presenting a passenger information interface after all the passenger names are correspondingly adjusted to the corresponding areas in the passenger information interface to be presented;
receiving a renaming request, wherein the renaming request comprises a passenger name and a corresponding area of the passenger name in a passenger information interface;
Identifying a corresponding area of the passenger name in the rename request within a passenger information interface; if the corresponding area is located in the modifiable area, jumping to a modification interface corresponding to the passenger name;
receiving certificate information and a name modification request submitted by a user, wherein the name modification request comprises a passenger name before modification and a passenger name after modification;
judging whether the name modification request conforms to the regulation or not according to the modified passenger name corresponding to the name modification request and a preset airline hostess renaming rule; if the modification request meets the regulation, synchronizing the modification request to the customer service work order platform;
and if the name modification request conforms to the specification, displaying a renaming progress interface corresponding to the modification request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the adjusting all the passenger names in the order modification request to the modifiable area and the non-modifiable area of the passenger information interface to be presented according to the driver name and all the passenger names corresponding to the order modification request and a preconfigured driver renaming rule comprises:
Inquiring whether the corresponding navigation department in the navigation department name changing rule allows name changing according to the name of the navigation department corresponding to the modification request; if not, adjusting all passenger names in the order modification request to an unmodified area in a passenger information interface to be presented; otherwise, all passenger names in the order modification request are adjusted to a modifiable area in the passenger information interface to be presented.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to said adjusting all passenger names in said order modification request to a modifiable area in a passenger information interface:
judging whether the word number of the passenger name corresponding to the modification request meets the word number range requirement corresponding to the passenger name which is allowed to be modified in the name modification rule of the navigation department; adjusting the passenger name which does not meet the requirements to an unmodified area in the passenger information interface to be presented; the passenger name that meets the requirements is adjusted to a modifiable area within the passenger information interface to be presented.
4. The method of on-line submission of a revised name application of claim 1, further including, prior to adjusting the passenger name that meets the requirements to a modifiable area within the passenger information interface to be presented:
Judging whether the order state of the passenger name corresponding to the modification request is a ticket refunding state; adjusting the passenger name in the ticket refunding state to an unmodified area in a passenger information interface to be presented; the passenger name in the non-refunded state is adjusted to a modifiable area within the passenger information interface to be presented.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, prior to adjusting the passenger name in the non-refunded state to a modifiable area within a passenger information interface to be presented:
judging whether the passenger name corresponding to the modification request is in a submitted modification state; adjusting the passenger names in the submitted and modified state to a query area in a passenger information interface to be presented; adjusting the passenger name in the non-submitted-modified state to a modifiable area within the passenger information interface to be presented;
the identifying the corresponding region of the passenger name in the rename request within the passenger information interface further comprises: and if the corresponding area is located in the query area, jumping to a renaming progress interface corresponding to the passenger name.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the name modification request meets specifications according to the pre-modified passenger name and the modified passenger name corresponding to the name modification request and pre-configured driver renaming rules comprises:
Comparing the modified passenger name corresponding to the name modification request with the passenger name before modification to obtain the number of the changed words between the modified passenger name and the passenger name before modification;
judging whether the changed word number meets the range requirement of the changeable word number in the name changing rule of the navigation department or not; and if so, determining that the name modification request meets the specification.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to synchronizing modification records in the temporary database to the customer service worksheet platform and displaying a rename progress interface:
presenting a secondary confirmation interface, wherein the secondary confirmation interface comprises a confirmation area and a return area; if the user clicks the confirmation area, the modification records in the temporary database are synchronized to the customer service work order platform, and a renaming progress interface is displayed; and if the user clicks the return area, jumping to a modification interface corresponding to the passenger name in the modification record.
8. An apparatus for in-line submission of a revised name application, the apparatus comprising:
order request receiving module (301): the order modification request comprises the name of the driver corresponding to the order and all the names of passengers;
Interface generation module (302): the passenger information interface is used for recording all passenger names in the order modification request and generating a passenger information interface to be presented;
a region adjustment module (303): adjusting all the passenger names in the order modification request to a modifiable area and an unmodified area of the passenger information interface to be presented respectively according to the driver name and all the passenger names corresponding to the order modification request and a preset driver renaming rule;
an information interface presentation module (304): displaying a passenger information interface after all the passenger names are correspondingly adjusted to the corresponding areas in the passenger information interface to be displayed;
renaming request receiving module (305): the system comprises a passenger information interface, a name server and a name server, wherein the passenger information interface is used for receiving a name change request which comprises a passenger name and a corresponding area of the passenger name in the passenger information interface;
region identification module (306): for identifying a corresponding area of the passenger name in the rename request within a passenger information interface; if the corresponding area is located in the modifiable area, jumping to a modification interface corresponding to the passenger name;
information reception module (307): the system comprises a data processing module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the data processing module is used for receiving certificate information submitted by a user and a name modification request, and the name modification request comprises a passenger name before modification and a passenger name after modification;
Request checking module (309): the name modification device is used for judging whether the name modification request accords with the regulation or not according to the modified passenger name corresponding to the name modification request and a preset navigation driver renaming rule; if the modification request meets the regulation, synchronizing the modification request to the customer service work order platform;
progress interface presentation module (310): and the name changing progress interface is used for displaying the name changing progress interface corresponding to the modification request if the name modification request conforms to the specification.
9. An intelligent terminal, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and that executes the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor and which executes the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
