Since the '10 yuan' is randomly generated amount and transaction also occurs in real time, it is difficult for the user to forge the transaction, and the collected information is reliable due to the application of information collection means such as screen recording. Therefore, in the case that the random amount transaction of "10 yuan" established by the digital asset information source identification module is consistent with the key transaction information of the transaction record acquired by the information acquisition module 103, it can be ensured that the digital asset information source used by the user is a payment instrument.
If the identity of the digital asset source used is determined to be non-authentic in step S3, a digital asset source error result may be output in step S8 and the merchant may be prompted to terminate the transaction or to indicate that the transaction is at risk. The digital asset information source identity error result can also be applied to further user credit rating analysis, so that more reliable and real user credit rating analysis is obtained.
Then, in the user identification step S4, the user is identified by the user identification module 104, for example, in a face recognition manner, and compared with the corresponding identity database and the user identity is identified, and then the digital asset information processing module 106 compares the identified user identity with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module 103, and if the two are consistent, the user identity is determined to be true, otherwise, the user identity is determined to be non-true.
If the user identity used is determined to be non-authentic in step S4, a user identity error result may be output in step S9 and the merchant may be prompted to terminate the transaction or to indicate that the transaction is at risk. The user identity error result can also be applied to further user credit rating analysis, so that more reliable and real user credit rating analysis is obtained.
It should be noted that step S3 and step S4 are not limited in order.
In the digital asset information recording step S5, if it is determined that the user is authentic and it is also determined that the digital production information source used by the user is a payment treasure, the digital asset information such as sesame credits or the like acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as the digital asset information of the user on the payment treasure.
Similarly, through the above steps S1-S5, the merchant can obtain the digital asset information (e.g., "payment point") of the user in the WeChat by means of the digital asset information collecting apparatus 100.
In the credit rating analysis step S6, the digital asset information of the user from the money payment device and the WeChat may be used together by the digital asset information processing module 106 to evaluate the user credit. Since the digital asset information of the user in the WeChat and the Payment treasure can be determined separately, the situation that the credit rating is distorted due to the fact that the digital asset information is obtained from the Payment treasure or the WeChat only singly does not occur. Meanwhile, as the digital asset information from WeChat and Payment treasures can be obtained simultaneously, merchants can realize personalized risk strategy integration according to the relatively independent information, thereby further improving the flexibility, authenticity and reliability of credit/risk rating.

Claims (22)

1. A digital asset information collection apparatus for collecting digital asset information from a plurality of digital asset information sources, comprising:
a digital asset information source identification module for establishing a transaction or transaction request between the digital asset information collection device and the digital asset information source with a randomly generated transaction amount;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information in the digital asset information source displayed by a user;
the user identity recognition module is used for recognizing the user in a biological characteristic mode, comparing the user with a corresponding identity database and recognizing the identity of the user; and
a digital asset information processing module for processing the digital asset information,
the digital asset information processing module compares the key transaction information in the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identification module with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, and if the key transaction information and the transaction record are consistent, the authenticity of the used digital asset information source is judged;
the digital asset information processing module compares the identified user identity with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, and if the identified user identity and the user identity information are consistent, the authenticity of the user identity is judged;
if the user identity and the authenticity of the used digital asset information source are judged, the digital asset information in the digital asset information source acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as the digital asset information of the user.
2. The digital asset information collection device of claim 1, wherein said digital asset information processing module uses the user's digital asset information from several digital asset information sources in common for evaluating user credit.
3. The digital asset information collection device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the established transaction or transaction request between the digital asset information collection device and the digital asset information source comprises any one of:
transferring funds to the digital asset information source;
sending a fund transfer request to the digital asset information source;
completing a payment of funds to a third party through the digital asset information source;
invoking a class payment request of the digital asset information source.
4. The digital asset information collection device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the key transaction information includes a transaction amount and transaction party information.
5. The digital asset information collection device according to claim 1,
the identity database is stored in the digital asset information acquisition device or is a cloud database for inquiry.
6. The digital asset information collection device according to claim 1,
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of key pages in the digital asset information source displayed by the user and identifying transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information displayed in the key pages.
7. The digital asset information collection device according to claim 6,
besides the key pages, the information acquisition module is further configured to acquire randomly designated redundant pages, wherein the digital asset information processing module queries the designated redundant pages from the key pages and the redundant pages in the digital asset information source displayed by the user acquired by the information acquisition module, and if the corresponding redundant pages cannot be found, determines that the used digital asset information source is non-authentic.
8. The digital asset information collection device according to claim 6 or 7,
the digital asset information acquisition device also comprises a screen recording module which is installed on the same equipment as the digital asset information source, wherein the screen recording module is used for recording screen display contents and sending the screen display contents to the information acquisition module when a user operates the equipment where the digital asset information source is located, and the information acquisition module acquires transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information in the digital asset information source displayed by the user from the screen display contents in an image recognition mode.
9. The digital asset information collection device according to claim 6 or 7,
the digital asset information acquisition device also comprises a screen recording module which is arranged on the same equipment as the information acquisition module, wherein the screen recording module is used for recording screen display contents and sending the screen display contents to the information acquisition module when a user operates the equipment where the digital asset information source is located, and the information acquisition module acquires transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information in the digital asset information source displayed by the user from the screen display contents in an image recognition mode.
10. The digital asset information collection device according to claim 1,
the digital asset information acquisition device also comprises an input module, wherein the input module is suitable for inputting transaction records or transaction request records provided or displayed by a user, user identity information and digital asset information.

when the user operates the equipment where the digital asset information source is located, the information acquisition module directly acquires transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information in the digital asset information source displayed by the user in a mode of inputting screen display content of the equipment through the input module.

14. A digital asset information collection method of collecting digital asset information from a plurality of digital asset information sources using the digital asset information collection device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
establishing a transaction or transaction request step, wherein a transaction or transaction request with a randomly generated transaction amount between the digital asset information acquisition device and the digital asset information source is established through the digital asset information source identity identification module;
an information acquisition step, wherein a transaction record or a transaction request record, user identity information and digital asset information in the digital asset information source displayed by a user are acquired through an information acquisition module;
a digital asset information source identification step, wherein the digital asset information processing module compares the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identification module with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, if the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identification module is consistent with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, the used digital asset information source is judged to be real, otherwise, the used digital asset information source is judged to be non-real;
a user identity identification step, wherein, a user is identified by a user identity identification module in a biological characteristic mode, and is compared with a corresponding identity database to identify the user identity, then the digital asset information processing module compares the identified user identity with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, if the identified user identity is consistent with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, the user identity is judged to be real, otherwise, the user identity is judged to be non-real;
and if the user identity and the used digital asset information source are judged to be true, executing a step of recording digital asset information, wherein the digital asset information in the digital asset information source acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as the digital asset information of the user.
15. The digital asset information collection method according to claim 14, further comprising the step of using the digital asset information of the user from a plurality of digital asset information sources in common for evaluating a user's credit by said digital asset information processing module.
16. The digital asset information collection method according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the established transaction or transaction request between the digital asset information collection device and the digital asset information source comprises any one of:
transferring funds to the digital asset information source;
sending a fund transfer request to the digital asset information source;
completing a payment of funds to a third party through the digital asset information source;
invoking a class payment request of the digital asset information source.
17. The digital asset information collection method according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the key transaction information includes a transaction amount and transaction party information.
18. The digital asset information collection method according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the identity database is stored in the digital asset information collection device or is a cloud database that can be queried.
19. The digital asset information collection method according to claim 13,
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of key pages in the digital asset information source displayed by the user and identifying transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information displayed in the key pages.
20. The digital asset information collection method according to claim 19, wherein the information collection module is further configured to obtain a randomly designated redundant page in addition to the key page, wherein the digital asset information processing module queries the key page and the redundant page in the digital asset information source displayed by the user and obtained by the information collection module for the designated redundant page, and if the corresponding redundant page cannot be found, determines that the digital asset information source used is not authentic.
21. A digital asset information collection method for collecting digital asset information from a plurality of digital asset information sources by using the digital asset information collection device according to claim 8 or 9, comprising the steps of:
establishing a transaction or transaction request step, wherein a transaction or transaction request with a randomly generated transaction amount between the digital asset information acquisition device and the digital asset information source is established through the digital asset information source identity identification module;
an information acquisition step, wherein a screen display content is recorded and sent to the information acquisition module through the screen recording module when a user operates equipment where the digital asset information source is located, and the information acquisition module acquires a transaction record or a transaction request record, user identity information and digital asset information in the digital asset information source shown by the user from the screen display content in an image recognition mode;
a digital asset information source identification step, wherein the digital asset information processing module compares the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identification module with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, if the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identification module is consistent with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, the used digital asset information source is judged to be real, otherwise, the used digital asset information source is judged to be non-real;
a user identity identification step, wherein, a user is identified by a user identity identification module in a biological characteristic mode, and is compared with a corresponding identity database to identify the user identity, then the digital asset information processing module compares the identified user identity with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, if the identified user identity is consistent with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, the user identity is judged to be real, otherwise, the user identity is judged to be non-real;
and if the user identity and the used digital asset information source are judged to be true, executing a step of recording digital asset information, wherein the digital asset information in the digital asset information source acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as the digital asset information of the user.
22. A digital asset information collection method of collecting digital asset information from a plurality of digital asset information sources using the digital asset information collection device according to any one of claims 10 to 12, comprising the steps of:
establishing a transaction or transaction request step, wherein a transaction or transaction request with a randomly generated transaction amount between the digital asset information acquisition device and the digital asset information source is established through the digital asset information source identity identification module;

a digital asset information source identification step, wherein the digital asset information processing module compares the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identification module with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, if the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identification module is consistent with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, the used digital asset information source is judged to be real, otherwise, the used digital asset information source is judged to be non-real;
a user identity identification step, wherein, a user is identified by a user identity identification module in a biological characteristic mode, and is compared with a corresponding identity database to identify the user identity, then the digital asset information processing module compares the identified user identity with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, if the identified user identity is consistent with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, the user identity is judged to be real, otherwise, the user identity is judged to be non-real;
and if the user identity and the used digital asset information source are judged to be true, executing a step of recording digital asset information, wherein the digital asset information in the digital asset information source acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as the digital asset information of the user.
