6. A copyright risk detection and management method for audio-visual programs is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, recording audio-visual program data: calling a copyright input module to input copyright information of the audiovisual program, wherein the copyright information comprises copyright basic information and copyright chain information; calling a certification data entry module to enter a certification file of the copyright information of the audio-visual program, wherein the certification file comprises an original author certification file, a shooting party certification file, a making party certification file, an issuing party certification file, a copyright certification information file and a certification file of each chain in a copyright chain;
and step two, machine auditing: calling a machine auditing module to detect logic errors existing in the copyright information and the processing condition of the certification file by image processing software;
step three, carrying out manual examination: calling a manual auditing module to manually audit copyright information and a certification file of the audiovisual program and a processing result of a machine auditing module;
step four, processing the auditing result: selecting whether the copyright of the audio-visual program passes the audit or not, if the copyright information does not pass the audit, generating an audit report, turning to the first step, and returning the copyright information to the partner for re-audit; if the verification is passed, storing the passed copyright information;
and fifthly, when the checking request exists, calling an audit display module to display the audit result in the mode of the audit report and the audit report.

The method for detecting and managing copyright risk of audio-visual programs according to claim 6, wherein the logical errors are detected in a manner of: and labeling and modularizing the input copyright information, respectively regarding the authorization time, the right range and the right property information in the copyright chain as independently existing data in the copyright information, and if data which does not appear in the previous chain appears in the data of the subsequent chain of copyright information, performing logic error prompt on the position corresponding to the data which does not appear.

9. The method for detecting and managing copyright risk of audio-visual programs according to claim 6, wherein the third step further comprises invoking the partner account information module to provide the information belonging to the copyright information to the manual review module.

The method for detecting and managing the copyright risk of the audio-visual program according to claim 9, wherein the copyright entry module is configured with a copyright entry information database, the certification information entry module is configured with a copyright certification file database, the partner account information module is configured with a partner account information database, the machine audit module is configured with a to-be-audited information management database, and the audit display module is configured with an audit passed copyright database;
the copyright basic information comprises Chinese names, English names, main classifications, sub classifications, ages and places of origin; the copyright chain information comprises the start-stop time and the right attribution condition of each chain copyright;
the auditing display module displays the auditing result of the copyright information to the partner through the auditing report, and the auditing display module displays the copyright condition and the auditing condition of the audio-visual program through the auditing report.
