In one possible embodiment, the e-commerce platform is an e-commerce platform that does not qualify for settlement. The third party platform is a platform with settlement qualification and comprises a first data interface with the e-commerce platform, a second data interface with the payment platform and a third data interface with the fund platform.
According to the technical scheme, in the embodiment of the application, the third party platform with settlement qualification can provide secondary settlement service for the resident commercial tenant of the e-commerce platform, so that the secondary settlement process can be supervised, and the safety of the virtual resource of the resident commercial tenant is ensured. The payment platform settles the virtual resources to the virtual resource allocation account of the e-commerce platform, and the e-commerce platform is prohibited to transfer the virtual resources in the virtual resource allocation account, so that the virtual resources in the virtual resource allocation account of the e-commerce platform are prevented from being transferred out by the e-commerce platform, and the safety of the virtual resources of the business registered in the e-commerce platform is ensured. Because the third party platform with settlement qualification provides secondary settlement service for the resident merchant, but not the e-commerce platform provides secondary settlement service for the resident merchant, the authenticity of the transaction information provided by the third party platform is ensured, and the risks of counterfeit e-commerce platform, altered transaction information and the like do not exist. The payment service can be provided for the e-commerce platform without settlement qualification, and the e-commerce platform and the resident merchant open the account number on the service side equipment to complete transaction payment and ensure the safety of virtual resources.
In the above embodiment, the third-party platform may be referred to as a service-side device, the data object is a consumption object selected by the user when consuming, such as a commodity object, a service, and the like in the e-commerce platform, and the target data object is a consumption object selected by the user when consuming currently, such as a currently purchased commodity or commodity information.
The resource information of the target data object may include resources that need to be paid when the user acquires the target data object, such as a commodity price when purchasing a commodity or an amount of money to be paid.
In the above embodiment, the virtual resource may be payment funds, the virtual resource allocation account may be an account to be split, the virtual resource proportion information may be a split proportion, the first sub-virtual resource may be funds split by the e-commerce platform, and the second sub-virtual resource may be funds split by the target resident merchant. The withdrawal instruction may be a cash withdrawal instruction, the withdrawal target account may be a cash withdrawal target account, and the withdrawal virtual resource may be a cash withdrawal amount.
The following describes the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application with reference to a specific application scenario.
Referring to fig. 2A, the operation modes provided by the e-commerce platform may include a self-operation mode and a merchant parking mode. Aiming at a merchant entrance mode, the E-business platform can be accessed to a plurality of entrance merchants, a user (such as a consumer) can choose commodities of the entrance merchants, the user pays through a payment platform (such as a payment mechanism), the payment platform settles transaction amount to a bank settlement account of the E-business platform, and the E-business platform needs to settle the amount in the bank settlement account to the entrance merchants, so that the funds of the entrance merchants of the E-business platform are settled for the second time. Aiming at the self-operated mode, the user can select and purchase the commodity of the E-commerce platform, the user pays by the payment platform, the transaction amount is settled to the bank settlement account of the E-commerce platform by the payment platform, and the E-commerce platform does not need to settle the amount to the resident merchant, so that the secondary settlement of the funds of the resident merchant is not involved.
Aiming at the application scene of the merchant entrance mode, secondary settlement needs to be carried out on the funds of the business entrants of the e-commerce platform, and the e-commerce platform should have the funds settlement qualification for carrying out the secondary settlement. The e-commerce platform has the fund settlement qualification that the e-commerce platform can engage in fund settlement business under the condition of having a payment license plate, the fund settlement business of the e-commerce platform is legal, and a supervision department can supervise the secondary settlement process of the e-commerce platform. The fact that the e-commerce platform does not have fund settlement qualification means that the e-commerce platform cannot engage in fund settlement business under the condition that the e-commerce platform does not have a payment license plate, the fund settlement business of the e-commerce platform is illegal, and a supervision department cannot supervise the secondary settlement process of the e-commerce platform. In summary, if the e-commerce platform has fund settlement qualification, the e-commerce platform can supervise the secondary settlement process of the e-commerce platform when the e-commerce platform settles the amount of money to the resident merchant, so that the safety of the fund of the resident merchant can be ensured. However, if the e-commerce platform does not have the fund settlement qualification, the e-commerce platform cannot monitor the secondary settlement process of the e-commerce platform when settling the amount of money to the resident merchant, so that the security of the fund of the resident merchant cannot be ensured.
Aiming at an e-commerce platform without fund settlement qualification, the payment service processing method provided in the embodiment of the application can provide payment service for the e-commerce platform without the fund settlement qualification. Of course, for the e-commerce platform with the fund settlement qualification, the method of the embodiment of the application can also provide the payment service for the e-commerce platform with the fund settlement qualification. In this embodiment, a secondary settlement service can be provided for the resident merchant of the e-commerce platform by the service side device with the fund settlement qualification, so that the secondary settlement process can be supervised, and the fund security of the resident merchant is ensured. The payment platform settles the transaction amount to the account to be divided of the e-commerce platform, and the e-commerce platform is prohibited to transfer funds in the account to be divided, so that the funds in the account to be divided of the e-commerce platform are prevented from being transferred out by the e-commerce platform, and the safety of the funds of the business to be resident is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2B, a schematic diagram of a system architecture according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the system architecture may include, but is not limited to: the system comprises an e-commerce platform, a payment platform, a fund platform and a server side device.
E, E-commerce platform: the e-commerce platform is an e-commerce platform without fund settlement qualification, or the e-commerce platform is an e-commerce platform with the fund settlement qualification. The e-commerce platform accesses a plurality of resident merchants, which may be individual resident merchants (such as those registered to the e-commerce platform by using identification cards) or business entity resident merchants (such as those registered to the e-commerce platform by using business licenses), and the types of the resident merchants are not limited.
The e-commerce platform serves as a platform operator and serves resident merchants, for example, a certain travel type e-commerce platform, the e-commerce platform can be connected with a large number of hotel resident merchants, when a user purchases hotel services (as commodities) on the e-commerce platform, funds of the user are paid to the e-commerce platform, and the hotel resident merchants are provided with the commodities actually, so that the e-commerce platform needs to pay the funds paid by the user to the hotel resident merchants. After the user pays the funds to the e-commerce platform and before the e-commerce platform pays the funds to the hotel resident merchant, the user's funds exist in the e-commerce platform's bank settlement account, and once the e-commerce platform has a problem for various reasons, there is a significant risk that the e-commerce platform's bank settlement account will have funds in it.
For another example, in a shopping-type e-commerce platform, a large number of seller resident merchants can be accessed, and when a user (i.e., a buyer user) purchases a commodity on the e-commerce platform, the user's funds are paid to the e-commerce platform, and the seller resident merchants actually provide the commodity, therefore, the e-commerce platform needs to pay the seller resident merchants with the funds paid by the user. Similarly, once the e-commerce platform has problems for various reasons, there is a significant risk and a potential safety hazard for the bank of the e-commerce platform to settle funds in the account.
The payment platform comprises: a payment platform, which may also be referred to as a payment institution, a payment channel, a payment instrument, a payment method, etc., may be used for a user (i.e., a consumer, a payer) to complete a payment operation of funds.
A fund platform: the fund platform is a fund receiver, such as various types of banks (such as commercial banks), and the payment platform can settle the fund of the user into the account of the e-commerce platform on the fund platform.
The server side device: on the basis of an e-commerce platform, a payment platform and a fund platform, in order to complete payment service, service side equipment is additionally deployed, and the service side equipment is equipment with fund settlement qualification.
The server side equipment has fund settlement qualification, namely, the server side equipment can engage in fund settlement business under the condition of having a payment license plate, the fund settlement business of the server side equipment is legal, and a supervision department can supervise the secondary settlement process of the server side equipment. Based on the method, aiming at the application scene of the merchant entrance mode, the service side equipment with fund settlement qualification can perform secondary settlement on the funds of the resident merchants of the e-commerce platform, and can supervise the secondary settlement process, thereby ensuring the safety of the funds of the resident merchants.
For example, after the user's funds are paid to the e-commerce platform, the e-commerce platform itself cannot transfer the funds, and the service device needs to transfer the funds (the transfer process is referred to as a secondary settlement process), that is, the funds are transferred to the resident merchant of the e-commerce platform, and the secondary settlement process of the service device is supervised by the supervision department, so as to ensure the security of the funds of the resident merchant. That is, after the user pays the money to the e-commerce platform and before paying the money to the resident merchant, although the money exists in the bank settlement account of the e-commerce platform, the e-commerce platform cannot transfer the money in the bank settlement account, and only the service side device can transfer the money in the bank settlement account, thereby ensuring the security of the money.
The service side device may be connected to the e-commerce platform in a wired manner, or may be connected to the e-commerce platform in a wireless manner, which is not limited to this. The server side device comprises a first data interface between the server side device and the e-commerce platform, namely the server side device communicates with the e-commerce platform through the first data interface. For example, a first message type of the first data interface may be predetermined, and when the message is transmitted between the service-side device and the e-commerce platform, the message needs to be encapsulated by using the first message type, and the format of the first message type is not limited. The server side equipment can analyze the content in the message after receiving the message encapsulated by the first message type. After receiving the message encapsulated by the first message type, the e-commerce platform can analyze the content in the message.
The service side device may be connected to the payment platform in a wired manner, or may be connected to the payment platform in a wireless manner, which is not limited to this. The server device comprises a second data interface between the server device and the payment platform, i.e. the server device communicates with the payment platform via the second data interface. For example, a second message type of the second data interface may be agreed in advance, and when the message is transmitted between the service-side device and the payment platform, the message needs to be encapsulated by using the second message type, and the format of the second message type is not limited. The server device can parse the content in the message after receiving the message encapsulated with the second message type. And after receiving the message encapsulated by the second message type, the payment platform can analyze the content in the message.
The server device may be connected to the fund platform in a wired manner, or may be connected to the fund platform in a wireless manner, which is not limited to this. The server device comprises a third data interface between the server device and the funding platform, i.e. the server device communicates with the funding platform via the third data interface. For example, a third message type of the third data interface may be agreed in advance, and when the message is transmitted between the server device and the fund platform, the message needs to be encapsulated by using the third message type, which is not limited to the format of the third message type. And after receiving the message encapsulated by the third message type, the server side equipment can analyze the content in the message. And after receiving the message encapsulated by the third message type, the fund platform can analyze the content in the message.
The embodiment of the application relates to a registration link of an e-commerce platform and a registration link of an in-store merchant of the e-commerce platform. Aiming at the registration link of the e-commerce platform, the e-commerce platform needs to be registered as a subscriber of the service side equipment, namely, the e-commerce platform and the service side equipment sign a service agreement, and the service side equipment adopts the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application to settle funds for the e-commerce platform. After the e-commerce platform and the service side device sign a service agreement, the service side device can store the signing data of the e-commerce platform, the signing data indicates that the e-commerce platform agrees to fund settlement for the e-commerce platform by the service side device, and the content of the signing data is not limited.
Aiming at the registration link of the resident merchant, the resident merchant needs to be registered to become a signing user of the server side equipment, namely, the resident merchant signs a service agreement with the server side equipment, and the server side equipment adopts the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application to settle funds for the resident merchant. After the resident merchant signs a service agreement with the service side device, the service side device may store the subscription data of the resident merchant, where the subscription data indicates that the resident merchant agrees to perform fund settlement for the resident merchant by the service side device, and the content of the subscription data is not limited.
The embodiment of the application relates to an account opening link of an e-commerce platform and an account opening link of a resident merchant of the e-commerce platform. Aiming at the account opening link of the e-commerce platform, the e-commerce platform can open an account to be credited on a fund platform (such as a bank cooperating with the e-commerce platform) and open a platform account on the fund platform. The account to be billed and the platform account may belong to the same fund platform (i.e. belong to the same bank), or may belong to different fund platforms (i.e. belong to different banks), which is not limited to this. After the account to be credited is opened, account information (such as a bank card identifier and the like) of the account to be credited can be stored in the signing data of the e-commerce platform, so that the service side device can acquire the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform from the signing data of the e-commerce platform. After the platform account is opened, the account information of the platform account can be stored in the subscription data of the e-commerce platform, so that the service side device can acquire the platform account of the e-commerce platform from the subscription data of the e-commerce platform.
For the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform, the e-commerce platform is prohibited from transferring the funds in the account to be credited, that is, although the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform belongs to the e-commerce platform, the funds in the account to be credited belong to an entrepreneur of the e-commerce platform, and therefore, the e-commerce platform cannot transfer the funds in the account to be credited, and only the server side equipment can transfer the funds in the account to be credited, so that the security of the funds is ensured.
For example, in order to realize that the e-commerce platform is prohibited from transferring the funds in the account to be credited, the authority of the account to be credited may be configured, so that the e-commerce platform does not have the authority to transfer the funds in the account to be credited, and the server device has the authority to transfer the funds in the account to be credited, which is not limited.
For the platform account of the e-commerce platform, the e-commerce platform can transfer the funds in the platform account, that is, the platform account of the e-commerce platform belongs to the e-commerce platform, and the funds in the platform account belong to the e-commerce platform, so that the e-commerce platform can transfer the funds in the platform account, and the platform account is a normal bank account.
For the account opening link of the resident merchant, the resident merchant may open a merchant account on a fund platform (such as a bank cooperating with the resident merchant) (for convenience of differentiation, a normal bank account of the resident merchant is referred to as a merchant account, and a normal bank account of the e-commerce platform is referred to as a platform account). The merchant account of the resident merchant and the platform account of the e-commerce platform may belong to the same fund platform (i.e. belong to the same bank), or may belong to different fund platforms (i.e. belong to different banks), which is not limited to this. After the merchant account is opened, account information (such as a bank card identifier) of the merchant account may also be stored in the subscription data of the resident merchant, so that the service provider device may obtain the merchant account of the resident merchant from the subscription data of the resident merchant.
For the account of the resident merchant, the resident merchant can transfer the funds in the account of the merchant, that is, the account of the resident merchant belongs to the resident merchant, and the funds in the account of the merchant belong to the resident merchant.
Based on the application scenario, an embodiment of the present application provides a payment service processing method, as shown in fig. 3, which is a flow diagram of the method, and the method is applied to a server device, and the method may include:
step 301, forwarding the payment order information obtained from the e-commerce platform to a payment platform, so that the payment platform completes corresponding payment operation according to the payment order information; the payment order information may be generated according to the commodity information provided by the target business on the e-commerce platform selected by the user.
For example, a user (i.e., a consumer, a payer, a buyer user, etc.) may select commodity information (such as hotel services, tickets, commodities, etc., all of which may be purchased may be referred to as commodity information) provided by an resident merchant (for convenience of differentiation, the resident merchant is referred to as a target resident merchant) on the e-commerce platform, and when the user selects the commodity information of the target resident merchant, the e-commerce platform may generate payment order information, which may include but is not limited to: the order identification of the payment order information, the unique merchant identification of the target resident merchant, the unique platform identification of the e-commerce platform, the account information (such as a bank card identification and the like) of an account to be ledged of the e-commerce platform, the transaction amount of the commodity information and the like, and the content of the payment order information is not limited.
After the e-commerce platform generates the payment order information, the payment order information may be sent to the facilitator device. After receiving the payment order information, the server device may store the payment order information in the server device, and forward the payment order information to the payment platform for subsequent processing.
After receiving the payment order information, the payment platform can complete corresponding payment operation according to the payment order information, that is, the payment platform cooperates with the user to complete the payment operation. In the payment operation process, the payment platform deducts the transaction amount in the payment order information from the user account, and settles the transaction amount in the payment order information to the payment platform account. After a preset time interval (such as every other day), the payment platform can settle the transaction amount in the payment order information to the account to be billed of the e-commerce platform. For example, based on the account information of the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform in the payment order information, the payment platform can settle the transaction amount in the payment order information to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform. Of course, the payment platform can also directly settle the transaction amount in the payment order information to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform, instead of settling the transaction amount to the account of the payment platform and then settling to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform.
In the above process, the payment platform settles the transaction amount in the payment order information to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform, instead of settling the transaction amount to the platform account of the e-commerce platform.
For example, the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform may open a fund collection function of the payment platform, so that the payment platform can settle the transaction amount in the payment order information to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform.
Step 302, after determining that the payment platform completes the payment operation and settles the transaction amount in the payment order information to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform, determining the crediting proportion between the e-commerce platform and the target resident merchant.
In a possible implementation manner, after the payment platform completes the payment operation and settles the transaction amount in the payment order information to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform, the fund platform corresponding to the account to be credited may send a payment completion message to the server device, where the payment completion message may include the order identifier of the payment order information. Or after the payment platform completes the payment operation and settles the transaction amount in the payment order information to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform, the payment platform may also send a payment completion message to the server device, where the payment completion message may include the order identifier of the payment order information.
After receiving a payment completion message (such as receiving a payment completion message sent by a capital platform corresponding to the account to be billed, or receiving a payment completion message sent by a payment platform), the service side equipment determines that the payment platform completes payment operation according to an order identifier in the payment completion message, and settles the transaction amount in payment order information (i.e. payment order information corresponding to the order identifier) to the account to be billed of the e-commerce platform.
For example, the service device parses the order identifier from the payment completion message, and selects payment order information (hereinafter referred to as payment order information a) corresponding to the order identifier from all the payment order information stored in the service device, where the payment order information a may include but is not limited to: the order identification of the payment order information a, the unique merchant identification of the target resident merchant, the unique platform identification of the e-commerce platform, the account information of the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform, the transaction amount of the commodity information and the like. And determining that the payment platform completes payment operation and settling the transaction amount in the payment order information a to an account to be billed of the e-commerce platform.
After determining that the payment platform settles the transaction amount in the payment order information a to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform, for the payment order information a, the service side device needs to determine a crediting ratio between the e-commerce platform and the target resident merchant, for example, the crediting ratio may be determined in the following manner:
in the method 1, the service side device determines the account sharing ratio between the e-commerce platform and the target resident merchant from the configured account sharing ratios (namely, the default account sharing ratio) of the e-commerce platform and the resident merchant.
For example, the billing ratio of the e-commerce platform to all the resident merchants is M: N (e.g., 1:10), and the billing ratio M: N needs to be configured in advance in the service side device, and on this basis, the service side device determines the billing ratio between the e-commerce platform and the target resident merchant to be M: N for the payment order information a.
In the mode 2, the server side equipment analyzes the unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant from the payment order information a, inquires the signing data corresponding to the unique merchant identifier from all stored signing data (namely all signing data stored by the server side equipment), and analyzes the split account proportion between the e-commerce platform and the target resident merchant from the signing data; the signing data is data provided when the target resident merchant registers, and the signing data comprises a credit sharing proportion between the e-commerce platform and the target resident merchant.
Referring to the above embodiment, for the registration link of the resident merchant, the resident merchant and the service-side device sign a service agreement, and the service-side device may store the subscription data of the resident merchant, where in the subscription data, the unique merchant identifier of the resident merchant may be included, and in the subscription data, an account-sharing ratio between the e-commerce platform and the resident merchant may also be included, such as the account-sharing ratio is M: N (e.g., 1: 10). The credit sharing proportion between the e-commerce platform and different resident merchants can be the same or different, and the method is not limited.
In the method 2, after the service-side device selects the payment order information a corresponding to the order identifier from all the payment order information, since the payment order information a includes the unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant, the unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant can be analyzed from the payment order information a. Since the subscription data includes the unique merchant identifier of the resident merchant, the subscription data corresponding to the unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant can be searched from all stored subscription data. Because the subscription data comprises the account separation proportion, the account separation proportion between the e-commerce platform and the target resident merchant can be analyzed from the subscription data.
Of course, the above-mentioned modes 1 and 2 are only two examples of determining the credit separation ratio, and the determination mode is not limited as long as the credit separation ratio between the e-commerce platform and the target resident merchant can be determined.
And step 303, determining a first amount of the transaction amount of the payment order information divided to the e-commerce platform and a second amount of the transaction amount divided to the target resident merchant based on the accounting proportion.
For example, after the service-side device selects the payment order information a corresponding to the order identifier from all the payment order information, since the payment order information a includes the transaction amount (hereinafter referred to as K) of the commodity information, the transaction amount K may be analyzed from the payment order information a. Based on the billing ratio M: N (i.e., the billing ratio between the e-commerce platform and the target resident merchant), the server device may determine a first amount of the transaction amount K that is divided into the e-commerce platform, and determine a second amount of the transaction amount K that is divided into the target resident merchant, such as the first amount K M/(M + N) and the second amount K N/(M + N).
And 304, transferring a first amount from the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform to a platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform, and transferring a second amount from the account to be credited to a merchant account corresponding to the target resident merchant.
In summary, it can be seen that, for the payment order information a, the payment platform settles the transaction amount (i.e., the sum of the first amount and the second amount) in the payment order information a to the account to be credited of the e-commerce platform, based on which, the server device may transfer the first amount from the account to be credited to the platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform, and transfer the second amount from the account to be credited to the merchant account corresponding to the target entry merchant, that is, transfer the transaction amount in the payment order information a to the platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform and the merchant account corresponding to the target entry merchant, thereby completing the transfer of the transaction amount in the payment order information a.
In a possible embodiment, the payment order information a may include a unique platform identifier of the e-commerce platform, and on this basis, the first amount is transferred from the account to be billed to a platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform, which may include but is not limited to: and determining account information of the e-commerce platform corresponding to the unique platform identification, and transferring the first amount of money from the account to be billed to a platform account corresponding to the account information of the e-commerce platform.
Referring to the above embodiment, for the registration link and the account opening link of the e-commerce platform, the service side device stores the subscription data of the e-commerce platform, where the subscription data includes the unique platform identifier of the e-commerce platform and the account information of the platform account of the e-commerce platform. On this basis, after the service side equipment obtains the payment order information a, the payment order information a comprises the unique platform identification of the e-commerce platform, so that the unique platform identification is analyzed from the payment order information a. Since the subscription data includes the unique platform identifier of the e-commerce platform, the subscription data corresponding to the unique platform identifier is queried from all stored subscription data. Because the subscription data includes the account information of the platform account of the e-commerce platform, the account information of the platform account is analyzed from the subscription data. And then, transferring the first amount from the account to be divided to the platform account corresponding to the account information.
In one possible embodiment, the payment order information a may include a unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant, and on this basis, the second amount is transferred from the account to be billed to the merchant account corresponding to the target resident merchant, which may include but is not limited to: and determining account information of the target resident merchant corresponding to the unique merchant identification, and transferring a second amount from the account to be billed to the merchant account corresponding to the account information.
Referring to the above embodiments, for the registration link and the account opening link of the resident merchant, the server device stores the subscription data of the resident merchant, where the subscription data includes the unique merchant identifier of the resident merchant and the account information of the merchant account of the resident merchant. On this basis, after the server device obtains the payment order information a, since the payment order information a includes the unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant, the unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant is analyzed from the payment order information a. Since the subscription data includes the unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant, the subscription data corresponding to the unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant is queried from all stored subscription data. Since the subscription data includes account information of the merchant account of the target resident merchant, the account information of the merchant account of the target resident merchant can be analyzed from the subscription data. And then, transferring the second amount from the account to be divided to the merchant account corresponding to the account information.
In a possible implementation manner, after the second amount is transferred from the account to be billed to the merchant account corresponding to the target resident merchant, a cash withdrawal operation for the merchant account corresponding to the target resident merchant may be involved. For example, the server side device receives a first cash-out instruction which is sent by the e-commerce platform and aims at a target resident merchant, wherein the first cash-out instruction at least comprises a first cash-out amount and a first cash-out target account, and transfers the first cash-out amount to the first cash-out target account from a merchant account corresponding to the target resident merchant.
For example, when the target resident merchant needs to be promoted, the target resident merchant may send a first promotion instruction to the e-commerce platform, and the e-commerce platform may send the first promotion instruction to the server side device, where the first promotion instruction may include at least a first promotion amount, a first promotion target account (i.e., another account different from the merchant account of the target resident merchant), and a unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant.
After receiving the first cash withdrawal instruction, the server device queries the subscription data corresponding to the unique merchant identifier of the target resident merchant from all the stored subscription data, and analyzes account information of the merchant account of the target resident merchant from the subscription data. Based on the account information of the merchant account of the target resident merchant, the first cash withdrawal amount and the first cash withdrawal target account, the server device may transfer the first cash withdrawal amount to the first cash withdrawal target account from the merchant account corresponding to the target resident merchant, which is not described in detail herein.
In a possible implementation manner, after the first amount is transferred from the account to be billed of the e-commerce platform to the platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform, a cash withdrawal operation for the platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform may be involved. For example, the service-side device receives a second cash-out instruction for the e-commerce platform, which is sent by the e-commerce platform, where the second cash-out instruction may include at least a second cash-out amount and a second cash-out target account, and transfers the second cash-out amount from a platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform to the second cash-out target account.
For example, when the e-commerce platform needs to be promoted, the e-commerce platform may send a second promotion instruction to the server device, where the second promotion instruction may include at least a second promotion amount, a second promotion target account (i.e., another account different from the platform account of the e-commerce platform), and a unique platform identifier of the e-commerce platform.
After receiving the second cash-out instruction, the service side equipment queries the subscription data corresponding to the unique platform identifier of the e-commerce platform from all stored subscription data, and analyzes account information of a platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform from the subscription data. Based on the account information of the platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform, the second cash withdrawal amount and the second cash withdrawal target account, the service side device can transfer the second cash withdrawal amount to the second cash withdrawal target account from the platform account corresponding to the e-commerce platform, and details of the process are omitted.
For example, the execution sequence is only an example given for convenience of description, and in practical applications, the execution sequence between the steps may also be changed, and the execution sequence is not limited. Moreover, in other embodiments, the steps of the respective methods do not have to be performed in the order shown and described herein, and the methods may include more or less steps than those described herein. Moreover, a single step described in this specification may be broken down into multiple steps for description in other embodiments; multiple steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
According to the technical scheme, in the embodiment of the application, the server side equipment with fund settlement qualification can provide secondary settlement service for the resident merchants of the e-commerce platform, so that the secondary settlement process can be supervised, and the safety of the funds of the resident merchants is ensured. Because the service side equipment with fund settlement qualification provides secondary settlement service for the resident merchant, and the e-commerce platform provides secondary settlement service for the resident merchant, the authenticity of the transaction information provided by the service side equipment is ensured, and the risks of counterfeit e-commerce platform, altered transaction information and the like do not exist. The payment service can be provided for the e-commerce platform without fund settlement qualification, transaction payment is completed by opening account numbers on service side equipment by the e-commerce platform and the resident merchant, comprehensive payment services such as aggregated collection, fund management, fund clearing and settlement are provided for the e-commerce platform, and the 'second clearing' risk of the e-commerce platform is effectively avoided while the fund safety is guaranteed. The method helps the e-commerce platform to avoid fund risks, practically guarantees the safety of user funds, ensures that the e-commerce platform cannot store the funds into the bank account of the e-commerce platform, avoids the e-commerce platform from building a fund pool, and fundamentally guarantees the fund safety.
