When the drive gear 55 and the driven gear 56 are straight-toothed gears, the output shaft of the motor 54 is vertically disposed; when the drive gear 55 and the driven gear 56 are bevel gears, the output shafts of the motors 54 are arranged in parallel.

Further, referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the bottom plate 71 is recessed toward the middle of the box 7 to form a receiving space 7 a; the concave part of the bottom plate 71 is transparent; the sterilizing device is provided in the housing space 7a for sterilizing the sewage in the tank 7 and the inner wall of the tank 7 through the bottom plate 71. In this embodiment, the accommodating space 7a is located in the middle of the box body 7, and the sterilizing device is disposed in the accommodating space 7a, so that the inner wall of the box body 7 can be effectively sterilized. Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the power mechanism 5 is disposed at a corner of the box body 7, the water spraying member 6 is in a ring shape and is sleeved on the protruding portion of the bottom plate 71, one end of the two supporting portions 53 is connected to the water spraying member 6, and the other end is connected to the top cover of the sewage tank. In the present embodiment, since the bottom plate 71 is partially protruded and is covered by the water jet member 6, the water jet 62 is also provided at the portion of the water jet member 6 protruded toward the bottom plate 71, so that the cleaning device can sufficiently clean the bottom plate 71.
The sewage tank of the embodiment realizes the work of washing, disinfecting and sterilizing the inner wall of the tank body 7 by improving the structure of the tank body 7, arranging the disinfecting device at the position outside the tank body 7 and in the middle of the tank body 7 and arranging the cleaning device inside the tank body 7.
In the present embodiment, the housing space 7a is provided extending along one side plate wall surface of the case 7. Specifically, the case 7 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the housing space 7a extends along a wall surface of one of the longer side plates of the case 7. The advantage of setting up like this is that degassing unit can be close to each position of box 7 inner wall to a great extent when reciprocating in accommodation space 7a to effectively carry out disinfection to the sewage in the sewage case and the inner wall of box 7, it is less to the capacity influence of sewage case simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, since the magnitude of the movement of the sterilamp 1 on the driving mechanism 2 is smaller than the entire length of the driving mechanism 2, the accommodating space 7a of the foul water tank may be divided into two parts, specifically, a first accommodating space 7a1 and a second accommodating space 7a2, and the second accommodating space 7a2 is disposed above the first accommodating space 7a1 and has an extension length smaller than that of the first accommodating space 7a 1. The driving mechanism 2 is disposed in the first accommodation space 7a1, and the sterilamp 1 is disposed in the second accommodation space 7a2 and moves back and forth in the second accommodation space 7a 2. The advantage of setting up like this is, the whole space of saving accommodation space 7a accounts for the ratio, promotes the whole capacity of dirty water tank.
In other embodiments, the waste water tank is not specially modified and the side housing 72 of the waste water tank is provided to be transparent, in which case the disinfection device is provided beside the side housing 72 of the tank 7 and moves back and forth around the side housing 72. Specifically, the sterilizing lamp 1 can repeatedly sterilize the wastewater tank by moving on the above-described circular rail.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a sewage tank bottom plate 71 is provided with a sewage collecting groove 71 a; a water outlet is arranged on the collecting groove 71 a; the upper end of the water outlet is provided with a filter screen, and the outlet of the water outlet is provided with a sealing cover. Since the drain port of the bottom plate 71 can communicate with the sewage, when the sewage tank is discharging sewage and is being washed by the cleaning device, the sealing cover of the drain port is opened and the sewage flows out from the drain port. The arrangement of the water collecting groove 71a is favorable for the sewage to flow to the position of the water outlet, and the speed of water drainage is increased. The filter screen can filter great rubbish, prevents that the sewer from blockking up.
Further, the waste water tank further includes a control board (not shown) and an electromagnetic valve (not shown); the electromagnetic valve is arranged on a hose (not shown) communicated with an external water source and the water spraying piece and used for conducting or cutting off the hose; the control panel is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve. In this embodiment, when 7 inner walls of box are washed with cleaning device, control panel control solenoid valve opens, switches on the hose, and 6 intercommunication water sources of water spray component begin to spray water, and when the end was washed, control panel control solenoid valve closed, cut off the hose. In hardware, the control panel may be a controller of the disinfection device.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning device is arranged in a sewage tank and is characterized by comprising a power mechanism and a water spraying piece; the water spraying piece comprises a water inlet and a plurality of water spraying ports, wherein the water inlet is used for being communicated with an external water source; the plurality of water spraying ports are arranged towards the inner wall of the sewage tank; the power mechanism is in transmission connection with the water spraying piece and drives the water spraying piece to move in the sewage tank.

The cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the power mechanism comprises a driving portion, a second lead screw, a connecting portion and a supporting portion; the second screw rod is vertically arranged; the driving part is arranged above the second screw rod and drives the second screw rod to rotate; the connecting part is provided with a threaded hole matched with the second screw rod; the connecting part is sleeved on the second screw rod through the threaded hole and is fixedly connected with the water spraying part; the supporting part is movably connected with the water spraying part, supports the water spraying part and limits the water spraying part to rotate around the second screw rod.
3. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water spray member has a tubular shape and is circumferentially disposed along an inner wall of the sump tank.
4. The cleaning device of claim 3, wherein the water spraying member is composed of two linear portions arranged in parallel and two bending portions connecting the two linear portions; the water spraying piece is horizontally arranged.

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the support portion is composed of at least one set of support bars; the group of supporting rods is formed by mutually crossing and movably connecting a left rod and a right rod; when the supporting part consists of two or more groups of supporting rods, the groups of supporting rods are movably connected up and down; the left rod of the lowermost group of the supporting rods is rotatably connected with the water spraying piece, and the right rod is slidably connected with the water spraying piece; the right rod of the uppermost group of the supporting rods is rotatably connected with the sewage tank, and the left rod is slidably connected with the sewage tank.

The cleaning device of claim 5, wherein the water spray member and the waste water tank are provided with sliding portions; the sliding part is provided with a sliding chute; the right rod at the lowest part is connected with the sliding part on the water spraying piece in a sliding way through the sliding groove; the uppermost left rod is connected with the sliding part on the sewage tank in a sliding mode through the sliding groove.
7. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the support portion is a vertically disposed guide rail; a sliding block is fixedly arranged on the water spraying piece; the sliding block is arranged in the guide rail and is in sliding connection with the guide rail.

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the driving part includes a motor, a driving gear and a driven gear; the motor includes an output shaft; the driving gear is fixedly arranged on the output shaft; the driven gear is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the second screw rod; the motor is fixedly arranged on the sewage tank; the motor drives the driving gear to rotate so as to drive the driven gear and the second screw rod to rotate.
9. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a plurality of nozzles, wherein a plurality of said nozzles are disposed on said water discharge ports in a one-to-one correspondence.
10. A waste water tank comprising a tank body and the cleaning device of any one of claims 1 to 9; the box body at least comprises a bottom plate and a side shell; the cleaning device is arranged inside the box body.
