In order to ensure the stability and sealing performance of the cover of the electronic device, it is generally required that the dispensing amount is uniformly distributed in the dispensing process, and the glue path formed by dispensing is closed like a rail, so as to form a so-called "glue path rail". In the prior art, whether the glue dispensing path is continuous and uniform or not and whether a breakpoint exists or not are often judged in a mode of observing by human eyes of workers. It is obvious that the above method requires a lot of manpower, is inefficient, and has difficulty in ensuring accuracy.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Summary of the application
In order to ensure the stability and sealing performance of the cover closing of the electronic device, it is generally required that the dispensing amount is uniformly distributed in a proper amount in the dispensing process, and the glue path formed by dispensing is closed like a rail, so as to form a so-called "glue path rail". Therefore, after bonding, the upper cover and the lower cover of the electronic equipment can be completely sealed without gaps, and no glue is dispensed and does not overflow. That is to say, under the process requirement, the glue path fence for dispensing must be completely closed, and no break point can exist.
Exemplary method
Therefore, embodiments of the present invention provide a method for detecting a glue line, so as to at least solve the above technical problems in the prior art. As shown in fig. 1, the method in this embodiment includes the following steps:
The sample to be tested can be an upper cover or a lower cover of electronic equipment (such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like). At the beginning of the test, the sample to be tested is usually already placed on the test bench. And the edge profile of the sample to be detected is injected into a glue dispensing path by using a glue dispensing process.
As shown in fig. 2, the cross-sectional configuration of the sample to be tested is shown when it is placed on the test station. It can be seen that the edge profile of the sample to be tested has a specific height. And the thickness of the glue will also be superimposed on the height of the edge profile. It will be appreciated that if there is a break point in the dispensing path, the absence of dispensing or insufficient dispensing thickness at the break point will result in a relatively low height of the edge profile at that location, thereby forming a "concave" shape at that location. In this embodiment, the "concave" shape can be used as the basis for determining the breaking point of the dispensing path. Alternatively, if the dispensing is performed for a translucent spot, a "translucent shadow" may be formed in the contour projection because part of the light may pass through. Therefore, in this embodiment, it can be determined whether the glue amount distribution on the glue dispensing path is uniform and proper based on the shape of the translucent shadow.
In fig. 2, there is an illumination assembly above the test station. And an illumination scheme can be formulated according to the shape characteristics of the sample to be detected. The illumination scheme is used for determining the direction and the angle of light emitted by the illumination assembly, so that after the edge profile of the sample to be measured is irradiated by the light, a profile projection with a more ideal effect can be formed. It will be appreciated that the shape of the projection embodied in the projection of the contour reflects the height graduation of the edge contour. If there is a "concave" shape of the edge profile caused by the break point of the dispensing path, it will also be reflected in the projection shape.
In this embodiment, through the arrangement of the illumination scheme, the light emitted by the illumination assembly is illuminated from the inside of the edge profile of the sample to be measured, so that a profile projection is formed on the periphery of the edge profile. The periphery of the edge profile of the sample to be tested is the test bench 'desktop'. The test stand is generally flat and free of other layout considerations. Therefore, the projection shape can be observed on the test bench more easily and clearly than the interior of the sample to be tested, in which the electronic components are densely distributed. The embodiment realizes the formation of contour projection at the periphery of the edge contour through an illumination scheme, and is more favorable for the detection of the glue path.
102, carrying out image acquisition on the contour projection to obtain a corresponding image to be analyzed; the projection shape of the contour projection is included in the image to be analyzed.
It can be seen in fig. 2 that there is also a camera above the lighting assembly. After the contour projection is formed at the periphery of the edge contour, a camera can be used for shooting the region of the contour projection to obtain an image to be analyzed. It is clear that the projected shape of the contour projection is included in the image to be analyzed.
And 103, determining and outputting a detection result corresponding to the dispensing path of the edge profile of the sample to be detected based on an image analysis result of the projection shape in the image to be analyzed.
In this embodiment, automatic glue path detection is implemented based on an image analysis technology. Specifically, the projection shape in the image to be analyzed can be identified by a specific image analysis model. I.e., to determine whether the "concave" shape or the "translucent shadow" state described above is included in the projected shape. If the 'concave' shape exists, the 'concave' position can be regarded as a breakpoint of the glue dispensing path, and therefore the breakpoint position of the glue dispensing path on the edge outline is determined. Otherwise, if the 'concave' shape does not exist, the glue dispensing path is considered to have no breakpoint, and the detection of the sample to be detected is determined to be qualified. Or if the thickness of the semi-transparent shadow is uniform, the glue amount on the glue dispensing path is considered to be uniformly distributed and proper, and the detection of the sample to be detected is determined to be qualified; otherwise, determining the product as unqualified.
It should be noted that the "image analysis technique" involved in this step is not specifically limited, and any related technique capable of achieving the same or similar effect may be combined in the overall technical solution of this embodiment. Generally, an image analysis model may be constructed based on a neural network to achieve the image analysis required for this step. A specific analysis model is obtained, for example, based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) training. An attention mechanism can be further combined in the CNN network model, so that analysis for 'depression' or 'semi-transparent shadow' in the projection shape is realized, and an image analysis result is obtained.
It should be further noted that the above image analysis process can be completed on a host computer for performing glue line detection on site; the analysis can also be finished on a remote server, and the remote server receives the image to be analyzed through the network and returns the image analysis result. This is not limited in this embodiment.
According to the technical scheme, the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows: by carrying out image analysis on an image to be analyzed, automatic glue path detection is realized, and the technical problems of manpower consumption, low efficiency and poor accuracy of manual detection in the prior art are solved; thereby improving the detection efficiency and accuracy.
Fig. 1 shows only a basic embodiment of the method of the present invention, and based on this, certain optimization and expansion can be performed, and other preferred embodiments of the method can also be obtained.
Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of the method for detecting a glue line according to the present invention. The present embodiment further describes the specific content of determining the illumination scheme on the basis of the foregoing embodiments. Before the method in this embodiment irradiates the edge profile of the sample to be measured according to the predetermined illumination scheme, the method further includes:
In this embodiment, the illumination scheme will be determined according to the shape of the edge profile. That is to say, the angle and direction of illumination can be set in a targeted manner according to the specific shape of the edge profile, so that illumination with uniform brightness and nearly vertical angle can be obtained at each position on the edge profile. Therefore, after the edge contour is irradiated by the light, contour projection with more ideal effect can be formed; the projection shape of the contour projection can reflect the height distribution of the edge contour more clearly and accurately. Therefore, if the edge contour has a concave shape caused by the breakpoint of the dispensing glue path, the projection shape can be embodied more accurately; and the projection shape can also accurately reflect the position of the 'concave' shape so as to find the breakpoint of the dispensing glue path on the edge contour.
The lighting assembly in this embodiment may comprise a plurality of independently controllable lighting units. Then, it is determined that the lighting scheme may specifically be: and determining that each light-emitting unit in the lighting assembly is turned on or off in the lighting process according to the shape of the edge profile of the sample to be detected. Namely, the lighting unit with proper position is selected to illuminate, so that the effect of setting the angle and the direction of illumination is achieved. The specific setting process of starting or closing each light-emitting unit can be manually set by a worker according to experience; the shape of the edge profile may also be analyzed according to a preset program, so as to complete the setting automatically, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In addition, in this embodiment, the light emitting path of each turned-on light emitting unit may also be determined. Therefore, more accurate light control is realized, namely, the angle and the direction of illumination are more accurately adjusted, and meanwhile, the light rays emitted by each light-emitting unit are prevented from being influenced mutually. Determining the light emitting path of each turned-on light emitting unit includes: and determining the light-emitting light path of each started light-emitting unit by using the light path control component. The optical path control component may specifically be: apertures, blocking structures and/or optical fibers. But may be any other structure capable of altering or affecting the propagation of the optical path. This is not limited in this embodiment, and any effective optical path control component can be combined in the technical solution of this embodiment.
And step 302, determining the illumination height and position of the illumination assembly according to the placement position of the sample to be measured.
In this embodiment, the illumination height and position of the lighting assembly can also be determined in combination with the actual situation. By reducing the illumination height of the illumination assembly to a certain extent, the illumination angle of the light to the edge profile can be smaller, and the area of the profile projection is larger. Obviously, the contour projection with larger area is more favorable for image analysis, and is convenient for accurately identifying and detecting the dispensing glue path. The illumination position of the illumination assembly is adjusted, so that the illumination assembly can be spatially aligned to a sample to be tested placed on the test bench, and the expected illumination effect of the illumination scheme can be fully embodied; the conditions that the sample to be detected cannot be irradiated or the illumination angle and direction deviate and the like are avoided.

The apparatus of this embodiment is a physical apparatus for performing the method described in fig. 1 to 3. The technical solution is essentially the same as that in the above embodiment, and the corresponding description in the above embodiment is also applicable to this embodiment. The device in this embodiment includes:
the illumination module 401 is configured to illuminate the edge profile of the sample to be measured according to a predetermined illumination scheme, so as to form a profile projection on the periphery of the edge profile of the sample to be measured; the edge profile of the sample to be detected comprises a glue dispensing path.

In addition, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, it is preferable that:
and an illumination scheme determining module 404, configured to determine an illumination scheme according to the shape of the edge profile of the sample to be detected.
The illumination scheme determination module 404 includes:
and the light-emitting unit determining unit 441 is used for determining that each light-emitting unit in the lighting assembly is turned on or off in the lighting process according to the shape of the edge profile of the sample to be tested.

The determining of the light emitting path of each of the turned-on light emitting units includes: determining a light emitting optical path of each of the turned-on light emitting units by using an optical path control component; the light path control component comprises an aperture, a shielding structure and/or an optical fiber.
An adjusting unit 443, configured to determine an illumination height and a position of the illumination assembly according to the placement position of the sample to be tested.
Exemplary device
Fig. 5 shows a specific embodiment of the detection apparatus for glue paths according to the present invention. The equipment in this embodiment, that is, the method described in fig. 1 to 3, is a hardware equipment for completing the glue path detection. The corresponding description in the above embodiments applies equally to this embodiment. In this embodiment, the apparatus specifically includes: an illumination assembly 51, a camera 52 and a processor 53.
The illumination assembly 51 includes a plurality of light emitting units 511, and each of the light emitting units 511 can be independently controlled, i.e., independently turned on or off in response to the control of the processor 53, so as to illuminate the edge profile of the sample to be measured, thereby forming a profile projection. Preferably, each light emitting unit 511 may be arranged in a circular arc shape, or each light emitting unit 511 may have an independent angle adjusting function, so as to realize illumination from different angles.
Preferably, the lighting assembly 51 further comprises: the adjustment structure 511. The adjusting structure is used for adjusting the irradiation height and the position of the lighting assembly.
The camera 52 responds to the control of the processor 53 to perform image acquisition on the contour projection of the sample to be analyzed, and obtain a corresponding image to be analyzed.
The processor 53 is configured to determine an illumination scheme, and control the illumination assembly 51 to illuminate based on the illumination scheme; controlling the camera 52 to acquire images to obtain the images to be analyzed; and carrying out image analysis on the image to be analyzed, and determining a detection result corresponding to the dispensing glue path of the edge profile.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the "image analysis technique" related to the processor 53 is not specifically limited, and any related techniques capable of achieving the same or similar effects may be combined in the overall technical solution of this embodiment. Generally, an image analysis model may be constructed based on a neural network to achieve the image analysis required for this step.
In addition, the apparatus in this embodiment further includes: an optical path control component 54.
The light path control component 54 is used for controlling the illumination angle of each of the turned-on light emitting units 511. The optical path control component 54 may specifically include an aperture, a blocking structure, and/or an optical fiber.
Since the light emitting unit 511 is usually a point light source, the irradiation direction of the light is diverged, and the light cannot be irradiated in a specific direction. In the case where there are a large number of light emitting units 511, there is a possibility that the optical path may be disturbed, and the light may not be accurately irradiated to the correct position. The light path control unit 54 is used to solve the above problem and control the illumination angle of each turned-on light emitting unit 511.
In particular, the control principle of the aperture and the light shielding structure for the optical path is similar. The light rays in the 'wrong direction' are shielded by shielding part of the light rays, so that the light rays cannot irradiate the edge outline. But only the light in the 'right direction' irradiates the edge profile to achieve the effect of controlling the light path. The aperture structure can realize the shielding of partial light by controlling the size of the aperture. The shading structure can be arranged at a specific position to realize the shading of partial light. The optical fiber can be directly connected with the light emitting unit 511, and the optical fiber can directly complete the light conduction, control the propagation direction thereof, and enable the light to irradiate the edge profile from the correct direction.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a glue path detection device with a light shielding structure. As can be seen from fig. 6, the light shielding structure 60 shields a part of light, and avoids forming a contour projection inside the edge contour, thereby avoiding the influence of the contour projection inside on the glue path detection. Of course, fig. 6 illustrates just one exemplary scenario. In practical application, the size of the aperture and the shape and position of the light shielding structure can be set according to specific conditions. This embodiment is not limited.
