vehicle-mounted terminal does not include the updating package identification information in the mobile terminal, and performing updating operation according to the data updating package information.
9. The data acquisition system of the in-vehicle terminal according to claim 8,
the server is used for sending the update package identification information in the data update package information to the mobile terminal when an update inquiry request sent by the mobile terminal is received and the latest data update package information corresponding to the model of the vehicle-mounted terminal is obtained, and
and after receiving a downloading request sent by the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal acquires that the mobile terminal does not include the data updating package information according to the updating package identification information, sending the data updating package information to the mobile terminal.
10. The data acquisition system of the in-vehicle terminal according to claim 8, wherein the in-vehicle terminal includes an NFC module, and the NFC module includes bluetooth connection information therein;
the mobile terminal is further used for automatically establishing Bluetooth connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal after the Bluetooth connection information in the NFC module of the vehicle-mounted terminal is acquired through the NFC technology.
